That power is completely fine, and though I'm not against crossovers, I would ask maybe different parentage? Perhaps Weather wizard or a more complicated background with someone like Eclipso or Isis (DC version)? those are just suggestions.

That's absolutely fine, he's has no history in this yet, so if you want to toss up a small history before his death, so I can add him to the deceased roster. Will be keeping an updated Npc's and characters list in the characters tab and try to keep their current where abouts updated.

The Current and former League members are on the characters tab, along with the list of current JL NPC's available. If there is a hero you would like to be added, whether it be to interact with the league, just let me know! Was thinking of adding Icon if anyone has interest in playing a Rocket like character. I haven't decided on who will become the second Lantern of 2418, though I'm leaning torwards Jessica Cruz, I might leave it up to a vote.

Mandy stands about five foot five with a weight of one hundred and twenty pounds. She has a very slender and petite frame that comes from her days of working out. Her light skin toned complexion comes from her ethnicity, which is a mixture of Caucasian and African American. Mandy has raven colored hair that cascades down to the middle of her back. Her eyes are a perfect hazel color but shine a pure brown color in the right amount of lighting.

This is her hero suit, which is a play of her father's colors and she even has a yellow and green facial mask.

A B I L I T I E S

Atmokinesis ^__ Otherwise known as Weather Manipulation, Mandy can manipulate meteorological patterns and even sense, create and shape them. She can create rain, wind, hail, lightning, snow, sleet, fog and even change the temperature.

_{Limitations: While her abilities may be emotion based, they can become quite unstable if she ever gets emotional. She also needs some type of atmosphere medium such as space and air for her abilities to work fully. Sometimes, she may not be able to control the weather after causing it to manifest or she cannot control existing weather patters after they have been generated.}

E Q U I P M E N T

Much like her father, Mark Mardon or Weather Wizard, with his wand, Mandy must wear a bracelet that was actually given to her by Mark in order for her to hone her abilities. Without it, her ability might not be as functional and it will take some time for it work.

Updated the npcs list and the acitve rosters. Will drop a sheet for Deathstroke and Terra both tomorrow, as they'll be the main nemesis this first story arc. A sheet full sheet for Nightwing is also on the way. I think once we have 5 on the team we can begin, though I'll leave the status open to see if we can't attract a couple more to join in.
