Just because one is in college does not mean they are legally capable of consenting to that kind of stuff with an adult.

Those types of kids are rare and I doubt Grayson was one of those type.

@PathfinderIt's not exactly what you want, but Poison Ivy can manipulate plants, Venom could be used to enhance you, and I'm sure The Brain, Cheetah, Killer Croc, and Ultra-Humanite could all have knowledge in manipulating lifeforms to suit a purpose.

@Pathfinder In fact, there are many ways of getting super power post-collapse, as they are for sell by many people, including Lexcorp, and, to some degree Phoenix (though they keep the best stuff for their employees). Bane sells a less addictive form of Venom, too, including designer forms that can give you other physical enhancements.
