Brent possesses enhanced physical attributes, the ability to breath under water, as well as giant growth up to twenty-five feet tall. Strength limits at regular size is roughly six tons, and his strength increases with his size.

Weaknesses:

He's as fleshy as the next human with gills. Though time under the seas has given him a degree of durability that's resistant to small arms fire and basic bladed weapons.

Equipment: light weight body armor/wet suit.

Experience: Two years operating in the shadows in-costume, and he's lived in Sub Diego since it sank three years ago.

Reason For Joining: Aquaman rescued Brent right after Sub Diego sank several years earlier and made quite the impression. Over the last two years BA has tried to become 'the Batman of Sub Diego'.

BRIEF Bio:

Brent recently moved out west to live with his older sister when an enemy of Aquaman's spliced the DNA of several thousand civilians in San Diego and sank part of the city with it. The then 22 year old Brent had just started going to community college and had considered joining the Coast Guard. His sister and nephew still live in San Diego on the surface, unaffected physically from the disaster.

Notes:

* Brent was a high school state champion on the swimming team, diving team, as well as the school's wrestling team. He's a natural in the water.

* His home town was originally Bristol, VA.

* He's worked with Aquaman on three different occasions.

The Drifter

Home: Wanders through the realm, though considers the seaside of Scotland to be the closest thing to home
Powers/Abilities:
Telepathy: Can telepathically communicate with others and sense where other people are or overhear their thoughts.
Empathy: She can sense other people's emotions as well as broadcast her own or an emotion she's creating.
Selkie Transformation (racial trait): As a selkie, she is a seal in water but can take off her skin to become human on land.
Mixed Martial Artist: Has her own unarmed martial art style that mixes elements of Atlantian/Selkie and Earthian martial arts along with a typical seal fighting style that can be adjusted to suit her seal form underwater or her human form on land.
Weaknesses:
Can be overwhelmed from the sensations she experiences from her powers if there's tries to actively hear or feel more than ten people at once.
Powers can become erratic if she gets too emotional, especially if she becomes extremely emotionally distraught or panicked
Her seal skin is actively connected to her, even in human form. Meaning that if it is hurt, she experiences the same pain. She could live if its completely destroyed while in human form, but she could never become a seal again. Therefore, whoever has her skin does have power over her as is the case with other selkies.
Equipment: Pan flute, emergency knife, a dozen throwing knives, and her seal skin. (only in human form. Seal doesn't have equipment for obvious reasons.)

Reason For Joining: To help protect the realm, especially from kidnappers. To be on the front lines in case humans decide to try a full on invasion. To prove that selkies can do more than most people expect.
Appearance: While seal, she's a slender silvery grey seal with mottled black and tan spots, large black eyes, and long whiskers. While human, she's black-haired with light tan skin that contains a silver tinge to it and freckles. Her oval face and sharp chin are paired with dark, almost black, brown eyes with larger than normal pupils and long hair that goes down to the small of her back.
BRIEF Bio: Most men know the legend; if you steal a selkie skin, then the selkie must become your wife and will stay so as long as she can never find her seal skin. Ari's life has been shaped from the effects of that myth. Oh there is truth, a selkie's bond with her skin makes it so that one would do anything to prevent it from harm or be able to have a chance to grab it back, even a mockery of marriage. Since barely any aid for their captured kindred came from other sources, the clans organized themselves to be able help those trapped to reclaim their skins, seek their revenge, and return home. When Ari's powers developed, she was a natural for the on land expeditions and keeping watch whenever they visited the shore. As the years went by, Ari became better at using her powers and protecting her people. Now on behalf of the former King, she will extend her protection to the rest of Atlantis.
Notes: Selkies could be considered the wandering gypsies of the Atlantean world if everyone else likes that idea. Ari can definitely play her Pan flute and sing high soprano.

Home: None. Orgaan hails from the Exsules, a nomadic tribe of deep sea raiders.

Powers/Abilities: Orgaan's people possess a number of strengths and flaws as a result of their physiology and upbringing:

• Physique ~ The strength, durability, and stamina of the Exsules is known in many parts of the oceans. They're toughness is particularly well known as they are among the few that are able and willing to brave the deepest and darkest depths of the sea where even other merpeople dare not venture to.
• Warriors ~ The Exsules are a warrior people, trained from birth to fight and survive the harsh mistress of the deep sea. They excel in battle, and their upbringing has given them a lust for strength and battle that is quite infamous. According to some legends, the Exsules are said to grow stronger and wilder the closer they are to death.
• Predator Form ~ A unique sort of transformation that an Exsilium can take if a situation is desperate enough. Their muscles almost double in size, and their already formidable strength is enhanced even further. Their attacks become far more wild and savage, and if left uncheck they can fly into an uncontrolled bloodlust akin to a school of sharks during a feeding frenzy.

Weaknesses: Though formidable warriors and valuable as allies, the Exsules are not without their issues. Their warrior culture combined with their upbringing as raiders makes most of them likened to deep sea pirates. Many of them roam in small packs or raiding parties willing to prey on any that look like worthwhile targets. They are also very proud, most of them refuse aid from any source or insist on fighting all their battles alone. The Predator Form only accentuates the flaws, as an Exsilium in Predator Form loses almost all ability to reason and must usually calm themselves down after some time or be subdued by their own allies before they can become a liability.

