Hendrik is really motivated to find someone who is better at sports then he is. Usually this leads to his indecisiveness, hoping from sports to sports to find someone who can beat him.

Biography

Hendrik always was the typical odd one out in his family. He was motived from an early age after understanding what made his situation at home so terrible. Both his parents could not care less about each other, and stayed togehter for the sole reason of economic gains. His parents had a company together which they ran from their home, which if they divorced would be lost to some of their employees.
Having seen a lot of infighting at his home, Hendrik spend a lot of his time after school in the playground, at soccer field or in the pool. He did not really enjoy physical activities, but he was good at it and was a great way to clear his mind.

During the later years of elementary school he spend most of his time hoping between different sport teams. Basketball, soccer, swimming and you name it. He would have tried it. However after a few weeks of joining the team he got bored of that sports, usually because he would not feel challenged. Now Hendrik is on his "Quest" to find someone better, stronger than him. Someone he would have to work hard for to beat, or to even get remotely close to.
His parents recently moved closeby Rosefell high to further increase their companies goals and profits.
The main reason Hendrik attends Rosefell high is because it is closeby, and his parents did not want to pay anything more than the entrance fees to get Hendrik into a high school. His parents don't think that the money is spend well on Hendrik.
It's also the reason why Hendrik is usually busy, between juggling school activities and his multiple jobs, he has very few spare time. Currently Hendrik is saving to leave his parents and get his own appartment, however that is a long way from reality.

Camila is a very goal-oriented person and that has been true for her entire life. There was never a moment she didn’t plan out what she was going to do one day or have for lunch. Biography

Camila is what happens when a Columbus native somehow seduced the youngest daughter of what is essentially real estate royalty. Well, seduced might be the word Andrea Jenine Banks’ father uses, but as Stephen Joseph DeLuca calls it, he and AJ fell in love. And their story is packed with romance and serenading each other.

The way that Stephen explains it is like this: He met AJ when she was doing a scouting location for one of the films she was working on with her mentor, Brianna Blake, renown filmmaker. She was scouting the neighborhood he lived in for an urban exterior shot and first it began with them having a conversation, but then they clicked and it wasn’t long until they were seeing each other regularly. Whenever AJ wasn’t working and could make the trips, she flew to Columbus and eventually she got engaged only after seven months of seeing him. Five months after that and the two got married.

And then Camilla was conceived and soon, she was born.

She came into the world loved and would feel that love as her namesakes, who funny enough were both present during her birth, bore witness to Camilla Violet being surrounded and Christened in the house of God.

AJ and Stephen would spend the next twelve years in what members of both families called the happiest they saw the two of them in their entire lives. Though AJ divided her time from working on projects and Columbus and Stephen did sales, they made it work.

And then on the other side of things: Camilla’s life in Columbus. Her parents were happy, that much is true and she was somewhat happy -- at least as happy a little girl growing up on the South-Central side of Columbus could be. She went to school like all kids did and even befriended some right off the bat -- one being a little boy by the name of Ludvig Hellqvist. The two became fast friends and even if he never made another friend, they were inseparable.

At least, that was until something terrible happened. Camilla’s parents divorced when she was twelve. She didn’t quite understand and this did a number on her. She had built a life of familiarity in Columbus. She was doing great in gymnastics, an activity her father felt she would be great at and she had a lot of friends. She even had a puppy love boyfriend. Everything was great, but due to work and a number of other things she wouldn’t learn until much later on, she had to move. What hurt her wasn’t that she had to move but they had to move out of state.

For the next three and a half years, she made Staten Island, New York, the birth of her father and where most of his family lived her new home. It was an adjustment but she grew quite fond of it. But again, she was forced to move due to her father’s sales job and him landing a massive promotion out of her hometown of Columbus. Both excited and nervous, she wasn’t sure what to expect. Sure, she missed Columbus and kept in constant contact with Ludvig despite all this time passing, but she was also nervous because she had come to really like Staten Island. She made so many friends and had her eyes set on the prom crown. Then again, returning home and seeing some of her old friends and trying to see if they recognized her or not was an enticing thought.

For as long as anyone can remember, Tyra Washington has always proven herself to be a calm, cool, and collected individual. Tyra Washington spent the first few years of her life living in Atlanta, Georgia. She was raised by a single mother who worked as a massage therapist and never liked to stay in one place for too long. Biography

Mia Tamara Jakobson is pretty sure she ruined her mother's life, or something. Being an accident born out of a college one night stand, Mia never really knew who her biological father was. And while being a single parent raising a child in Estonia wasn't all that uncommon, Mia is - to this day - pretty sure that her mother didn't actually want to keep her.
Mia was named after her great grandmother. She lived with her mother Katarina in Tartu, until her mother got a job from Tallinn when Mia was five. Mia grew up rather independent while her mother studied and focused on her career that had been put on hold due to the girl being born. She spent many of her summers in Estonia's Saaremaa with her mother's parents because Katarina was too busy to take care of her. There Mia was left pretty much unmonitored too, although she was fed and cared for better. Mia got into all sorts of trouble in her adventures, climbing in trees and playing in off-bounds areas.

