Failure: When travelling to town, add 1-6 extra Travelling Hazards to the journey. While in town, roll for daily events twice and take the lower result.
All we can do is hope that these guys don’t kill us. But one question I must ask is whether breaking the assault is the win condition, or if we have to clear the leftovers.

Like I said earlier, the bridge was the main choke point. With his range, Dan could shoot across the abyss no problem. Harold, and Dan or Jamie could have blocked the way across the bridge, with Charlie and Jamie healing. And it isn’t that hard to imagine that whenever a few of the monsters got out the pit one or two of us could have pursued and killed them before they got too far.
