Quinn's complexion is a healthy pale, all the better for her makeup to accentuate and stand out from her otherwise sharp face.
When it comes to hair, Quinn adopts a medium-to-short length in all respects, favoring a messy, bedhead sort of look that falls right out of a suburban grunge video from decades past. Quinn's hair had once been all black as a starless night sky though now she has added colored tips - just to try it out - which has had the result of her leaning slightly more towards her feminine side. At a crisp six foot flat, Quinn's physical appearance is on the slender side, though she tends to consider it lanky due to rather weak musculature. Her build is rather unmistakably feminine once you strip away the frequent baggy clothing that serves to hide her curves, such as they are.

Profession: Quinn owns and operates a small store tucked away within Shine Junction. The store, named 'Diamond's Rough' specializes in clothing and accessories for those who are interested in fashion styles more common in alt magazines. Presently she's operating at a loss thanks to bank loans and the niche market not being helped by a less than stellar location, but she tries not to think about that.
Bio/Personality: Quinn is the type of person that doesn't ever seem to have a concern in the world - which of course means she keeps those bottled up in order to maintain her outward persona of having everything under control, of being that cool professional that's mature for her age. It's not exactly a facade, her outward personality, but anyone with a semester's worth of psychology could probably reach some rather obvious conclusions about her. Regardless, Quinn presents herself as a charming sort, working the front end of a newish and dangerously risky business means she has to be charming in order to maintain a customer base. That charm carries over to her social life, which mostly consists of fast and loose relationships since it's easier to maintain even if the desire for something more serious is constantly knocking on the brain.
Quinn Diamond - not at all her real name - was not born in Shine City, moving into an apartment when she was twenty two just as her initial dreams were crushed by the realization that her ability was lacking. Quinn had a desire to be an artist, not one that hosts events in a gallery but one who creates vivid worlds and characters in a serialized fashion. Every editor and publishing agent told her the same thing: her stories were bad, her characters unrealistic, her art amateur but the outfits were a highlight. Giving up on the dream of being an artist, Quinn turned to making her outfit sketches (for her failed characters) into a reality. Three years of secondary, trade school education, and Quinn was filling out business loan applications.
Now a year on, she's forgotten her artistic endeavors and has focused instead on making Diamond's Rough into a household name within certain communities. She can't afford to take on much staff, which is why she's always on site. Her social life has suffered somewhat, but she makes time for those who show an interest - enough to show them what they think they want before ultimately never following up. Casual. No one gets hurt that way. Other than Quinn. So no one important.
