Mind you, I'm not completely convinced of the geography of NYC, but I imagine it'd been quite feasible for Raven to have flown from Brooklyn to Manhattan provided there'd been a line of sight. If not I should edit my post to her being in Manhattan.

If it is directly over lower Manhattan then it’s only like, 3 miles. If it is above upper Manhattan then that’s like 15 miles. You’d still be able to see the obvious space ship on the skyline from Brooklyn.

But what is more fun? I don’t want Superboy and Silk (well mainly Silk since it is her second fight ever) to be too easy

If Raven's cleaned up the Chitauri we'd have free reign to meet up with the others or respond to the remaining threats. Nothing's too far out of reach with the super-taxi

Had a post nearly done of Spider-Man doing something similar, specifically locating the source of the transmission from on board the Liberty. A way to work both plans together could be this: Janet and the Manhattan team need to get readings of the portals for Janet figure out the "kill code" for the portals. At the same time, Spider-Man and whoever is available need to find and secure Chilton's home to broadcast the kill code to the Wayne Enterprises satellite.

It would establish a two-pronged approach to closing the portals, so two teams of heroes at least can work at the same time on different steps of the end goal.

I'll have that rewrite done sometime late tonight or early tomorrow if that works for what people had in mind.

Uhh I intertwined Wasp into Hawkeye's backstory a bit without asking you. I had her involved in the Ringmaster incident. Sorry about that, I can edit it out if you want or at the very least retroactively ask your permission now. sorry! I just got excited

Also @Kyoka in the combat, I wrote Wasp to support She-Hulk so you can write what Wasp would do to help She-Hulk out like they are a tag team or something

What the Scottish man said. No need to solve and end the event within the first week, let alone first few days, of it going up. Until and if the event starts to dawdle, there's no reason to rush for a conclusion.
