@alexfangtalon Sadie Hill - Sadie is more or less accepted, but before we give your character the full green light, we needed some confirmation. Although depression and mental illnesses are very real, we are hoping to keep the IC environment of this roleplay very happy, young, and free. It would put a damper on the entire mood of the roleplay to have a character that is frequently down. As long as Sadie isn’t continually somber or reliving her dark past as a character theme, this shouldn’t be a problem. Please get back to us on this and we will revise our decision accordingly.

@BrutalBx Sami Alejandro - You indicate in the appearance section that Sami has multiple tattoos. As a 16 year old in small town USA, this doesn’t seem very realistic. Most shops don’t tattoo until you’re 18 unless you have crazy amounts of parental permission and sign offs on it - even then, it is rare. As such, we ask that you either make it so your character doesn’t have tattoos, or indicate how they got them exactly - i.e. parents made the drive out to Denver and signed off (perhaps one high quality tatt), or they got their cousin to secretly do it in a back alley using pen ink and the ‘stick and poke’ method (maybe one or two really shitty quality tatts).

@mskennedy615 Jocelyn Fields - We have the same comments about tattoos as we indicated above, please adjust Jocelyn’s appearance section accordingly. Also, we see that Jocelyn is from NYC. Our vision for this roleplay was for most students to be from Westworth and the surrounding areas, or to have lived there for a very long time - this is good for having a sociable, tight knit cast. We would ask that if you wish to have Jocelyn be from Brooklyn, that she would have moved to Westworth with her family at a much younger age than Sophomore year - perhaps elementary school? Lastly, you indicate that her father is a principal of a local school. We already have the Westworth principal written out in character, we recommend that Jocelyn’s father be the principal of a nearby school district, like Littleton, if that is okay with you.

@Drazah Jack Talbott - Arms dealerships aren’t too much of a thing in Colorado, in fact they verge on illegal. A suggestion that the GM team has that fits the flavor of small town USA might be a local hunting shop? Think like a low scale Gander Mountain or Dick’s Sporting Goods, would that work? This shop would likely be located in Littleton or some other small city on the outskirts of Westworth. Additionally, the personality section of Jack’s CS is a little too short. Please expand upon his character more, what is Jack really like inside and out? Sell his personality to us. Also, as we have mentioned about characters being from out of town - we really want our cast to have been members of the Westworth area and community for a long time to avoid the ‘loner’ character archetype. Please modify Jack’s history so that he and his family have been located in the area for a longer amount of time. Also, Jack’s family appears to be wealthy if they make frequent trips to Europe. Can you please clarify where this money comes from? Only a few select families in Westworth are above middle class, and the reason for wealth is expanded upon in their background. Lastly, you indicate that Jack is a lacrosse star. Unfortunately, Westworth High is tiny, and the sports opportunities are limited (for both cost and lack of participation reasons) to: Football | Cheerleading | Baseball | Softball | Boy’s Basketball | Girl’s Basketball | Boy's Soccer. Please exchange lax for one of the other available options.

Apologies. I shall clarify. This is something that rarely affects her. She takes medicine everyday and hardly ever forgets because her parents always make sure to ask her if she had taken them that day. Only MAJOR things will cause her to go into a depressive state. What happens is say(hopefully this doesn't happen, just a hypothetical) someone in the class dies. While most would probably mourn right when they learn of what happened, Sadie will become depersonalized with her emotions. It's like she's there but not really fully comprehending anything. It will then hit her and she'll just break down. And usually if she just has a normal attack it only tends to happen at night and she is much closer to her medicine then and takes it much sooner. She has two sets of medicine. 1. The stuff she takes everyday that are suppose to keep everything bad down. 2. The stuff she ends up taking probably once every other three months because of built-up stress.

What You See:
At first glance, the best way to describe Delilah Duclerc would be captivating. Full of class, confidence and poise, Delilah has the ability to get a room’s attention on her even when her height isn’t her strong point. Upon conversation, she is very charming, witty, sassy, capable to engage in conversations of any kind and with exceptional manners, learned all the way back when she was a child. However, when the name Delilah Duclerc comes into a conversation with peers who went to school with her or met her outside any formal event, you can immediately see them start to roll her eyes.

