[ BIO ]
Elizabeth May Jackson was born and raised in a town in East Flank with a professor father and an artist mother, you know, normal things, normal life....Well, except for Beth.
Beth show signs of her powers at a very young age, they were first discovered when young Beth got so excited for her six birthday, her hands start shooting out light-like fireworks from her hands and almost burn the house down (At least she got a Barbie doll...It was Malibu Barbie, she wanted a ballerina Barbie) Despite not being heroes themselves, Beth parents try to teach Beth to control her powers as the best as they can.
When middle school rolls around, Beth grades show that she is a pretty smart kid, especially in her science class but just like any nerdy kid, she was often alone and didn't have many friends and the only way to get some, is to change her looks and personality entirely. So Beth ditch her nerdy clothes, nerdy glasses and her nerdy mind and become a popular girl throughout middle school and high school!.....It wasn't fun as she thought up to be.
After Beth graduated, she got accepted to Kingsdale University and although she doesn't keep touch with her popular friends, she still feel pressured from society, so she keep still being a popular valley but she still join a chemistry class (girl loves science, what can she say?) In order to pay rent for her apartment, Beth decided to get a job and that job was....Starbunks!.....But after working there for five weeks with little pay, Beth realize that she has powers, she doesn't need to work at this dead end job! So she quit right on the spot and join HERO and it was the best decision of her life!

[ POWERS ]
Pyrotechnic Projection
Beth has the ability to psychically generate and manipulate pure energy light, at will. She uses this in a form of colorful blasts that are akin to or resemble fireworks but instead are made up of intense light that is more of a searing effect to objects or people than an outright burn from fire when it “explodes”. Furthermore, she can psychically direct, bend, and distort some natural light which can be used for things such as invisibility or manipulating the properties of light (ie brightness and color). However, this takes up a lot of energy so after 5-10 blasts, it starts to wear her down and makes her feel weaker. There is a strain on her body if she bends natural light for too long so it is easier to do as needed or just from the angle someone is looking but this risks someone else showing up and seeing through the slight illusion, this also does not work at night as there is no natural lighting. She is especially weak against those with shadow powers to drown out the pure energy light, anyone immune to photokinesis, or has a reflect type ability.

[ BIO ]
At first glance, one would or perhaps COULD expect Crimson Setsuka to be a normal human female with the strengh, agility and grace of a normal human athlete or perhaps past normal human limits. So many would be shocked to learn that Setsuka is actually a machine with an advanced Artifical Intelligence or A.I. for short in her metal body.
There isn't a whole lot to say about Setsuka. Even her origin story is a bit shrouded. But she was actually first discovered by the two former vigilante's "Alien Angel" and "Firewall" from the "Infinite" group.
Even after the death of the Infinite leader "Red Tail" during the Zero Organization events, Alien Angel and Firewall had kept up the fight as much as they could before settling down for a bit one year after the fall of ZERO. Always helping. Always hunting. Even for their own identities. Even about the mysterious Leftover blood in their veins. Despite their vigilante status, they both had a good life over the course of 31 years or so.
But it was 6 months from the present of this story where things changed.
Firewall had gotten wind of a possible lab hidden in, of all places, some abandoned apartment building's basement in the Bronx. Fearing that yet another group of mad scientist types were at it again, both she and Alien Angel went to investigate the following night.
Fully expecting to find "failed" splicing experiments or even new man made Leftovers, they instead found what looked liked a human sized capsule. It was being guarded by one scientist and a handful of thugs. After some listening in due to Firewall using a tiny remote control car with a "bug" in it, both learned that they were waiting for a "buyer" to show. And that the scientist was surprised how much said buyer was paying for a "failed lab rat".
That was more than enough for them to step in.
After dealing with the group and leaving them tied up, both opened the capsule. Inside, what looked liked a blonde haired woman was sleeping in the nude.
Then, said woman opened her eyes, red pupils looking at it's two visitors.
"...system online...", it said.
One thing led to another from there and the robot soon joined the two. Firewall herself thought that development for such "advanced" robots were only just starting to go around at the time but she didn't think she even see one herself this soon. Even more so with how advanced it's A.I. was. The robot itself didn't seem to remember much of her origin either. No serial number or any identification. Even with her best efforts it seemed this robot was not in any system. It didn't help either that they couldn't question the scientist nor his thugs since back up was showing. Some of which were robots themselves.
After getting to safety, the robot they helped tried to communicate with them about itself.
"...I was deemed "defective"...because I didn't "quietly" follow orders...because I wanted to learn...about the "human condition"...so I was "thrown out"...but the scientist felt he could make money off of me...I'm sorry...I don't know which electronic or corporate company threw me out...nor can I remember my creator..."
Both Alien Angel and Firewall, in a way, also knew what that felt like in their own ways. So both took it upon themselves to show her the world out there or as much of it as they could. Even though both knew the dangers of showing a machine how to lead a "normal" life.
"...don't worry...you both saved me...even if you are vigilantes...I will stay with you...even if I must help you fight..."
After some time, the robot gave itself a name with help from it's two new friends.
And so begins a story of Crimson Setsuka...a robot learning to be human...and learning about her origin and it's reason for it's existance.
MISCELLANEOUS
While Setsuka understands that she was possibly designed to be a "killing machine", she understands self control and thus only goes lethal if it's a last resort or is given no choice against a Human, Meta, Leftover or even machine opponent. Mysteriously, she isn't so hesitant against her own kind if said robots have deviated from their "prime directives" or simply have malfunctioned.
The following is information on the two "vigilante" individuals who follow Crimson Setsuka. When you see Setsuka, usually one or both of them aren't too far behind.
Alien Angel. Also goes by her normal human name "Terra" but those close to her also call her "Angelia". Photos above show her from 31 years ago but not even she knows her true age or certain other personal information despite her "supports" best efforts. Even now, she doesn't look like she's aged much. Stands 5'8" and looks rather slim, human or transformed.
A survivor of illegal lab experimentation of splicing Leftover DNA with her human DNA, Alien Angel gain her super powers through horrible means. Managing to escape then joining with a vigilante group called "Infinite", Alien Angel started her hero work under that infamous name. Those around New York from police to criminals knew of a "Pink Leftover" flying the night skies back in her early days.
Then, both her and other members of Infinite came to Castleburg, quietly supporting the other heroes. Even more so, the group that Alpha/K Nine himself once joined.
After some years, Alien Angel began trying to find out her personal history once things in Castleburg had finally settled down. Even today, she doesn't know what kind of Leftover DNA runs through her veins but has learned to control and develop it to the point where she's officially labled a "A" Tier vigilante. Though technically wanted by the law, she actually gets "hired" for work by other offical hero groups.
With "Infinite" disbanded due to it's leader's heroic sacrifice many decades ago, Alien Angel still goes from city to city, doing her part. Then her "support" told her about some new trouble starting in Castleburg yet again...
Firewall. Hey amigo. No peeking...well...if you managed to get this far to even read this, your either the smartest being on the planet or just so dumb that reality itself bends to your whims...heh. Or you have a smiliar super power to mine. Regardless, your not going to get much out of me...well...maybe a little.
Well where to start...well even I don't know much about myself. My mind got so screwed up from lord only knows what during my stay in one of those labs...you know the ones. Highly illegal experimentation...even with Leftover DNA...the same DNA that pumped me up on...yep. I'm one of those survivors.
After some time though, I felt it was just time to check out. Once I saw what my powers could do...well...let's just say I take "Hacking" to levels that don't apply to normal means. After some bouncing around, I wound up with the "Infinite" vigiantes. I ain't normally a people person...even more so after those "lab coats" screwed me up for so long...but peeps like Alien Angel were just...fun to be around.
Afterwards, we just did our parts off record...but oh man...that whole mess with the ZERO organization 31 years ago...I'll tell ya, anyone in Castleburg who's still alive today probably has their own stories to tell about what they were doing...when all that went down...even more so with our old boss "Red Tail"...
Wow. Actually getting emotional...but yeah, I stand as a "support" for Alien Angel now. We just go around helping when we can and have some fun when we have down time. Course, being "officially" wanted does damper the fun sometimes but hey, I know how to keep low profile...probably why so many governments wanted to classify me as a "S" Tier threat...what? That I can hack anything and perhaps see someone's dirty laundry or skeletons in said someone's closet? Psh...politics.
Well I've said enough. I'm no troublemaker but it just seems like everyone WANTS to label me as one...so to those of you that label me...well...your lucky I still have to protect you...so when another troublemaker causes you ACTUAL trouble...you better hope I'm close by to bail you out...cya =^_^=
[ RANKING ]
A
[ POWERS ]
In terms of powers, Crimson Setsuka doesn't really have anything that could be considered one. Other than being a robot that is. It's her intelligence and speed that makes her top tier and her ability to make gadgets to make up for her lack of any powers. While this requires prep time, she's never without a weapon on her. She also has help from "Firewall" sometimes using her power to make a weapon or two.
[ PHYSICAL STRENGTH ] ****------ 4/10 While she's stronger than your average human, her body didn't seemed designed for brute strength.
[ AGILITY ] *********- 9/10 This, however, is where Setsuka is most dangerous. Supposedly, she's so quick that she can "Bullet Time" or move and/or react to sudden situations like bullets.
[ INTELLIGENCE ] ********** 10/10 But if speed doesn't cut it, it's her smarts that also help. With her own "Wi Fi" ability, she can also gather info using the internet in the heat of combat. Plus, she's very perceptive. She also can study an opponent and attempt to anticipate her opponents next move.
[ DESTRUCTIVENESS ] *****----- 5/10 Truth be told, this could vary. On her own, Setsuke could do some damage to property but lacks the physical strength to do anything major like knock over buildings. Gadgets, though, can change this but she avoids any unnecessary damage.
[ LETHALITY ] ?????????? ??/10 By far, this is the biggest mystery. With her speed, intelligence and even "stealth" based tactic's when necessary, Setsuka could be just as dangerous as a ninja that she dresses up as with a possibility to be a 10/10 threat. However, her avoidance on lethal force and need for gadgets and weapons puts this at odds, perhaps dropping her to 4/10 at lowest when unarmed.
[ ENDURANCE ] ******---- 6/10 Don't let this rating fool you. Yes, as a robot, Setsuka does have a battery that makes her last alot longer than a normal person and perhaps some meta's but it still as a limit. Another part of her design, as noted by "Firewall" so far, is her need to enter "sleep mode" to recover her energy. While incredibly high, fatigue or power failure is still possible. Plus, her body can be damaged by a strong enough blow.
[ EFFICACY ] ********-- 8/10 While very helpful, Setsuka does have some "human limitations" and weaknesses that can be exploited. Specific meta powers and/or weapons/gadgets can cause her problems for example unless she surprises her opponent first with her other strengths. Setsuka does perform well in a team though because of those strengths and can even give sage advice if anyone were to ask for info.
[ SKILLS ]
"Wi Fi" Scan - As stated in the rankings, Setsuka always has access to the internet unless she's in a "dead zone" where not even she can get a clear signal. With this, she can also scan anyone and anything within line of sight to gain personal information on said target. Sometimes if that even means "hacking" certain sources to retrieve such data.
Analyzing Combat - Setsuka can also observe her opponent to try to anticipate their next move. Though unlike other robots, she doesn't "overrely on numbers". Sometimes, she makes her own personal guesses if the opponent is being unpredictable enough.
Vision Modes - Setsuka also has a variety of vision modes. From X-Ray to Infared and even Sonar.
Wall Climbing - Basically, Pakour skills but Setsuka can also use "molecular attraction" on its feet to literraly walk up walls if she wanted to. Similar to what comic book spider-man can do.
Cloaking Garb - Setsuaka's garb is actually an enhanced piece of clothing that Firewall "upgraded" using her powers. Not only can it change colors but it can make her invisible. It's not perfect though. Infared and other methods still make her detectable. Those with sharp enough hearing can also hear her.
[ EQUIPMENT ]
Anything it can invent or get her hands on or even things Firewall thinks she needs for a mission. Though she also carries a Katana.
Hey any chance I can join the Discord while I wait on a spot? I just like chatting along with the story.
Also I have a concept for Starbright as a background NPC character sort of thing. It won't take up narrative room but more just what hes up to now, if you all want that.

