Y'all have been the greatest group at posting that I've had for awhile, so I'm really happy to see. I'll be trying to get a post out tonight to get the next round started!

I do want to mention that I will be gone from May 19th (this Saturday) until June 2nd. My trusty co-GM @Prosaic will be continuing in my stead until my return! So I hope that we continue on with this fantastic roleplay.

So I just saw Deadpool 2, and I was struck with both delight and horror how similar I made Alex to Wade. Now I'm tossing up whether I should make him more or less similar, because all or nothing, am I right?

EDIT: Oh, I should probably put in this disclaimer as well, I actually made him with the anime Ghost Stories as my main inspiration. Deadpool wasn't in there originally.

I've never seen Ghost Stories, I'll have to look into it! Alex is super cool so I'll probably dig it.

Aw, thanks man! I think Sage is pretty great too, and not just because he's so easy to come up with funny nicknames for... I mean, largely that, but I'm sure there'll be some fun banter later on even without that.

And Ghost Stories is awesome, it's kind of like deadpool but... Meaner? You gotta watch the English dub though, because that's where it's funny. The original version of the show was super cliched and boring, so when the owners sold it to the guys who did the dub, they told them to do whatever they could to make it successful, so those guys basically told the voice actors to improvise and say just about whatever they want, as long as the very basic elements of the original plot were included. It's basically an official abridged series, and it's one of my favourite shows because of it!
