The world has recently taken a shift from what has been considered the norm, facing a bright new future the world has openly embraced the demi-human races. The Demi-humans are somewhat human but most of them have major defining points that make them clearly “less than human” in their own rights. Some people have gone out of their way to embrace the new races being introduced into society, opening their homes and their lives to them in the name of cultural exchange. Formerly these interactions between Human and Demi-human were kept top secret and managed by the governments of the world.
With the introduction of the Cultural Exchange Bill lots of things changed almost overnight. The sight of many different races became more and more common and new laws had to be brought in to govern their interactions. Without this guiding principle who knows what humans would do, not having the best track record when dealing with something new. Over all the introduction of the monster races has gone smoothly, but like all new things it hasn’t been without hiccup.
For every ten people who go out of their way to help the program succeed and honestly try, there are those that seek to hurt, abuse, or otherwise subvert the reason the Demi-humans have come to stay with us.
Which Kind of person will you be,
Will you be the demi-human travelling a long way from home to learn how Humans live and to experience new things. Or will you be the Human who opens your home to the demi-humans who might have special needs, who knows maybe even you’ll open your heart to them. Or are you the last type seeking to subvert the course of the Cultural exchange Bill, are you the type that wants to make a quick buck for yourself or just to see pain and suffering in others.
Information for the Control Bill that all Monster races must abide by and those that are having monsters stay with them, unless it is you decide that the Exchange Bill is a farce and decide to take matters into your own hands.