A spoiled, self-centered drama queen will be the first words to come out of their mouth when referring to her. Lila has a bad habit of thinking that she is above everyone else, and that the world revolves around her snobbish self. She is always concerned about keeping up appearances and making sure that she’s giving off what she deems the “right” impression: the unattainable mayor’s daughter. Selfish to the core, Delilah will stop at nothing to get what she wants, to the point where she can be inconsiderate to others and will make scenes if she doesn’t get her way. She is also very quick to judge people over their physical appearance (way they dress, how they have their hair, etc., but no body-shaming), and once she deems you unworthy she won’t be as interested in you. To add to everything else, she is a true drama queen: the type to declare the world is ending over the most mundane of things like breaking a nail, misplacing an item and thinking it lost, etc. The one thing that acts against her is that, often, these negative traits are the ones that are the ones most visible to the public eye. What most don’t know is that this persona is nothing but a front.

What I Know:
On the other hand, those who get the privilege of getting to know Delilah on a personal level are surprised to discover that she isn’t all princess complex and overreactions. Lila is actually a very sweet and affectionate girl, one who will do anything to make her loved ones feel loved and acknowledged: the type to bring you some soup if you’re sick, buy you chocolates when you’ve had a bad day or send you flowers as congratulations for an achievement. She is fiercely loyal, easy-going, fun, upbeat, generous (she’s the one in charge of organizing the “Closet Purge” event in her community every winter, which consists of her neighbors donating all of their “old”, barely worn or unused clothing and shoe-wear so she can send them to impoverished sectors or countries) and persistent (which can be a good or bad thing depending the circumstances). Her selfishness is pushed aside when you become close to her, for she will often put her needs to the side to aid those she cares for when they’re in need. Lila is also very driven, and the kind of girl who will never back out of chasing her dreams and making them a reality.

║ Brief History ║

Born to Christopher and Marietta Duclerc on the beautiful spring day that was May 20th, Delilah Christine is the only daughter of the couple. The Duclercs had married in their late 20’s after finishing their respective doctoral degrees, and decided it was time for a child on their early thirties. Unfortunately for Marietta, she encountered fertility problems due to her age, but just as they began considering the possibility of in vitro fertilization she fell pregnant. They were thrilled to say the least, and Christopher even more so when he found out he would be having a daughter. As their little miracle being born to a successful couple who were stable financially and emotionally, Delilah was spoiled in more than one way. She grew up raised by a nanny until she was old enough to attend school in a big and beautiful four bedroom, three and a half bathroom townhouse complete with an infinity pool and hot tub, which was located in the most affluent area of Westworth. Once in school, young Lila was a social butterfly excelled in her classes, and quickly showed an aptitude for languages and public speaking, which her parents encouraged. Besides this, her they enrolled her in ballet and piano lessons to have her occupied, which lasted up until she entered middle school.

Ever since she was a girl, Delilah Duclerc’s father aspired to be the mayor of their hometown. He always thought that his preparation in Law and Economy, along with his wife’s preparation in similar fields, would be the key to assure that Westworth continued to be the prestigious town it had always been. For years, Delilah had watched as her father began to plant the seeds in resident’s heads, making his plans, building political connections… Up until he finally ran for mayor in 2012 and won, when Delilah was in seventh grade. Since then, Delilah’s popularity increased, and everybody knew her as ‘The Mayor’s Daughter’. She would now constantly be under everyone’s scrutiny, so she continued to be on her best behavior. Her father is currently running to be re-elected this year.

In fact, she lives every aspect of her life without a single care. She's never been interested in being part of the 'it crowd' (too much drama going on), and instead prefers to keep a low profile having fun alongside her friends. She is also one to get anything and everything she sets her mind to by doing whatever it takes.