In school, Mia has always been a good student. Studying was her outlet of frustration and boredom, so it wasn't a surprise the girl got good grades. All the teachers liked her for her good manners and high grades, but little did they know that during recess Mia caused all sorts of trouble. By the time middle school was over, Mia was known for being smart but troublesome, getting detention for being involved in fights or breaking rules under the teachers' noses.

It was around high school that Mia's mother began dating a Finnish businessman named Juha. Up until this point it had been Mia and her mother, and her mother's constant new boyfriends that didn't usually stick for long. Mia expected this relationship to end soon as well, and was surprised and angered when it turned out this wasn't the case. Now Katarina was once again focused on something else than Mia, this time it being her new boyfriend instead of her job. Frustrated and hurt, Mia put all her energy into school, distancing herself from her mother.
During her freshman year Mia found out that Juha actually had a family and a wife back in Finland, and that his relationship with her mother was nothing but an affair for him. This resulted in a fight between Mia and Juha, which was interrupted by Mia's mother scolding her and telling her that she was aware of the wife. Instead of de-escalating the situation, this further pissed Mia off. She felt betrayed and hurt, directing the anger to her mother for daring to be "such a pathetic doormat", as she'd put it.
Senior year came, and Mia revealed out of blue that she'd been accepted to a student exchange program. Mia's mother hadn't even been aware that Mia had applied, but ended up agreeing to pay for the ordeal after a long fight. This was Mia's attempt to get away from her home situation while seeing the world. Maybe the exchange year could mend years of repressed feelings and who knows... if things went well, maybe Mia could try moving to the US permanently.

Generally speaking, Deshawn Marcus isn’t much of a talker. Most would agree that he’s pretty kind and sweet natured but it is the early hardships in his life that truly shaped Dee’s personality. He is tough, cynical and brutally honest and seems to be burdened by a somewhat compulsive need to save people, a factor that often results in both admiration and annoyance because he can’t seem to stay out of trouble. Deshawn much prefers his own company a lot of time and enjoys disappearing for a run or a hike for hours at a time just to clear his head. In spite of this need for independence, Dee is very empathetic and understanding of other people and has no qualms with working with a partner or group as shown by his time on the football team.

Biography

When you are born and raised in a place that has in the past been named Bodymore, Murderland your trajectory through life is pretty much mapped out for you from the start. Deshawn Marcus was brought into this world on a cold winter's eve in West Baltimore. His old man was well known enforcer for one of the heavier gang sets and also worked as a longshoreman on the dying docks. Dee didn’t really have a lot of fond memories of those early formative years. He doesn’t really remember his mother, only that she wasn’t around anymore and that his father was someone you did not mess around with. The few good memories of when he was a child pretty much centred on trips to the zoo and the makeshift forest of his imagination.

As soon as his old man deemed he was old enough, Deshawn was on the corner, selling drugs. The life of a corner boy was pretty much his entire existence if not for the fact that he was one hell of a football player. He was allowed to play for his high school as long as he earned a good chunk of money slinging for his dad. Thanks to an early growth spurt and the workout he got every other night running from the police, Dee got real big real quick and damn, the boy could play. Towards the end of his junior year, Deshawn’s father had a group of his friends over for a party, Dee on this particular day was in the house acting like a waiter for the Baltimore drug kingpins. It didn’t take long for things to take a turn, the house was firebombed and shot up. Deshawn and his father survived but only just.

After the assault, social services finally decided to step him and took Dee from his father, who didn’t really put up that much of a fight to keep his first born son. At such an advanced age, it would be a miracle if anyone wanted to remove Deshawn from the system and give him a home. Either luckily or un-luckily for him an uncle he didn’t know existed decided to take him in and soon enough the hard streets of West Baltimore had become the hard streets of Columbus, Ohio. Uncle Denzel was just as strong willed as his old man but he was on the straight, a former army captain and current school teacher; this kind of environment was good for Dee. Almost immediately he was recruited for the football team but Deshawn made it a priority not to fall into the jock stereotype.

After a year in Columbus, Dee had pretty much established himself as a gentle giant, don’t fuck with him and he won’t fuck with you. You need a hand, he’ll be the first at your door. Still, an air of despondency hangs over him like a cloud. A troubled past could put a stop to a bright future and that terrifies him.

• Hair: Light brown. Nate’s hair is kept mostly groomed and mostly combed to perfection; although some days it might just be left a shaggy mess like Nate’s life.

