The difference being entirely that the Ghouls have gone out of their way to contact me to get involved. I've updated everyone as quickly as I was able, and many have fallen into nothing by simply not updating. If the Doves meant nothing, then why did I update Ketsu all this time, or Remi, usually within hours?
The Ghouls had the convenient opening of a new shop by your own character who quickly welcomed random strangers into her fold and made a group of Ghouls that would then constantly interact.
Ketsu and Remi were given, at best, a mission or plot to follow. We were given nothing, "Do what you usually do".
I can't do anything for anyone if I'm not told you would like direct GM intervention. I have a large host of prompts for people, but I can't just drop it in if there's nothing saying you needed it. Given that you two worked together intensively on your characters I thought doing dinner character on character to start would be best.
Which isn't wrong, it would have been fine but I'm rather busy with work and Sketcher is in University. You can only hold two characters, even if we work together doing it, on something that isn't story related and engaging for so long before our actual lives become too much to pay attention to writing something as trivial as a dinner or walking around.
Or maybe I didn't make it clear enough that this RP is heavily decided upon by choices? I have an entire system working on the choices of every single player, and thankfully another player has volunteered to create a Dove to cover the lack of numbers they started with.
You definitely didn't. And that's great, good luck to them.
Needless to say, baseless accusations incredibly piss me off.
Needless to say, baseless disregard for a group of players for as long as you disregarded us pisses me off too.
I will admit I should have called everyone out myself much sooner, however.
It is the GMs job to keep their players involved, we volunteered our time to you. You're entirely correct here. Hindsight is 20/20 right.

I am sorry it's called effort. A fucking Chimera attacked in broad daylight. Are you that idiotic to not think, maybe the CCG would have been called? Atomic Nut seemed to certainly be able to get Mei involved without the involvement of Shay telling them what to do. A RP is only as good as the effort the players put into that RP. It doesn't just fall on the players, it falls on you. Busy is not an excuse, Shay is busy and still manages to update and answer questions. If you have time writing this complaint that is near long enough for an actual post, you had enough time to figure out what the CCG was doing.
It's called using some brain. And putting effort into something you signed up for. For fuck sake.
@AngelofOctober Woah, woah calm down there. I'm not saying it's all his fault, I am saying there are better ways to have kept us involved then cutting us loose with essentially nothing to do. By the time that Chimera had shown up the posts had far outnumbered what I was able to keep up with reading at work, and I had stopped paying attention entirely unless I had been tagged. Perhaps an OOC post about it or a tag for everyone instead of just Lemon and yourself in the original Chimera post would have helped keep me here and even alerted me that it wasn't just Ghouls posting, but it never happened and I was no longer watching or even trying to keep up with any posts to notice it.
I'm not saying Amsterdam is some evil human being that's absolute shit at everything he does and he neglected us blah blah blah. I'm just voicing my annoyance with how this was handled. He's done fantastically well with his Ghouls as can be seen with their participation and everything they have to do, but he dropped it, at the very least, for Sketcher and my own character.
Go join an RP, get essentially thrown to the wayside (Doesn't have to be purposely, unintentionally like this works too) with a posting speed that means there are anywhere from 10-20 posts by the time you next get a chance to look and then convince me that you'd still be 100% interested or even motivated to try and involve your character. I bet you wouldn't be, and you can tell me that you'd put in the effort to do it because you have more "brain" then I do but I would find it really hard to believe that you would remain with that RP no matter what you say.
I could have tried harder sure, I could have been motivated to continue writing yeah. But I wasn't. There was no outreach from those in charge asking what was up. There was nothing saying that my character wasn't forgotten. There was nothing here to keep me with it. There wasn't even a tag when the Chimera (Which was an event for apparently everyone, but only Lemon and yourself got a tag for it) showed up to let us know what was going on, to me it just seemed that the ghouls were still posting half-baked paragraphs separated into five sentences every fifteen minutes as they had been before.
