Richard Laine

Location Cells

Richard gave a sharp inhale as he bit back a moan of pain. It felt like he had been shot- which he had been- and left out for a herd of crazed buffalo to run over. Casting a irritated look at Dean, the man gave sigh that was broken. "No." He registered a sharp yelp of delight from Ayita as she threw herself at the glass separating them. The bleeding had slowed down, though he still was far too aware he was in a pool of blood. If there was any mercy in the world his powers would kick back in sooner rather than later, but his belief in mercy was something called nonexistent. "I'm fine. Alive perhaps, rather than fine." He amended as he studied the group his head throbbing in beat to his life's pulse.

It seemed Allison was the least damaged out of all of them. Good, she was perhaps the one who would be the most useful aside from Dean at getting them out of this mess. Provided they could get out of this mess. Noting the certain winged woman who appeared much younger, Richard tried and failed to give a charming smile. [color-Olive]"Glad to see a familiar, and beautiful, face. Aside from my dear's sister relief." A blood streaked hand pressed against the glass to mirror Ayita's own as the siblings shared relief they were alive.

Ayita Dyrkin

Location Cells

Ayita's soft keening had stopped when she saw the blue-green eyes slide open, the mouth tweak into a grimace of pain. Damn the glass that separated them! She wanted to break, shatter, dig through the barrier but it was hopeless to do so. Naked relief shone in Ayita's face, softening the wild features and blunting her anger. Knocking her away from the dangerous edge that she had honed in order to seek vengeance if not survival.

Richard was alive! For now at least, a cynical part of her mind noted with some disdain at the glass cage they were locked into. Like a animal at a zoo. Her amber eyes flickered open as she studied the others, actually seeing them without the distorting worry and fear that had made her mind a whirlwind of ways to kill their captors. "Would the rat bastard even care? He locks people away. Who is to say he won't do so to his own child." Ayita had every reason to think of this. Her own mother had been the trigger for her own powers and had declared the girl a monster. Had Anita Laine been a bit more unhinged it would not have been a long step from taking a knife to her own flesh and blood.

Allison Andrews

Location: Cells

Allison about had it with people doubting her. She did the best she could with the resources at hand. She knew it was a bad idea to go to Jakobsen and leave the team alone at the tower. "I had to try something! Those idiots walked right into Jakobsen's plan and so did we. I had to try though. Now who knows where we are or even if the others know we are not there."

allison huffed a bit more before she sat against the wall and put her head on her knees. She didn't even want to think about the future Thalia nonsense, though it proved that Thalia would survive, at least. Maybe that meant escape was possible. "We need to get out of here, but we need to heal too. Most of us have bullet wounds." Allison took a glance around the room, hoping for something to be able to help them out.

Sara Grey

Location: Stark Tower

Sara waved their comments off. Did they still not know her power? "No, use your power and I can copy it and I'll go run around to see if I can find the others. You don't even have to run, just shake your hand really fast or something." Sara waited for him to do it. Once he did, she quickly copied the power, feeling the energy rush inside of her. It was like her body was telling her to move quickly.

"Take care of those things and make sure that one doesn't die." she pointed at Guin, who she was sure didn't have a chance in hell at taking down a Sentinel by herself. Though crazier things have happened. "I'll take a run around." With that, she started to run. She was worried about not using this power before, but she was managing well. It was like she was running in slow motion, past everything. She ran down the corridors, looking to see if she can stumble on where the others were hiding out, since she didn't see them tackling the Sentinels on their own.

@FantasyChic@LadyRunic@Peridot@Morose Thalia let out a bit of a sigh, looking over at them. "Look... I've known Jakobsen for years... He actually used to be a much nicer person... Though... I'm pretty sure he has some PTSD due to his time in the military, and being at Ground Zero when Hel destroyed the OMEN HQ a few years back... To be honest, if I were in his shoes, I'd have the same exact views on people with powers... But I think he is worth trying to reason with... He isn't all bad, and from what I know, he really loves Jade, so I think what you should have done was see about talking to her, she's a smart woman who has literally been to hell and back again... Look, I'm not saying it is possible to do it, I'm just saying it isn't impossible or impractical to try and talk with him... He's been through a lot, hell the stress from all he's been through caused his hair to turn grey earlier, few years ago his hair was still completely brown. I believe that there is some good in him, and that he is worth trying to reason with... I'll help you however I can to get out of her... My powers aren't completely shot or blocked," she said, before she coughed a bit and a small little fireball spat out of her mouth and died out when it hit the ground. "Just listen to me, when I tell you that he wasn't always this way, and it might not be too late to help him see what he's doing as wrong."

@Nallore@FantasyChic Aspen was about to say something, when Sara ended up finding them a few floors down from where she had been before on the top floor. There was the group of kids who they had evacuated from the mansion before it was destroyed that was still holding up from the looks of things. "Well, looks like that group is back."

Mirembe Adebayo

Location: Stark Tower - Main Area

She still wasn't able to do much of anything, more of freaking out at the body of Bellamy still near her. Mira saw the others appear and let out a small sigh of relief, glad that there was more people here to help. She managed to look at the severely damaged Sentinel that was barely standing, and managed to let out another shriek, which ended in a coughing fit, but it did manage to do it's job. The Sentinel collapsed completely to the ground, and was down for the count.

Mira just kept on coughing, this time some blood came from her mouth as she sat there, trying to stop, but it wasn't very easy for her. Magneto impaled another Sentinel straight through the head with a pipe, bringing the total left to 3. She couldn't do much more to help, her voice was completely shot and the others would likely be able to take them out, she hoped anyway. This was not an easy fight in the long run, but she felt satisfied knowing that she had been at least somewhat useful.

Lance Banner

Location: Stark Tower - Staircase

"It isn't your fault Bethany," Lance instantly said with a shrug. He certainly didn't blame her for this, how were they supposed to know that OMEN had sent human agents up the staircase? No one could have possibly known that, it was impossible. The agents just led them down the stairs, and as Lance knew the area, easily could tell that they were almost outside. He was curious as to where they were going as well, it wasn't a very good thing for them, wherever they were going.

"...If anyone is to blame for this... It's me... I wasn't fast enough to get us out of the way of the inhibitor darts... What good is super speed if you sometimes aren't really paying attention to it right?" he said with a small laugh, though it clearly was something that was bothering him. Lance couldn't help but slightly agree with what Pietro had said, but he wasn't going to say it out loud, especially considering their current situation.

They were led to a van that was down an alleyway nearby, "Yeah, like we'd tell you where we're going," the OMEN agent said, before the group got cuffs on their wrists and put in the van. After a few moments, they drove off, heading in some direction. It was hard to tell as there weren't any windows aside from the windshield really.

Marygold Isley

Location: Stark Tower - Main Area

Mary was still a little tired, but she was willing to do something to knock out the Sentinels. She nodded her head at Future Carolina, glad that she had said that, it was a little reassuring, especially since she didn't know how much longer she'd stay standing from how tired she was. After all, sending someone several stories high on a vine that she was controlling and she wasn't on had taken a bit of a toll on her, but she was still there for the moment anyway.

She decided to recreate what she had done earlier at the mansion, and tossed some plant seeds out, causing them to wrap around the legs of a Sentinel, knocking in down, and Scarlet Witch detached its head with her powers, now there were 2 left. She sent vines at another one, crushing it's arm, but not able to do much else before she was thrown backwards by a laser shot, and she hit the ground, sort of dazed. That hurt, a lot, she hit her head somewhat hard on the ground, so now she was sitting up slowly.

Future Pietro had been holding back on his speed, not wanting to injure himself even more so he could still be helpful. However, seeing the Sentinels, even though they were almost completely dealt with, caused him to have a rush of anger and irrational thought, and he raced up the damaged arm of the one, and slammed his foot into the head, kicking it clear off and taking it down. There was a loud crack however and he jumped off the Sentinel, hitting the ground before it fell, and his left leg was at a weird angle, not to mention it seemed like he might have broken a few other bones from the amount of force he had hit it with.

Now there was only 1 Sentinel left.

Guin Stark

Location: Stark Tower (Floor 93): Robotics Lab ---> Main Area

"Thanks Cass," Guin said, as they scrambled into the robotics lab. She went up to the console and pressed her hand down, activating a handprint scanner before she punched in a quick passcode. One of the panels on the wall then rotated to reveal an Iron Man suit and Guin ran over to it, stepping up into the footholds. She was six inches shorter than her father, so the mechanism to "resize" activated as the legs were shortened to match. F.R.I.D.A.Y. was booted into the suit and she couldn't help but feel a bit bad for P.H.I.L. "P.H.I.L., help J.A.R.V.I.S. out some - get on data analysis," she told her A.I.

"Oh, and P.H.I.L.? Make sure F.R.I.D.A.Y. plays a banger, okay?"

"Yes, Ms. Stark. I am sending a banger to F.R.I.D.A.Y. now."

"Good, now look through security footage actually first, prioritize looking for Pietro - let me know the instant you find anything," Guin added to her A.I. She gave Cass a mock salute before she took off out of the lab, going through a hole in the wall one of the Sentinels had made, and she rejoined the fray in the main room. There was just one Sentinel left, thankfully, but she had this gnawing feeling in the pit of her stomach. Where the hell is Pietro?! she couldn't help but think.