Nate isn’t the kind of person that everyone meets in their life. He doesn’t fit into just one circle. He’s an artist, a romantic (hopelessly so), he also plays sports. Nate is overtly friendly, will hug someone if he feels they need it, doesn’t mind giving someone a high five upon meeting them. Whether or not these gestures of friendship are well-received remains to be decided, but he’ll do them regardless (sometimes to himself so he doesn’t feel excluded). Truth be told, he’s weird like that but only because it covers up not wanting to be left alone nor hanging. He wouldn’t want to be left hanging so he doesn’t do it either.

He’s very introspective and wears his heart on his sleeve. Some might say that leaves him open to being taken advantage of, but to him, it's just Nathan Blake being as authentic as he possibly could. He smokes a lot of weed, so he’s mostly chill and laid back, which might open him up for a lot of companionships of varying kinds. As someone who is down to do whatever as long as it’s not going to require a lot of activity on his part, Nate is down for it. Though be warned! Nate can tend to be just a tad obnoxious and hard to deal with, especially if someone might take life or the actions of others a lot more seriously than they should.

Biography

Harvey Nathaniel Blake III comes from a long line of military men and women with at least 90% of his family on both sides having served in one branch of the military, whether its army, navy, or marines. So, one might understand that his upbringing came with a certain amount of rigid law and order. Having spent most of his childhood throughout the world due to his father being shipped all around the world, he never found himself able to make friends long enough for it to matter. His father serves with the U.S. Army and, though his mother no longer serves, she used to be with the Army as well as a field medic.

Now, as they have been in Columbus, Ohio for nearly three years, Nathan has been able to make friends. At some point during his life, his parents drifted apart and Nathan lives in a two-bedroom house with his mother, Fiona and younger sister, Patricia.

His father still serves so even though his parents spit up and divorced, he rarely gets to see his father. Fiona is a nurse so she works a lot, which makes Nate the man of the house (literally), which puts a lot of pressure on him and has even gotten to the point where Trish had to grow up a bit too. Despite being three years younger than him, Trish has been the “adult”, what with Nate being too high to function sometimes and their mother being away at work most of the time. Nate, of course, did his part but only he could do so much. Luckily for him and his sister, they lived close to corner markets and there was a high school near their house, so anything they needed was within walking distance.

✋ Nate has this thing where he will constantly refer to himself as great, sometimes going as far as to call himself "Nate the Great" to either build himself if people are clowning on him or just to make himself feel better if something bad happens.

So, the lower middle class party is the only thing that is correct there. She grew up with her mom. And only her mom. Never met her father. In fact, her mother doesn't even mentions the man. If he died, she would have no idea. Liana is well adjusted enough, given the circumstance of her youth. She does well enough for herself so that her mother doesn't have to worry about her. Though, at times, her social behavior is still worrisome.

If one is to do a body count, Liana would need several pairs of hands. Maybe some toes, as well. In any case, its a lot. However, she keeps this side of her under wraps, most of the time. Though, out of spite, she will do what she does best and get what she wants. Through sheer force or otherwise.

In school, she is the model student, figuratively and literally. Making the Dean's List is a regular occurrence. Dylan is sarcastic and introverted, their base instinct is to push people away to protect themselves. This manifests in increasing self-isolation, rudeness to those who try and break through to them, and sometimes obsessive behaviour. When they feel threatened, they lash out and can be viciously cruel. That said, Dylan can be quite sociable whilst holding their real feelings at a distance.

Beneath the apathetic front, Dylan has the capacity to be deeply caring. With people they feel comfortable with, they are open about their vulnerability. To this small group of people, Dylan can be overly protective and clingy and many of their relationships are unhealthily codependent. They're also quite intelligent and more than capable of doing well in class, despite the attitude of not caring that they project.

By most counts, Dylan had a happy early childhood. Their parents were always around, they always got on well with their brothers, and they never had issues at school. It would be impossible to pinpoint when they first felt dysphoric, but the feelings became overwhelming when they started middle school. It was a difficult couple of years but they were lucky to have supportive parents and good healthcare. They came out and began transitioning at 13, choosing the name Dylan for themselves.

Dylan had been used to getting shit at school - the usual whispers behind their back and cruel words to their face. It never really bothered them. Not until one night during sophomore year. They were walking home when they were attacked and badly beaten by a group of seniors from their school. Dylan's previous self-confidence was shattered. For the first time in several years they began self-harming again. They spent the rest of sophomore year being home schooled before transferring to Rosefell High as a junior.

Junior year went by slowly. Dylan drifted from day to day, hard work replaced by disinterest and apathy, self-confidence replaced with doubt. They began drinking, heavily, and at Rosefell alcohol was never hard to come by. It was the perfect place for someone with a newly found self-destructive streak. They made acquaintances but never really opened up to anyone. By summer break their parents had seen enough. Dylan spent their summer in rehab, and returns for senior year determined for things to get better.