To say that being busy isn't an excuse is ridiculous. I just got off five days of 12 hours shifts in a row, right through Thanksgiving. Before that I had a single day off and worked three days of 12 hour shifts before that, with one day between the three days of 12 hours before that one with another 1 day off between the four days of 12 hours before that, I'm busy and drained by the time I get out of work, I don't have the time or the effort available to sift through the posts and figure out what's going on that could possibly involve my character. My timezone makes it so that I'm working while you're all winding down your day and posting a bunch together. I simply don't have the ability or chance to post when or as much as you all do because I am busy. Today is my first day off in those five days, of course I have time to post something right now, but if you're saying that since I have enough time right now that I always have time that's ridiculous. Don't ever just assume since someone can write a short shitty post like I did about why I left and what I was annoyed with that they always can make a post.
I apologize for making you rather mad, but just as my comments have made you angry, what I feel was a lack of care for myself has made me angry. Maybe you can understand that. I'm not looking to throw curses and accuse others of having less "brain" then myself, I was just pointing out what I felt was handled badly and, although apparent in how I wrote that I am pissed/annoyed, I was offering advice for Amsterdam to maybe use in future, whether or not he uses it or even listens in the slightest isn't up to me it's his choice. He can choose to completely ignore a player that felt wronged and wrote a pissed off little post about it with some advice thrown in, or he can use it later and maybe avoid this from ever happening again.
Name: Yuno Jericho Alias: Yu Faction: Dove, Rank II Age: 24 Personality: Yu is... hard to describe. She knows how she does things is quite stupid and she frequently has no plan, but she believes that the best stories and situations evolve when you run in with no plan. She knows how to be "serious" when she needs to, but she rather would like to stay fun for a good amount of the time, equivalent to all of the time. She likes mexican cuisine, being unpredictable, and situations that are incredibly hilarious. Lastly, she's homosexual with a rather odd attraction to ghouls. Most of the time she can keep it under control, but sometimes things get a bit too hot for her to handle. Oh, and she also tends to tar and preserve the limbs she's taken off of someone for no particular reason, although it's likely that they aren't for trophy purposes. Appearance: Yu stands short, at about 4'11", boasting an average frame and long, dark brown hair. She has a long scar down her left leg, but she doesn't really know how it got there in the first place to be honest.
Quinque - The Iron Grip: Her quinque is... well... a grabby claw. Y'know, one of those robot claws that a kid would carry around as a toy. Made from a bikaku kagune, Yu largely uses it for restraint purposes, but it can also double as an effective baton. If it manages to clamp around something, the claw part will fire spikes into the grabbed area, mimicking an Iron Maiden as the spikes pierce through the skin and cause some real damage, or applied directly to a surface to extend a large blade capable of disrupting a ghoul's Rc cells if hit in the right spot. Additionally, on the same side as the claw, a large blade can fire out from one side of the claw and soar through skin and bone, able to completely detach a wrist or ankle, all from the press of a button. It's dangerous, but you wouldn't assume that from it's appearance.
History: A largely unimpressive childhood will be glossed over as we discuss Juno's current life and the last few years of that. She signed onto fighting ghouls as soon as she could've, however she wasn't really good at studies and all that matter. She was incredibly talented with using unorthodox weapons (such as a grabby claw she carried to class one day when she forgot to get a real weapon), but was only able to graduate just barely as she was at the lower ranks of her class. Not the lowest, but it was still pretty damn low.
After graduating, she was sent to Seto Tanaka to receive more hands-on training. Yuno figured it was because she was in trouble and it was like that one movie she saw, but the actual reason was that Yuno showed promise in being a strong investigator with her abilities to use rather interesting weapons. She demonstrated her skills with these weapons once when she managed to demonstrate her ability in the field using the same grabby arm she took to class that one day, and as such, was promoted to a Rank II investigator and admitted a more thematic quinque. The Iron Grip, to be specific.
Since her promotion, she was moved to Ward 8 to take it easier than normal, but she's still actively looking for a way to get promoted again... and she's looking for someone to likely spend some time with
Skills:
Lightening someone up.
Using unorthodox weapons.
Cooking.
Flirting.
[CENSORED]
Being quite unpredictable.
Barfighting.
