@Omega Man Tweaked the bio. It's mostly the same except that I included a bit where Cold was in Metropolis when Doomsday attacked. He helped some civilians and that finally convinced Batman of all people to give Snart a chance. Batman vouched for him to get a spot in the League, but made it clear that Snart was to be a "probationary" member until he proved himself to the others.

I’m gonna go ahead and throw this out there in case past players are waiting around to submit CS’s… only gonna have six players on each team with a total of thirteen players including myself.

Also, as it seems to be a thing on rpguild… a hero dressing in more street style clothing is usually one person per team’s schtick. Anyone submitting an anime inspired visual will have to give me something more in terms of a superhero appearance. Shard’s Evermore character is a good example. In the extra bits there was battle gear that included a hood, mask, and chest piece. It’s cool if somebody wants the street clothes schtick, but go ahead and have a backup superhero suit in case. I’ll just pick somebody to be ‘that guy’ out of the lot who wants street clothes for their thing. This includes the accepted characters.

• Magic: He needs to use spells to cast his magic but his magics are powerful. Due to his half homo-magi blood, he is quite the powerful sorcerer or some day he will be. Today he is just a decent sorcerer. He usually uses his spell book as a focus but in a bind, he can use his blood as a focus. His spells are varied so long as he can pay the required cost. Usually, animal blood will do.
• The Seal of Solomon (Summoning): Liam doesn't see calling outsider beings or demons to help him to do as a bad thing. A creature that can help him is a good thing. The Seal of Solomon allows him to do this. His Magic summons the creature from whichever place it came from and the Seal binds the creature to his service. Liam can only keep on creature at a time for now.
• Blood Magic : He is skilled at the use of blood magic. He can do more "dark" magics with his blood spells. Using this magic, he can place curses or weaken his enemies if he has time to set up.

Weaknesses:
"All Magic Comes with a Price, Dearie": His spells are powerful but they require an offering of something equal in value. If he wants to raise someone from the dead, he must sacrifice someone else's life for the person. The stronger the spell, the more costly the price. If the price is too high, the spell can take a bit of his life.

"One Cannot Rush True Magic": Liam needs time to set up his spells and if his magic is interrupted then it does not work or worse. The spell might backfire or cause something to happen. With more practice he could control this but for now it is a large issue.

Skills:
Liam can read and write in: Latin, Greek, Aramaic, and Hebrew. Despite his magic, he is quite good with his fists. Not going to punch out a powerful person but he would be good against regular thugs. His tutors thought it important that he can fight without his magic.

Liam will eventually need a better outfit but for now Spandex is not his thing. The Mask manages to hide his appearance unless he takes it off willingly.Even people who know him intimately cannot see through the illusion even if they see his tattoos.

This cycle of success and failure continued for years until eventually, one of his ancestors decided enough was enough. The family would no long sacrifice innocent blood for their own gain. The family was no longer richer than God and all His Angels but they were still wealthy enough to be considered the Upper Crust of the Gotham Elite. The gossip had always been that the McNeil's were an odd lot who never quite fit in. Their Import Export business was still profitable and they did a good deal of business with the Waynes and that made them rich.

His parents were both magical and it appeared that Liam had more power than both of them from birth. Someday, he would lead the family and everything would be fine. On his tenth birthday, things got worse for Liam. His parents tried to summon something that they did not control. The creature got loose when the wards broke. Then the screaming began waking Liam up from his sleep. We watched as the boy ran through the mansion as hellfire broke out around him. The screams would be with the boy till the day he died. We saw the boy go running out of the house while it was consumed in Hellfire. We watched as the ever faithful butler Giles came to the boy and pulled him away. The loyal servant took the boy away from the destruction and taught him magic all around the world. The boy did not return to Gotham for years. The city for the most part thought that he had died in the fire.

Now we see our Sweetling using his magic to try and fix Gotham. The Man in the Bat Suit can only fight crazies in masks. It takes the right kind of person to fight a ghost. The Man Bat cannot punch a ghost to death since it is a ghost and all that. We wonder if Kid Solomon can even be a hero despite his family's twisted past. Can someone with a wicked past be something good? Only time shall tell us.

