INTRODUCTION
Given its apparent popularity, it's safe to assume that most know what My Hero Academia (MHA) is all about. On the off chance that one doesn't, google can do wonders, but if you have the time, both the anime and manga are worth it. I've re-watched the anime twice and reread the manga thrice; definitely no regrets here.

Anyway, I hope you're refreshed on what the whole story is all about, or at least get the gist of it, since we'll be going with the traditional story for this RP. You heard it right, you'll be playing as high school students who'll be enrolled into a "3-year" hero course, in hopes of becoming professionals one day. Aside from being heroes in training, you'll have to juggle with it the woes and inner angst of typical teenagers along with those pesky raging hormones. Difficult, I know, but it's something all heroes go through. I think. Or I could probably be wrong. I guess we'll just have to see and find out then.

To start things off, we'll be set in an alternative MHA universe. Aside from canon characters, the major events and locations, to say the least, are going to be relatively the same. However, although the setting will still be Japan, we won't be going with Yuei High. Where exactly? I guess I'll just have to tell you.

Among each and everyone of us are people who were blessed with special abilities, whether born with or grown into, here at Ketsubutsu we train those abilities for those who are interested in following the footsteps of our finest students. However, not everyone is blessed with over the top useful abilities. And that's where we fall in, Ketsubutsu Academy. Many view us as unimportant, useless, and a waste of space. But, we've earned our spot here, we've passed exams, and showed our worth. Or, what we consider as our worth. Day after day, you'll have to live under the shadow of others around you, but don't you worry. Soon enough, it will be your time to shine.

Personally, I'd go with Vigilantes, because I think it offers the most versatility.

I looove BNH, but I'd definitely prefer a traditional school setting, where the arcs are especially hard classes/exams, and fights against Villains and Vigilantes gone rogue. I don't really see much appeal in playing the other side, mostly because the school and students is what makes people like the show. If I wanted to play baddies or vigilantes, then that wouldn't be any different from, say, making a Suicide Squad roleplay, or just generic superhero settings in general. So if you strip away the academic aspect of the roleplay, then it wouldn't really be a roleplay for that fandom, I think. I wouldn't mind playing a class other than the A one; especially if everyone's Quirk is a bit on the weaker/less immediately useful end of the spectrum.

Ooh, interest... If I can figure something out at least but we'll see.

Also pretty much agree with everything Sunbather said, really.

I've been wanting to find a MHA RP that'll stick around, so I'll keep an eye on this.

Interested for sure, it's been a while since I've done a Hero Academia RP but I've been looking for one for so long! I even have a quirk ready to go.

May I ask why no likes and dislikes in the personality section? those are the final things I add at the end of the paragraph or two that I write up. And that's part of someone's personality.

Beyond that I'll work on figuring out a Quirk and character

@AngelofOctober I just wanna see traits and characteristics in the Personality section instead of likes and dislikes (ex. enjoys ice cream or likes playing basketball, dislikes cute puppies). Not everyone does it, but some do. You could put that under Others. However, if you were thinking of putting something similar to "dislikes violence or dishonesty", putting down pacifistic or non-aggressive would be way better for me.

WIP

Age: 14

Appearance:

"Is that your natural hair color?"

-giggles- "Yeah it is,"

Ollie is shorter than most boys, standing at 5'4", 162cms, what he makes up for in height is a big personality and an even bigger smile. You wouldn't really assume anything deadly from him, with his fair tone voice, and childlike demeanor. He seems eager, ready to go, always excited. His laugh is infectious, like pure innocent joy, it makes you want to enjoy whatever the hell he finds so damn amusing and entertaining. He tends to be seen wearing an over sized sweater that is baggy on him and gives someone the impression of magician robes. He wears loose baggy blue, gray or black cargo shorts often and is seen only wearing a pair of sandals. Weighing a little lighter than most his age, at 107 pounds, 48kg, he's lithe and nimble. Though you wouldn't know that with his baggy clothes making him look bulkier than what he really is. Yes there is purple bruising and bags under his eyes and his skin is somewhat peaky in complexion.

Personality: Coming Soon

Talents: Coming Soon

Power: Poison Mist - Transformation Quirk

Oleander has the ability to transform his entire body into a poison mist cloud. However, with little mastery it comes with caveats. He is not invulnerable to damage, but others are invulnerable to him. It takes Ollie a thought or two to be able to shift between solid and misty. The problem is in the height of battle Ollie has a tendency to mist when hitting things physically, so his attacks never register through physically. But Ollie takes damage from other people because he cannot quickly shift between mist and solid.

In Poison Mist form Ollie moves at a slow leisurely pace. Though that doesn't make him completely useless.

Those who breath in the toxin fumes either faint from holding their breath too long. [A fault of their own thinking that they can stop their sinuses from burning.] Or experience itchy, burning, irritation to their throat, eyes, and sinuses.

He can squeeze through vents, cracks through doors, window cracks, etc. His power doesn't kill. It merely causes irritation to their sinuses, they experience itchy eyes, burning throat, burning nose irrtation, scratchiness to throat.

Only a part of him lingers for a few short seconds once he returns to being solid. His poison is through skin contact and breathing it in, but can be washed off with water.

History: Coming soon

Wow. Was literally going to have a character that's sort of the combination of the characters you two created. Her quirk was called 'bubble suit' and basically her entire epidermis was a combination of stretchy skin and powerful lungs which she could breath and exhale through. At any area of the body, the skin could be rapidly inflated to many times her normal size (though only through her mouth) to be used for a variety of purposes such as defense (filling up her skin like airbags to cushion a blow), offense (rapidly sucking in air to smash into whoever is nearby, also like an airbag), nearly unlimited stamina (because again, her entire skin is composed of super efficient lungs), transportation (via rapidly pushing air out of her body via the small slits located throughout her skin), air based attacks(similar to the transportation method but only aimed at an opponent), massive air storage(for both fighting in areas without air, and depriving opponents of air in a sparsely ventilated area), as well as some other nifty things, but now I kind of feel like I should think up something else since we've already got an air type quirk as well as a rubber type quirk @.@

You're not gonna believe it but at one point I was considering a quirk that partly resembles the one you're talking about. Basically superbreath due to oversized lungs and an unnaturally flexible rib cage.