Equipment: The Iron Grip, at all times. A cellular phone. A black bomber jacket. Approximately anywhere between $10-$50.20. A package of Trident gum.
Edit: Finally made this CS for a setting I have no prior knowledge of... again... oh boy.
@Banana Approved. Move in over to the CS tab, and I think Arisen will be ready soon. In the meantime, we can discuss a way to introduce Yu and get ready for that partnership.
Name: Chiyo Tanaka. Alias: Chiyo-Chan, Lamia(don't call her this unless you like your spine's structural integrity. It's also the Ghoul-s nickname for her) Faction: Dove, Associate Special Class Age: 20 Personality: Chiyo goes to great lenghts to project an image of community-oriented and concerned person. She is easy to approach, supportive of her teammates, and possess a good grasp on how to support them both in skill and emotion. She is social busybee, always happy to be in the center of people to organize and tend to issues. She also likes to show an image of elegance and skill in whatever task she tries to accomplish, and she is quick to admit faults and mistakes. At least in public. In truth, Chiyo's outer friendly and social persona is but a mask that hides an ugly narcissistic, sadistic and nihilistic bitter woman, who thinks of only her own interest and advancement above all else, and that she understands that in this world, one must be a wolf and not a sheep. She could be accused of be cruel to ghouls, if she did not think those deranged mutants are on the same level as cockroaches, a plague at worst, and a quinque resource to be harvested at best. Vain to a fault, attempting to mar her physique is a sure way to knock off her mask.
Appearance: Chiyo is a fairly lithe and firmly set into a japanese woman average height. She keeps her hair long and stylish, and she has a shapely but not overly buxom figure. She usually likes to wear makeup (although not too much) and perfume, even on duty, as well as heels, whenever applicable. She usually gives a friendly smile and talks in a cheery voice. This also applies whenever she is angry, being able to vividly describe gruesome punishments with the same doll-like grin. Only when truly exhausted or angry, her smile can be wiped off from her face.
History: There is rarely any kind of noteworthy event to Chiyo Tanaka's early years, other than the fact that she practically had everything at her fingertips. Reasonably wealthy background, a gaggle of female followers and male-would be suitors, some sport competition medals, and wits enough to put the resident bookworms of class on their place. Yet, at some point in her high-school life, she was beset by doubt about what to do next. Would she pursue the Idol path, and cater to the voluble masses? Would she use her physique to win more fan and glory? Would she seduce a rich man to live off his wealth? Would she try to amass her own wealth? The answer she took was the CCG. Ironically, Chiyo herself would muse later on it was probably a last minute crazy idea. But she knew she could reap the attention of the sheep, be surrounded by studs, and a fair amount of renown, all for the risky but small price of hacking backward cannibal mutants to pieces.
So, she transfered to the Ghoul Investigator Training Academy, and she well made more than one eat their own words. Initially belittled for her rather friendly disposition and high-standard background, she made sure to shut the mouths of many with her effort and talent (her swordsmanship in particular), and earned herself quite a fanclub there, managing to graduate as Rank 1 instead of 2. Just like in her other high-school, albeit the Academy was, admittedly, more challenging...and perhaps fun.
Of course, after graduating and starting doing the field work, she was presented with the not so fun parts of the job. Using their quinques, and try not to be hacked into pieces by a ghoul. Well, nothing she could not usually manage, but still sometimes the damn beasts drew their claws a little too close to the face she had taken great pains to take care of. She couldn't help really. Fellow investigators and comrades in arms were shown what lurked underneath her honeyed exterior, particulary when they saw her break her Tsunagi by hitting a ghoul so hard they couldn't harvest a Quinque from it, merely for the transgression of cutting a large gash into her scalp that could leave a scar.
Some were taken aback...but others welcomed her true nature. They begun to compare her to a certain investigator named Graye. The sheer lethality and ruthlessness of her abilities had a lot of untapped potential and applications, and they soon began to deploy her with increasingly difficult targets, and much to her chagrin, usually in the frontline, to exploit her narcissist rage towards the CCG's ends. It worked, even though Chiyo began to secretly resent her seniors and higher ups for the fact that they had the gall to paint a target in her face just to see her trample down ghouls in retaliation. After a few high-profile kills, she achieved First Class at a rather young age after just one year of operations, much to the envy and awe of her peers.