What I Know:
Once you battle your way through her barriers and gain her trust, Sierra is really friendly, outgoing and crazy. She is loyal to the core, and will defend her loved ones like a fierce lioness. The side of Sierra no one has seen before lies in the romance aspect. As a lover, Sierra is sweet, passionate, intense and very affectionate. She perceives showing this soft side of her as a sign of weakness that can be used against her, so she keeps it to herself.

║ Brief History ║

Born on July 13th to kindergarten teacher Sonya Jameson, Sgt. Charles Jameson of the US Army and older sister Chloe Desireé, Sierra was welcomed into the world with much enthusiasm: she'd been the missing piece to make the Jameson family complete. The Jameson girls were raised with much love and attention (and the occasional spoiling) in a big, comfortable middle-class home in the suburbs of Westworth: a quiet, closely-knit town. Though they showed very distinctive personalities since they were children, Chloe's and Sierra's differences became more evident as they grew into the tween and teen years, but weren't an obstacle in the girls growing up tight. This tight bond would only strengthen when tragedy struck the Jameson family in the form of Charles' loss in combat when Chloe was thirteen and Sierra was eight.

A year after their father had passed, Chloe and Sierra were introduced to their mother's new boyfriend: a high school English teacher by the name of Shawn Tomers, which she married a year later. While Chloe wasn't too impressed, Sierra was instantly smitten with the dark-skinned man: she'd been the daddy's girl of the sisters, and finding another father figure to look up to now that her hero had passed came as an absolute blessing to her. Since she'd been introduced to him, Sierra and Shawn had become inseparable, to the point in which he spoiled her as his own. This, combined with her mother's constant preference of Chloe over Sierra, caused the mother-daughter's relationship to be extremely strained. Shawn and Chloe often found themselves in the middle of the arguments between these hot-headed women, but there's not really much one can do when two people with such strong opinions clash.

Out of respect for Charles and the memories that they had built in the old home, the Jameson-Tomers family moved into a similar house closer to where Sonya and Shawn worked but none of this affected Chloe and Sierra. What did affect Sierra greatly was the loss of her father. She had always been easily angered, but after Charles' passing Sierra grew even more intolerant and often got into fights with people who bullied her. Soon enough, kids in the playground knew not to mess with her, and she was pretty much shunned out. Sierra didn't really care about this, and found solace in the world of video games instead. It was back in middle school when she finally made a few friends (gamers, skaters and rockers like herself), and when she decided to do other things besides play games or watch anime. Soon enough, Sierra was a regular at the paintball fields and the skate parks, and was absolutely adored by her friends and said communities. Finally, she found her place, people who understood her and liked her for who she was.

The day that Chloe had to leave for college was one of the few days in which Sierra had been a mess. Her older sister was everything to her, and knowing that they'd have to be away from each other for so long really upset them. On the good side, Sierra thought that this would mean a cease in her mother's criticism, but she turned out to be wrong. Now that Sierra was the only one left in the family home, it made it easier for Sonya to find further faults in her younger daughter. While Chloe was at college doing great things, back home Sierra and Sonya got into near-daily arguments that always ended with them storming their separate ways, doors slamming in the process and a helpless Shawn being stuck in the middle.

Upon conversation, she is very charming, witty, sassy, capable to engage in conversations of any kind and with exceptional manners, learned all the way back when she was a child. However, when the name Delilah Duclerc comes into a conversation with peers who went to school with her or met her outside any formal event, you can immediately see them start to roll her eyes.

A spoiled, self-centered drama queen will be the first words to come out of their mouth when referring to her. Lila has a bad habit of thinking that she is above everyone else, and that the world revolves around her snobbish self. She is always concerned about keeping up appearances and making sure that she’s giving off what she deems the “right” impression: the unattainable mayor’s daughter. Selfish to the core, Delilah will stop at nothing to get what she wants, to the point where she can be inconsiderate to others and will make scenes if she doesn’t get her way. She is also very quick to judge people over their physical appearance (way they dress, how they have their hair, etc., but no body-shaming), and once she deems you unworthy she won’t be as interested in you. To add to everything else, she is a true drama queen: the type to declare the world is ending over the most mundane of things like breaking a nail, misplacing an item and thinking it lost, etc. The one thing that acts against her is that, often, these negative traits are the ones that are the ones most visible to the public eye. What most don’t know is that this persona is nothing but a front.