Equipment: Orgaan doesn't own any weapons of his own, but he and his kind are generally well-taught in using most any kind of Atlantean weapons, or really any weapons that they obtain for themselves.

Reason For Joining: After being spared by Aquaman despite challenging him to a deathmatch, Orgaan swore a life debt to the King, declaring that such was the only way his pride would let him continue living.

BRIEF Bio: Orgaan grew up in one of the many Exsules parties. For most of his life, Orgaan followed the ways of his people, raiding along with his kinsmen and constantly training himself against his father, the party's chief. Until one fateful day, the raiding party attacked an Atlantean convoy that happened to be guarded by Aquaman himself. A brash young warrior, Orgaan challenged the former King of Atlantis to a deathmatch without a second thought. The Exsilium was defeated handily, but Aquaman was not one to kill needlessly. He spared the Exsilium, but Orgaan's father decreed that his son was to be considered dead regardless, disowning him on the spot for suffering defeat. With no more family or kinfolk, Orgaan knew of only one way to satisfy his warrior's pride. He swore a life debt to Aquaman, and has fought for the King ever since.

Kassandra

Name: Kassandra Keigwan

Home: [one of the Seven Kingdoms, Sub Diego, or surface world if you're gonna be that one guy/girl] (Wherever the merpeople come from? I dunnno)

Powers/Abilities: *Illusions - Kassy's most versatile ability is that she can form illusions of all 5 senses. Sight and sound are the easiest for her; tactile illusions a bit more difficult. Smell and taste are possible for Kassy, but she's not very good at them; mostly because those are quite subjective. Her favorite tricks are to make herself invisible and soundless, leaving her able to easily surprise unaware enemies.

*Resistance - Kassy has a natural resistance, and in some cases, immunity to other mental attacks. Another illusionist will be ineffective against her, and another mind controller would have to be extremely powerful (and only focused on her) to defeat her.

*Human Shape - While Kassy does usually go around with a tail, she can walk on land for hours at a time. How long she can manage depends on how hydrated she is at the time, but she will have to go into water within 24 hours. Usually she has to spend her nights in a bath or pool.

*Staff combat – Kassy’s magic staff is very durable, and she’s learned to use it as a physical weapon. The octopus figure topping it is weighted, and packs a punch.

*Knife combat – While she would much prefer to stay out of the action, if she has to, Kassy can defend herself with a small hooked fishing knife.

Weaknesses: Her illusions do not work on robots or electronic devices, and most of the time, animals won't be fooled by the sight/smell illusions. The more people she is trying to fool, the weaker the illusions are.

Equipment: *Elemental Staff – The staff Kassy carries is made of metal with a magical core, and it’s covered in various runes. She has elemental spells ‘programmed’ in, ones that she can use at will to control fire, water, air and earth. There is a figure of an octopus that tops the staff, whose eyes light up to correspond with the running spell. (Kassy has named this figurine Damiek.)

Reason For Joining: [why did you choose to help the former King?] Because someone had to. Also, she was tired of working by herself in her tiny hometown , to limited success.

Appearance: Kassy is about 5’8'' and rather pudgy, with dark skin and thick, curly white hair. Her eyes are bright orange, with wide pupils. She has a long orange tailfin.

BRIEF Bio: Kassandra was born with a rare type of magic, one that had been systematically expunged from her race's DNA. Her grandfather could read minds. Her mother could speak to the dead. Kassy herself can cast illusions of all sorts, tricking minds into seeing or hearing things. She is feared in the town she comes from, and had to operate in secret while trying to defend the town. This isolation took it's toll on her, so when the call came, she leapt at the chance to do something truly useful.

Notes: Kassy has a lovely singing voice.

The Devil of the Blue

Name: Daniel Cassidy
Codename: Blue Devil
Age: 26
Home: San Diego
Powers/Abilities: Danny has no powers of his own but has a brilliant mind, even if it is limited in its scope to diving gear and nautical engineering. His fighting skill isn’t something very refined and came about more in a survival effort rather than through any proper training.
Weaknesses: Daniel’s stuck inside his diving suit which makes living back in civilized society nearly impossible. Due to his personal prison, he has a very vulnerable fighting style, willing to take blows from almost anything in the hopes that it may rupture his armour and release him.
Equipment: The Blue Devil diving suit is a marvel in underwater salvaging. Capable of reaching depths well beyond what would be expected of it makes the wearer impervious to almost all outside damage (much to the chagrin of Daniel in hindsight). Further more the suit boasts built in turbines for better maneuverability, flood lights for the darker depths and a remarkable life support system. The suit can filter salt water into safe drinking water, turn CO2 back into breathable air and, process raw food from the inside into an edible paste for the wearer. Lastly, the most defining feature of the suit are it’s two ‘horns’ which act as sonar receivers in order to allow the wearer a nigh 360 degree view of their surroundings.
The suit has a compliment staff to go along with the suit. The staff houses a more powerful turbine for quicker movement for the weirder