This was the start of the nightmare for Chiyo, however. As a First Rank investigator, she was in charge of "juniors" which more than often were older than her. While she had no shortage of skill, her partner did belittle her for her youth and more than often refused to cooperate. And yet, she knew that if she snapped she could lose all what she gained. It was for naught, however, as a gross miscalculation on the CCG rating of a certain ghoul, called the Griefer, ended up matching her and her uncooperative junior against an SS rank ghoul no less.
She had been half expecting the backstab, really, but she had never expected he would have guts to do it. Being stabbed by a fellow investigator and be left as bait was infuriating. But it was more infuriating that nobody would ever see her end in all glory. He didn't really run far, the Griefer ate him like one gulps down a peanut. Chiyo bit her lip so hard that she drew blood. She couldn't allow this, she couldn't die here. She was far too talented and special to die here, she said to herself, but strength failed her limbs.
She did live, but not because of her own volition. She recognized the glint in the eyes of the Griefer, as she dragged her incapacitated self into his lair. She wanted to toy with her, like a child toys with a spider by tearing its legs one by one. And toy with her he did. She cried, even. Not the crocodile tears she usually put in front of others, but the genuine deal. She called for her parents. HER PARENTS! All while the Griefer literally chuckled as he kept making enough cuts and breaking the right bones to maximize the paint. He even literally drank her tears, the sick animal.
She still doesn't remember how it happened at first. The CCG had long given up on finding her alive. The Griefer, perhaps had a bit too much of a hearty meal. Or a fight with another high ranked ghoul. Perhaps both. A careless mistake mixed with his whim. He let her out of her binds just to amuse him by wriggling like a worm. She recognized the glint of her quinque, a tool that had been used against her to lacerate her own flesh. The Griefer smiled smugly, his eyes closed to enjoy the bliss. It happened in a heartbeat. Her hand seized the blade. Her body and mind remembered the techniques of the sword that made her medals in high school and the recognition of her peers in the CCG.
A swift cut, and the Griefer's lifeblood sprung forth from his neck. Chiyo croaked in whatever semblance of laughter her body could muster, as she crawled to her feet. The Griefer's eyes went from panic to fury. Rinraku tendrils sprouted from his back. But Chiyo was faster. Thanks to the torture, the pain of moving was a lesser worry. She drove the sword again with great skill through the ghoul's heart, killing him quickly. She smiled in glee. But she was far from done.
When the CCG reinforcements arrived after she managed to make a call from the lair, they found her nearly incapacitated, covered in her own blood and that of the Griefer. As for the Griefer, Chiyo had learned her lesson. The kakuhou was intact...but the rest of the ghoul had been scattered all over the place.
It took Chiyo months of hospital stays and cosmetic surgery to regain her appearance and function, painful waits and vexing procedures, but she eventually was back to her feet, thanks to the support of her family's wealth (which she nearly drained) and the CCG continued support. But she could never be back to what she had been. The humiliation burned deep in her soul. Her temper, however, was placated by the fact that her survival and slaying of the Griefer allowed her to be promoted to the Associate Special Class, as well as being awarded a Quinque from the Fallen Ghoul. After the proverbial pat on the back for a job well done and with her body still sore from the recovery, Chiyo was then transferred to Ward 8, in order to assist with the increasing Ghoul issues.
Skills: What are you good at? Weapon use, tactics, great at diffusing a situation, cooking? Anything that's above average that you feel needs noted goes here.
Swordsmanship: Chiyo's favored sport has always been swordsmanship even since middle school. Having no small amount of talent and non-stop training since then, it earned her several medals, the respect of her peers, and the annoying rumour that she killed a ghoul with a plain katana. (She doesn't deny or accept the rumour, either). She has mastered the quick-draw to a point that she can use a plain Tsunagi (or a sword-like kagune) to great effect, without relying on more powerful ones to hunt down all but the strongest ghouls.