[ APPEARANCE ]
The dyed blue hair and light body tattoos show a very surface level sense of rebellion. Lucas stands at 6'1" often appearing a bit taller because of 'hero posture'. He has a good amount of lean muscle and tends to show it off. His unremarkable wardrobe, outside of his costume, betrays his wealthy upbringing. Lucas is a vibrant personality with a confident grin seemingly wielded to his face.
[ PERSONALITY TRAITS ]
Lucas has the personality of the 'ideal hero', well on a surface level anyway. He is confident and composed with a 'heroic line' ready for his grand entry. There is no surprise that he has become as popular as he is with his ability to play it up for the cameras.
Being in the Starbright Foundation, he has come under scrutiny over whether he truly believes his hero persona or not. Spend 5 minutes with the guy and that answer will be clear.
Outside of hero business Lucas is an incredible extrovert. However, even when he goes out without the intention of being Dawnbreaker, he often is ambushed by fans.
[ BIO ]
When you talk about old money in Castleburg, the Vandermons are usually one of the first to come up. Their lineage dates way back to the founding of the city. However, their name being in the public eye on the hero stage is extremely recent. Benjamin Vandermon, Lucas' father, had married Felicity Harken, Lucas' mother. Unbeknownst to Ben, Felicity had a long lineage of heroes in her bloodline. Despite both parent's being unpowered, a mix of genetics and coincidence produced three super powered kids. Lucas (20), Amelia (18), and Harrison (5, powers not revealed yet but he is expected to be).
Lucas was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. He was raised in a grand Kingsdale estate with the promise of taking over the family business when he was older. When his powers kicked in, he was able to join the Academy of Junior Heroes and even receive private tutoring under former hero Starbright. Once in that position, he had awaited his sister to come join too as they were quite close. He was told she would not be joining him because of her powers, 'family optics' being the only cited reason.
There is a practice among rich folk with super powered kids. In something akin to music lessons, they will enroll their kids into the Academy for them to learn heroics as a fun thing. It brings in good funding for the Academy however, much like music lessons, few are really expected to actually become heroes. Lucas was no exception to this practice, and there was some curiosity how much of his 'top of the class' position was due to Vandermon funding. On top of that, Lucas had Starbright Foundation support to ensure good 'family optics.'
In a move no one expected, Lucas actually went on to become a hero. The Vandermon family was in strict opposition to this decision, for this they took him out of the running to take over the company and asked the Starbright Foundation to get him out of there. But Starbright himself saw a potential in Lucas and opposed the Vandermons. Although Lucas' family was rich, they were not the Starbright Foundation. They weren't about to go into a legal battle for custody over a legal adult, even if Lucas was only 18. His sister Amelia would become the heir to the Vandermon throne.
"My brother is an idiot playing out some hero delusion and making the family look bad in the process. Did he really say we were close? Maybe back when we were children." - Amelia Vandermon
But the Vandermons couldn't have someone like Lucas running around like that. They couldn't disown one of the most popular heroes in the world either. It was all a big 'family optics' problem. They are currently trying to use their money to spook Lucas out of heroics, knowing he is untested in conflict.

18
[ GENDER ]
Female
[ AFFILIATION ]
Vandermon family
[ APPEARANCE ]
Amelia keeps well kept black hair tied back. She stands at 5'5" and generally wears high end clothes indicative of her social status. Her face is typically to the point and serious, so as to keep a good image to her family. Her demeanor typically gives off the impression of someone who is well educated and hard working.
While in her villain identity, she allows herself to loosen up. She is outside the sight of her parents and is able to stop stressing about appearances as much. However, she still keeps a proper style of composure. The key difference is Amelia's expressions. She seems much more happy doing this than carrying the weight of the Vandermon throne, despite her willingness to argue against that. Additionally, her costume is very old timey and likely takes inspiration from a book she read as a kind rather than carrying any sort of practicality.
[ PERSONALITY TRAITS ]
Amelia has the personality of the 'ideal Vandermon'. She is intelligent and cunning, particularly in a business sense. When it comes to a game of schemes she is rarely taken off guard.
She has a strong sense of family. Which has been twisted by her parents into incorporating business interests above even family members.
Amelia is not very well adjusted to the outside world having spent most of her life home school. However, she is capable of having money do the talking. She often only regards those with influence as being important and the others a just being pawns on the board.
[ BIO ]
Amelia spent the majority of her early life in the shadow of her brother. It was an old tradition in the Vandermon family that succession of the business would be handled similar to a monarchy. Without the gender stuff, but still the age applied. Despite her proving to be more capable and more interested in her studies, her parents just wouldn't look at her in favor of Lucas. This wasn't to say she didn't like Lucas, in fact, he was a great older brother. Even he would remark that she was better in school stuff and she would help him out in places he struggled. In turn, he would help her build confidence and push her through her fears, which she had many in early childhood.
This changed when their powers started developing. While he went off to the Academy and got a hero to tutor him privately, she waited for her chance to follow him. He didn't come back to visit all that much, so she was excited to see her brother again. Amelia's parents told her no because of the nature of her powers 'family optics' were a consideration. She understood, or at least pretended to understand to gain their approval, and that was the last of that matter.
The next years Amelia saw the shadow of her brother grow larger and encompassing her more to the point she was barely visable. "The Vandermon hero prodigy, Lucas" would come to head lines while she was stuck in more homeschool with a focus on business. Despite her further honing her skills as actually being able to help the family, the positive publicity Lucas received had made their parents eyes more focused on him. In some silent acceptance she had consigned herself to her place as someone to quietly help the family with little appreciation back. Even if Lucas were to come back and say that she deserved it more, Amelia doubted her parents would listen. In her mind, its not like Lucas would care to do that anyway. It's not like he visited all that much while being at the Academy.
But then good fortune smiled upon Amelia. Her brother had stubbornly dug his toes in to stay a hero instead of coming back to the family after the academy. While they never explicitly said so, her parents implied that she would inherit the family business instead of Lucas. She also was able to pick up on their plan for Lucas. They couldn't let him just run around, particularly with his hero image being less the sophisticated. It became a 'family optics' problem. Her parents plan was to use their wealth to fund criminal activity strong enough to scare her brother out of this 'hero phase'.
"My sister's smart, she should do all that business stuff. It never suited me anyway. I do my thing, she can do hers. By the end of all this, I hope we can stay good friends." - Lucas Vandermon
Amelia feared that if her brother were to come back to soon and willingly, that the situation would return back to normal where her brother would cast a shadow on her again. She needed to prove herself to her family and Lucas offered the perfect opportunity. If she was able to bring him back herself, she could get the approval she was looking for. She has some wealth of her own along with her powers to help out. She would be fine, just as long as no one found out she was doing this. Amelia has only been out a few times on villainous activity, she enjoys it but doesn't want to admit it to herself.