She flew up above the remaining Sentinel and activated the unibeam, sending a powerful blast down. Even as she did damage to it, the tin can was still standing and it made her blood boil. She wanted to meet the engineers that were responsible for making that death machine. And likely kill them - seeing Muscles in all of that pain, with even more injuries...A bit of darkness blossomed in her heart at that sight. She wanted to strangle Jakobsen.

Folly Valeska

Location: Stark Tower (Floor 93): Main Area

Folly smiled approvingly - things were going well against the Sentinels. Seeing Palla Latchi hurt himself wasn't pleasant, but there was also just one machine left and he'd have to rest now, with his condition. Luckily, speedsters had a faster regenerative ability than most - though she had them all beat in that regard. She was the only one there that could take a lethal blow from a Sentinel and shrug it off. "I like the little blonde one," Folly mused, as Sara copied Pietro's speed and she ran off. She then jumped up at the one Guin had targeted, managing to do a bit of damage to it.

"Damn it, has anyone seen Ayita?!?!" Damon shouted again, having been pretty much ignored. His dragon went off course, missing the Sentinel completely, and the color drained from his face. That wasn't a good sign. The dragon was the hardest tattoo to control and for it to miss like that...he was worried that once the Sentinel was fallen, they might have another, bigger problem to deal with. "Dragon, come back!" he shouted, but the parasite resisted him, continuing to fly around the room.

Folly then landed, going over to Pietro. "Hoćeš li živeti?" she asked in Serbian.

"... Verovatno. Mislim ... Samo će malo uzeti malo ..." he responded, coughing a lot.

Folly nodded. "If you think you'll die, let me know....I'd rather it be by my hand than a Sentinel's."

"... Uh ... U redu ..."

Dean Kesseli

Location: OMEN Facility - Cell Block (Area 51, Probably)

Dean sighed. Richard hadn't played Get Help before and Charlie seemed to just be ignoring him. Add into the fact that Ayita was shooting down her friend's plans and Dean was getting a major headache from all of this. He wasn't even the one in charge of this little mutinous group and he was stressed from it all - he couldn't even begin to imagine what Mary's life was like, having to be put in these situations all of the time. "Honestly, we're all a bunch of freaking idiots, no point calling them names when we did the same exact thing," Dean muttered. He was getting sick of all of this.

"Well, Thalia...What kind of stuff are you still capable of doing?" he asked her. He could see that she had some sort of flaming hairball sort of deal going on, but her notion of ~should have talked to Jade~ was giving him an idea. "Since if you're still able to do time things....Then maybe we can talk to his fiancée or whatever, right? Unless...unless you saw something that'd suggest otherwise, Ally?"

Carolina Reed

Location: Saferoom Stark Tower
Skills: N/A

Carolina sat down a little bit, she looked up at the ceiling the fighting seemed to have died down just a little bit, but she didn't really say anything. She wasn't sure if it was a bad or good thing, that is when she heard the door opening and Carolina quickly stood up and saw that it was actually Sara there. "I guess that the meeting didn't go as well as you'd hoped?" Carolina asked since the fighting seemed to still be going on as well. She shifted a bit as she stood up and looked at the kids there for a second, they were safe so far from inside the safe room for now.

"Is the staircase safe to go back up now?" Carolina asked, she assumed that they were safe right now since Sara had came down here without any trouble. But then again it was also a bit hard to see a speedster go down the stairs as well, looking over at Aspen. "How's your leg holding up?" Carolina asked, she wanted to make sure that she was okay to move forward, or she could stay behind with the kids for the time being as well.

Bethany Bell
[

Location: Stairwell Stark Tower -> OMEN's Pedo Van
Skills: N/A

Bethany nodded a bit, still though she felt bad that the three of them were all caught which was a bad thing. "Still regardless I feel like it was my fault." Beth said regardless as they continued to go down the stairs, she did want to go and attack the armed agents, but she'd end up dying or getting injured in the process. She shook her head towards Pietro, he was injured after all and he had just came from their impromptu surgery as well. "You would have probably reopened the wound though if you tried." Bethany said softly as they were now on the ground level now.

Then they were met by an unmarked van, she glared at the OMEN agents as they cuffed them and they were forced into the back of the van, as the doors closed behind the three of them. Bethany then looked over at the OMEN agents that were there as the van started to move forward to whatever location that they were going to be taking them. "What did we do to you guys exactly?" Beth asked, she was starting to get a bit angry when the agent answered her previous question.

Future Carolina Reed

Location: Stark Tower
Skills: N/A

Future Carolina gave Marygold a nod as she remained close to her, even though she knew her powers would obviously be of no use against the Sentinels she'd help Mary out if she got injured or shot at by the Sentinel. She watched as Mirembe used her power to take out one of the other Sentinels and then Magneto and Scarlet Witch taking out another one as well. They seemed to be turning the fight now which was good, as Future Carolina got herself ready to get out of the way in case the Sentinels attacked.

Her eyes turned towards Damon when he asked about Ayita as she looked around and shrugged slightly. "She was probably with Allison and whoever went with her, we found some blood by the office so most likely they were intercepted by OMEN agents and captured." Future Carolina said, as a Sentinel took aim and shot at Marygold, which she quickly ran over and helped her friend back up. "Are you okay?" Future Carolina asked as she offered a hand to help her out. Just as another Iron Man suit came out of the lab which she assumed was Guin quickly went into the fight. There appeared to be only one Sentinel left to go now as Damon lost control of his dragon tattoo and watched it circle around the area which looked like it wasn't good at all.

Cassandra Reed

Location: Stark Tower
Skills: N/A

Cassandra gave Guin a smile and nodded towards her friend. "Anytime, I always got your back." Cassandra said as Guin went ahead to the lab and watched her put in some code and an Iron Man suit came up, and then watched Guin get inside. Once the suit was on Cass nodded as she watched Guin quickly fly out returning the salute. She ran out of the lab she was really interested and curious what made the suits tick, but she wouldn't bother her friend with it.

She watched as the fight went down to one Sentinel left now as she went over towards Mirembe she looked like she was in bad shape, as she didn't have any powers so to speak Cass looked over seeing a body of someone she did not know and watched Magneto and Scarlet Witch as well, the Brotherhood being there was troubling to her but it seemed that they were there for the same goals. "When did the Brotherhood decide to come here and help out?" Cassandra asked.

Charlie Farrier

Location: Unknown

Charlie darted a strange look at Dean, wondering what the hell he was talking about. Nobody had "just said" what Charlie had, and then he said something about getting help. He had no idea what he was on about, but he sincerely doubted that anyone in the facility wanted to help them at all. They couldn't even care about Richard potentially bleeding out and dying, but much to Charlie's relief, it appeared the shape-shifter was recovering somewhat. The guy could even manage to flirt in his state, and Charlie quashed both a roll of the eyes and a smile.

He paused as Thalia tried to explain Jakobsen's actions, that he could potentially be reasoned with. Either that, or his girlfriend could. But they were really in no position to negotiate with either of them, unless the happy couple planned on a drop-in session. It would be down to however the meeting went with the others, but Charlie didn't have a good feeling about that either.

"At least we know the others probably worked out what happened. They can't have missed the blood we left outside the place." There were quite a few patches, and even when you hosed blood away it took a while to wipe it out completely. "Plus they'll know that we left not long after them, and Dean after that. We don't have our powers right now, but they must be able to find us somehow." They had plenty of powerful mutants in the group, including the world's strongest telepath. And of course, hackers like the Starks would make short work of finding any clue to their whereabouts. Or he hoped, anyway. They could have their own problems to deal with, but he doubted they'd allow their disappearance to go on for very long. Even moreso if future Thalia was feeling the effects of her past self. "In the meantime we either sit tight and wait for them, or try and bust out. But I'm not seeing anything nearby that could help. We might have to wait until someone comes to..." He trailed off, not wanting to finish the sentence. The heavy atmosphere and Thalia's injuries finished the thought for him.

Nina van Essenhout

Location: Stark Tower

Having backed away from the damaged Sentinel as it was attacked by others, nearly finished off, Nina scanned the room. Several of the students were missing, but they could easily have gone to take shelter elsewhere in the tower from the attack. Either that, or the Sentinels hadn't come alone. OMEN Agents had flanked the robots back at the mansion, so she wouldn't be surprised to see any more here. As she began to leave the room, she paused as Damon exploded, inquiring after Ayita. He sounded rather upset, which surprised her. She hadn't been aware that the two were all that close, barring their interactions at the facility mission.

"She may have been attacked with some others." She said calmly to Damon, echoing Future Carolina's explanation. "But there weren't any bodies, so we can assume she's alive. And trust me - finding them is next on the agenda once these damned robots are gone." It wasn't much hope, but at least he knew what the rest of them did.

Allison Andrews

Location: Cells

Allison waved off the comment. She can admit she was in the wrong, but until she heard it from the horse's mouth how stupid the original plan was, she would continue to think of it all as idiotic. Regardless, there wasn't much they can do in their current predicament. "Even if I wanted to, the inhibitors are still at work. Can't use powers, otherwise, I'd try for a vision to see about getting out of here."

