Lucas Turner couldn't believe it, here he was in Diagon Alley, about to get his school supplies for his first year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry! "Lucas, your mother and I will go and grab your books and other supplies." his father told him. "Here's some Galleons, you need to be fitted for your robes, get your wand, and pick out a pet. Go get some sweets or something with whatever you have left, maybe check out that Weasley joke shop you've been bugging us to take you to. Just don't get anything too bad, please." "Thanks dad!" Lucas said, too excited to sit still for too long. First, he went to Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions, to get fitted for his school robes. There he saw a few other kids getting their own robes.

Fillian wandered around Diagon Alley, this was her first time hear after all. In fact, her mother, useless as she was, was stuck in that pub from earlier. Twisting her neck, Fillian noticed another kid, about her age enter into a store that selled...wait, are those robes?

Fillian followed him inside, only to see that there were about 3 other kids in there. WHat surprised her the most was that one of them, a boy, had hair as white as snow with electric blue eyes. THe same as hers. Walking up to him, Fillian nudged his elbow.

"Umm, excuse me, but do you know where I can get these?" Fillian held up the list of school supplies. It was wrinkled and nearly crushed from having been shoved in her pocket this entire time.

"Yeah, there are shops all around that will sell you these things. Like you can get your robes here and Madam Malkin's, and your wand at Ollivander's. I'm just grabbing my robes, wand, and pet, my parents are getting my other supplies. Where are your parents?" he said. "I'm Lucas, by the way, Lucas Turner."

Ivy’s aunt tugs on Ivy’s arm as she is looking at everything in Diagon Alley. Ivy’s aunt encourage Ivy into Madame Malkin’ robe shop. Ivy walks into the shop as she notices a guy and a girl with the same hair color. She wanted to know what they are talking about, she is not from Britain. She is from USA but guess everyone came from all over the world to attend Hogswarts. The only other witch in my family is my Aunt Rose. Holidays can turn to something interesting but Ivy did not Want to think about that right now as she is more instrest in what she is expierenceing now.

Brandon had just arrived through Floo Powder a few minutes ago with his mother Megara, most of his school materials had already been purchased by the family's free house elf Mooky. As they arrived his mother went with Brandon directly to Ollivander's so that he could buy his own wand. When they arrived at the door his mother encouraged him to go inside alone, telling him it would be a better experience for him, well did she know how messy a wand selection could be. But Brandon went inside alone.

It was a dusty store, with hundreads and hundreads of small boxes stored in all the walls. "Mr. Ollivander? Hello? I came to buy a wand. Is there anyone here? he said, waiting not far from the door.

Fillian paused for a moment as Lucas introduced himself, and then she paused even longer when he asked her where her mother was. Rubbing her elbow, Fillian looked at the floor. "She's probably drunk by now...talking with a bunch of men in some rat hole." Gulping down her breath, Fillian bounced back up to her original self.

"ANyways, I'm Fillian Marsh, but you can call me Drake." Extending her hand to shake his, she asked another question, "Is it alright if I go with you? I'll still have to find my books afterwards, but that isn't a big deal."

After spending some time in Gringotts converting her pounds to galleons Dahlia meandered her way through the market. 'Diagon Alley' She reminded herself, glancing down at her supplies list. Looking back towards the stores she scanned the signs for and words that matched her list. For the first time in ages Dahlia was unsure of herself, her parents had been unable to come and Mharla still wasn't talking to her. She was upset that Dahlia was 'special' and she wasn't. Not like it was Dhalia's decision anyways. With a sigh Dahlia spotted Ollivanders: Makers of Fine Wands. A wand was on her list, seemed like a good place to start anyhow. Dhalia hurried over, her braids shaking behind her.

When she entered she saw a boy standing by the door. She didn't see anyone else there and having never having so much as seen a wand before Dahlia wasn't sure what to do. "So, is this like a Build-a-Bear situation or do we just get one handed to us?" Dahlia asked the boy in an effort to hide her nervousness, though it felt like she only made it only.

Brandon heard someone walking in, he looked back and saw a girl, probably his age. If she was at that store she was probably going to buy a wand too, what else would she be doing there if not that? Her question proved that.

"Oh neither of those. My mother didn't want to tell me the details, but has far as I know Mr. Ollivander made all those wands. You see that tiny boxes in the shelves? All of those are wands. I don't know how it really works but I've read that he kinda looks at you and gives you one to try, and then the wand has to like you or something like that. But doesn't seem he is here. I've called and no one came."

"Nice to meet you Drake." he said, shaking her hand. "It's a shame about your mother. How about you come with me to get your wand robes and pet, then we can meet up with my parents at the joke shop and they can help you find your other things?"

Just then, and old man hobbled in and saw them. "Oh! My apologies, I was just out back and didn't hear anyone come in! I'm guessing you two are first years looking to get your wands." he said. He reached under his desk and began and grabbed some measuring tape. "Your names, please?" he asked, taking their measurements.

"I'm Brandon Carter sir. And yes, we came here to buy our wands."

"Most excellent!" he said, writing down his measurements. "I'll be right back!" He shuffled out back and began looking at boxes. "Hmmm, this one should do!" he said, grabbing a box and shuffling back to Brandon. "Try this. Hawthorn, Phoenix Feather, 13 inches, and Surprisingly Swishy."

Brandon grabbed the wand and examined it, he liked it. "How do I try it? Should just... He didn't end the sentence because while talking he waved the wand and from it a soft breeze came and from it, softly swirling around Brandon. "I think it liked me!

"I thought that would be a perfect fit. Like I always say, the wand chooses the wizard." he said, taking he want back and putting it in the box, wrapping it up for him and telling him he price.

It is okay that nobody notices her as she is just another person in the robe shop as she steps onto a stool to see what size she is in her robes. She starts giggling as her pet cat Rajah comes out from her shirt meowing.

Lucas hears the cat and turned to see the girl that had walked in while he was talking with Drake. "Oh, hello there!" he said, smiling at her. "I'm Lucas, Lucas Turner!"

“Hello, my name is Ivy Roffe. I did not want to interrupt your conversation with your friend, this my cat Rajah.” Ivy says as her cat is sitting on her head to get out of the stream miss way. Ivy could step down from the stool to walk closer to Lucas and his friend.

"Nice to meet you Ivy!" he said, going up himself to get sized, measured, and everything else they needed to do to prepare his robes.

Dahlia turned to the old man, watching as Brandon handled his new wand. It looked so natural to him. She wondered if hers would feel the ssame. "I'm Dahlia, Dahlia Brady," She said cheerfully, expectently waiting for the man to get her wand.