Uh Hitman. Sorry if you missed this. I just needed an opinion on it.
"I'm like a walking nuclear bomb. And you wanna punch me?....Be my guest."
[ NAME ]
Sebastian Monroe Adam
[ VILLAIN IDENTITY ]
Fallout
[ NICKNAME/ALIAS ]
Adam, Skull (usually by prison enforcers)
[ AGE ]
Well over 100 years old, but he sorta lost count. Probably about 130....?
[ GENDER ]
Male (though whether he possesses his...Equipment, is up for debate)
[ AFFILIATION ]
Part-time prisoner of The Depths, Full-Time pissed off man
[ APPEARANCE ]
Needless to say, his appearance is...Jarring. If you were to see underneath his Depths-patented 'protective suit', all you'd find is a skeleton, engulfed in the greenish aura present in the only visible section of his body, his skull. This is a side effect of his Power, to put it nicely. Otherwise, it should be noted that even without his suit (which adds about an extra 2 ft. on him), he stands at an impressive 6'2 ft.
Beyond his rather lacking physical appearance is, of course, the hulking suit designed by the geniuses behind The Depths. Clad in hazmat materials hybridized with heavy plating of titanium, this suit was made to subdue Sebastian's Power to the best of their ability...Yet, sadly, even this impressive make isn't foolproof. Trace elements of his Power still leak through, and if he exerts enough effort, he can still conduct his Power even through the suit. Ultimately, it's just the best handicap they can give the villain dubbed as Fallout...
[ PERSONALITY TRAITS ]
APATHETIC:Sebastian's life has steadily gone down the drain, and while he's quite determined to keep living, it lost much of any real meaning to him long, long ago. He practically lives out of spite, knowing the next time he breaks out will be a shot at feeling the rush of life, if only for a short while. So, while he seemingly lacks the drive to be a potent villain, it's actually that lack of drive that makes him one, feeling unable to do much of anything else.
RELENTLESS:When Fallout has to fight, there'll be no holds barred; he doesn't care about civilians in the area, collateral damage that could ensue, and least of all about the lives of those stupid enough to try and fight with him. He might get a kick out of a tussle on rare occasion, but beyond that, combat to him only means two things; being free, or making a point.
ANTIPATHIC:Fallout has a strong hate, deep in his core, and it'll never go away. The world screwed him over from minute one, so he could care less about returning the favor. Is it petty of him? Yeah, certainly. But his other options are to die or stay locked up for eternity. He'll take pointless violence and freedom over those two any day. But, if his real freedom finally did come, he probably wouldn't honestly know what to do with it. So the point is, he doesn't take lives or destroy because he finds it particularly fun (though on occasion he does), but because for him, there's not much better he could do.
[ BIO ]
Sebastian Monroe's been living out a tragedy his whole life, and it started when he was born. Son of Scott and Diana Monroe, Bastion entered the world on January 10th, the day when the Treaty of Versailles took effect, bringing an end to The War to end all Wars...Or as it's better known now, World War I. It should've been a joyous day for his family, but it was not so.
The miracle of childbirth was not as glamorous as it ought to have been. Uniquely even among his fellow Powered individuals, Sebastian manifested his abilities on the day of his birth. As such, his ability; that being Nucleokinesis, the generation and manipulation of nuclear energy, began to act. Moments within him entering the world, the heat within the room swelled tremendously, followed near immediately by an explosion of energy from the mewling babe. Within a blink of an eye, the hospital in D.C. was wiped from the map, a smoking radioactive crater, with naught left but the skeletal remains of an infant.
Except....They weren't quite remains. Because they kept crying.
The government got to work quick. After all, news of an entire hospital being leveled on a random afternoon like any other spread like wildfire, though it was covered up quickly. With the help of some heat-resistant Superheroes, they were able to identify the cause of the incident as the baby boy who still sat crying in the craterized remains. There was no flesh left to be seen, only bone, and an offsetting green glow about them.
From that point on, the child became the equivalent of government property. It wasn't like anyone else could take care of the strange and volatile youngster, and truth be told, the government took plenty of interest in the exact nature of the boy's Power. It was unlike anything the world had ever seen; an unholy amount of destructive force that, if harnessed, could turn into something incredible. However, with the technology available to them in the early 1900s, merely containing the youth was more than they bargained for, much less studying his abilities.
Time passed. His living conditions had been....Acceptable. They were all he had known his whole life, so being a young man of about 25, he didn't have much to argue about. Most of his time was spent in frigid water, a shallow attempt to keep his temperature and energy from rising to dangerous degrees, or on occasion they'd take him out to Nevada as a 'testing grounds'. Needless to say, when World War II rolled in, and the Allies got desperate for a game changer, they looked to Sebastian...
At first, they simply tried to intensely study his Power and how to replicate its functions, but testing proved slow and unfruitful for some time. Then a new method came to mind; instead of simply recreating the sort of energy he produces, why not simply take the energy from him? Seemed great on paper, and the young Bastion was all for it...Until the first test of this nature was conducted. As it turned out, due to whatever he did to himself on his day of birth, he didn't just control this nuclear energy; he was the nuclear energy. Siphoning off him brought discomfort, and eventually even pain, to the point where he lashed out. For the time being, the tests for stripping him of his energy were postponed.
Hitting only dead ends, a desperate decision was made. On August 6th, 1945, the ultimate test of Sebastian's Metahuman abilities were put to the test. Unwittingly placed inside a bomb, he was flown across the seas to the land of the rising sun; Japan. There...He became one of the worst human-made catastrophes to ever occur.
Dropped to ground level, upon contact, having been left alone for months charging energy to near-bursting, he unleashed a hellish blast following his collision into the ground. While it caused him incredible pain and left him unconscious and in agony, what it did to everything around him was far worse. The implosion alone leveled over five miles of Hiroshima, killing 80,000 of its inhabitants in an instant. In the following aftermath, thousands more perished from the radiation left in his wake.
Once he regained consciousness, all new feelings that Sebastian was unacquainted with came to him in waves; fear, confusion, and most importantly...Rage. His countrymen, and the people he has lived under his whole life, used him as a means to an end. For days, the glowing skeleton that became an omen of death to the Japanese citizenry wandered the wasteland of his own creation, sickened by what had been done. Eventually, before Japanese heroes could end up finding him, American forces came to pick him up, and he obliged...For the time.
Having seen what they thought of him as, something to be studied and used to their means, Sebastian had plans of his own now. He played nice for the first few weeks back, regaining his strength and awaiting news of the warfront. However, the very day the surrender of Japan was given, August 15th, he made his move. Having never been anticipating an act of aggression from him, he broke his shallow containment with ease, slaughtering government agents and researchers alike without regret. If they could inflict something like this on a whole country without a second thought, then why should he spare them one?
Following this, the first incident involving the individual who now went by 'Fallout' occurred. As Sebastian broke containment and made his way into the closest city, it didn't go unnoticed. While the government was scrambling their best task force to recontain the walking bomb, Superheroes also got involved. He wasn't a fighter, and had never even thrown a punch before this, but as it turned out, Heroes were made of less stiff stuff than he had imagined.
With his nuclear-infused strength, even the mightiest of the caped crusaders who confronted Sebastian could even match him in raw strength, much less contend with it. Not to mention even getting close to the man spelt nigh-instant death.....A fact many Heroes that day learned all too well. It's likely this would have continued to escalate, with perhaps even Fallout managing to escape and travel across America in a reign of rampage, if not for a heroine by the name of Blizzard, whose powerful Cryokinetic abilities were enough to chill his core temperature down, to the point he went comatose; if only for long enough to be contained.
From that day on, Sebastian Monroe went from the government's lab rat to their greatest threat, holding a hatred that burned hotter than even he did. However, they had now gained the knowledge they needed to replicate his ability of nuclear power, and thus, he was not needed. Killing him, however, seemed quite out of the question. As such, he instead received a special place in a truly wicked Supermax prison in a place called Coldwater. There, his cell was designed, and its design has barely deviated over the years. With him as their newest guest of honor, Coldwater was able to implement the world's first ever nuclear generator....With him as the charger. With the generator bound to him, the constant drain of power was enough to keep him at bay, and if he ever made any moves, the cell was prepared with coolant sprays that, given his weakened condition, were potent enough to drop him into a brief comatose state. Beyond a daily meal, this was his life; stuck as a battery, with nothing to do, and no one to talk to. His mental stability gradually degraded from day after day of this insufferable treatment. Luckily for him, things took a turn eventually.
Around 1993, something changed. Maybe it was just that after years of successful containment things got a bit lax, but whatever the case, an opportunity presented itself; for reasons he didn't know, and truthfully, didn't care about, the coolant system was dysfunctional for a day. Their mistake. When the guard came to give him his daily meal, what he got was a face-full of nuclear energy, turning him into an ashen statue of himself almost instantaneously. After that, well, let's just say Coldwater wasn't prepared for a pissed off nuclear warhead to barrel through all the prison walls and out into glorious sunlight.
....This was new. He knew he'd been transported to a high-security prison, but Fallout wasn't prepared for how different the world could look after 40 years shut off from it. However, he didn't get to take that moment in for long; the Supes were coming. And he was rather stunned to find out that, after years of being stuck in maximum containment....They hadn't improved all too much. Just like all the way back in '45, heroes were dropping like flies, unprepared for a foe of this magnitude, only compounded by the fact that his breakout also lead to the freedom of several other high-profile villains. But, as it turns out, they were a touch more prepared than last time...
In case of the return of the mysterious (at least to the Hero associations) supervillain Fallout, they began a program that ensured that if the time came, an individual with extraordinarily potent Cryokinetic capacity would be on the scene. While Fallout managed to wreak horrific havoc, he was yet again stopped by the newest Cryokinetic hero on the block. After that, he was returned to Coldwater, and unbeknownst to him, plans to design a far more imposing Super-Prison were in the works.
From that moment on, efforts to contain Fallout were as strict as possible. Not a day went by without a chamber inspection, ensuring proper working of the coolants and no abnormalities of the generator. This lasted until 2035, nearly 50 years after his initial breakout. Yet again, they were in for a wake-up-call...
Realizing that his lucky fluke from so long ago was not going to occur again, Fallout hatched a new plan. When the time was right, after having spent years acting as orderly as possible in order to conserve energy by not having the coolant used on him, he struck; with a surge of energy, he overheated the nuclear generator, causing a security breach the likes of which Coldwater had never seen....Nor would ever see again. However, in the resulting explosion of the generator, Sebastian was left unconscious for days at end while order was slowly, painfully wrangled back from the hands of hundreds of freed inmates. By the time he awoke again, he was in a cell. But...It was different somehow, even if he wasn't sure how.
Unbeknownst to him, he was placed into the newly made Supermax prison for villains and their ilk; The Depths. Where he's been kept to this day. So far, at least...
MISCELLANEOUS
Of course, with no way of Sebastian to know his parents, and nothing left of the hospital, that name is as good as dead, which is why he was given the name Adam by the government caretakers.
[ RANKING ]
S
[ POWERS ]
Fallout possesses the incredible and dangerous power of Nucleokinesis; the manipulation and generation of nuclear energy, one of the most powerful sources of energy known to man. Combine this with the fact that his body is mostly made of nuclear energy as well, and you've got a recipe for one of the most dangerous Supers in history.
[ PHYSICAL STRENGTH ] ■■■■■■■■■□
His 'body' might only effectively be a skeleton, but it is powered by nuclear energy. Combined with the heavy duty containment suit given to him, and his physical feats are off the charts. You can tell a situation's bad when the dude's Power isn't even really about Super Strength and he could still smash concrete as easily as someone snaps a pencil. 9/10.
[ AGILITY ] ■■■■■□□□□□
If it weren't for his containment suit, his mobility would actually be rather shocking, able to move freely without the weight of the suit bringing him down, and freely utilizing blasts of energy to propel himself. As is, though, it's still quite shocking. For a figure standing close to 10 ft. inside a titanium suit, he can move fast, consistently clocking running speeds of nearly 80 MPH, and if enough energy is spare, he can still force a blast out mid-movement for an insane increase in acceleration, though this tactic is difficult to use with the suit. 5/10.
[ INTELLIGENCE ] ■■□□□□□□□□
The guy was stuck with his own devices for most of his life, and only got a proper education around his teens. Needless to say, he isn't the sharpest tool in the shed. Granted, he isn't quite a complete dunce. Just....Mostly. 2/10.
[ DESTRUCTIVENESS ] ■■■■■■■■■■
If there were ever a Power made for wholesale destruction, it's this. Not only can his blasts of nuclear energy vaporize just about anything it comes in contact with, it'll leave a helluva lotta radioactive energy behind, making whatever he hit unsafe to be around for...Say...A big ol' handful of years? Point is, he's just bad news to have anywhere. 10/10.
[ LETHALITY ] ■■■■■■■■■■
Imagine getting blasted point-blank by a palm's worth of nuclear energy. Yeah, not many can claim to be able to walk away from something like that. And truth be told, even if you do, the radiation poisoning could get you down the line. Hell, normal people get turnt into ash just by getting touched by the guy. Can't get much more lethal than that.... 10/10. [ ENDURANCE ] ■■■■■■■□□□
Trust me, that suit doesn't make your life easy when it comes to laying the hurt on this SOB. It was made to resist him, so you can imagine how tough it is. Not to mention that he himself is incredibly resilient to most forms of harm, namely physical trauma and most energy-based assaults, like flame or electricity. His one glaring weakness, that being his body's inherent inability to fight off heavy cold, is what keeps this only at this rank. 7/10.
[ EFFICACY ] ■■■■■■□□□□
Under normal circumstances, his Power is highly efficient; it generates nuclear energy, which is then expended and quickly replenished, all with little to no outward energy sources necessary. However, when combat drags on, his stores of energy could begin to slowly be eroded away, in which case he could fall into a heavily weakened and lethargic state. In fact, if anything, his Power is too efficient. If left to his own devices and not expending his withheld energy, he could eventually be prone to a meltdown, and inevitably from that point, an implosion of catastrophic proportions.
[ SKILLS ]
Fallout doesn't possess much in the way of talents or hobbies, but on the rare occasion he got to break out and was left alone, he found out that good, cold, hard liquor felt damn good going down his nuclear core. So yeah, he likes to drink a bit.
[ EQUIPMENT ]
His only noteworthy piece of equipment is his most obvious one; his containment suit. While it is technically a penalty of sorts, holding him back, it helps to make him much more defensive, and punches backed by it hurt like a bitch due to how durable it is.
Well...still here...somehow. For those reading, I maybe gone for a bit yet again though...got a storm coming in the east coast and I don't know if I'll lose power or not. But because of my job and the stress it's been building on me, I don't even know if I can make time for this now.
I apologize if I'm just going into a rant but I haven't been active either in here or in the discord. But at the same time, I need something to keep me creative. And doing this help over video games sometimes believe it or not ^_^.
Anyways, this might be my last attempt at making characters for this but here's my latest attempt. There's two now. Another attempt at Crimson Setsuka and the other, now veteran hero K Nine formely known as Alpha of Hero One. I don't know when I'll read a response to this so please be patient with me -__-'.