Allison sat back down. It seemed they would have to wait. At least for a bit, until something happened. If those men showed up, maybe they could get the jump on them? It seemed risky, given their injuries, but she wasn't about to stay here and be tested on like she saw Jakobsen's daughter go through.

Sara Grey

Location: Stark Tower

Sara had run through the halls, finally stumbling on some of the others. Though it wasn't everyone, it was still nice to see them alive and well. "Yep, calvary's here! Mary got us up here from some vines so I dunno about the staircase. And yeah, meeting went about as well as expected. We also believe Allison and others, probably Ayita, were attacked and taken. There's....blood on the street outside of his office. Once we take care of the Sentinels we can see about finding them."

Sara glanced around, "Do you know where the rest are? You are the only ones I've found so far. Need me to escort you out of here?" She was kind of hoping they'd say no, but it was also in her best interest to see that they got out safely from the attack. Hopefully the others could handle the Sentinels for now.

Richard Laine

Location Cells

Richard nodded slightly in agreement with Charlie that the others would notice the blood. Yet the assassin couldn't help but point out the problem. "If they come out that way. Jakobsen would be clever enough to hire apt people. They could have diverted the others, or covered it up with another sort of accident." His words were spaced out between pained breathes as his head felt dizzy. Digging his nails weakly into the meat of his palm, the man's face was a mask of pain.

Then again, they weren't out of luck completely. Even if she was not the older and more adept, Thalia the younger could be able to aid them. "Thalia, my dear, don't happen to be able to use your powers, can you?" His words clashed in a strange way as the man fought to think straight through the pain. Being shot did that to people. As did bleeding out.

Ayita Dyrkin

Location Cells

Ayita ducked her head slightly, her eyes not meeting the others as she turned her amber gaze away. There was enough wolf in her still despite her powers being gone. It was habit now more than anything else. "If there is hope that he might change his mind, perhaps. I do not know or trust much of human kindness." And with good reason. She had seen the brutality of humans. Had been hunted enough. That her first instinct had been to kill the hunter spoke of her mindset. She was in the mode of sheer survival and that- for Ayita= was a dangerous thing.

Wrapping her arms tightly about herself, the younger Laine sighed pressing her head to her knees as she fought back the worry and instincts, that while they were not aided by the beasts and birds, were still there. Her own mind, her own instincts. Urging her to fight to flee. She was injured and thus fighting would not be a wise move. Sighing a small whimpered noise. "It is a rare thing."

@FantasyChic@LadyRunic@Peridot@Morose "...Potentially... Though don't expect it to be much... Sure, my powers aren't completely blocked, but they aren't up to what they usually are... I can certainly try something, though something small maybe..." she said, before she looked over at Richard. She got up off the ground from where she had been sitting in her own cell, her wings hanging limply down her back as she put her hand to the glass. There was a slight glow in her right hand, and it suddenly looked like there was a pocket watch or a clock in her hand, and she looked right at Richard as the clock hands moved backwards. Richard would feel a brain new pain in his chest, but a few seconds later, the pain vanished. As did the blood on his clothes and the bullet wound entirely. As a setback, the inhibitor in his system's time was reset for the most part, almost as if he had just been injected with it, but at least he wasn't going to bleed out. Thalia's hand fell to her side, and her nose was bleeding as she started coughing a bit, sitting back down on the ground. "...Ow... That hurt..."

@Nallore@FantasyChic "We haven't seen anyone other than you since we left the main area when all hell broke loose... I at the very least don't know where everyone else, but maybe we could see about getting the kids out of here at the very least..." Aspen said as everything upstairs went quiet, almost like the Sentinels weren't there anymore.

Marygold Isley and Mirembe Adebayo

Location: Stark Tower - Main Area

Mira got up off her feet as well, looking over at the Sentinel, trying to let out a screech, but nothing was coming out of her mouth. She was a little dizzy as she tried to keep on her feet considering the fact that she had taken a lot of damage from the Sentinels. No matter what happened though, she wanted to stay standing, to help out where she could.

Mary accepted Future Carolina's hand up and stood up, looking over at the last Sentinel, and then at the others as they went after it. Glancing over at Nina, Mary's eyes grew wide when she saw her talking rather than doing anything against the last one. It was severely damaged, that much was obvious, and she did nothing against it!

"Nina! What the hell are you just standing around talking for? We've got one last Sentinel!" Mary called out at her as vines started swirling around her as she tried to get at the last Sentinel, but she never got the chance, it seemed to be speeding up or something as it started glitching out in response to all of the damage it had been taking from the last round.

Lasers started shooting off in every direction as it moved quickly, all due to it's glitches and electric sparks shooting off from it. 5 shots hit others, 5 people got hit by the lasers, and one was some majorly serious damage. The first shot was the weakest, the one that caused almost no damage at all considering who it hit, and that person was Nina. The shot knocked her to the ground, causing a few bumps, a slight burn on her right arm, and she'll be sore for a while, but other than that, she's fine.

The second shot hit Guin, and let's just say it is likely a good thing that she was wearing a suit of armor. The shot slammed into her, knocking her to the ground. There was some damage done to the suit itself, but aside from that, she came away with several bruises covering her body as she got banged around in the suit.

Next shot went to Cassandra, slamming her backwards into a wall. Her head hitting the wall with a loud crack that could be heard even with the commotion the Sentinel was causing. Her head would start bleeding pretty badly and she hit the ground, landing on her arm a little funny and there was a loud snap, her arm breaking.

Then came the one that hit Mira, and unlike most of the others, she was severely injured before the blast slammed into her, before the others had shown up. This blast knocked her out entirely, and she collapsed to the ground entirely, bleeding heavily as she laid on the ground.

Then came the big blast, this laser shot was a lot more powerful than the others, and it slammed into Mary, knocking her completely to the ground. Her head was pounding, and bleeding heavily as her body was suddenly covered completely in burns. She wasn't really moving anymore, her breathing was short and raspy now.

"What the hell? This could have been avoided!" Future Pietro yelled out, as he managed, despite his leg still being broken, a bit slow on healing this time, as he managed to race over to Guin, "Are you okay Malo Guina?" he asked her.

Thalia looked up at the Sentinel and took a deep breath. Her chest felt like it was on fire as she looked at it, and suddenly a large stream of flames shot out of her mouth, slamming into it. The robot completely collapsed to the ground, destroyed finally. She stumbled slightly as she had a major headache from the injuries her younger self had as well as the ones she had gotten from the robots.

Lance Banner

Location: Truck

"...Look, it doesn't matter whose fault it is... All that matters is that we are here, now, no matter what... We can't do anything about it now, what's done is done. We just have to go with it and see what happens," Lance said softly, looking away from them entirely, this whole thing was weird, though it wasn't the first time someone had messed with him or whatever, that was for sure.

"You mutants exist, people like you can cause a lot of damage, oh, that reminds me," the man said, before pulling out a box and opening it, there was a decently sized syringe and needle in it. The syringe had a weird liquid in it, and he looked over at Pietro. "We know how speedsters work, either you hold out your arm willingly, or we force you, your choice. After all, that inhibitor will be out of your system in a few more minutes, and you can't stall that long."

Pietro looked at him, before letting out a sigh and holding out his arms, after managing to roll up the sleeve of his coat on his right arm. The man injected him with the serum, Pietro flinched slightly, not really caring much for shots of any kind. "...Well that was fun... I don't care much for needles..." he muttered under his breath. As the truck came to a stop and the three were led into the facility itself. Lance glanced over at the others already there, before he and Pietro were put in the same cell, one next to Charlie, Richard and Dean, while Bethany lucked out and got her own cell, one across the way next to Thalia. Lance and Pietro said nothing, just sort of glaring at each other slightly.

Damon stared at Nina, raising an eyebrow. What authority did she have to say what the number one priority was? She wasn't even a member of the X-Men - she was the condescending S.H.I.E.L.D. agent that was too damn busy to get off her high horse and actually help. Case in point, she was standing there talking and not even bothering to do anything about the last Sentinel. Guin was having similar thoughts - she had to listen the entire damn way back and forth from Stark Tower to Nina complaining about Mary's leadership and implications that amounted to I would be better. Apparently, better meant just standing around like a dumbass.

"Miss Stark, it appears Atomic Number 67 is malfunctioning," P.H.I.L. observed. F.R.I.D.A.Y chimed in a few words of agreement, though with a far thicker accent.

"Yeah, got that buddy," Guin told her A.I., as the Sentinel started to malfunction rapidly and her eyes widened. She tried to fly towards it, but she wasn't fast enough. Nina had been closer than she was and Guin swore as the lasers fired off. The first one hit Nina and she couldn't help but feel a bit of grim satisfaction from that. Folly laughed. She wasn't scared of what the lasers would do to her, if they hit her. She could heal from them easily - it was the others that had to be careful.

"Damn it, Nina, you were the closest!" Damon shouted, stress, anxiety, anger, and rage compounding to make him more vocal than he had been lately. After Nina took a relatively soft hit, Guin took the next one, her suit sparking and the targeting systems going down as she was knocked from the air and hit the wall, before finally sliding down to the ground. Her entire body was aching, but if it hadn't been from the suit, her spine likely would have been shattered.

