After a bit of thought, I'm considering how we do teleportation in Arrowfell. Some of us have access to the whole realm, while others have limited access, and others still have no access (horse and carriage).

So I was wondering if anyone had some ideas on how to make this a bit more even. Shall we make teleportation universal with limitations? Shall we restrict the high-end teleportors we already have?

The end goal is to make this aspect of Arrowfell a little more fair for everyone involved. :>

Let me know what your thoughts are!

I think it's funny if the varying levels of teleportation remain restricted to the more adept mages or to those at the top of society (or just really rich).

Melisande's (and Kronos') shtick is that they specialize in space-time bending stuff, so of course they can teleport and blink and stuff without any aid of artifacts or facilities. 😎

As for suggestions, yeah, I think Otter has the right idea. You need some kind of artifact or facility if you can't bend space-time on your own, and I don't imagine your average peasant has either of those. 😄