[ AFFILIATION ]
Vigilante
[ APPEARANCE ]
Long blonde hair. Light colored skin and eyes with red pupils. Stands around 5'9" with an unconfirmed weight. More often than not, wearing a ninja garb of some colors. Usually Red if possible. She also has a garb can actually change color. Even her own apperance can be modified but that requires resources and preparation.
[ PERSONALITY TRAITS ]
Although a machine and mostly quiet, it has surprisingly good people skills when not on mission or when necessary to talk to others. Always learning and being polite unless threatened. When threatened or on mission, usually talks in robotic terms unless around other team members.

[ LETHALITY ] ********-- 8/10 By far, this is the biggest mystery despite the 8 rating. Depends on who she's fighting against.
From X-Ray to Infared and even Sonar and Radar.
[ EQUIPMENT ]
Anything it can invent or get her hands on or even things Firewall thinks she needs for a mission. Though she also carries a Katana.

[ APPEARANCE ]
He's no longer the young boy from 31 years ago. Underneath the uniform above, he still has short orange hair and brown eyes but there is some white hair mixed with the orange hair. Stands 6'3" and still looks to be in tip top shape with tanned colored skin.
[ PERSONALITY TRAITS ]
K Nine has come a long way from his days of being mostly quiet. Though he knows when to be serious, he also knows when to relax and just be normal. Though past experiences over the decades of hero work sometimes creep into his persona, usually making him act like a strict father taking care of his children.
[ BIO ]
Much is classified of the government trained hero named Alpha or K Nine in law enforcement circles. Why a super such as him was placed in a government trained program over, say, Hero One, is also a mystery in itself. It's said, though, that Alpha had come from a normal mother and father but both had jobs with the military. The father being a soldier and the mother a medic.
But for those who dig a bit into it, they would discover these general details.
Back in the day, a drug cartel was starting to make it's rounds in some of the major cities. It's said that this cartel was smuggling some new stuff to supervillians and it was so bad that Alpha's father was helping lead a squad at the time and they had tracked a shipment of the stuff to an abandoned building somewhere in New York. His team raided the place and secured both the drugs as well as the criminals guarding it. But what they didn't know about was that said criminals were being led by a secret supervillian behind the scene's.
And said supervillian wasn't happy.
The supervillian soon got information about Alpha's dad which led him to his home...at the time the supervillian showed, a young Alpha was with a babysitter. And when the supervillian was about to send a deadly message at his expense...he awakened to his powers. It's said that Alpha had launched an explosive wave of energy from his own body that did little structural damage to the home but badly injured the babysitter.
But it killed the supervillian. Records aren't clear but it's rumored that Alpha was only six years old at the time of that event and it traumaized him for life.
Afterwards, it's said that Alpha's parents did their best to help their son recover using their military connections. Soon, it led to him being transfered to private schools while growing up. But as the parents feared, the incident took it's toll on him. Sure, he got excellent grades and still managed to advance in his education but it left him isolated. Anti-social. It seemed as if he was afraid of others but in truth, he was afraid of hurting others...or worse.
And that's how it pretty much went till his highschool years. It was then that Alpha had made a request to train using his powers. His parents did note the lack of feeling he had when he made that request but saw in his eyes that he couldn't keep living his life like this. So, during whatever free time during his four years there, he trained with an unidentified military trainer to help manage his educational studies along with his powers.
But then, things took a turn when Alpha was "recruited" to be apart of a new team of superheros after his senior year graduation. The US Government wanted to have their own team under their command in case of "extreme circumstances" as they put it. Of course, Alpha's parents protested but Alpha had willingly agreed. Of course, due to the lack of trust between between the government and hero groups like H.E.R.O. and I.C.O.S.A., such a team would most likely be flagged and disbanded. So the group was field tested in secret.
It started off simple enough. Alpha was always sent within US broders to various cities to assist "normal" law enforcers like police and SWAT with any problems they may have. But everything took a bad turn one day when he and his team were sent to resolve a hostage crisis. A bank robbery had gone bad and a group of four masked gunmen had managed to force their way into a subway station. One of the criminals had managed to start up a subway train and got it moving till it was somewhere in between two subways stops in some random dark tunnel. Since it was reported that the criminals themselves were non-superpowered but had an unknown number of hostages, Alpha and his team were sent in as "SWAT" operators to help resolve the matter. It went smoothly till one of the four managed to escape the train after the team had secured the train and the other three gunmen with all the hostages alive and not harmed, litterally running for it down the dark tunnel. Alpha responded first and pursued and, to his surprise, the gunmen revealed himself to be a low level supervillian that was later I.D.ed as "Third Rail". An electicity user, he litterally lived up to his name and fought Alpha by manipulating the electrial energy from the third track rail and firing them at Alpha. Thanks to his aura though, Alpha was able to resist the attacks and was able to defeat him. Unfortunately, local hero's had just managed to catch up to Alpha and had just witnessed the fight.
They immedately reported Alpha and his team. While I.C.O.S.A. immedately blew the whistle, they did appreciate the professional work they had done. They were, however, detained until further notice as punishment for accepting a position on a unauthorized superhero team. Even the US Government denied any involvement with the team and the case was immedately dismissed. After some time, the other team members were released but Alpha refused to leave.
"...I messed up again...", he simply said.
That's when Alpha was then released but sent to Castleburg. Apparently, Alpha was just accepted into the H.E.R.O. team by special recommendation from his parents. Perhaps understanding that it was to help him rather than punish him, Alpha accepted and joined Hero One.
To sum up the old story above, Alpha aka K Nine had a rough childhood growing up. Eventually, events would ultimately lead him to H.E.R.O. One through special recommendation from his military parents to join.
There, K Nine would eventually go through a series of events that would change him ever so slightly and be more open with people. Even making choices and decisions that would make him follow his gut and heart rather than the rules despite it being morally right but against the law.
Then came the series of battles and missions that involved a secret group of villains called the ZERO Organization. Then joining a group of surpringly good friends that put together their own team called "CREW". Meeting some of the members of the "Infinite" vigilantes.
Then, yet another sequence of events actually had him go up against Commander ZERO himself of all villains...it should have been the end of him all things considering at the time hadn't not been for then Infinite leader "Red Tail" giving his life to protect him. It even showed him that despite being wanted criminals, even SOME vigilantes still believe in them and perhaps their own sense of justice.
After about a year in recovery from such events, K Nine got back on the horse. Personally asking both then Commander of Hero One Hugo Powers and Second Commander Chirstina Lavendar to help him personally develop his own powers, he then under went training under their wing. Eventually, K Nine developed to such a degree that he was officially recognized as an "A Tier" Hero.
Although K Nine never wanted to lead the organization, he still supported it over the decades of work he put in. More often, he helped to bridge the gap between hero organizations and law enforcement plus military. He wanted to show his respect to those that even if you don't have any powers, it shouldn't stop you from becoming a good hero. Seeing Lavandar perform was proof of it.
Despite a decision he made in the past to ignore police orders, officiers like Bulldog held K Nine in high regard. He said that, "That guy's the only hero that actually gives a damn about our needs. People who put on the uniform and badge actually feel safe around him but also know not to take advantage of it. It's still a dangerous line of work but he makes sure we do it right."
He has also gone to other cities to help other law enforcing organizations over the years but always made it a point to eventually come back to Castleburg. He owed so much to the city after all.
Then, one day, K Nine just quietly vanished without a trace. It's said that perhaps he finally decided to settle down. Truth be told, he did but still keeps in touch with the remaining members of his old "CREW" team who are still alive. He just felt that it was time to hang it up.
But then, he was contacted...sometimes "retirement" wasn't permanment...
MISCELLANEOUS
K Nine does keep in touch with members of his old group as stated. When ever he's in town, he pays them a visit if he can. He never tells anyone but he also picked up a hobby in gardening thanks to Pandora when he volenteers to help run her shop over the decades when he had down time.

[ POWERS ] In terms of powers, "Ki Control" was the term used for K Nine. Put simply, it allowed him to "weaponize" his own bodies energy like in cartoons and anime and use it in various ways.
As for his Ki based techniques, he has several but perfers to use the following:
Heal Factor - K Nine has saved many a life over the many years with this. Not just himself but he can also heal others while touching them provided that he has focus and energy to spare. He can't raise the dead with this power however so if someone is too far gone, he can't pull them back from the brink of death. While he can protect himself from diseases, he has trouble healing others from similar sickness unless it's "meta powered".
Enhanced Senses - K Nine can generally enhance his senses from sight, hearing, smell, etc.
"Power Up" - Basically, he can make himself slightly stronger across the board in terms of stats. Doing so for long periods of time does drain him however.
"Blue Bomb" Technique - A blue bomb is basically a specialized bomb that only harms organics and does little damage to inorganic. Basically, you won't topple any buildings unless it's super powerful but anything "living" either gets seriously hurt or dies. K Nine can actually "change" his energy so that it matches said bomb's power if he wants to hurt someone from within. Focusing his energy through his hands or feet like this can make him focus on internal injuries more than external. The very first time he used this was when he was six...that day when the supervillain invaded his house and he released it like an energy bomb itself...

K Nine is usually provided with equipment from other sources. Though he always has some sort of pistol and a shock baton on hand for self defense. The stealth coat itself can make him invisible but can still be detected through other methods. Infared can work for example.