Folly stopped laughing once Mary was hit, her eyes widening as she ran over to her friend. Thalia had the Sentinel handled thankfully and Folly was panicking, sliding as she knelt down next to Mary. The raspy breaths and the blood looked horrible. Ripping off her jacket, Folly made it into a makeshift bandage, before she looked at Damon. "You! You're the one they call the Battle Nurse, right? Well, nurse Mary NOW!" Folly snapped.

Damon nodded, struggling to recall his dragon tattoo but he managed it and he (somewhat reluctantly) resumed battle nurse duties, running over to Mary. "Marygold, can you hear me?"

Meanwhile, Guin flipped the face visor up, looking as Muscles came over. She smiled slightly, but she still felt incredibly worried about her Pietro. Surely, he would have shown himself by now, right? "...I'm fine, just a little black and blue," she said, wincing as she shifted. The systems in the suit were damaged but she started doing the manual commands to take the individual pieces off.

"You sure?"

Guin nodded. "Yeah, it's loads of fun - my favorite game: get the suit off before a critical system overload."

"...Why did you even put the damn thing on?"

She slowly managed to get the suit off, climbing out of the sparking and dented metal contraption. She was a bit relieved to not be wearing a suit of metallic armor around Magneto anyways. "....Because I'm nothing without the suit." It was true, at least in her mind - her mutation was a parlor trick. It didn't have any practical applications.

"No, you aren't, do not use that damn suit again, you'll get yourself killed in it."

"What? No way! I can't keep up with you guys without it! I don't have useful powers!" she snapped. Everyone else on the team had amazing powers - even Allison, who originally had a non-combative power too, now was a powerful telekinetic. Carolina was able to possess people from a distance and didn't risk killing herself if her host died. Guin believed that she was the weakest link of the team.

"...Trust me, you do have a useful ability, whether or not you see it is a whole other thing."

"Alright, then go on, tell me all about how my ability is useful fighting freaking Sentinels."

"...Not useful in fighting robots... My powers are only useful in really running away from them if I don't want to break anything..." he said, motioning to his broken leg, along with several other injuries.

"My powers have no freaking use anywhere! So yeah, I'm going to wear the damn suit that way I can help and fight with everyone else - to make the same risks everyone else is!" Had her Uncle Steve been there, he would have been a bit proud. It was almost an identical speech to what he had given the enlistment office back in the 1940's, as to why he wanted to fight.

"Your powers, and you as a person are more useful than Nina," he said, lowering his voice so that only she could hear him.

"....That's easy to say, the bitch is as useful as an umbrella in a hurricane," Guin muttered. She crossed her arms slightly only to wince. While they were just bruises, they were deep and plentiful, all over her body.

"I have to agree with you on that one..." he admitted.

"Yeah, so comparing me to her means nothing."

"...You are still more than just a suit, now whether or not you see that is something else entirely..."

Dean Kesseli

Location: OMEN Facility - Cell Block (Area 51, Probably)

Dean noticed the look Charlie was giving him and he wanted to deck the kid across the face, just to see if it'd get him to pay attention. While he was normally relatively carefree and easygoing, Charlie's way of just sort of floating through life was starting to anger him. However, dealing with people like him wasn't worth it and they just straight up didn't have the time for it, so he elected to just ignore Charlie for the rest of eternity - however long that ended up being. "I meant a vision from earlier, Ally," Dean clarified. He didn't know what Ally had seen. And he doubted she'd feel the need to give him a list of all the visions she had had in her life.

His eyes widened slightly as Thalia healed Richard's bullet wound using time manipulation, yet at the same time, he couldn't help but feel a bit resentful she had used her powers on that. While it would save his life, had it just doomed the rest of them? It seemed like Thalia didn't have a lot of power left...if she had used it all on Richard, it might have bought the Adder more time and stolen that time from the rest of them. His jaw dropped seeing some familiar faces be put into the cells with them.

"Hey man! What the hell happened? Is everyone else okay? Are the others here too or is it just you three?"

Carolina Reed

Location: Saferoom Stark Tower
Skills: N/A

Carolina stood there for a moment as Sara gave her some information on how that meeting went, which she wasn't really expecting how well it went. But the information that she said that some of them had gone missing was disturbing as well, which she did not like the idea of having some of their own friends and classmates come and be taken against their will. Carolina shook her head slightly and sighed slightly, she hadn't seen anyone else really. "Just the ones who were fighting upstairs. I wanted to make sure that the kids were all taken out of the fighting zone." Carolina answered Sara, since her powers were useless against killer bots like Sentinels

She then shook her head towards Sara. "I'm good to move on my own, just got a burn by a Sentinel laser." Carolina answered, at least she wouldn't be able to walk, her legs weren't shot or broken like Aspen's were. Then she noticed that the fighting had stopped which was either a good or bad thing. "We should head back and see whats going on." Carolina said softly looking over at the kids for a moment. "Just stay here, and keep the door locked until we come back." Carolina said as she started to make her way towards the door and started to make her way towards the stairs looking over at Sara and nodded towards her. "Lead the way please." She said towards her, she was ready to see how the others were holding up on the top floor.

Bethany Bell
[

Location: OMEN's Pedo Van -> OMEN's Torture Palace
Skills: N/A

Bethany turned to look directly at the OMEN agent that answered her question and glared directly towards him, and shook her head slightly she really didn't believe what he was saying. Sure mutants could cause a lot of destruction, but also did humans when they fought their own wars around the world. "Yeah and like you don't cause destruction of your own yourselves?" Bethany muttered under her breath as she watched Pietro pull up his sleeve and willingly let the OMEN agent inject him with some kind of serum, most likely to block his powers as well.

Then a few seconds later they were all loaded off of the van, feeling one of the agents grabbing her arm as they were led into the facility itself, heading down the flight of stairs. And then she saw all the cells containing various mutants, and then she was escorted down seeing some familiar faces as well. Before she was shoved into a cell all by herself, Bethany turned around and glared at the OMEN agents just as they left. Bethany sighed as she sat down by the wall closest to the cell door, as she looked over towards Dean at least where his voice came from. "Just the three of us." Bethany answered Dean, as she shifted slightly where she sat and looked up at the ceiling of her cell. "So what are they going to do to us?" Beth asked.

Cassandra Reed

Location: Stark Tower
Skills: N/A

Cassandra watched Nina as she spoke, as she rolled her eyes, if she had powers or a heavy weapon of some kind she would have dealt with the last Sentinel herself, but sadly she didn't. As she watched the Sentinel starting to malfunction from the damage it had sustained she counted five shots that had gone off. She didn't see who got shot, as she felt a sharp burning sensation going through her chest as she yelled out in pain.

Then there was a loud thud as she felt her head slamming against the wall, and then a cool sensation going over her head as she fell she felt another sharp pain in her right arm as Cassandra hit the ground. Her vision started to get very blurry as she tried to stay awake, before losing consciousness.

Future Carolina Reed

Location: Stark Tower
Skills: N/A

Future Carolina looked over towards Nina while she continued to talk in the middle of the battlefield against the Sentinel even if it was one left that was severely damaged it was still a threat regardless. "Why the fucking hell are you still talking?!" Future Carolina yelled out towards her, as she noticed that the Sentinel started to glitch and malfunction. As it shot out five lasers at five people, seeing Nina being the first one to get hit, then next was Guin who got shot out of the air. Hearing Guin thudding against the ground in the bulky ironman suit.

Then the third shot went off, as she paused seeing her sister getting blasted by the Sentinel squarely in the chest, seeing her sister's body hitting against a wall. She could easily hear the crack and the smell dent in the wall where Cass hit her head, and then seeing Cassandra landing on her arm at a very bad angle as she heard the crack as well. "Cass!" Future Carolina yelled as the next laser hit Mirembe and Marygold as well.

Future Carolina skidded next to her sister seeing the blood on her sister's head she quickly took off her shirt and balled it up as she laid it gently under Cassandra's head. Looking over towards Guin and Future Pietro as the two of them talked. "Guin, call your dad and Bruce here!" Future Carolina yelled out to her, figuring that Bruce would do get some medical attention to them and maybe Tony could fix whatever medical equipment that was left. Carolina turned over towards her sister again seeing her breathing was pretty shallow right now. "C'mon Cass I did not come back in time to watch you die again.." Future Carolina said softly.

Allison Andrews

Location: Cells

Allison was at least thankful that Richard was okay, given that he was the most injured out of all of them. Still, it would have been better to find a way out of here. Beggars couldn't be choosers and Thalia seemed injured too and Allison didn't want her to exert herself. Ayita was dealing with her own things, she was certain. They had to at least try. Allison was sure that if either Jakobsen or Jade knew that their child would be a mutant, this nonsense would stop.

And then Lance, Bethany, and Pietro joined them. It made her stomach sink to see that more of them were being captured. Thankfully, it was only the three of them, leaving the others back at the Tower. "If this is the place in my vision, we can look forward to tests and torture, which cements the idea of getting out of here ASAP. Does anyone have ideas? Oh, and some of us are powerless at the moment.

Sara Grey

Location: Stark Tower

Sara nodded. It made sense for the children to stay back and away from the current danger. They would be back for them. "Okay, follow me. I'll go slow since I am pretty sure it was blind luck I was able to run so fast without colliding into a wall." Sara moved back to where the others were tackling the Sentinels, last she saw.