Story Arcs:
The Price of Magic: Magic has a price and Liam has racked up a large debt. The Outsider holding the Debt is willing to ignore it for the proper sacrifice. Can Liam give up His morality for his own life? Should he live? (Solo/ Team)


Blood on the Neon Floor: Someone is kidnapping teenage club goers in Gotham and draining of every drop of blood. Liam believes that it is something to do with Black Magic but this is something he can’t do on his own. Liam's ex boyfriend was one of the victims and it felt personal. He needs all the help he can get and so he would swallow his pride and ask for help. (Team Up)

The Alignment: "When the stars were right, They could plunge from world to world through the sky; but when the stars were wrong, They could not live." : Someone is attempting to summon The Nameless One from the Source Wall. Summoning an Old God to Earth is never a good thing. It will take more than a single young Sorcerer to stop them. (Team Up)

oooh i'm so excited for your character. I was just talking to KL about using one of my supporting characters (eventually) as part of some Justice league dark situation some day since she's obsessed with magical/paranormal events... It would be cool if she heard some "whisperings" about yours (when you get accepted), although i want her to end up doing more like african black magic (voodoo). Anyways this idea is far removed tho so ignore me gushing lmaoo.

🌑 A resurrected creature, brought back to life through the use of highly powerful necromancy. These creatures are bound to their necromancer until the latter dies.
🌑 A revenant has no memory of their lives. However, they do have a free will and full understanding of their surroundings. Despite this, a revenant is forced to obey their master until the latter passes on.
🌑 These creatures are most often used as bodyguards.
🌑 To create a revenant, several life sacrifices are required.

Appearance
🌒 Revenants are pale and possess black eyes.
🌒 They are scrawny, and somewhat sickly looking.
🌒 A Revenant has small claws at the end of their fingers, rather than ordinary nails.
🌒 Additionally, a Revenant has sharp, pointy teeth.

Power
🌓 A revenant possesses the power to automatically regenerate from any amount of damage, granted a set of restrictions. This regenerative process is almost instantaneous and regrows severed limbs if it comes to such. This also prevents a revenant from aging, entirely.

Power - Weaknesses
🌗 The more a revenant heals, the more tired they get, which leads to eventual fainting.
🌗 Cutting the nape in a revenant's neck instantly kills them, severing the contact between their brain and spine.
🌗 Damaging a revenant's brain will lead to memory loss after the regeneration process.
🌗 While on blessed ground, a revenant cannot heal. If killed on blessed ground, if the nape on their neck isn't cut, they will return to life upon removal from holy soil.
🌗 Damage caused by holy and blessed weaponry requires a night's sleep to fully heal.
🌗 Cauterizing the stump of a severed limb before regeneration takes hold, will prevent that limb from growing back, until the cauterized flesh is removed.
🌗 Drowning a revenant will kill them due to shutting off oxygen to the brain.
🌗 A Revenant is sensitive to light. While not on the level of a vampire, the sun causes them discomfort.
🌗 Holy symbols similarly causes them discomfort and are distracting.

🌙 A revenant does not require nourishment. Their regeneration keeps their body healthy.
🌙 Revenants possess physical prowess comparable to peak human capabilities.

Limitations
🌘 A revenant requires sleep, like any mortal.
🌘 They also require air, and are subject to exhaustion.
🌘 Revenants have a free will, but are also subject to emotions and everything that comes with it.
🌘 While under the control of a necromancer, a revenant is aware of their actions, but have no way of disobeying.
🌘 Eating will cause the revenant to convulse and very painfully puke the food. They can, however, drink liquids.
🌘 Revenants are completely unable to use any kind of magic, except passively enchanted items. They cannot activate enchanted items such as wands.
🌘 A revenant is susceptible to both a necromancer's ability to control undead, and a sorcerer's ability to control living minds.
🌘 Silver is a deterrent for Revenants and burns their skin upon contact. This damage cannot regenerate on the spot but requires a night’s undisturbed rest.

Appearance
Once your eyes come to greet this figure, they would be met by a pale shape, indeed. Standing slender and thin, at no more than the average height of five feet and seven inches, this creature appears to carry with him a sense of honor and nobility. Is it assertiveness? A position of self-awareness? Raziel armorers himself with professionalism, an aura of calm and harmony surrounding this peculiar individual. Matched only by the silence of his footsteps, Raziel Lunaris speaks with an assertive, yet relaxed tone. He does not find a need in making himself heard, beyond the initial attempt. One could perhaps consider this an act of arrogance. Though, if we are to shift our attention to the young man's physical appearance, one will quickly note a thick mop of raven hair atop his head. Strands proceed down in a set of bangs, somewhat obfuscating the obsidian gaze which in turn would appear to pierce an onlooker's glare. Flawless, almost unnaturally so, Raziel possesses chalk white skin without sight of a single blemish brought forth through age, nor conflict.

He seems to have grasped the mature age of twenty winters to claim, and moves with steps comparable to that of a silent shadow. With a straight back and a curious gaze, he can often be seen analyzing a sight in silence. Working out the machinations in his head, Raziel often sees it fit to consider his words before uttering them to any who might hear.