Reason For Joining: Daniel is borderline suicidal and figures that going against supervisions is his best bet for getting broken out of his armoured shell.
Appearance: The blue devil suit is made up of sea blue, segmented armour pieces with Navy accents around the joints. The horns on the helmet are dark brown and a foot long each. The ‘eyes’ look like large dark glass bulbs with bars going across them to protect them from harm. His staff is yellow with a sharp point where the laser comes out and a hollow tube on the other end where the propulsion comes from.
BRIEF Bio: Daniel was one of the lucky residents of San Diego to get his downtown home turned into beachfront property. Using some of his savings and a few disgruntled engineer friends from college, Daniel founded Cassidy Deep Sea Salvaging, making a steal in the first few weeks of the incident by diving down and selling knick knacks found in the dilapidated half of the city or by doing custom jobs, finding specific items or people. When it was found out that not everyone had died in the disaster, Cassidy Deep Sea Salvaging turned more into a postal service between the divided city and mock first responders in the absence of many real ones in the submerged city.

Business was booming for the team as they began to develop better equipped diving suit and submarines to help in their deep sea finical escapades. The first iteration of the diving suit was going to allow the wearer to stay down in ‘Sub-Diego’ for days at a time with all of it’s enhancements. Daniel was the first to bring her on it’s maiden voyage into Sub-Diego. However, after spending five days down below, Daniel began running into problems when a raiding party from rogue Atlanteans descended on Sub-Diego. In the heat of the moment Daniel did his best to defend himself and some residents using his salvaging staff and suit but during the fight the suit suffered some minor damage in two vital spots: the opening mechanism and radio communications. Due to the weight of the suit, Daniel was forced to spend his time in Sub-Diego while his team worked on a way to get him out of the suit but that day never came. Being confined to the suit took it’s toll on Dan as he began to lose his mind and lash out against others. Recognizing his thinning nerves, Dan began heading further away from the city in order to take his anger out against pirates and anything else that tried to test him. He picked up the name the Blue Devil due to the suit’s appearance and it being screamed at him when word of what he did caught on.

Name: Halle Embragold

Powers/Abilities:

• Siren's Song - Halle can emit a mesmerizing song that hypnotizes anyone that can hear her. The affected are filled with adoration towards her and her voice, stopping whatever they're doing to continue listening to her. This will most likely affect men and those who are already infatuated with her.
• Siren's Scream - She can release an ultrasonic blast, powerful enough to pulverize rock and blast anyone far away to a distance.
• Siren's Charm - She can control people to do anything she wishes using her voice.
• Siren's Gift - She can heal her target/s and purify them of any curses, magic-induced or not. She can also pacify and put her target/s in a tranquil state.
• Siren Tongue - She can mimic any voice, no matter how low or high they are including their accents. In order to do so, she must listen and to the voice she wants to mimic, meaning she needs at least a minute or two to copy one voice.

Weaknesses:

• Halle does not have any physical combat experiences due to her being heavily dependent on magic.
• Her magic is useless against the deaf.
• Her magic may also not work against other more powerful magic users and those who are mentally resilient or very intelligent.
• Anything that can prevent her from speaking or her target from hearing her.
• Siren's Love can't make someone do something they physically can't. It also won't work on someone too stupid to get what she meant, and complex commands may be more ineffective than simple commands. The target must also understand the language Halle was speaking as Charm only works if the target completely understands her.

Equipment: None; however, being a Tuatha Dé Danann means Halle is capable of using any magic-based weaponry with ease.

Experience: None

Reason For Joining: Halle believes joining Aquaman's team would be a great way to further solidify the two kingdom's unity, aside from being very good publicity.

Appearance: Halle has long, wavy bright pink hair, brilliant aquamarine eyes, and golden orange skin. She wears a long cape-sleeved white dress that flows so smoothly as she glides along the waters, anyone would've thought she was a mermaid even though she actually only has two legs and feet.

BRIEF Bio: The Tuatha Dé Danann are one of the five ancient Atlantean races who lived in Thierna Na Oge. They are very much in tune with magic, they were never believers in the concept of modern science and technology, and they would've stayed that way if it weren't for Aquaman. Through the efforts of the kings of the two kingdoms, they have unified each people in accepting each other's advancements and gradually opened each other's eyes to make the ocean a beautiful place to live in through the harmony beautiful of the Tuatha Dé Danann's magic and the Atlanteans' science.

Halle Embragold was a product of love between an Atlantean and a Tuatha Dé Danann. She has her Atlantean father's eyes and hair while she has her Tuatha Dé Danann mother's skin. She would often times find herself confused about her identity, whether she must be knowledgeable about science or focus more on the concept of magic. When her powers manifested during her puberty, however, she knew what she must do. From her mother's teachings, Halle was able to hone her magical abilities to the best that they can be. In fact, she's currently Atlantis's biggest celebrity/singer/influencer, using her captivating voice and beauty to captivate the hearts of many. She believes her stardom can help further ease any misgivings towards the two kingdoms and help promote their long-standing peaceful unification.
