Considering what just happened, initiative will end when everyone who is still alive gets out of the water. You guys have 2 rounds to do so since the merrow are currently preoccupied.

Jub's going to be in shock, Aurora and Gabe are going to be struggling how exactly to summarize this madlad they've known for like three days, Zavakri's probably going to give a speech about the probability of death or something, and Tsak's going to be just standing there like "I literally lost track of you idiots for a couple of days and when I find you again, one of you just fucking dies"

No Gabe is going to be actually internally struggling with this, because he knows this is all his fault. Even though he didn't do it on purpose, he will blame himself. Sure Brutrumukk was theway he was but he had proved to be more than what meets the eye at first.

Survivor's guilt, basically. Both he and Brut went out on that boat and got attacked by the merrows, but only Jub made it out. Brut was (in Jub's mind) this really powerful unstoppable force, and Jub is this squishy wizard. In his mind, he's gonna be like "I really shouldn't have been the one who made it out of that situation"

... this is assuming, of course, Jub does make it out of this. We still don't know, obviously xD

I think everyone will probably have a hard time. Rory might have been able to interfere some, maybe even have kept them from killing him right off the bat.

Tsak and Bruk did not get along. It was actually because of a fight between the two that caused Tsak to get lost (they had argued and she got pissed and flew off then got lost in the mist). That said, I'd Imagine most character, like any party, will find some reason to blame themselves.

After her initial thought of "I left you idiots alone for five minutes...", she's going to have her own guilt of getting lost and not being there to help.

She is, but as Lurk pointed out, she's a fairy/drow, both age longer and mature much slower. She may be almost in her 30s, but mentally she barely an adult. Thus why I've played her as inexperienced and kinda immature... like getting in an yelling match with a murderous bugbear then flying off in an alien world to pout and get lost.