She made sure they were following her. Soon, they made their way back to the main room. Seeing that the Sentinels were no longer there, it relieved Sara a bit. "Nice work guys! Now, what's the plan? Are we regrouping here or are we finding out what happened to the others?"

Richard Laine

Location Cells

Richard groaned as his chest stopped bleeding and the wound vanished. The pain between whenever Thalia started her little thing and finished was well worth the absent of a hole in his chest and blood on his good clothes. Giving a chuckle of relief the man hefted himself to his feet. Slowly testing out his joints. Seeing what worked and didn't. "Ah, my dear. You are ever the exquisite woman. Kudos." The Adder grinned as he studied his cage in irritation.

"Do not underestimate me, Dean." The man growled as he studied the cell, looking for the weak spots. There were always some. Nothing was perfect after all. "Even more to join us. How lovely." Richard chuckled slightly, with a tip of his head to Lance and Guin's speedy man. Kneeling at the base of the door he studied the small crack in the glass. "We are going to need a bit more than ramming, but there is a ray of hope." The man commented with a sly smirk. His fingers tracing the lines. Standing he waved to Dean and Charlie to him as he walked to the back of the cell. "Ram the door. En trio."

Ayita Dyrkin

Location Cells

Ayita looked over at Lance and Pietro as the two of them were tossed in, though she remained curled against the wall. Conserving her energy against the time when her powers had returned. "Brother?" The woman's head snapped up as Richard knelt down. Her amber eyes narrowing as she studied his actions. It worried her when he smiled like that. It was the smile of a stoat who had saw a plump chicken. If she had the ears of the fox, they would be perked in interest and alert worry.

At the news of a chance of escape, Ayita shifted and sat up straighter. Looking at her older brother with a singular agreement, she pulled herself to study the door he proclaim a fault. There was nothing she could see, but he had said there was something. "What do you plan Brother?" She murmured more to herself, looking pleased yet disturbed with her kin. He was a odd one on his good days.

Lance Banner

Location: Cells

Lance just rolled his eyes slightly, as Pietro started pacing around their cell. It was getting really annoying, considering the fact that he hated his guts, and was stuck in the same room as the guy. "Would you stop wandering around like that? Not like you're getting out anytime soon!"

"Well sorry! I'm not exactly used to moving this slow, which by the way, how the hell do you people live like this? I mean everything is moving in slow motion, no joke, and I can't get it to stop! How do you people survive like this?"

"Uh... We're used to moving at this speed? I mean really, can't you just sit still for two minutes?"

"Would you just shut up? It's like I can feel my body slow down, and it is not a pleasant feeling let me tell you!"

"Would you two stop fighting? There are more people around aside from just you two you know? And I see that look on your face over there, I healed him because I was testing out how much of my powers I could use... So I can do small temporal manipulations, but nothing too drastic, at least not until the rest of that inhibitor is out of my system." Thalia interjected, getting annoyed with Lance and Pietro's bickering.

"Alright, fine, whatever... Anyone got any bright ideas other than just ramming into the glass? Cause I feel like that probably won't work, even if it is worth a shot..."

Charlie had fallen silent, nodding his head at Richard, preparing to ram into the the door with Dean and Richard. "Honestly... I don't think that is going to work all too well considering the fact that these are likely built to withstand people ramming against them... Just saying..."

"Cut them some slack... If they cause the door to crack some more but aren't quite able to shatter it I might be able to speed things up a little, cause it to grow and eventually shatter... Won't be easy but if it means possibly getting out of here it's definitely worth a shot."

Marygold Isley and Mirembe Adebayo

Location: Stark Tower - Main Area

Mary was just coughing, blood coming from her mouth, her eyes fluttering open for a moment, looking at Damon, but she didn't verbally respond to him. Her body was hurting so much from that, blood coming from her head, and she wasn't able to focus on anything specifically, not able to respond to Damon's questions. There was definitely a lot of blood mixing in with her ginger hair, that was for sure.

"That was not my fault! They were the ones who were getting in the way, and what did you expect me to do? Punch it? I doubt it, not my fault the so called "leader" of the group did not see this one coming, isn't that her job?" Nina said instantly, and the future speedster looked at her and was just staring.

"Sorry, but last I checked, you have never really been put in a leadership roles, always playing second fiddle. Not to mention the fact that you can't predict everything, even we don't know everything because time is changing, it is impossible to predict everything, so shut your mouth before I do something I may or may not regret," he snapped at her.

Nina glared back at him, but Thalia sort of stumbled over to be between them. "Look, yelling isn't going to fix everything... What's done is done... So we just have to deal with it, and believe it or not Nina, this was your fault, as you could have tried something, so let's just deal with the aftermath!"

Tony dropped to the ground, his mask flipping open. "I can hear you you know, and I don't know where Banner went off to, considering the fact that he Hulked out, he could be just about anywhere..."

As if right on cue, there was a loud roar and the Hulk came in through the window, leaping up, and he dropped several things on the ground. Which turned out to be 7 Sentinel heads. "...Guess we don't have to worry about anymore of those things coming towards us..." he said as Banner started shrinking down back to normal.

Banner before he shifted back fully wandered over to a closet that had managed to escape the carnage, and by the time he had shrunk back to normal, he was pulling a shirt on to go along with the pants he was still wearing. "Hey Banner, I think medical managed to get through this whole thing unscathed, so we need you there like right now. Anyone who is injured, let's get them over there."

"...I might be able to help out with that... You know... At least lessen how serious their injuries are, enough so they can easily be patched up..." Thalia said, moving her hands around with a silvery glow, and clock appearing out of nowhere and she pointed it at Mary, turning back time, Mary's injuries seemed to fade away, but she was still hurting and bleeding a bit, but it definitely was not as bad as before. She went around, and did that to everyone else, Mira and Cass would both regain consciousness, their injuries lessened, but it was still hurting and bleeding, but injuries were lessened. She went to Guin, whose bruises completely disappeared.

Nina looked at Thalia to have her fix her arm, but the clock disappeared and Thalia basically refused to fix Nina up in an instant. Mary coughed slightly, sitting up, but there was definitely some pain throughout her body, "...Thanks for that..." she said, coughing a bit, "Like really..." Mary got up slowly off the ground, stumbling slightly from some of the blood loss

Future Pietro glanced over at Sara and Carolina, noticing however, that his younger self, Bethany and Lance were no where in sight. "...Well crap, that does not bode well..." he said, before fighting through the pain and taking off with a loud booming sound when he left. A few seconds later he was back with everyone else. "This is basically everyone in the building aside from the kids a few floors down..."

He then started limping more than before and made his way over to Guin, not really wanting to talk too much to Wanda since here she was still with the Brotherhood, and it was still weird for him to be around her when she died 5 years ago to him. "...You need to find where younger me is, and where likely all the other people are, basically pulling off what the hell Wanda did to get her and my father here. Because yes, twins can have a link by that, but they aren't the only ones who can form them. People who have a strong bond, and especially if one of them has some sort of mental power like you can form them too... So you are basically going to need to act like a bloodhound and find them, and fast."

Guin Stark & Folly Valeska

Location: Stark Tower (Floor 93): Main Area

Damon started to freak out as he looked at Mary. It was one thing to be a Battle Nurse - another thing if he ended up being a failed Battle Nurse. What if this was what was happening to Ayita, off somewhere in Jakobsen's clutches? The petty squabbling between Nina and the others was mostly background noise to him, yet Folly huffed slightly as she took it in.

"This is why I don't like working with S.H.I.E.L.D.," Folly muttered. She took a moment to wonder about her own present day counterpart. She was currently incarcerated in an asylum for the criminally insane, kept under a constant high dosage of sedatives that her healing factor could just barely not keep up with. Essentially, in a drug induced stupor was how she spent her days. And in the weeks and months to come, if things didn't change, she'd be signed over to Striker. It had given her a healthy distrust for government organizations.

"...I can help get the injured to medical," Damon said, feeling a bit relieved that Thalia had managed to heal them by reversing time on their injuries, if only partially. It struck him as a bit petty that she didn't heal Nina, but he didn't say anything about it. He understood her motivation. Nina had nearly gotten four people killed from her inaction.

"I can help too," Folly offered. Damon went over and picked up Cass, helping her to her feet, while Folly went and helped Mary. In another situation, she would have gone to help Mira but she was really here for Mary. It didn't matter to her what happened to the rest of the world.

Guin, meanwhile, had gagged a bit at Nina's half assed defense of herself. Sure, she hated Nina and was incredibly biased against her, but she couldn't stand the way she was talking. She didn't even seem concerned that others had gotten hurt before Thalia used her time manipulation ex machina to deal with their injuries, at least partially. She was disappointed Banner had shifted back from the Hulk, since it meant she couldn't try to convince the Green Monster to throttle Nina some - though Muscles was seemingly up for the task.

"Thanks, Thalia," she said, rubbing her arms a bit where some of the bruises had been. She then bit her lip as Pietro was still nowhere to be found, feeling this horrible sense of dread. Her stomach was tying itself up into knots. She knew there was something wrong - and now, they were wasting time when Pietro could be out there hurt and...

"Wait, what the fuck did you just say? I'm a bloodhound?!" Guin asked Muscles, staring at him incredulously. "I'm sorry, maybe you're from a parallel universe and not ours....But Silver Balls and I don't have any mental voodoo nonsense going on with each other. You've got the wrong girl."