“Machine Delta” (not a pleasant nickname...she hates it, utterly loathes it by this point when way back she used to not mind it)

[ AGE ]

[ AFFILIATION ]

[ APPEARANCE ]
Outside of her hero attire, Dawn is someone whose appearance in part speaks of the kind of odd, lab-experimented-on life she lived with her siblings prior to this point. Unnatural ruby-red eyes, pale skin, and her deathly white/greyish hair are all natural to her appearance, all being side effects of years of being a labrat and the results of the work done to her. Even so, these peculiar features of hers have been said by some in the regular, mundane world to have a ‘certain mystique’ to them in turn. To her siblings, though, these features of hers might as well be among the normal. However, her odd features and humble but high-stamina body have inadvertently left some others thinking or assuming she is ‘frailer’ somehow.
Her body is lean but not unfit or undernourished looking, with her having undergone training at the lab to build her endurance and stamina up quite a good bit and continuing to keep that up even now, though she does not look like a massive mass of muscle either to be frank. Likewise, don’t expect to see her express much when it comes to being on or off of the battlefield, as her face dons its usual and rather well-kept expressionless stoicism seemingly no matter what. Otherwise she simply looks like a relatively ‘normal’ seventeen year old girl.
In terms of clothing, she seems to prefer to use what she has deemed ‘comfortable’ attire. Skirts and comfortable shorts feature heavily in her choices, thigh-high socks are a standard, and T-shirts commonly feature as well. In fall and winter the skirts usually say, but get longer, and shirts as well as any blouses she might wear in this sort of weather become longer-sleeved.
When it comes to her attire in the field, however, her style abruptly shifts into: A heavy, long-sleeved, insulated, zip-up trench coat with kevlar woven into it and select ‘pieces’ of kevlar woven into the inside lining for better protection and balance out the weight. An all-weather advanced gas mask with attached ‘headphones’ for comms and filtering out or honing in on specific sounds. A pair of ong dark pants able to withstand wilderness journeys in rough terrain. A pair of tall black boots with steel toes and no-slip traction on the bottom, paired with socks meant for comfort for long treks such as long distance hiking.
Beyond this, her hero attire underneath this all is...actually rather light for her torso, allowing her to generate/produce insects easily so they can emerge from the many open points on her attire otherwise. Her attire is breathable/ventilated enough, even the mask oddly enough (she never complains about it at least), to not get overheated in the field. If that ever did become an issue, casting a piece of this attire aside would make her lighter, albeit more vulnerable, and able to handle it.

[ BIO ]
Subject 36, later dubbed ‘Delta’, was fourth of the seven children considered ‘successful’ subjects produced by the Typhon Project under the direction of The Poacher. She would later serve in the facility and even in the field with The Poacher and her ‘older siblings’, having earned the name “Delta”, protecting her ‘father’ against numerous rivals, outside forces, and even the vile so-called ‘heroes’ when they came into conflict with them. It was a life that would later lead to her and her sibling witnessing the ‘heroes’ they were told were only evil saving their younger ‘sibling’ Epsilon, and ultimately lead to a trail of doubts and secret hunt for information that would bear to them the horrible truth of their lives. Father was no good man, though his end goal was a mystery, and he as well as themselves had performed truly horrible acts over the past years. From here a planned escape and attempted break-out amidst the confusion of a hero raid on the facility they lived in, before Gamma led them to freedom as Alpha and Beta opened the way.
However, her secondary ‘nickname’ at the lab, “Machine Delta”, didn’t come without reason either in the past.
Even as a subject, Delta came to be withdrawn and rather emotionally detached throughout the experiments to the point she seemed to lack emotion at all. She seemed to become more so under the guidance of The Poacher at that. Cool, calculated, efficient, controlled, inhumanly focused, and intelligent, she was a prime subject who was trained to perform complex operations using her power as a means of infiltration and undertaking covert operations at first. This would later segway into the expanded use of her power to take down more vulnerable targets, targeting key personnel and individuals to bring down enemy operations, and even working on training her very real potential for assassination. She killed her targets without hesitation, and if it meant success in the mission and especially preserving her siblings she would do it without batting an eye at it. In other words, she was like a proper and unfeeling killing machine herself.
Yet this aside, she did seem to possess a fondness of her other six ‘siblings’, in part shown by her silent but dedicated aggression when trying to keep them safe and supported in the field. Emotional expression/regulation was never her strong suit by far, however, despite her attempts once in a blue moon. She once brought a treat she stole from the kitchen to Alpha, after a hard mission that saw Alpha injured on her behalf defending her, only for her older sibling’s smile and resulting thanks to cause her to stand totally still and utterly space out without moving for a full hour. When once frustrated by a certain highly irritating day at the facility a few times in the past, she seemed to literally ‘bug out’ in some way or another whenever her anger would hit its peak. Literally. It would make the area she ‘lost it’ in dangerous for a bit until she calmed down or had a sibling or her ‘father’ come in to talk her back down. She would even on certain occasions sit with her younger ‘siblings’ when they were having a bad day...but would just do so mechanically and silently unless asked to leave or until said younger siblings calmed back down. Such episodes never happened in the field, but seemed reserved for when she was back at the facility.
It was only when she saw Epsilon saved by one of the ‘so-called evil heroes’ that she hesitated to strike at the hero who saved him. She hesitated. The first time she’d ever had a moment of hesitation like that in her life, it was a shock to her system that sent her mind reeling. Even her hobby of tinkering at the lab, a thing taken up by her own curiosity, could not shake it. It would take being around her siblings to help foster this change in her mindset, but regardless she stayed by their side without needing to think about it. It was as natural to her as breathing air, but over those months prior to their attempted escape she assisted them and would struggle to cope with the reality that she knew to be real now. There were more emotional regulation issues that would manifest in episodes or other little ways, but through it all her siblings were there with her…
...which is what made the later confrontation with their ‘father’ that much harder. Seeing the ‘failed’ subjects unleashed on them enraged her to no end, and Gamma ultimately having to drag her away through the escape path Alpha and Beta carved for them, it was too much for her. Losing two of her siblings that day. Seeing so many others turned into monstrosities, who had once been like her and her siblings at that. She truly went ‘berserk’ for the first time as she was pulled away, a desire to kill her ‘father’ burning in her blood like lava as she struggled to break her sibling’s grip and charge at the man and her insects swarmed suicidally into the horde. She roared in rage and bloodlust, tears streaming down her face like overflowing rivers, and for the first time her face was twisted an expression...albeit now a monstrous visage of raw, pure, and utter fury. She would later pass out after her and her remaining siblings’ escape was finished, exhausted and unable to so much as move her own legs after it all.
Bit by bit she pulled herself back somewhat, returning to that same blank stare and expression as she tried to assist Gamma in helping them survive. She could only do so much, though, but fueled by desperation to keep her remaining family alive she pushed herself regardless. She even cast aside some of her own meals for her younger siblings to have just a bit more each, and had even resolved herself to do whatever was needed if things got bad enough. Anything. But please, she couldn’t lose another one. Please. Not another of the only ‘family’ she knew and had left. She had to be strong for them. She had to.
In the end, her and her siblings’ meeting with a certain tired-eyed man would give them the chance The Poacher never had. To become a real hero...just like Alpha and Beta had become. So that became the desire and life goal she etched into her heart, second only to keeping her family safe. She would seek to learn everything she could about the world, read every book, take every lesson, train until her body gave out, anything to become a true and proper hero. She would pay any price to do her best, to ensure others had the chance her two oldest siblings never had. The world needed heroes, and so she would rise to the call in turn...no matter how hard the road ahead.
MISCELLANEOUS
She is definitely not a fan of pranks. Dangerous results emerge if pranked. Literally. ABORT, ABORT-
She does enjoy incredibly spicy foods, and can withstand strong flavors to the point she once ate a bite out of a whole piece of garlic without batting an eye. It was a learning experience, and a prank performed on her, but she didn’t even flinch or anything afterward. She only swarmed the cook who pranked her with it, as it was the first time she’d ever seen proper garlic, and both the kitchen was unable to be used for the next 12 hours and the prank puller had to be cared for medically for several days due to the numerous and not light injuries he received that day.
Was once dared back at the lab, by a couple of workers, to eat durian...she did it. Hasn’t been a fan of dares since then.
She also seems to prefer warmer weather to the colder sort.
Like herself and some of her older siblings, she has field and combat and such related experiences under her belt already.
[ RANKING ]
C (or C+? Not sure on the ranking. TwT)
[ POWERS ]
Before the experimentation performed on her as a subject of the Typhon Project, Dawn actually possessed a superpower...albeit one that had not yet awakened. Her hero gene had yet to activate or kick into action, she being a case of a ‘late bloomer’, thus when experimentation began it would ultimately change the nature of her power once it finally did emerge.
Originally her power was one that would allow her to transform into a dense black fog and back to normal, as well as produce/generate this dense black fog in turn as a secondary capability. The nature of this fog would have been unknown, but likely would have had a unique nature or effect when exposed to it or being within it.
Due to experimentation, however, her power no longer allows her to transform into a dense black fog...but instead a great swarm of alien-looking insects 1.5x as big as the insects in this picture. She can also secondarily generate these bugs from her body, this instead of the original secondary of producing/generating the fog from herself in turn. In other words, the fog was simply replaced with insects. The bugs are themselves an extension of herself in turn, moved about and coordinated by her and so forth as easily and naturally for Dawn as breathing is.
Their bodies are covered in a light gray carapace, bearing three sets of sharp-footed legs that can grab hold of things efficiently. They also have a pair of two-jointed and rather capable ‘arm-legs’ that emerge from a bit behind the head, which can be used to grab things as well as act as another set of legs in a very flexible and versatile fashion, the ends/tips of which are sharp and can pierce through flesh with ease and grab hold onto things generally effectively just like the legs can. Each bug also has four dark red eyes on its face, and a powerful set of jaws that can bite through even hardened steel and chew it up.
This is paired with a very potent acidic substance in their stomachs they use to digest said metals and whatever else they eat rapidly, which acidic substance can even digest metals and glass much stronger than what their jaws are capable of biting through. This acidic substance can be spit up onto things as well, a nice bit from each individual insect, albeit this is not ranged and is not a ranged attack. Rather it is simply applied by the bugs landing on something and spitting up on them akin to a fly.
The ‘tail’ is a two-jointed piece of carapace akin to an arm or leg, but longer than the ‘arms’ or ‘legs’ and having a highly sharp blade-like end on it, one that might as well be a scalpel and is capable of precise movement and being whipped down underneath the body to cut into or pierce targets. Can also be used to scratch even strong metals and types of glass, but not cut through them.
The bugs can be used to set up an external nest to breed and propagate beyond Dawn generating/producing them herself. A more long-term and slower process, though, which is far from battle-ready and only makes this function useful to create extra insects to store a mass of them up for later use. (Also good for keeping pests out of HERO’s buildings alongside the usual pest control measures. XD)
-Weaknesses-
The bugs might be big and frightening looking, but they are also able to be killed like any other bug. Smash. Squish. Crush. Crunch. Zap. All of the good stuff. That is the main reason they are used in numbers for any sort of combat situation.
If Dawn turns into a swarm of bugs and too many of them die, she cannot change back to her normal human form. Kill all of her bugs in this scenario, and ensure no more are alive elsewhere, and Dawn is just ‘dead’. Literally. Fully. Completely. No coming back. (Instead, in this case of being unable to transform abc she has to use the remaining bugs she has to set up and grow more via a nest/hive the ‘old fashioned way’. Then when she has enough insects, she can gather a mass together to transform back to her normal human form.)
Proper insecticides are not only rather effective against her bugs, but also are just as effective against her in her normal human form as well. Ouch.
She is a normal human and the insects are both not super durable by any means. She is normal human durability, insects are dangerous but just as squishy as any other insects.
[ PHYSICAL STRENGTH ]
■■■□□□□□□□
Standard human strength.
[ AGILITY ]
■■■■■■■□□□
In her normal human form she is a 3/10.
The bugs are far more agile, albeit small as well, than she is normally in her human form, being a very solid 7/10.
[ INTELLIGENCE ]
■■■■□□□□□□
A ‘savant’ for knowledge and learning since after escaping the lab and finding help. An avid reader who can knock out reading books in record times, and already familiar enough with internet use through many hours of ‘research’. Etc. She isn’t some super genius who can do fifty thousand things, etc, but in terms of her capabilities in learning and processing/integrating things mentally she is rather adept indeed. A splendid learner.
[ DESTRUCTIVENESS ]
■■■■□□□□□□
As destructive as swarms and nests of killer insects that can eat metal and have powerful digestive acid can be. Can be destructive, but depends on what or where is targeted. Being really destructive requires significant time and effort unless it is a special enough case, at best, despite the capabilities of the insects.
[ LETHALITY ]
■■■■■■■■□□
Destructive? Not so much. Lethal? Very much yes. Powerful bugs that can slice, spit up acid on, puncture, and chew through people are very much lethal. Especially since they are normally used in swarms. Big swarms.
[ ENDURANCE ]
■■■■■□□□□□
Possesses abnormal endurance, and has done endurance and stamina training for...as long as she can remember at least. Isn’t superhumanly durable, but can force herself to ignore her own pain and push through it even in...ahem...not the best of shape by far. In that manner she is kinda creepy and robotic. 5/10.
[ EFFICACY ]
■■■■■■■□□□
A generally rather efficient power, versatile and capable of both attacking and things such as infiltrating and spying beyond that. Not too destructive at all, not the strongest power at that, but the user can be generally useful in the field as well as outside of it. 7/10.
[ SKILLS ]
Jujitsu and Judo (Non-strength reliant combat techniques and martial arts in case of close combat)
Infiltration
Espionage
‘Cooking’ (Not Really; Aka, don’t let Dawn/Delta cook, for the love of all that is good just don’t.)