What I Know:
On the other hand, those who get the privilege of getting to know Delilah on a personal level are surprised to discover that she isn’t all princess complex and overreactions. Lila is actually a very sweet and affectionate girl, one who will do anything to make her loved ones feel loved and acknowledged: the type to bring you some soup if you’re sick, buy you chocolates when you’ve had a bad day or send you flowers as congratulations for an achievement. She is fiercely loyal, easy-going, fun, upbeat, generous (she’s the one in charge of organizing the “Closet Purge” event in her community every winter, which consists of her neighbors donating all of their “old”, barely worn or unused clothing and shoe-wear so she can send them to impoverished sectors or countries) and persistent (which can be a good or bad thing depending the circumstances). Her selfishness is pushed aside when you become close to her, for she will often put her needs to the side to aid those she cares for when they’re in need. Lila is also very driven, and the kind of girl who will never back out of chasing her dreams and making them a reality.

║ Brief History ║

Born to Christopher and Marietta Duclerc on the beautiful spring day that was May 20th, Delilah Christine is the only daughter of the couple. The Duclercs had married in their late 20’s after finishing their respective doctoral degrees, and decided it was time for a child on their early thirties. Unfortunately for Marietta, she encountered fertility problems due to her age, but just as they began considering the possibility of in vitro fertilization she fell pregnant. They were thrilled to say the least, and Christopher even more so when he found out he would be having a daughter. As their little miracle being born to a successful couple who were stable financially and emotionally, Delilah was spoiled in more than one way. She grew up raised by a nanny until she was old enough to attend school in a big and beautiful four bedroom, three and a half bathroom townhouse complete with an infinity pool and hot tub, which was located in the most affluent area of Westworth. Once in school, young Lila was a social butterfly excelled in her classes, and quickly showed an aptitude for languages and public speaking, which her parents encouraged. Besides this, her they enrolled her in ballet and piano lessons to have her occupied, which lasted up until she entered middle school.

Ever since she was a girl, Delilah Duclerc’s father aspired to be the mayor of their hometown. He always thought that his preparation in Law and Economy, along with his wife’s preparation in similar fields, would be the key to assure that Westworth continued to be the prestigious town it had always been. For years, Delilah had watched as her father began to plant the seeds in resident’s heads, making his plans, building political connections… Up until he finally ran for mayor in 2012 and won, when Delilah was in seventh grade. Since then, Delilah’s popularity increased, and everybody knew her as ‘The Mayor’s Daughter’. She would now constantly be under everyone’s scrutiny, so she continued to be on her best behavior. Her father is currently running to be re-elected this year.

Another class she’s not very strong in is History, because she doesn’t like how boring it is.

The first thing one notices about Sierra are her big blue eyes, inherited from her mother. She has wavy black hair with blue streaks that is constantly loose, pale skin, a straight nose and small lips. She keeps a face bare of makeup and only wears flavored lip balms or dark lipstick and (occasionally) black eyeliner. Her personal style is described as grungy: tank tops with band names or movie/comic/anime references, dark colors, combat boots/Vans/Converse sneakers, lots of flannel and plaid shirts or dresses, jean shorts and skinny jeans. She stands at 5'8", with a body that's neither too skinny or overweight: just a perfect balance between the two than can be said to be an 'athletic build'. She has four piercings on each ear, a nose ring, an eyebrow piercing on her left eyebrow and a few small scars on her knees from the few skateboarding accidents she's had.

