@astralGeminiGiven all the interesting plans you had for your character (which were honestly pretty awesome), I'd hate for you to have to change her. :(
@Blackstripe I agree, I'd rather wait a bit before doing that. Alternately, I could have him (or her...) as a separate character, though I can understand if you'd rather not open the multiple-characters can of worms.
@astralGeminiI'm okay with multiple characters, though I usually confine it to things like having both a hero and villain character, and a sidekick character to another player.

Yeee, I was thinking about doing that for someone maybe. Dunno who yet, and I might hold off on that offer until we're a bit further along and sidekick would make sense, but I was thinkin it :P
I've added a little section on multiple characters to the Original Post on page 1 that covers the exact rules for having multiple characters. Go check it out if you're interested!
I wanted to post what I've got right now, mainly due to excitement, but also to give a very basic idea of what our Flash analogue is going to be like...
Celery
"It's Celerity, not Celery! Yeah, I know I wear green, but that's not what it-... ugh!"
So I am writing a villain character, he is a near-centenarian former Nazi who is at peak human fitness, can read minds, and can utilize telekinesis. Anyone think that sounds like a good nemesis for them or should I just make him a communal bad guy?
Basic Information ========= Superhero/Villain Name: Hex (Witch Kid) ”The name’s Hex, next one to call me Witch Kid is getting a rhombic hex up their ass. Bet you’ll get it right next time, huh?” Civilian Name: Thomas ‘Tom’ Toombs Origin City/Planet: Gotham, Earth Hometown: Gotham Sex: Male Race: Human (Caucasian), Homo Magi (Active), Part-Anodite (Activated by Spell) Height: 5’6 ft, 167 cm Weight: 123 lbs, 56 kg Age: 16 Birth Date: February 19, 2003 -------- Costumed Appearance: There are several layers to Hex’s disguise, the simplest being the outfit itself; dark with violet trims and thin magic-resistant iron plates, being overall quite lightweight. The headpiece can be somewhat more varied; at times Hex can be seen in his human visage, but usually this is only when he is in a safe location or surrounded by friends. Alternatively there is a hood that can be pulled, matching the outfit with dark fabric and purple lines, and bespelled to stay up and hide the top of his face in shadow- except for the two glowing eyes. There’s also a helmet variant, safe to work on motorcycles, underwater, or even in space. The last layer comes in the form of a shapeshifting spell, allowing him to take the glowing form of an Anodite, used in more demanding situations and never for purely cosmetic reasons though looking like a glowing alien does wonders for concealing his identity.
--------
Civilian Appearance: Brown hair and green eyes, it can sometimes be difficult to tell he and his father are related. His attire is usually pretty normal, nothing exceptionally obscure or arcane visible on his person. He easily passes for normal, if slightly dorky.
--------
Icon: A pink circle with opposing lines that form something vaguely triangular.
Costumed Personality: Hex is dominantly quite childish, but eager to prove himself and thus attempts to wear maturity like a mask, donning a small but noticeable level of seriousness to appear like he knows what he’s doing, but in fact it’s mostly a game to him and it shows when he gets carried away, recklessly diving forward when excited, regardless of the danger. He still relies heavily on his father’s skill and experience, though he pretends he doesn’t. Civilian Personality: Tom is a nice guy, friendly, or that’s what his classmates say. He rarely has problems with anyone, but neither does he truly have friends. Magic, studying, and his father, those are his focus, everything else is held at arm’s length. Super abilities: -Skills:
Rune Lore/Geometry: Tom loves shapes, the only thing more amazing is magical shapes. Diagrams and matrices and runes, Tom loves them and knows a lot about them.
-Powers:
Anodite Form: Anodites are an alien species particularly suited to magic, under the Master’s inspection Tom learned he had Anodite ancestry in his genes, and thus a rare opportunity; shapeshifting would not come easy to Tom, it was complicated and difficult, but by tapping into his Anodite powers Tom could perform a spell to take the form of one, and thus boosting his magical power whilst transformed and allowing him to fly. Tom has been warned not to rely on the spell however, as Anodites are a peculiar species and so very inhuman it could become detrimental to overuse the form.
Magic: Tom doesn’t know much magic- sure he knows a fair bit of lore, and he can write just about anything in three different ways using runes, but in actual spellcraft his techniques are limited and sloppy- although it is magic, and shouldn’t be underestimated. Possibly due to his Anodite heritage, his magic takes on a bright violet coloration.
-Gadgets:
Ring of Seeking: A simple silver ring hanging from a chain around his neck capable of detecting and tracing magical energies.
Ring of Shielding: A simple golden ring, also hanging on the chain around his neck, this one is capable of forming a golden shield a few inches from his body, but unlike the Ring of Seeking this one must be fueled by his own energy or it will quickly shatter.
-Weapons: None. Civilian Occupation: Student at Gotham City High School.
Biography ---------
Character History/Origin:
Tom was born and raised in Gotham, a city of crime and bloodshed as much as a city of prestige and wealth. He could have turned out worse, and he knows many who certainly have, but Tom is fairly laidback and generally a good person, though there were a few times after his mom died that he may have lashed out harsher than necessary… but no one knows about that, and no one ever will.
Nowadays he fills his time with one of three things; video games, as all geeks must, school, as all kids must, and magic, of which there is no doubt he must pursue. His father has not always taken him with him, and often leaves him behind for the more dangerous or lengthy excursions, worried either for his life or his grades, but Tom tags along when he can, and studies when he can't.
Optional information ---------- Nemesis: None yet. Allies: The Master, an old and powerful wizard who trained his father, and now occasionally spares a lesson here and there for Tom whenever they meet. Team: Clayton Toombs (Father/Mentor)