Of course, with no way of Sebastian to know his parents, and nothing left of the hospital, that name is as good as dead, which is why he was given the name Adam by the government caretakers.

I'm not entirely sure if or when you'll get the chance to use him, but this is a great concept. Accepted!

[ HERO IDENTITY ]
Crimson Setsuka
[ NICKNAME/ALIAS ]
Setsuka
[ AGE ]

[ GENDER ]
Machine (Female Design)
Though rumors say that said DNA came from a rare but extinct Leftover.
[ LETHALITY ] ********-- 8/10 By far, this is the biggest mystery despite the 8 rating. Depends on who she's fighting against.
From X-Ray to Infared and even Sonar and Radar.
[ EQUIPMENT ]
Anything it can invent or get her hands on or even things Firewall thinks she needs for a mission. Though she also carries a Katana.

[ EQUIPMENT ]
K Nine is usually provided with equipment from other sources. Though he always has some sort of pistol and a shock baton on hand for self defense. He also now has a "steath coat" as shown in the above picture with a special design gas mask with several vision modes in the blue glowing eye areas. The stealth coat itself can make him invisible but can still be detected through other methods. Infared can work for example.
Hate to make you fix anything again, but both personality sections need a lot of work. It needs to be either in bullet points or more than a few sentences. Additionally, Crimson's tier should be at a B-, and Alpha's "blue bomb technique" just won't work.
With Rabid's permission, and after having it looked over by them to ensure it is in-line with Grahm/Enkidu's lore and so forth, I present the calculating, the intelligent, and the young hero...Scarab!

“Machine Delta” (not a pleasant nickname...she hates it, utterly loathes it by this point when way back she used to not mind it)

@canaryrose@Hitman Felicitations, malefactors. I'm here with a sheet for a secondary character incase Shadow Scythe has to take a back seat for one reason or another.

H.E.R.O
[ APPEARANCE ]
Dazzling, naturally pink hair is Summer’s most identifiable trait. Usually she wears brightly colored, form fitting clothes and her favorite blue and white jacket. She stands at 5 feet, 6 inches and has a toned physique. Also distinct from most people in Castleburg is her Northern Irish accent.
The powered suit she wears is also very form fitting. The helmet is completely smooth, but Summer can see perfectly with sensors and imperceptible cameras. The faceplate also retracts, if she needs some fresh air or to make eye contact with someone. On the right side of the base of her skull there is a black square, something like a cybernetic implant that she uses to alter her brain functions.
When it is equipped with utilities and weapons, those can add onto the suits bulk and change how it looks.
[ PERSONALITY TRAITS ]
Summer is a boisterous, swaggering young woman who isn’t afraid to make a fool out of herself. Always acting like a clown for a joke or a laugh and constantly propping herself up. Some might view it as arrogance, but it’s simply the way she enjoys behaving. The center of attention is where Summer likes to be.
Greed is one of her primary motivations for being a hero, and Summer isn’t afraid to show it. Between her merchandising and her hero alias being a usable hashtag on social media, Summer is always trying to cook up ways to get more bang for her buck. Spreading the love is not an issue, and if she thinks more people can make more money, she’ll jump at the opportunity. Cooperation is just another way of getting rid of the competition, really! There’s plenty to go around, if only folks are willing to put the work in.
While she certainly might be off-putting or unlikable to those with more traditional views of heroism, there’s little malicious about her behavior. Beneath all the bluster is a bravehearted person who really does just want to help. Help everyone. Including herself! And her friends! Is there really anything wrong with that?
Summer also wants people to recognize and appreciate her and her friends' intelligence. As well as prove that just because she doesn’t have powers, that doesn’t mean she can’t be the best hero around.
[ BIO ]
Summer calls the idyllic countryside outside of Belfast, Ireland her home, growing up in a picturesque small town that she would now refer to as ‘boring as hell’. Beautiful town though it may be, her father and mother were quite poor, and Summer got a job early to help out. With no siblings and her parents busy, Summer ended up being quite lonely. The X-200 had given her the worst superpower ever- the ability to have pink hair all the time and she can’t turn it off. Bafflingly, this made the other kids distrust and dislike her, claiming that she was bound to have other secret powers as well. Or maybe they just wanted an excuse to pick on someone who was different. Being a ‘nerd’ didn’t exactly help, either. Ireland wasn’t all bad; the adults there treated her kindly and her parents loved her dearly. And when she left her hometown and went to neighboring towns and cities, she found herself making temporary friends with strangers. Perhaps the only problem was Keelin, a very rude popular girl who seemed to position herself as Summer’s arch nemesis… or maybe that was just a reductive way of looking at things.
People thinking she had secret powers made Summer both loathe the idea of superpowers, and become infatuated with the idea. This conflict drove her to want to become a superhero, powers or not. Not just a cop, or a protector, or work with heroes- an honest to God superhero with a name and a gimmick and a fanbase. That would show them. And another thing- she’d never be poor again. These ambitions stuck.
Being bullied didn’t matter. No, it didn’t bother young Summer at all, for she found refuge in her studies and the internet. Over the next several years she developed a tight knit group of like minded outcasts and oddballs like herself. In search of power and glory they formed Project Gateway, the world’s first non-powered superhero. Each of them had a different skill to bring to the table, and together they began to put their plans into action.
It took a lot of hard work, but eventually the five of them got a lucky break. They got a corporate sponsor in the form of GatewayX, a private space program. Thus, they renamed Project Mecha-Bitch 3000 to Project Gateway. Summer served as the only non-powered superhero of CELT’s Northern Irish branch. Eventually she was zooming all over the Great Britain area. The support of the Irish government wasn’t far behind.
A strange problem occured. There wasn’t enough action. Summer wanted Project Gateway to go global. Perhaps rub her success in the face of heroes all around the world.
Thus, #Project Gateway was cleared to travel to the supervillain hero capital of the world, Castleburg. She’ll be arriving shortly.