"Uh, pretty sure you heard some Serbian going on in the back of my head, trust me by now you probably have. My younger self has known for a while about it, but hasn't said anything to avoid you freaking out." And almost as if on cue, Guin heard rapid and panicked speech in the back of her mind, in a language she could not understand. "Ово је смешно! Мрзим да идем споро! Шта дођавола! Тако смо мртви!"

She backed away slightly, looking around the room and she glanced at Tony for a second. She had heard that once before that day - but it hadn't happened again and she assumed that it was just stress. "I...um....maybe..." she mumbled, feeling the noise in the back of her head get louder.

"Yeah, I have a suggestion, why don't you try talking to him mentally? Send him a telepathic message and see if he responds."

"...What? Dude, the only messages I send to him are text - and sometimes SnapChat. I don't know how the hell to do that - why don't you ask Wanda if it's a twin thing anyways..."

"Because that's awkward and he purposefully blocks her out, mind trying at least?"

"....How?" She barely understood how her powers worked, now learning that apparently she had some sort of mental link with Pietro that he never told her about...she was clueless as to where to begin. It wasn't like a machine where she could analyze its components and figure out how it works. Muscles was asking her to use a muscle that she essentially didn't know existed.

"Just think really hard on him... And say something in your mind... Focus on him..."

"I um....Alright....." Guin then shut her eyes, freaking out as she tried to focus on Pietro. Um....Never mind, this feels dumb as fuck....This is stupid. We should just be using freaking satellite tracking!

"Uh, Guina?" Pietro's voice responded. Guin's eyes widened and she grabbed her head, sinking down to the ground as she felt like she was going insane. This whole thing just had to be a nightmare, that was it! "...Guessing he responded then?" "Guina? I uh... Well... I was going to tell you about this..."

Guin nodded slightly, trying not to hyperventilate. It was such a weird and invasive sensation, to have someone else talking in the back of her head. "...It'll be okay... Because right now I need you to focus, and hopefully figure out where the hell he and everyone else is..."

"....I-I can try....I guess...." Guin then took a breath, trying to focus her thoughts with all of the chaos going around. It didn't help that Stark Tower was noisy on a normal day. It was a madhouse at the moment. Um....Fuck....Fuck this is so weird....I am going insane.....If....if you can hear me, where are you?

"...Some OMEN facility... It isn't too far away I don't think... Because it didn't take too long to get here..." "It'll be okay, just calm down..." Muscles reassured her, as Guin let go of her head, her hands shaking. "He says he's at an OMEN facility nearby..." she told him quietly. She figured they could just pull OMEN holdings and see which building was the closest, aside from the campaign center. "...You can use the link to actually track him..."

"...How?" Was this some sort of Mental Messaging/GPS combo? She didn't remember agreeing to the Terms and Conditions on this. It was easy to panic about this, but she did recognize that at least she knew Pietro was alive. What if they developed some sort of creepy hive mind? "Focus on him, and picture a map of New York... Follow your instincts and think..."

"....Yeah, my instincts say that I smoked a joint and this is the weird weed nightmare the universe has deemed appropriate." It was one explanation for all of the craziness that was going on. She had essentially become a human bloodhound/GPS, in a world where time travel was possible and political candidates were actually effective at orchestrating mass conspiracies, when she could hardly orchestrate a surprise birthday party for Pietro.

"Just, trust me, alright?"

"Alright, Weed Induced Aaron Taylor Johnson fantasy, I'll try..." She then focused on a map of New York, her mind instantly going to the one showing the subway grid in New York and then next to the one that had hung on the wall of her geography class at MidTown Tech. She then focused on Pietro, feeling a bit tingly and then this odd feeling came up, like a sixth sense. "...Does anyone have a map?" she asked, still feeling strange.

Dean Kesseli

Location: OMEN Facility - Cell Block (Area 51, Probably)

Dean stared at Richard, raising an eyebrow. He got that he was trying to be all macho and everything, but he seriously doubted that Richard being healed was better than getting the inhibitor out of someone else's system. Yet hearing that Thalia's powers weren't entirely drained gave him a sense of relief, but Pietro's words struck him.

"Dude, your freaking girlfriend - your Guina or whatever - moves around at this speed - how does that work for you too if you think she's irritatingly slow?" Dean couldn't help but ask, even as he got up and prepared to ram the door with Richard and Charlie. "Like seriously, if you two are kissing, wouldn't that just be the worst for you - if you can't stand this speed?" Dean pointed out. Dean then glanced at Lance, figuring that since he was Banner's kid, he had to be some sort of genius. He was probably right about the glass thing - but it was better than trying nothing.

"Shut the hell up you speedster wannabe!" Dean sighed slightly at that. He hated being called that. "Come on, it's an innocent question - how's it work?" he insisted, feeling irritated and annoyed on principle.

"Like I said, shut the hell up."

Charlie had fallen quiet, something that also stood out to Dean. He hadn't really seen the kid shut up since he met him. Yet his thoughts also went towards the fact that the others hadn't been caught - someone would be bound to notice the son of a freaking Avenger was missing. Someone would come and rescue them if they couldn't manage to rescue themselves.

Bethany looked among her fellow classmates in the other cells as they started to talk about a plan to break out while Lance and Pietro argued against one another. Her eyes wondered over towards Allison when she answered her question which was something that she really did not want to happen at all. She listened to Thalia speak, at least she had somewhat use of her powers still which was a good thing, but she wasn't sure how useful it would be while they were in OMEN central crawling with guards.

"Theres just one problem you know with your plan? Once we break out they will probably sound off the alarms, and then we all get swarmed by OMEN agents." Bethany pointed out as she looked among Alison, Charlie, and Ayita as well as Richard. "And not to mention none of us have our powers to do anything." Bethany sighed as she looked over towards Thalia for a moment. "How long do you think your inhibitor will last do you know?" She asked.

"Yeah running into a wall at a speedster's speed probably wouldn't be a good thing unless you know whats on the other side or something." Carolina said jokingly, as she followed Sara up the flight of stairs until they were at the top floor again seeing all of the carnage there, her eyes wondering around. She noticed the body of that one brotherhood guy who came in with Magneto and Scarlet Witch, she noticed everyone was injured quiet a bit actually. Her eyes wondered over and then spot her sister laying on the ground, looking like she was killed in the fight as well.

But then she watched Thalia coming around and started to reverse everyone's injuries, which made her calm down a bit, as Cassandra took in a few breathes again. Carolina watched as Damon went to carry her sister off to the medical area, but looked over seeing that Mira was still out on the floor. As much as she wanted to help and be with her sister seeing her still alive and kicking was good enough for her, as she walked over and helped Mira back up to her feet.

She looked over towards Guin when she asked for a map and thought for a moment and then took out her phone putting on the map app that was there and handed it over towards Guin. "Here you go." Carolina said softly. Jumping a bit when she watched Bruce, come in carrying several Sentinel heads it was good that they weren't a threat anymore. Once she was inside the medical area Carolina helped Mira down into one of the medical beds and quickly went over towards Cassandra's side gently resting a hand on her shoulder.

Location: Stark Tower
Skills: N/A

Cassandra slowly opened her eyes once Thalia had finished up her healing looking around with her eyes, she groaned rather loudly as every part of her body ached a bit. She knew that she had hit her head very badly before losing consciousness, she didn't move much else other than that. She glared directly at Nina when she started to get all defensive, for her own inaction during the fight that got them all nearly killed. Cassandra made a note to make sure that Nina would get punished, or have her do desk work duty the rest of her life for SHIELD or removed all together.

She didn't refuse to be helped out by Damon as she was carried off into the medical area which looked like it didn't get damaged during the fighting at all yet. As she was laid down on the bed Cassandra groaned a bit more as she looked down seeing her arm was clearly broken, though not as bad as it should have been initially thanks to Thalia. When her sister came in she smiled towards her. "I'm fine." Cassandra said calmly.

Future Carolina Reed

Location: Stark Tower
Skills: N/A

Future Carolina stood where she was until Thalia healed her sister letting out a grateful sigh seeing her at least stable for now, she looked over at Future Pietro and Guin as they spoke, and then Sara as well as her younger counterpart came up the stairs as well seeing the worried look on her face for a moment and then she eventually calmed down and went to go help Mira into the medical room. She then went over towards Thalia and gave her a quick hug. "Thank you." She said before backing away looking directly at Nina.

And then directly walked over towards her and punched Nina in the face, but didn't say anything to her and then walked over towards medical as well seeing her younger self there next to her Cassandra and walked over towards her as well and gave her a soft smile. She was glad to have her be alright.

Richard Laine

Location Cells

Tilting his dark head towards his smaller sister, the assassin gave a sly smile to Bethany Bell. "Dear, do you think we really need our powers? They expect us to use them. The expect our powers to give us an edge." Holding up a hand to pause anyone's words in argument the Adder continued. "Case and point is that they do give us an edge, but not always. Rely on them too much and you will forget you- at your core- are no different than a human. You just have a little bit more." Noting his sister's head bob in agreement, he let her speak with her soft voice.