Charismatic: Chiyo knows how to talk people her way in more ways than one. She is extremely adept at telling people what they want to hear, and wrap them around her pinky finger.
Cold Thinker: One does not survive living fast and hard on mere luck. Chiyo has cultivated her mind very much like her body, and she often thinks often about the possible factors, outcomes and actions of her plans, often in a callous manner. This generally doesn't change even under pressure, with the notable exception of anything that has to do with her narcissism.
Entertainer: Chiyo is an excellent hostess, and she can dance and sing like a pro. It's usually not useful, but sometimes she wonders if she should have pursued that kind of career instead.
Equipment: Chiyo carries usually a CCG-issued notebook, as well as her ID and Cellphone. She also carries a run of the mill plain Tsunagi quinque, the most basic tool an investigator uses, also a small purse with the key to her apartment and a wallet with some money and train cards (she doesn't drive). She has a secondary Quinque she carries but almost never uses.
Quinque: Izanami: Named after a terrible goddess of the underworld, this Rinraku quinque is as disgusting as one could think of. A sinewy, muscular tentacle with a bizarre appearance that acts like a whip, it is coated in a fluid similar to ghoul's saliva, but concentrated, and the mere touch of it can partially digest kagune and flesh over time (not to mention that it is really gross).
I'm posting this here to get everyone's thoughts. Monika is intended to be a powerful character.
Name: Monika Sigfried
Gender: Female
Faction: Ghoul.
Age: 32
Alias: None.
Appearance: Monika stands a daunting 6'4 and weighs an equally intimidating 207lbs
Mask: Monika doesn't wear a conventional mask preffering to just cover her head (excluding her eyes) with bandages. When she needs to use her mouth she just removes the bandages covering it.
Kagune Characteristics: Rinkaku. Her Kagune is comprised of 6 savage looking barbed tendrils that are effective at both stabbing and slashing at her foes, the serrated barbs often bury deep into the target making it hard for even Monika herself to remove them.
Personality: Monika is a rather simple person, knowing what she wants when she sees it. And she's not afraid to take what she wants either, be it by force or trickery (mostly force). She also has no problem with using human tools and weapons to achieve her goals. She's a very strong willed person who plays the game by her own rules, and anyone who tells her otherwise can look forward to being beaten within an inch of their life. She is highly aggressive and slightly greedy, always hungry for a proper fight. If she's eating she'll normally not share a single scrap and if the ghouls around her have a problem with that she'll make an example of them by eating them as well.
History: Monika was born in the small Russian town of Aramil, but life had anything but small plans for her. From the age of 1 her farther abused her, her farther would continue abuse her throughout her first three years of life. She would always heal back from whatever wounds her farther would inflict, so they got progressively worse his Kagune sometimes even getting involved. Her mother would encourage him shouting slurs at her that she couldn't even understand, and her big brother would make every moment that her farther wasn't beating her almost equally as scarring. But then on her third birthday she got out of the way of her farther's savage fist. He was enraged but before he could compose himself and take a second swing Monika's Kagune burst from her back and went through her farther's head. Monika's mother and older brother looked on terrified as she little girl was soaked in her farther's blood. But Monika was not done yet, as quickly as she had killed her farther she did the same to the rest of her family. All she'd ever know was hate, and she was going to share her hate with the world. For the first year of her wandering around she didn't kill many people, in fact most ghoul feedings she walked upon would would scatter, not out of fear but more out of wanting to give the starved little girl something to eat. But in the oncoming years she would progressively get more and more aggressive, actively hunting and killing humans, she even fought a few ghouls winning a few of her bouts.
When she hit the tender age of 12 she really started getting into it, now she was killing humans and ghouls alike in fits of savage hunger. She was almost never satisfied not only was her hunger massive but her appetite for battle was also a urge she needed to quell. She'd killed 1486 people before she got caught, the only reason she got so far is because they thought it was different ghouls causing each attack, but they were all Monika... So there she was incarcerated and sentenced for death at 15, it was not regulation of coarse but she'd killed roughly 10% of Aramil's population, not a crime many could compete with, and not a crime there were really any regulations set for. They tried giving her the chair, but instead of dying she would actually laugh as if she somehow enjoyed it before eventually falling unconscious. They gave it three tries, her body was about to give out and she would have been grilled to death but when she thought the fourth shock was about to start there was nothing. She was confused at to why she wasn't dead, then the door opened up and a man in a suit walked in. This man directed some police officers to remove her restraints, she was to weak to do anything at this point, all she could do was watch the ground move as she was picked up and dragged into some kind of vehicle.