“Hello? HELLO? Is this thing on? Let’s get this party started already!”
The original candidate for the pilot of the suit, this Indian born lad is a fiercely competitive electrical engineering genius. Unfortunately, a car accident left him bed-ridden for a long time before the project went live. While he’s better now, no one could possibly separate Summer from the Suit, now. He designed the incredibly compact power systems for the suit and the heads up display.
Dimitri Alexeyev
“This will work. You should all be ashamed, but I will make this work.”
Isolated, cold, and alone, Dimitri wouldn’t have it any other way. From his palace made of ice, foundations constructed of the skulls of his enemies, (allegedly) Dimitri is the mastermind behind implementing and ensuring the consistency of the weapons implemented into the Gateway suit. He operates from somewhere in the Baltics.
Awa Yoneyama
“Pink is cute! Like your hair! Everyone will like us, yes!”
The heart of the team and it’s second youngest member, Awa is the mind behind the Gateway suit’s most iconic weapon, the Bubblegum formula. She also designed the aesthetic of the suit and while she is sad that Bubble Gum Glue Girl is not the name of the superhero, Gateway is better than Mecha-Bitch 3000. She is also the most skilled in the medicinal arts of the team.
AMI
“SEARCHING FOR FILE: ‘FUCKS TO GIVE’. FILE NOT FOUND.’
A rogue chunk of loose traffic managing AI code developed in South Africa. AMI stands for Advanced Machine Intelligence. She is the youngest member of the team at only ten years old, but she certainly has a vast array of knowledge on many topics. She is best at the remote operation parts of their missions, controlling cameras and drones.
[ RANKING ]
E Rank when out of suit. Estimated B- rank when in suit.
[ POWERS ]
The Mecha-Bitch 3000, or rather, the Gateway Armor, is a form-fitting, highly durable and mobile suit that has many configurations and modifications available to it. Being very versatile, Summer can serve almost any role in a mission, but she is often out-done by powered specialists. Her greatest strength is being prepared and bringing the right tool
[ PHYSICAL STRENGTH ] ■■■■■■■□□□
The suit, by default, has enhanced strength to allow Summer to bust through walls, pick up cars, and knock people around. Useful for saving people and crowd control. 7/10
[ AGILITY ] ■■■■■■□□□□
Summer is no slouch when it comes to being athletic, and the enhanced strength of the suit only increased this attribute. She can jump high, be mobile, and do anything she can do outside of the suit, only more than twice as well.
[ INTELLIGENCE ] ■■■■■■■□□□
Summer is the maintenance technician of the group. She has an excellent memory and knows how to put things back together again. She knows the suit inside and out, and electronics and mechanics in general are her domain of expertise. This alone is very useful, but she also has a panel of experts at her disposal at all times, and they are never afraid to chip in. 7/10
[ DESTRUCTIVENESS ] ■■■■■■■■□□
The Gateway Suit is capable of a great amount of destruction, especially with it’s modifications. 8/10
[ LETHALITY ] ■■■■■■■■□□
One of the reasons Summer has come to be the permanent pilot is her temperament. Unlike the others, she is willing to do what it takes while having an even mood, being the most calm and collected under pressure. The Gateway Suit has a variety of lethal weapons for putting down dangerous targets quickly in order to minimize loss of life. 8/10
[ ENDURANCE ] ■■■■■■■■□□
Given how Summer is just a squishy human, it was very important the suit be capable of taking as much damage as possible in order to give her a chance to escape or turn the fight around. Being bulletproof was a complete necessity, and she definitely is. Shock and impact damage was next. The only unavoidable weakness was that to piercing damage by heavy objects with a consistent pushing force, in other words, close ranged stabbing by someone with a melee weapon and super strength. But building the fabric and metals of the suit to combat that would be too much and would lower the effectiveness of everything, putting Summer into more danger. The suit also has an in-built medical system to stabilize Summer if she gets hurt. 8/10
[ EFFICACY ] ■■■■■□□□□□
The Gateway suit can be on for a long amount of time, and since Summer herself is mostly spared the exhaustion of her physical actions, she can operate under duress for a great amount of time. However the Gateway suit does need recharging, on average, two or three times a week.
[ SKILLS ]
Besides her knowledge related to her field, Summer is a decently trained hand to hand fighter. She’s light on her feet, and is a really good dancer.
[ EQUIPMENT ]
Bubble Buddy: A go-to non-lethal loadout, equipped with Yoneyama’s bubble weapons.
Bubble Launcher: The suit’s hands are modified to fire projectiles out of the palms and index fingers. Fire high speed, high impact gum rounds that explode on impact. One or two is enough to knock an opponent over and then stick them to the ground. Stronger targets require more bubbles, but getting hit by them is a huge annoyance, even when blocked.
Bubble Bomb: A small pink pebble that, when squeezed, expands into a grenade sized sphere. When thrown, there are a few seconds of wait time and then it detonates, spreading adhesive over a large area and knocking targets away.
Silly String: Fire out sticky pink string for various purposes and in various forms.
Limited Hovering: Bubble Buddy can float in the air and move at slow speeds.
Sticky Hands: The Gateway Suit has an adhesive on her hands and feet that can be activated to allow her to navigate walls and ceilings at higher speeds.
Adhesive Healing: An altered bubble formula can be applied with a touch to safely stop the bleeding of wounds.
Solvent Mist: A special formula that can disintegrate the sticky adhesive. The bubblegum dissolves within 24 hours unless modified, but this can always be useful. Kept in a can.
Stungun: A high quality stun gun to debilitate close range targets.
Taser: A taser with longer range prongs and penetration.
Strengths: Non lethal damage, crowd and damage control, urban movement, defense.
Exoskeleton: An armored exoskeleton is mounted onto the suit, increasing Gateway’s height, strength, and durability manifold.
Kinetic Enhancers: While the exo-skeleton already boosts her strength, two hand holds around her arms give her access to a pair of piston-esque implements. The pistons have good freedom of movement and are capable of outputting a huge amount of kinetic force, rivalling those with super strength. Portable Energy Shield: Arm mounted hard-light energy shield she can use to defend herself and allies from bullets and other hard hitting attacks.
Shoulder Mounted Rocket Launchers: A pair of four barreled rocket launchers. They auto reload and can fire munitions of various types.
Enhanced Flight Systems: Mounted on ankles, palms, and back, a miniature grafted exoskeleton that drastically increases her speed and mobility in the air. Energy engines leave pink trails where she flies.
Beam Projectors: High powered beams made from leftover kinetic energies of the flight suit. Capable of being fired from clenched fists.
Grenade Launcher: Semi-automatic shoulder mounted grenade launcher capable of firing a variety of projectiles at a decent rate of fire. Usually loaded with bubble grenades, but more lethal munitions are available.
Strengths: Evasiveness, mobility, fighting against kinetics and casters.
Weaknesses: Durability, close quarters, high durability targets.
With every loadout and configuration, Summer can call in reinforcements with drones deployed from around the city, or the HERO blimp. Alternatively, she could equip herself at the start of the mission and only call in other deliverables later. These weapons and tools can be equipped in any loadout, and it’s rare that she goes without one or several of the items on the list, depending on how heavy and cumbersome they are.
Super Special Pistol: A large, ‘U’ shaped pistol with multiple functions.
Adhesive Net: Fire out a large, ropey net made out of adhesive bubblegum. Knockout Pellets: Fire slower moving projectiles that shatter on contact, releasing potent knock out gas on a small area. Bubble Blast: Short range shotgun blast of adhesive projectiles. Bubble Bolt: Long range, high speed spear-like adhesive shot. Requires charge up.
Heavy Plasma Gun: A machine gun that fires a volley of high speed, red plasma bolts in something similar to a laser gun.
Minigun: A minigun.
Grenade Launcher: A two handed grenade launcher, equipped with multiple types of munitions.
The Big One: A battering ram tool in the form of a long black cylinder, held in both hands via handles along the top. Can turn people, walls, and steel into pulp when ‘fired’. A short range mega-punch. Don’t miss, it has a hefty recharge time.
Shield Projector: Two shield projectors that create a ten by ten by ten diameter translucent pink hard-light shield. Default settings are that people can go in and out, but projectiles can’t. Can be tweaked if fiddled with before or after deployment.
Shield Wall: Fifteen by ten foot, slightly curved see-through shield wall of hard-light.
Shield Drone: A drone equipped with a hard-light projector shield.
Bubble Drone: A drone equipped with a short range bubble blaster.
Gas Drone: A drone equipped with a short range gas projector. Knockout, smoke, or tear gas.
Plasma Cutter Sawblade: A two handed melee weapon and utility item for cutting through the most durable surfaces. Or enemies.
Isolene Injector: For shutting down defeated enemies with dangerous powers that can’t otherwise be restrained.

Love her! One small nitpick: you forgot to delete one of the filler paragraphs in the Abilities section as well as the example boxes below it. Other than that, she's accepted.
Hey guys! Canary here. We've already discussed this at length in the Discord, but @Hitman has regretfully decided to leave RPG for the foreseeable future and has left me in charge. Although it says otherwise in the top bar, I am now GM and @Zoey Boey is the new Co-GM (thread status pending). We've already contacted a mod and it turns out that it's not possible to transfer thread ownership, so Hitman will remain the GM in the top portion unless we switch threads. The permission difference is fairly minimal, thankfully. There won't be much of a difference.
Please direct any and all questions to either me or Zoey! We're undergoing a period of reconstruction at the moment so things will be slow.
Who's ready for an inexplicable burst of focus? I wasn't. I had plans for tonight. Instead, Marco.
"Now, I know you might be a little embarrassed about being beaten by a kid like me, but don't worry! Looking back on it later, you won't even remember what you were ashamed of!"
[ NAME ]
Marco Shaw
[ HERO IDENTITY ]
Wander
[ NICKNAME/ALIAS ]
God of Leeches Human Target Pathetic World's Greatest Thief (self appointed title)
[ AGE ]
Nineteen, or at least, he thinks he is. It's a bit hard to be completely sure.
[ GENDER ]
Male.
[ AFFILIATION ]
Villainous. Definitely very evil. Yes yes.
[ APPEARANCE ]
5'5", and very annoying to deal with if anyone calls him short. Fairly lean, maybe even a little bit lanky, but he calls himself aerodynamic. Brown, wild hair that sticks out everywhere and tangles around itself like a bird nest and light grey eyes, which are almost always covered by a pair of sunglasses.
[ PERSONALITY TRAITS ]
Generally, it's pretty safe to assume Marco is little more than an annoying, immature idiot. His primary aim in life seems to be annoying people, poking and pulling at any thing he can in someones personality, actions, or anything else he can find, generally continuing until he's silenced by some form of violent assault on his person. He can also be very petty, grumbling and sulking about anything, or more usually anyone, who's managed to get on his bad side for days after the initial incident if nobody shuts him up beforehand, and regularly gives into vices and bad habits on a whim. On top of that, he tends to flip flop between laying around, wasting time when he should be doing something, or getting ridiculously overexcited about something and fixating on it, trying to drag anyone around him into it with him, regardless of their plans.
At the same time however, one of his most visible traits is how much he loves to laugh, and make other people laugh along with him. If someone looks even closer, there are also hints of something deeper to his thoughts, a deep loneliness that might just be what causes him to act out the way he does, and potentially some well-hidden maturity buried beneath the idiocy. Sometimes, if he manages to keep quiet, he can even trick people into thinking he's actually kind of cool. Unfortunately for him, this is usually a delusion, and should not be taken seriously.
[ BIO ]
Marco doesn't actually know his real name. He's pretty sure he remembers people calling him Marco, but his last name may very well be lost to time, the name Shaw coming from an incident he prefers not to think about. His family only appear in very faint memories, and he probably hasn't seen them since he was a very young child, though again, the exact details of how old he was, or what happened, are vague. In the end, the root of all these issues seems to be the same.
People don't remember Marco.
He isn't sure why, other than that it has something to do with his power, but the vast majority of people seem to forget who he is or that they've ever met him within two days at best, most not even lasting longer than one. Odds are his parents were the same, and he's been wandering around the country pretty much as long as he could remember. Surprisingly though, it's been rare for him to ever find himself in danger of something like starving, largely due the other aspect of his power, allowing him to teleport almost instantaneously, as long as nobody is either looking at him when he departs, or looking at his destination. This has allowed him to teleport into houses, raiding them for food and 'supplies', and then teleport out again.
However, it hasn't been all sunshine and rainbowws for our beloved wandering idiot... In fact, over his travels, he has come to feel a distinct sense of loneliness. Many, many times, he's tried to end his life of drifting from place to place, stealing whatever he can and moving on. Tried to talk to people, make friends, and settle down, but almost inevitably, time after time after time, he would be forgotten. No matter how he tried to stick in their memories, it seemed they were doomed to fade. In addition to the mental and emotional pain this brought him, it also seemed to have an effect on him physically. The smaller the number of people who knew who he was at any given time, the less he felt connected to the physical world. Teleporting would become scary, the act of actually returning from the void it transported him through becoming significantly more difficult, and he started to wonder if perhaps the people who knew him functioned as a sort of tether or anchor to the real world, with more people making for a stronger connection.
And so started his new way of life. Realising that his hopes of a normal life with friends or a family were next to impossible, he instead turned to a new tactic; annoying a number of random people every day, and stealing whatever he could get his grubby mitts on. While not a particularly fulfilling life, he was able to live fairly comfortably, pissing a bunch of people off in one spot, finding a good place to hide for a couple of seconds, and teleporting away from the ensuing mob to eat, sleep, and sell off other peoples hard earned valuables. Alternatively, he'll find a place where the people are soft-hearted enough to let him stay with them for a bit and ruthlessly taking advantage of their kindness, although this rarely even lasts the two days or so it would take to forget him before he gets 'evicted'. Whatever the outcome, the end result usually allows him to keep living as the hedonistic slacker. Before too long, anyone he'd turned against him would forget what he'd done, only remembering that he'd annoyed them. After a couple of days, they'd forget him entirely, and he'd be free to repeat the process somewhere else.
However, his 'surefire, fool proof, absolute one hundred percent success rate plan' hasn't quite been working out as he planned. Across the countries, a few people have started to notice the re-emergence of faint, scattered memories. Memories of some vaguely ghost-like figure, mooching off them for a few days and being generally pathetic and annoying before disappearing forever. Even more rarely, there will be someone who remembers the annoying idiot that is Marco Shaw with relative clarity, unsure whether they're happy or sad that he disappeared without even saying goodbye.
One thing is for sure, now that his drifting has finally brought him to the city of Castleburg, the odds of an easy, carefree life have dropped significantly.
It's just too bad he's too stupid to figure that out himself.
MISCELLANEOUS
He's actually terrified of bugs, which is ironic, as anyone who remembers him tends to consider him a human-sized leech at best.
He may or may not think mascots are real. He's implied he does in the past, but refuses to clarify when asked.
[ RANKING ]
D-
[ POWERS ]
Marco's existence is stretched across two different dimensions. The pull of the other dimension is stronger than his connection to ours, but he can remain connected to our world as long as other people acknowledge his existence. As long as the connection is there, Marco can temporarily release his hold on our world and slip into the other dimension, falling through the void before pulling himself back into ours in a different location. Though he may spend a number of seconds falling through the void before reaching his intended destination, it will seemingly be instantaneous within our world. However, he can only perform this teleportation as long as no one can see him, or would be able to see his destination, as this makes his anchor to our world too strong, preventing him from releasing it and slipping into the void.
On the other hand, if nobody acknowledges his existence, or even if the number of people who do is just too small, the opposite would be the case, and he would be unable to pull himself back into our world from the void. This is compounded by the fact that his comparatively weak existence and lack of presence within our dimension will cause the vast majority of peoples memories of him to fade far quicker than normal, rarely lasting more than one or two days. This means that it is an absolute priority for him to stand out and make an impression with people at least once every two days, or else any attempts to teleport would most likely trap him in the void. Of course, abusing his teleportations enough times in rapid succession would most likely weaken his connection to our dimension enough to bring the same result, regardless of how strongly anchored he was beforehand.
[ PHYSICAL STRENGTH ] 1/10 While he can hit things with a decent amount of force, anything that involves persistent effort like pushing or lifting things is too much for his tiny, lanky frame to handle.
[ AGILITY ] 5/10 Much like hard work, Marco is surprisingly skilled at dodging attacks, regularly worming his way out of tough situations until he can find a nice, concealing trash can he can use to hide long enough to teleport away from.
[ INTELLIGENCE ] 3/10 While it would be difficult to consider Marco actually academically talented, or even particularly good at keeping out of trouble, he has demonstrated an unnerving cleverness when it comes to getting backout of it again, as if a switch has been flicked in his brain.
[ DESTRUCTIVENESS ] 1/10 The guys superpower is teleporting from dumpsters into broom closets. He's not exactly gonna be knocking down skyscrapers with it any time soon.
[ LETHALITY ] 2/10 Theoretically, he could probably pull someone into the void he falls through when he teleports and then drop them into the emptiness between space, but that sounds like a lot of effort, so more likely than not the worst he'll do is hit you a little harder than preferable with a stick.
[ ENDURANCE ] 1/10 He's more of a dodge tank than a tank tank if you know what I mean.
[ EFFICACY ] 6/10 Though it's heavily dependent on the situation, the fact remains that in his particular line of work, Marco's powers can prove to be extremely useful if he uses them right.
[ SKILLS ]
Marco can be very stealthy when necessary.
He is very skilled in the art of hitting people with a stick.
One of Marco's defining traits is the sudden, inexplicable increase in competency when it comes to escaping bad situations and dodging consequences.
He has the uncanny ability to get under peoples skin, even if they would generally be considered hard to annoy.
[ EQUIPMENT ]
A badass cane he stole from some rich guy way back in the day, which has now become both a signature part of his look and his number one people-hitting stick.
His sunglasses, which he considers his greatest treasure. He doesn't remember where they're from, but he knows they're important to him.
At last, after days of (on and off) writing, I have finished.
EDIT: ok, few revisions to the guy.