What You See:
Sierra is often described as the quirky half of the Jameson sisters: a complete opposite from her older sister Chloe. Upon first impressions, she comes off as a rather cold, serious tomboy that is never amused. In reality, she's a ball of energy that's easily annoyed. Sierra's also the type of girl that's very sarcastic, sailor-mouthed, blunt (with absolutely no filter), skeptical bordering on rude at first. The rebellious part of her comes from the fact that her mother dotes on her older sister and constantly criticizes Sierra, which only makes their relationship more strained and causes Sierra to act up.

When being confronted by someone or something she doesn't particularly like, or when being told what to do or how to think, Sierra will immediately lash out at the culprit without giving a damn about anything. In fact, she lives every aspect of her life without a single care. She's never been interested in being part of the 'it crowd' (too much drama going on), and instead prefers to keep a low profile having fun alongside her friends. She is also one to get anything and everything she sets her mind to by doing whatever it takes.

What I Know:
Once you battle your way through her barriers and gain her trust, Sierra is really friendly, outgoing and crazy. She is loyal to the core, and will defend her loved ones like a fierce lioness. The side of Sierra no one has seen before lies in the romance aspect. As a lover, Sierra is sweet, passionate, intense and very affectionate. She perceives showing this soft side of her as a sign of weakness that can be used against her, so she keeps it to herself.

║ Brief History ║

Born on July 13th to kindergarten teacher Sonya Jameson, Sgt. Charles Jameson of the US Army and older sister Chloe Desireé, Sierra was welcomed into the world with much enthusiasm: she'd been the missing piece to make the Jameson family complete. The Jameson girls were raised with much love and attention (and the occasional spoiling) in a big, comfortable middle-class home in the suburbs of Westworth: a quiet, closely-knit town. Though they showed very distinctive personalities since they were children, Chloe's and Sierra's differences became more evident as they grew into the tween and teen years, but weren't an obstacle in the girls growing up tight. This tight bond would only strengthen when tragedy struck the Jameson family in the form of Charles' loss in combat when Chloe was thirteen and Sierra was eight.

A year after their father had passed, Chloe and Sierra were introduced to their mother's new boyfriend: a high school English teacher by the name of Shawn Tomers, which she married a year later. While Chloe wasn't too impressed, Sierra was instantly smitten with the dark-skinned man: she'd been the daddy's girl of the sisters, and finding another father figure to look up to now that her hero had passed came as an absolute blessing to her. Since she'd been introduced to him, Sierra and Shawn had become inseparable, to the point in which he spoiled her as his own. This, combined with her mother's constant preference of Chloe over Sierra, caused the mother-daughter's relationship to be extremely strained. Shawn and Chloe often found themselves in the middle of the arguments between these hot-headed women, but there's not really much one can do when two people with such strong opinions clash.

Out of respect for Charles and the memories that they had built in the old home, the Jameson-Tomers family moved into a similar house closer to where Sonya and Shawn worked but none of this affected Chloe and Sierra. What did affect Sierra greatly was the loss of her father. She had always been easily angered, but after Charles' passing Sierra grew even more intolerant and often got into fights with people who bullied her. Soon enough, kids in the playground knew not to mess with her, and she was pretty much shunned out. Sierra didn't really care about this, and found solace in the world of video games instead. It was back in middle school when she finally made a few friends (gamers, skaters and rockers like herself), and when she decided to do other things besides play games or watch anime. Soon enough, Sierra was a regular at the paintball fields and the skate parks, and was absolutely adored by her friends and said communities. Finally, she found her place, people who understood her and liked her for who she was.

The day that Chloe had to leave for college was one of the few days in which Sierra had been a mess. Her older sister was everything to her, and knowing that they'd have to be away from each other for so long really upset them. On the good side, Sierra thought that this would mean a cease in her mother's criticism, but she turned out to be wrong. Now that Sierra was the only one left in the family home, it made it easier for Sonya to find further faults in her younger daughter. While Chloe was at college doing great things, back home Sierra and Sonya got into near-daily arguments that always ended with them storming their separate ways, doors slamming in the process and a helpless Shawn being stuck in the middle.