She eventually passed out as the vehicle took off. When she woke up she was tied to a chair, she tried to get out but was shocked to the point where she couldn't move. She still laughed at the shock but couldn't shake the feeling of helplessness. Then a voice crackled over the microphone, "So you like to kill?" the voice questioned the voice was raspy even through the speaker. The question hung in the air for a good minute before the speaker spoke again, "So you're not in a talkative mood, I can respect that. I'm not sure what I would do in your position, but I don't think I'm messed up enough to get myself into the shit storm that is your record." the voice let out a sigh. "I'll rephrase my question in a way that you might better understand... So, you like to hunt." Monika's attention was instantly caught, whoever was behind the microphone noticed. "So you do then. I take it that civilians are to easy for you, it would make sense that bears and wolves might be harder." Monika looked up at the speaker, she was surprised the person knew so much. "What I offer here might be enticing to someone whit your... Personality... I offer you the opportunity to kill, but not only for yourself, but also for your country." Monika's head lowered, she didn't care for her contry. The voice let out another sigh "I'll give it to you simple. We are going to give you the means to globally seek out whom ever you want, and then kill them. In exchange you will kill the targets we set for you..." Monika's head raised again, if she could go wherever she wanted she might be able to find a challenge, she might find worthy prey. Hell the people that she would be told to kill might prove challenging. Monika was a simple creature and this man behind the speaker, whoever he was. He had just given her an offer she couldn't refuse.
So Monika agreed with a nod, Monika had not used her voice in such a long time. It felt strange to her, it was so different since she last used it, it sounded mature "I'm in." were the only words she could muster. And they were the only words the man wanted to hear "It's settled then, but first you must go through training. The people you are going after won't be as easy as a street ghoul, they are highly trained bodyguards armed to the teeth with weapons you don't even know exist." Monika practically vibrated with joy upon hearing this, threats she didn't even know about? What fun they would be to overcome!
And with that Monika's training began, first she was taught taught how to fight someone unarmed. She seemed to have a knack for it, she also behaved incredibly well not killing anyone. The promise of a challenging kill was the only thing she needed to keep her from playing up. She eventually developed her style, she focused on shattering blows followed by rapid strikes the the heavily damaged area. In most cases this would leave the internals of the plastic internals of the test dummies completely scrambled, like well cooked eggs. These were human dummies of coarse, a ghoul would be much harder to scramble. Then Monika trained with knives, learning the perfect spots to cut, to get the desired effects. Quick death, slow death, paralysis what ever she needed to bring you down. Then she could have her way with you, be that making you scream or eating you alive as you helplessly watched her teeth dig into you flesh. She took a little longer to master knife combat but she did in the end. Next was firearms. This is where she started to show her true potential. Due to her ghoulish strength she could use the firearms in unconventional ways like dual welding high calibre weapons like sniper rifles, and in some instances automatic shotguns. She showed great aptitude for integrating gunplay into hand to hand combat she preferred using an MP-412 REX loaded with .38 special rounds, she was a good shot with them as well. She could still use a sniper or a shotgun but she liked being in close range and shotguns took up to much space, and through all this she never once used her Kagune. She hit the age of 18 before she was sent out on her first mission, and it was a wild success for both parties. Monika actually had a bit of trouble and the Russian government had one less person to worry about.
