Do we have agriculture? Yes. Do we have the capicity to parse apart genomes? Hell no. Not even close.

In a sense humanity has been practicing genetic engineering for a long time. See: selective breeding and husbandry. But can we splice unrelated genomes together in PoW? As Vilage said: no.