The door was solid and not about to fall from the hinges, Richard concurred. But he couldn't help but smile as the crack slightly grew upon inspection. "Everything is built with a flaw. No matter how hard people try otherwise." He studied Bethany as he rubbed his shoulder and moved to ram the door again. Using the side of his foot to strike the glass crack as to not break a toe. "Alarms, guards. Yeah, their a problem, but would you rather be stuck in here? I'll take my chances. Not the first time I've fought my way out of hell. Won't be the last." Giving a charming wink to Thalia, he ran his hand through his hair to comb it from his eyes. "Dean, Charlie. Give it a shot. We just need a gap. A small one." The older man commanded as he ran at the door again.

Ayita Dyrkin

Location Cells

"These cells were built as cells," Ayita gave a skeptical look at her older brother who was bracing as he ran into the door with a solid thud. "They were meant to hold people. I can see Brother's point that we are still capable without our powers. What I do not get is why you are charging a door with a small crack in it." There was a sour note in her voice as she studied her brother's stagger away from the door, a victorious smile on his face. She ached and hurt, but she saw he had a point in at least trying.

Looking to the younger Thalia, Ayita considered her. "What if you were to make the glass young instead of aging it? Make it sand again or would that risk making the glass stronger?" People in Alaska were resourceful and most made their own amenities or did without. Especially the people of the brush who shunned civilization. Odd that she had not simply joined them. But there had been something that had drawn her to the herd and hunt, more than her powers. It had felt right. Like water flowing down hill. Shooting Bethany a look the usually quiet Laine felt her proverbial hackles rise in defense of her brother. "He knows what he is doing." Such was the younger Laine's faith.

Allison Andrews

Location: Cells

Allison wondered what the others were doing. And would they know where they were? They would notice them missing, but maybe not their exact location, though it would be pretty obvious OMEN was involved considering recent events. Eventually, they would find out where they were, but would it be too late?

No, she would not let that happen. Powers or not, she would fight back. The vision of Alcie still fresh in her mind. The horrible experiments they would do on a small child gave her the courage to fight back. Richard was trying the glass which was their best bet at the moment. Either way, they needed to get out and soon. "That's a good idea with the sand. Until the rest of our powers come back, at least. But don't exert yourself."

Sara Grey

Location: Stark Tower

Sara had rushed through the hallways, eventually finding the others. Just in time to see Future Carolina punch Nina in the face. "Wow, ok. Don't get on your bad side, huh? Something tells me she probably deserved that, but maybe we can save the punching for later once we find the others?"

Soon, Guin and future Pietro were doing their....thing (did it bother Guin that her boyfriend came from the future and was around her current boyfriend? Did she feel the urge to decide between the two? Would it be considered cheating?). Eventually, it seemed Guin may have found them. "I mean...we have technology here. Google Maps? Surely we can find them."

Meanwhile At Jade and Alex's Apartment

Jade arrived at their shared flat shortly before he did, sitting on the couch as she her mood swung rapidly and her hands shook slightly. In an attempt to take her mind off of it, she had turned on the television, only to see the reports of an attack on Stark Tower, followed by some reruns of the attack on Xavier's School for Gifted Children. It all left a sour taste in her mouth and she got up, going over to the sink and splashing her face with water.

"Hey Jade, sorry, got a little caught up with things," Alex said, going into the apartment and giving her a smile. He noticed the TV was on, and seeing the reports, shook his head and turned it off again. "How are you feeling? Are you alright?" He was concerned about her, especially since she was pregnant.

Jade leaned against the counter, pulling her hair back into a ponytail. She was pretty much constantly moving her hands. "I'm fine," she said simply, though she had to wonder if he knew anything about the attacks. "I'm guessing you were caught up with whatever fucking mess is going down at Stark's?" she inquired, wishing she could take a drink but she couldn't. Damn it.

"Actually, I wasn't at Stark Tower... A friend of mine, Colonel Rhodes, called, I owed him a favor anyway, and he asked me if I wouldn't mind meeting with Stark's daughter and a few of her friends. That was what I was doing..."

She raised an eyebrow, finding it was an odd coincidence - Alex was off dealing with the Stark kid whilst Stark Tower was under attack? Jade didn't know what the connection was, not yet, but she knew the universe was rarely so lazy for any coincidence to be true. "What did they want?" Jade asked, not minding that they hadn't really talked about the pregnancy. The thought of it freaked her out and she was certain would continue to do so for a few months.

"...They were trying to get me to change my mind about mutants and other people with powers... Though towards the end of that conversation, one of the group took control of Ricky and tried to get him to hurt me, so that didn't exactly put much towards their favor if I'm to be honest. I actually kind of respect Xavier in a way, however he and the entire rest of the mutant population need to be put into check. They could destroy the world if they wanted to, Magneto has nearly done so multiple times over the years..."

"Right, the Stark kid is with Magneto's son..." Jade recalled. "Are you quite alright though?" she asked him, not seeing any noticeable injuries. She imagined Ricky was the one they needed to be concerned about - he was tough, but not in the same way she and Alex were.

"Oh, I'm fine, he missed and I caught him by the arm, so no injuries done to me, and I don't think any were done to Ricky... Anyway, how are you feeling, since I'm more concerned about you right now than myself... Or the campaign for that matter..." he said, looking at her, he did look concerned about her.

She rolled her eyes, still leaning against the counter. "Didn't I already say I was fine?" she reminded him, but truthfully, she was panicking. She had calmed down slightly since when she first called him but still, her family history wasn't exactly the greatest. Her father had sexually abused her and her mother never cared for her. The only family that actually did, her uncle, had been killed by Hel years back.

"I mean are you really okay? Look, I'm pretty sure most people in the world would likely be panicking in this situation... I care about what happens to you Jade, I don't want you to have any problems... If you are freaking out, I'm here for you..."

"Bloody 'ell Alex, 'course I'm freaking out! I don't exactly feel chuffed right now!" Jade snapped, clenching the counter with her hands. "There's a bleedin' baby inside of me! And it's not like I done gone and asked for this!"

"Alright, I get it... I don't think a lot of people do ask for it... All that matters though is the fact that it happened, and all that matters is what we are wanting to do... Actually, to be honest I always thought that I might be a little on the older side to be having kids, despite the fact that I wouldn't have minded having any..."

Jade sighed, grabbing herself a glass of water and drinking from it, shutting her eyes to imagine it was alcohol for a moment. She kept the glass in her hand, fidgeting with it. "Look, I know you're a real corker and all, Alex - I love you, warts and all...But this? What the bloody 'ell am I supposed to do?" she asked, her accent getting thicker and using enough British slang to confuse the average day person.

"...It is your choice Jade... You can either keep the baby or not... I personally think that you should, and we can figure this out together... But ultimately it is your choice Jade... Not really mine..."

"Of course I'm bloody keepin' it!" Jade snapped, taking another deep breath afterwards. She didn't want to yell at him - well, she did, but she knew that she shouldn't. Her life had been complicated and hard. She wasn't sure if her baby would end up being fruit from the poisoned tree, so to speak. The glass shattered in her hand, the pieces falling to the ground and hitting her bare feet.

"Damn it Jade, are you okay?" he asked, rushing over to her to start cleaning up the broken glass on the floor. "It'll be okay Jade..."

"I'm fine, it's just a bit of fucking glass, that's all!"

"I know Jade... Glass can still hurt you know..." he responded, tossing the broken glass in the trash.

"Yeah, well, better glass than some of the fucked up shit out there in this world....Do we really want to bring a child into this world, Alex? I mean, I killed the fucking devil, there's got to be some sort of demon bounty out on my head. And you waltz around saying ya did Hel in - so the Asgardians probably want ya dead too."

"Honestly Jade? I'm not afraid of them, I haven't been in a long time. We wouldn't let anyone hurt our kid, do you really think we wouldn't be able to protect them from the dangers of the world? We do the things that we do to protect people, to help them and protect them from anyone like that... I think we'd do a pretty good job at keeping that kid safe..."

Jade stared at him, before she extended her pinky to him. It was one American tradition that she liked. "Promise you'd protect our kid with your life?"

He chuckled slightly, smiling at her before he held out his hand and wrapped his own pinky around hers, "I promise you Jade... I'll protect them with my life..."

She raised an eyebrow. "Are ya using the gender neutral or did the doctor call you to say I'm having twins after I left the office? Or are you planning on us being like the fucking Weasleys and having a lift's worth of kids?"

"Uh, gender neutral, unless the doctor told you what gender the kid is."

"Unless the doctor was a mutie and could see the future, no - it's way too early to tell that, Alex," Jade explained. "...But I hope it's a girl...I always loved the name Alcie."

Lance Banner

Location: Cells

"Doesn't look like things are going too well for you there," Lance mumbled as Charlie tried to break the glass as well, but failed and like Dean before more of just bounced off of it. "Like I said, I don't think they'd be dumb enough to lock us in these cells if they thought we could easily get out of them..." he added, shaking his head slightly. If Dean was paying attention, he'd find that suddenly, it was like his speed was back, the inhibitor having left his body. Seems like what they had said about anyone with speed or a quick metabolism burning right through it had some truth to it.

"That isn't enough for me to be able to do anything... I don't think I have the strength in order to do something that strong turning it into sand, using that much power to time travel that far back... It just won't work..." Thalia said, looking over at Ayita and shaking her head. There was suddenly the sound of a door opening nearby, and footsteps came over towards them.