His body is of the slender type, indeed. There does not appear to be any visible muscles to view, would you gaze upon his naked shape. Rather, much like a dancer, his frame is lithe and graceful, not at all belonging to one who wields a blade. Indeed, a person might, in fact, find it disturbing how this gentleman, for that is what he is, meets your gaze with a fixed sight of his own. Never yielding, never relenting, those obsidian orbs resting above a small nose will retain their target with harmonic bliss to accompany the assertiveness.

A smile is often seen upon his lips, though quite somber in nature. It is almost as if it remains, solely as a courtesy to others, an otherwise splendid compliment to his unnatural beauty. Of course, one claims that beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder, but Raziel possesses an aura of almost effeminate splendor, rather than a masculine presence. Indeed, he has often been mistaken for a woman, in the past, a notion he finds quite hilarious.

Personality
Accompanying this creature's otherworldly presence is a personality to match. Relaxed, calm and professional, Raziel treads forth with a sense of zeal in each step. He is unrelenting, though not obnoxious in the way this is portrayed. No, Raziel Lunaris reflects the grace provided by Knights of a long forgotten tale. He is polite indeed, but merciless in execution. The gestalt speaks with words considered most peculiar in this day and age, echoing his image of a creature certainly of a bygone age. He is chivalrous, make no mistake, his heart quite golden, but with this comes a sense of a justice brushing against the most poetic kind. The dragon requires a masterfully placed stroke to be felled, and it shall be so. Raziel does not believe in the ever-repeated process of spiriting a criminal towards the confines of a prison. Those who aim to pick up arms in an attempt to cause harm have sealed their fates in the action.

Now, we are to delve deeper. Raziel Lunaris is quite an affectionate romantic. No, an affectionate individual as a whole. Not only poetic in speech, but also in action, he sees to an embrace much like a language in itself. Is it to instill a sense of positivity in a dark situation? Yes, indeed. He is not above enjoying a movie with friends, laughing at a joke or sharing a drink. Indeed, Raziel adores conversation, especially of a more philosophical nature.

Raziel is loyal, unwavering and vigilant. He is a modern-day knight, and those he considers friends are family and soul mates. He wastes no time before spilling blood in the name of his beliefs. Though, do not consider this young man rash or impulsive. Rather, he is the opposite. Carefully assessing a situation before acting, Raziel is as willing to wield his tongue's razor edge as he is ready to draw a sword. It all comes down to what his opponent shackles to the consequences of their actions.

On the flip side, Raziel abhors firearms and modern-day weaponry. He sees it as a far step from honorable means of combat, and does not hide the opinion behind any level of silk or glamour.

Bio
Raziel's past is clouded in mystery, indeed. Where did he come from? How old is he? These are answers he appears reluctant in answering. Yes, Raziel is, as one can quite clearly tell, by far older than he appears. If only by a decade or a century, however, is difficult to tell. While unknown to most, there are those who know of the Order he served. The Obsidian Rose, a secretive order of quite old-fashioned crime fighters, they maintained a strong presence in Brittan. Indeed, Raziel Lunaris is, in fact, the only Obsidian Knight to remain, and has traveled the world for many years to exact the justice once decided by the order he so zealously served.

These are, however, new times. The knight's exploits were not difficult to notice by the JLA, and his methods were far from what one might consider that of an anti-hero. Though he worked alongside the JLA as an extended hand for some time, Raziel eventually joined the organization as he saw it much like a modern development of what he once considered his home order.

Ressurected by a dark magician, the very beginning of Raziel's past drew him little more than a bodyguard, until such time as his master was killed by another wielder of magic. From that point on, Raziel was freed from the control of his creator.

@Avanhelsing Kid Solomon is definitely accepted. Can't wait to see more of him in the universe. He'll definitely be 'that guy' in the Titans who wears street clothes. That's just too good of a look not to use with all of the tats. I think that was one of the reasons I didn't try and use Constantine in the last game as a primary, your magic guy just seemed too cool for me to step on any toes.

@Shard I wouldn't mind the character change but of the two I like Evermore 10x more. The rich guy backstory and possible friendship with Bruce Wayne, his limited power set, as well as the look with the hood and face mask are all just well put together and something I can really work with in the game.

THANK YOU! I literally chose that pic cause the tats looked old fashioned and very magic with k. I wanted him to look both modern and old at the same time. The idea was the tats could help him with his magic. I would have been fine with Constatine. Lord knows we had more magic than most in the first one and John Constatine would have been a fun mentor for Liam. Regardless, I would love him to the the street clothes dude and I am so happy to be back!