Monika continued on this path for another 14 good years. And for Monika the rush from the first few years had died down, she'd completed 137 contracts, this brought her confirmed 3267 if you included her childhood kills and the guards that guarded her targets. It is unknown how many people she killed in her free time but it is estimated to be a comparatively small number enough for a ghoul to survive that amount of time, but numbers were meaningless to Monika. There was no thrill all it did was fill her stomach and that wasn't enough, yes she loved eating but she loved a challenge more. All she could do was train and search for more worthy targets. Then on her 138th mission she'd had enough she was bored so she dropped caution and just went straight for her target, she'd chosen a bad time to do this. This target was prepared for her and had laid a trap for her, and she loved it. Her target watched in horror as her highly skilled men were torn to shred, she was lucky she'd been watching from a monitor many miles away. This woman who'd witnessed her assassin's savagery quickly launched the foiled attempt on her life to the internet. Russia instantly cut all ties to Monika and threatened to kill her if she tired to re enter the country. Monika was fine with this, Russia was the first place she scoped out for worthy prey. Monika vanished off the grid with relative ease given the fact that Russia had already removed most of the traces of her existence.
Now that Monika had no obligations to anyone she took her time searching for a worthy foe, and the Japanese CCG caught her interest. Perhaps they had forged a worrier worthy of her time, so Monika learned Japanese and took the first flight she could over. She'd forged Id's before and knew how to bamboozle an airport security force. After that she made her way to ward twelve to see what she could find there, a ghoul detention centre was bound to have some nasty figures there. By the time she'd gotten to ward twelve she was starving, then she caught a whiff of something delicious. There was a dead person somewhere waiting for her to eat them, if there was another ghoul there she'd just kill them.
Skills: Killing, Murder, Homicide, Hand to hand combat, Knife combat, Firearms specialist, Multi linguine (English, Russian, Japanese, German), Durability, Fast regeneration and Assassination.
Equipment: All manner of wonderful killing toys. Knives for the most part, maybe a gun if she feels like it.

When his true emotions come out either when he is angry or filled with sorrow his face and body will react accordingly.
He loves order and schedules and hates it when unexpected things happen, As well he loves to pick the hangnails on his fingers and the fingernails on his hands and toes He also has a strange obsession with woman's thighs wanting to have a woman squeeze his head between them.

@Eviledd1984 While an interesting concept, I'm going to have to say no. I'm no longer accepting the hybrid Ghouls, to start.
Secondly, I'm not sure that explanation for the procedure works exactly. The entire process to create an artificial Ghoul is a difficult one, and not something to just happen in a simple surgery like that. There's a bit more involved than just replacing organs.
If you would like to try your hand at it again, I'm more than happy to answer any questions or concerns.
@Eviledd1984 Plenty. That's how Ghouls are normally, anyways. Might want to change his personally, though, unless you want him to become an active target for his outbursts.
Okay then do you want me to remove the going berserk? Or the killing of dogs? Would you mind him selling fresh dead bodies to other ghouls to try and lower the body count of living people?
I have been given permission from Old Amsterdam, but this is my quick analysis of the sheet as a whole;
Onto personality Honestly, I do not know where you're going with this. The personality jumps all over ideas. I tend to have a personality set with a core theme. I am not sure what hisdsyphoria has to do with antyhing because you haven't established anything of the sort in the history or in his identity itself. It's a very run of the mill idea, that hasn't been focused very well and I think it needs to be cleaned up. Remember to ask yourself question of the who, what, and why varieties and answer them. He experiences Dsyphoria, why, because being a Ghoul he has always strive to be more human. There are reasons we are the people we are. Whether or not people agree with that statement, people tend to have a reasoning behind their sense of being. A reason can be as simple as genetics or it can be a series of events that enforced an idea.
I think you really need to really anchor down what you want as your core being.
Unto History
History also fails to set up a core theme. Or a core mechanic. You threw a lot of ideas without asking the critical questions and giving into why. For example; At a young age he had a fascination with the human body wanting to be a doctor, As he grew older his father had pasted away form a car "accident" that his mother had done to get his life insurance money. Takashi went to college at the age of 19 during a course changing his profession to that of a mortician ^why did he suddenly change profession? what change? how did that affect him? It's such a sudden jump. Without any establishment as into why, or the reasoning behind it. You don't have to go into depth, but some depth and some understanding makes it clear.
I feel like the characters lacks any ground work. That anchors it to a core concrete idea.