Soon, a group of OMEN agents came into the room. They weren't carrying any sort of machine gun or anything, but each one had a pistol that was in a holster at their side. Those seemed to be the only weapons easily visible. Lance looked over at them when they walked over to Ayita and Allison's cell, as well as the one that Dean, Richard and Charlie were all in. They didn't even seem to notice that Richard wasn't bleeding out anymore, as there was still blood on his clothes from his injuries before.

"Alright, time to get a move on," one of them said as a few of them opened up the cells, pulling their guns out of their holsters and pointing them at people. Lance was wondering just how desperate a few of the others were to get out, since they literally just found the opening that they were waiting for.

Marygold Isley and Mirembe Adebayo

Location: Stark Tower - Medical

Mary managed to get up onto her feet, coughing a little bit still as she went with Folly over to the medical area. This day just kept getting better and better. Though right now, she felt like they had hit rock bottom, so hopefully that meant things could only get better from here. However based on the way things were going, and the fact that she had thought that they had hit rock bottom earlier, well that didn't really mean anything clearly.

Mira was doing a lot better than before, and glanced over at Carolina as she helped her along, "Thank you..." she said softly, not saying much else. Her head was pounding still, but she was grateful that the worst of her injuries were gone. With the way things had gone, it definitely could have been worse, she looked at her hand, and saw that it was still bleeding and somewhat burned from when the weapon had exploded in her hand. Maybe they could fix the design so it wouldn't do that the next time they went against Sentinels.

When Mary sat down on a bed, she pulled out her phone, sending a message or two real quick, but nothing more. Putting it away she took a deep breath and started trying to think, okay, we've got to go after OMEN, find where the others were... If we hurry, we can finish this fight against OMEN, maybe even shut the organization down... She shook her head slightly, she had no idea what they should do, but maybe their best course of action was to just go and fight head on, they had tried just about everything else, and Jakobsen didn't seem willing to listen to anyone.

Hearing that Guin had a location for the facility was a slight surprise, but after hearing what the future speedster said, it did make some sense to her. "Alright... If you know where they are, that is a good thing. Maybe we should have just gone after OMEN, even if they were going to want to use that against us... All these what if scenarios are making my head spin... Anyway, this time we're just going to go after them, it doesn't matter anymore what OMEN can do, basically turning our own words and actions against us. What matters is getting our team members out of there and destroying that facility." she said, managing to keep her voice level and even.

She was trying to remain calm, trying not to panic too much, but she wasn't sure how well she was going to be able to do that. Nothing matter too much other than rescuing the others and getting them out of there. Mary fell silent as Banner came into the room and started patching up the remainder of everyone's injuries.

Guin Stark

Location: Stark Tower: Medical ---> the Quinjet

Guin took a deep breath, trying to keep the link open - the information flowing - but she didn't really know what she was doing, as she took the phone from Carolina as pretty much everyone shifted down to medical. Her hands felt a bit clammy as she panned through the phone, finally zooming in on a location about five miles out - which at least in New York City was incredibly close. "...They didn't go far..." Guin told Mary, Muscles, and the others, a bit quieter than she usually was. She then handed the phone to Mary, since she was the leader. "Traffic is insane but...There's the Avengers quinjet that could probably take a team there quickly. It's got stealth mode too..." Well, for Guin standards this was pretty quiet.

"That's good, won't take us too long to catch up to them then," Mary said, looking at the phone.

"...I can go prep the plane..."

"Alright then... Go for it..." she said, giving her a slight smile. Guin nodded, putting her hands in her pockets. She left medical and headed upstairs, keeping clear of the wreckage and destruction of her home. In the lab, she grabbed a pair of what looked like the metal gloves of an Iron Man suit. She then headed to where the quinjet was kept, relieved to see that it was largely in tact. Guin then headed inside of the plane, turning on the engines and getting them ready to go. It reminded her a bit of when she and Lance had "borrowed" a plane a few years back...

"...Is there a reason why you're following me?" she asked softly, not really certain why he had come with her. She still felt shaken, learning that apparently she had some sort of secret connection with Pietro that she didn't know about. When was he going to tell her about it? What did it mean for her privacy and personal space? Would she ever be able to be alone with her thoughts again?

"...I'm wondering if you're okay, especially since the younger me isn't here to hover over you and check on you."

"Physically, mentally, or emotionally?" However, it wasn't just the mental link that was troubling her...it was their plan of action. All of their time talking to Jakobsen may as well have been wasted - J.A.R.V.I.S. hadn't found any information yet in the data they recovered and now, some of their friends had been abducted. They were about to attack a U.S. government facility and break them out with the help of the Brotherhood...and destroy the facility. Sure, O.M.E.N. was a horrible and corrupt organization...but to an outsider, the X-Men were about to commit an act of terrorism - to inflict their will upon the world.

"All of the above." Wasn't that exactly what O.M.E.N. was afraid that mutants would do? "I'm fine," she said, shaking her head as she went to the consoles and started programming in a flight plan as well. And what about the future? She couldn't shake the feeling that they weren't making anything better...that they were just rushing faster and faster towards oblivion. "...If you say so."

"I do." Of course, it was a lie. She felt stressed and worried. If they were going to attack O.M.E.N., they should have done it earlier - when they were at full strength. She hated to admit it, but Allison and the others - though they went about it the wrong way - had had a point. "Alright then..." he said, falling silent now. Guin finished the prep work for the flight, sitting down in the pilot's seat. There was a small sticker that said J.A.R.V.I.S. IS MY COPILOT and she smiled slightly at it. "...I'm sorry we fucked it all up...I don't know if you'll see your wife again..." she then said quietly.

"...Don't worry, you guys didn't screw everything up, it isn't your fault."

"Really? Because now half of the team is locked up in an O.M.E.M. facility, probably about to get probed or some bullshit, and the injured team is teaming up with the Brotherhood to commit an act that can easily be sold as domestic terrorism...I don't see any version of this that is going to end well, so I'm sorry, but the future is fucked. You should have just gone back in time and made a new mutant homeland or some shit instead to survive..."

"Look, things may seem bad now, but trust me, it doesn't look like that to me. Here, in this time era, things are better than they were, and we can prove to people that we are in the right. Yes, it may seem like that, but things will get better."

"...Or we just made the future a lot darker a whole lot faster...."

"You don't know that... If I felt like we were going to fail, I would have asked Thalia to look into the time stream or something to see what's going on."

Folly Valeska

Location: Stark Tower: Medical

Folly had remained relatively quiet as she assisted in the move of the injured, glancing over at Dr. Banner as he arrived and set to work. She disliked Mary's plan, not because of whether or not she believed it would work - but because of the danger it would place Mary in. Yet as she glanced at Sara, something took a hold of her and she approached the girl, extending her hand. "You can copy abilities, yes? In the upcoming fight...I want you to copy mine," Folly told her. "I regenerate very quickly. It will keep you safe and protected."

Damon nodded at Mary, eager to get on with this. He wanted to go and protect those at the facility - those that he had already failed. "Let's go," he said simply. "Who can fight?" he then asked, as the Stark girl gave the location and headed off to prep the jet, with Future Quicksilver following behind her. "I can," Folly said, glancing around the room. The little kids should remain behind, but they had a good handful of people who could do this job.

"...Not everyone is going to come back from this mission," she then said softly.

Dean Kesseli

Location: OMEN Facility - Cell Block (Area 51, Probably)

They weren't making much progress when it came to ramming the glass - and yes, they didn't have much of a plan for what to do if it broke. It once again made him wonder how some of the X-Men without combative powers managed to get by. Sure, they didn't have their powers currently - but how did Stark Jr. manage to fight with the team when her powers did nothing? His thoughts broke away from that as a group of O.M.E.N. agents came to get them and he suddenly felt incredibly hungry, noticing that he was able to perceive things a bit faster as well.

"...Power's back on," he whispered to his cellmates. Once the cell door was open, he lunged forward, grabbing the gun from the agent. It fumbled about in his hand for a moment before he could get a proper grip on it. He had the gun aimed at the agent he had stolen it from. "Hey man, if you want to live, your friends need to drop their weapons and put their hands where I can see them." But predictably, the agents didn't do anything of the sort, instead pointing their guns at Dean. "...That figures, I was going to be nice," he muttered, before he fired off seven shots, using his agility to help. He hit four of them, taking down two of them. The other two that he hit, one was hit in the leg and the other in the arm.

He was hoping that the others would have their powers active soon, since his had come back. He went for another round of shots, taking down one of the previously injured agents and then hitting another in the arm. But Dean had never trained for combat before in his life and one of the agents shot him, hitting him in the stomach as he stumbled backwards, falling to the ground and bleeding profusely.

"Hey...hey Maximoff...I bet they didn't see that coming..." Dean mumbled, his head hitting against something solid - the floor? the wall? the cell door? He couldn't tell.

"Now is not the time for some bad joke or whatever."

"If I bleed out and die....Make sure prom happens...."

"You aren't going to die you idiot, so just shut up."

"I'm just gonna take a nap....."

"Nope, someone punch him to stay awake for me would ya?"

Dean then closed his eyes, his breathing beginning to slow. He felt so tired...