[ PERSONALITY TRAITS ]
Carefree: Zachary acts rather laidback. He's expressed many times that he does not desire the hero lifestyle. To him, being a hero is merely a job. In fact, he has little interest in finding excitement and would rather take his time exploring the simple things in life, like small hobbies or making idle chatter with others.
Jokester: He'll often make a quip or two about the current situation, whether it be during everyday conversation or in the heat of battle. If an opportunity presents itself, Zachary will make a comment about whatever's holding his interest.
Ladies Man: Zachary is not shy about approaching adult women of various ages, often flirting with and/or making inappropriate comments about them.
Mentor: Despite his laidback attitude, Zachary is always willing to lend a hand or a piece of advice to someone who asks. He'll give a tired smile and moan about the effort he's putting in, but he'll always rise to the occasion.
[ BIO ]
Zachary was a normal kid, born and raised in Castleburg. He was in a loving family of 4, with a mother, father, and older sister. He was given plenty of freedom to live his life, and received plenty of attention from his family during his childhood. All in all, it was a happy childhood. He caused plenty of mischief as he grew up. Mostly little inconveniences and pranks, a tapped shoulder here and a expertly hidden whoopee cushion there. But over time, he began to grow bored. His pranks had lost their appeal, and he was unsure of the direction of his life.
It seemed fate had a plan for him, however, when he and his family were listening to the news on the radio. The story was about an interview with a hero, who was telling a grandiose story about him taking down a high-threat villain's secret lair and all the henchmen stationed there. It was a story they'd heard many times before by other heroes that claimed to perform similar feats, but it still gave the family entertainment. For Zachary, however, it also gave him an epiphany. To be a Hero... It seemed like the obvious choice. It gave him the chance to find excitement in his life, and to save lives in the process as a bonus.
Along the way, he would come to learn that being a hero was more than just a job or a means to find the biggest bad guy to punch. It was a role people looked up to, an example for people to follow. He would make mistakes, but learn from them and continue the fight. He would fight alongside other heroes and even forge bonds with them, even grieve for them should they pass on. But despite everything life would throw at him, he would always remember the reason why he became a hero: to have fun.
Fast forward some decades or so, he was performing a low-level job of catching some small-time mugger. After catching him and turning him over, he noticed that there were plenty of new faces around him. Newer heroes that had entered the workforce. At the same time, the old heroes, the ones he grew up with and fought with in his line of work, were mostly gone. They had either found other work, retired completely, or even died. He was still in his physical prime, so hadn't noticed the flow of time until now. It hit him hard as he realized that he would still be alive, but the others around him would move on. He still loved being a hero, but he thought to himself, "What's the point now? Where's the fun if there's no one to share it with?" With those newer heroes, it wasn't the same. They weren't the ones he fought side-by-side with, nor the ones he shared drinks and chats with.
He pondered this for a time, having finally realized that his lifespan may exceed those of everyone around him. He thought about his family, remembering the funeral for his parents and how he hadn't even spoken to his sister in quite some time. He tried to call her, but quickly learned that she was bedridden and expected to pass on soon as well. He thought about how he had lived his life, and thought that it wasn't so bad. After all, he lived to have fun, and that was what he did. He believed he had already reached the peak of his life, and it'd just be downhill from now on. So Zachary decided that after attending his sister's funeral, he would die too. The world was moving on, and he figured no one would miss a guy like him.
As it turned out, however, it was a little more challenging than Zachary thought to kill himself. He used various methods, from hanging to poison to even cutting himself up into pieces. Each and every time, though, he would just get back up. After his seventh attempt by sticking his fingers into a wall socket, only to feel little more than a tingle, he gave up on his attempts to end his life. He grew low-spirited, realizing that he had no purpose in life anymore. To him, life was now just... existence. He couldn't see the point of it, but he couldn't die either. To him, it seemed he would be condemned to a life of boredom with no escape.
So, he wandered the streets, hoping to find a source of inspiration, a sign of what to do from now on. Then, he came across another young hero taking on a rather menacing-looking but low-level villain. She seemed to be having trouble, so Zachary's first instinct was to leap into action and save her. After catching the villain in one large rubbery hand, the female hero was rather pissed that he intervened, yelling about how it was her job to take down the big bad. He stared blankly at her for a time, but then an idea began to formulate in Zachary's mind. He released the villain, and gave the hero three chances to take down said villain. With a little advice and a few pointers, the hero did eventually manage to complete her job on the third chance. When the hero reluctantly thanked him, he thought he felt a spark of joy in his chest, reminding him of his younger days. He was still directionless in life, but that wasn't necessarily a bad thing. There was still the rest of his life to live, after all, so why not live it? You never know what might come your way.

[ POWERS ]
Malleable Physiology: Zachary has the ability to alter and shape his body into whatever form he can imagine, thanks to a combination of malleability, elasticity, and total body control. He can also increase the mass of his body, presumably by taking in surrounding atoms from his surroundings, and enlarge his body to extraordinary degrees. His body is typically rubbery in nature, but he can also increase the hardness of any portion of his body, making his body more versatile than a swiss army knife. He can also change his appearance to look like other people, or even take the shape of inanimate objects, though it seems he cannot change color. Healing Factor: He possesses a strong regenerative ability, allowing him to re-assimilate lost flesh and/or body parts, or even regenerate them over a long period of time. As a side effect, he also seems to not age, or at least age very slowly, allowing him to stay in his prime of 20-or-so years old.
[ PHYSICAL STRENGTH ] ■■■■■□□□□□ 5/10 While not exactly Superman, expanding his body does allow him to gain some form of enhanced strength.
[ AGILITY ] ■■■■■■□□□□ 6/10 Zachary's body allows him to be more mobile than ordinary humans, such as by stretching his limbs to either grab a handhold to slingshot himself or simply gain a longer stride.
[ INTELLIGENCE ] ■■■■■■□□□□ 6/10 Years of experience have allowed him to accumulate the knowledge needed to excel in this hero-saturated world, as well as perform other menial tasks.
[ DESTRUCTIVENESS ] ■■■■■■■□□□ 7/10 While it's not his preference to do so, he can create a decent amount of destruction with his ability to form various tools or even grow large enough for just such a task.
[ LETHALITY ] ■■■■■■■■□□ 8/10 Again, not his preference, but it is amazingly simple just how easy it is to kill people, whether it be by impaling them with sharp spikes or wrapping his body around their heads to induce suffocation.
[ ENDURANCE ] ■■■■■■■■■■ 10/10 Due to his rubbery nature, Zachary is completely immune to blunt trauma and gunfire, and his healing factor allows him to survive most of what would be able to hurt or even kill him.
[ EFFICACY ] ■■■■■■■■■□ 9/10 The ability to warp his body into any shape and size makes for a very versatile set of tools and skills at his disposal.

[ EQUIPMENT ]
Under his normal clothes, he wears a full-body skintight suit that is covered with black-and-white stripes. The suit is extraordinarily elastic and can stretch and contract as much as he can, courtesy of being made out of a combination of nanotechnology and the same material as his body.
