Still a WIP
Nation Name:
Arcis Federation
KaserianA bio-machine hybrid race, these people are merged with technology, usually to suit their specific needs. Thus their strengths and weaknesses will vary based on their job in society, but generally the Kaserian are known to be fairly intelligent and wise about their situation. They are also humanoid in their general appearance.
Civilization Tier:
3- Interstellar
Population:
35 Billion
Culture/Society:
Using a number system with 3 being the "In between" number and 1 and 5 being the extreme ends of either form
Individual --3-- State
Religious ----5 Secular
Democracy -2--- Autocracy
Dove --3-- Hawk
Isolationist ---4- Interventionist
The Arcisan government is a Democratic republic governed by three main branches. An Executive Branch lead by a president who serves ten year terms, a Legislative Branch made up of representatives from fifteen different regions. Each region has two representatives. Finally, a Judicial Branch, lead by seven grand judges that are appointed by the president. This branch decides whether a particular law, act, or legislation coincides with Arcisan Constitution of Civil Freedom. The general position of the nation is not to be initially hostile, but will not back down or ignore hostile actions towards their people and nation.
Capitalism -2--- Communism
Private --3-- Public
Inequality -2--- Equality
Summery: The Federation has a Mixed Economy with various areas being either Market or Traditional economies. The Government does regulate various areas of the market, but ultimately it is a free market. In terms of social progress, total equality on a sexist and racial level has been achieved, but religious freedom is nearly non-existent. The government actively is against any form of organized religion and in the public eye it is seen as an evil, near barbaric practice.
Open --3-- Closed
Liberal --3-- Conservative
Tolerant ---2- Intolerant
Summery: Arcis for the most part is a progressive, open society. As long as one doesn't openly practice or express interest in organized religion, there is equality on multiple levels. The political world has various parties representing different aspects of liberal and conservative ideals, though people more popularly practice moderation, often electing individuals that try to make the best of both sides. There is some reservation to any other race if the Federation was to come in contact with one, yet so far, they have seen little evidence of any other sentient life form.

And the Capital City of Kavania:
The large moon destroying Rail Guns still stand as a leftover when a moon of another planet was on a course to destroy the planet.
While the Arcis Federation currently controls three systems with a total of 24 planets, fifteen of which are totally colonized, there are two most notable planets, Kavain and Therum.
Roughly 1.3x the size of earth, this blue planet serves as the center of all diplomatic affairs and acts as the head of the Federation. As the original home planet of the Kaserian, this planet is well guarded by orbital weapons platforms and its orbiting barren moon being converted into one massive military instillation. Most of its surface has been urbanized, but ecology for the sake of beauty has remained, making the planet the blue jewel of the Federation. This planet used to have two moons, but after a large asteroid struck the other moon, the Arcis Federation was forced to utterly destroy what was left as the impact had put the disintegrating moon on a collision course with Kavain.
Located in the same system as Kavain, this planet's ecology wasn't exactly top priority. This is a massive planet with a thick polluted atmosphere and serves as the industrial capital of the Federation. Here is where the ships, weapons, armor, and living goods are produced. In orbit around the planet are three moons, one of which is a large captured asteroid. They too, are heavily industrialized save for the farthest moon which serves as a massive port for the planet.
Unique Technologies:
Warp Drive Mastery- The Kaserian have perfected their warp drive allowing ships the size of dropships to the largest colonizing carriers to "warp" onto a planet's surface and back into orbit. Though smaller ships can only warp short distances while larger ships can warp to different planets and systems. These jumps also take time to calculate, depending on the situation, not to mention the longer the jump, the more power and ultimately the more fuel needed. Non the less, this has allowed the Arcis Federation to continue to spread far and wide.
Military:
Federation SoldierFederation soldiers are equipped with a wide variety of weaponry that focuses on kinetic type weaponry. Rail guns are heavily favored by Federation forces for their reliability and heavy damage. The soldiers are all augmented with a combat sets, letting them run faster, punch harder, and jump higher than your normal human. They are also equipped with a small compact thruster pack allowing them to get around various terrain quickly and efficiently (Totally not ripping off Titanfall or anything...!). With this, they are an offensive force, often using quick attacks and exploiting any weak points in an enemy's defense.
Arcis Autonomous SoldiersThese "drone" soldiers are deployed alongside infantry in either their own independent squads or with infantry squads. Durable and intelligent, these autonomous soldiers posses great strength and agility, but lack the cunning or ingenuity of normal infantry, and can be susceptible to electromagnetic warfare.
Federation Quadrupedal TankTwin 160mm Gauss Cannons serve as this tank's main armament. It's secondary armament is a automatic 37mm recoiless cannon mounted as a turret on top. This tank possess a projectile shield that can take a few hits before failing. It is fairly fast and nimble.
