There's still some people working on the their CS's so not until then.
In the meantime share some ideas and thoughts on what you want for the first few missions.

BTW the story will start a few days after they've finally decided on doing this. Which means that they've had a few missions now, but nothing too extravagant just the basic crime stuff like thieves, robberies, etc. The story will open during the day after last night's mission which didnt exactly end on a good note, one could say that tensions are high because the team dynamics and beings friends hasn't set in yet. At the moment all they have is the common goal of being good heroes that want to save heroes.

The mission that night will be their first big mission that will get their names around. I'm still deliberating whether they'll save a building that's currently been taken hostage by a villain, or stop a runaway supervillain that's just escaped a super prison. Naturally the more famous heroes are busy doing something else so they decide to just ignore it while the police deal with it.

The mission could be stop a supervillain from escaping and fail it, but in also failing it one of our friends were killed during the villain's escape.

I'm fine with either of the options for a first mission, though I'd prefer fighting an escaped villain.

No I'm not down with this, I don't want this story to get too dark.

No friend will die too soon. We won't get that dark right off the bat. It's there, but I don't want this to become some kind of twisted and grim version of Kick-Ass.
Anyway the darkness of that whole scenario lies in the fact that the "real" heroes are too busy doing something sponsored/publicized that they couldn't be helped doing actual hero stuff.

Also it's sunday night now, past 11, and this basically means I have school tomorrow until Thursday. Some of you may have noticed that I'm basically not here during those days so expect me to do only half/less of what I've been doing over the weekend because my day starts around 4 and ends around 8 pm so really I only have time to do online stuff for two hours before I go to bed, and that's if I have free time. I could do more during the day, but I don't have a laptop and internet connection with me all day so there you go. However, during the day, when I can, I write most of the my posts and do the work when I can by sacrificing any relaxation time I have, but that's fine since not doing anything makes me neurotic and makes me feel worthless because I should be doing something. The point of this is all this is that if we get any bigger, and judging by the two or three more people and their three to five characters pending, not including mine I will most likely need a Co-GM. If we remain pretty small though then I'll still need a Co-GM who can help keep things in order while I'm away.

The two criteria's for being Co-GM are:
1. Be active, especially when I can't be so availability around 4-8 Pacific time zone would be great. I live in California btw.
2. Be an adequate enough writer with experience in the advanced level and in the superhero story genre's.

With all that said I will most likely be able to get back when I get home tomorrow, or before I leave.

Eh.... I would hope nobody bails that soon, or at all for that matter. Probably just not much to discuss at the moment.

Runaway villain does sound better than choice a though.

I guess so, but this silence is rarely a good sign, unless of course we're all the same in that we just lurk and have such a hard schedule. In any event since I'm constantly busy feel free to discuss what you all want to happen with the runaway villain. Go ahead and collaboratively make him or her.

YEah I'm working on another RP in the meantime but really for the villain I don't really have a big opinion on the villain. Maybe more of a Lex Luthor style character who wants the worse part of the city himself for whatever illegal means he wants.
