In the modern world, there is one thing that remains true. Humanity has lost its connection to magic; however, there are those who have continued the old teachings and some have even blended the old ways with the modern world. Nonetheless, the schools have forbidden talk of magic or anything associated with magic for fear that what humans don't understand they try to destroy and the last thing anyone wants is a war between those who can tap into the beautiful arcane energies of the universe and those who cannot. Not everyone who lives in this hidden world wants peace. There are those who wish to shroud the world in chaos, but it will be up to your character to defend the world and make it to school the next day.
Just to be clear, the old schools that once taught magic no longer exist after the old war. Now there are those who still teach the old ways, but there are also those who like to horde knowledge. Your character will be chosen to be a vessel of a specific deity/patron and given knowledge of elemental magic.
Time: Modern Times
Location: Angel Grove High School
We need 2-3 more people.
Only the GM and CO-GM(s) will portray any big bad characters, military officials, etc.
