As marked by the luminescent shape projected above her scalp, Hoshino is a Haloed, one of the sapient races of her homeworld. Though a Haloed can bear traits of various other species such as Elves, Beastkin, Demons, etc. depending on their ancestry, Hoshino superficially looks no different than a Human except for her race's distinctive halo.
She's a pink-haired girl with gold-blue heterochromic eyes and pale complexion. Her stature is quite slender and petite, both for Haloed and Human standards, often leading to her being mistaken as younger than she actually is.
When on duty, Hoshino is most often clad in her signature gear laid on top of her uniform-esque clothes, these are: her automatic shotgun the 'Eye of Horus', her pistol 'Yume', her collapsible riot shield 'Iron Horus', and assorted other equipment such as spare ammo, various grenades, and combat stims, all arranged efficiently on her tactical vest.
In casual situations, she usually removes most of her combat gear, leaving only her uniform, though unless the situation deems otherwise, she'll always carry at least a weapon within arm's reach, this most often being her pistol.

Together with these new comrades and Sensei, they too acted as Kivotos' defenders against those who wished them and their loved ones harm. Hey, this wasn't so bad, she could even say she had moved on.

Was it a trap to lure her out by their enemies? Probably, highly likely in fact.
Would she risk it? Her better judgment said she shouldn't, but the fact remained she was already geared up and departed in the dead of night, alone.
Her new friends tried to stop her, but she gunned them down into submission. Sensei tried to talk her out of it, yet she dismissed him with a few poorly-placed jokes and empty platitudes.
They even called one of Kivotos' mightiest Haloed, one of the few that could match - or even surpass - Hoshino herself, the infamous Sorasaki Hina the Devil of Gehenna.
They exchanged a few words, including an inquiry if she'd change her mind, rhetorical, but Hoshino could understand, Hina was just respecting Sensei's wishes for no more bloodshed, but Hoshino and Hina, they were both soldiers at heart, the two already knew...

They exchanged a few words, including an inquiry if she'd change her mind, rhetorical, but Hoshino could understand, Hina was just respecting Sensei's wishes for no more bloodshed, but Hoshino and Hina, they were both soldiers at heart, the two already knew...
That the only way this would end one way or another was through force.
So they fought, and fought again, then fought some more, each not relenting even an inch to the other, both wholly believing they were fighting for what was right.
Their conflict eventually took them all the way on top of a moving train
And right there, the Iron Horus finally met her match; bested by the She-Devil, Hoshino's unconscious body fell off the train and into the abyss below...
And at the same time, an all-consuming light came from the sky above, devouring everything.
By the time she woke up, the pink-haired girl found herself at a strange place, in a strange new world...The current Hoshino - gleamed under Galeem's influence - can be found hanging around in Mafia Town, none the wiser of what transpired in her past before the Lord of Light's meddling with the multiverse.

❖ Iron Horus: Hoshino's signature riot shield. Collapsible and lightweight despite its extraordinary toughness, it's as much a bludgeoning weapon as it is a protective piece of gear. Like her guns, they're made to properly face against Kivotosian hostiles. It's named after the moniker that Yume gave her.
❖ All-Out Assault: Hoshino brings down the Iron Horus' fury by unleashing a nigh-endless barrage of gunfire. She accomplishes this by rapidly yet precisely unloading all of her shotgun shells onto one or several targets, then once it's emptied, she'll continue firing using her pistol one-handed while simultaneously reloading her shotgun with her free hand, next she performed a quick reload of that pistol as the process began anew.
She can either be moving or taking cover behind her shield while doing this. The technique requires her to fully concentrate on the task and thus best used when she doesn't have to pay attention to anything else, such as protecting an ally, communicating, etc.
SKILLS:❖ Hoshino the Iron Horus: Hoshino is gifted even amongst her kin. She has a prodigious talent when it comes to learning and mastering physical combat arts. Her strength, durability, and endurance outclass most Haloed, and they can already be considered superhumans when compared to a common human.
❖ Unwavering Loyalty: Hoshino has such a strong guardian instinct that she's exceedingly resistant to mind control attempts, particularly that'll force her to attack her own allies. If struck by one such attempt, at most she'll be completely paralyzed as her mind would just shut down instead of succumbing to the manipulation.
WEAKNESSES:❖ "Mundane" Skillset: Despite all of her skills and talents, Hoshino is essentially just a supercharged human. Everything she can do are things a human can do, except she does them at a scale that no normal human can even hope to reach, but still, this means she can't fly, perform telekinesis, shoot lasers out of her eyes, or launch a fireball, unless one counts a frag grenade as the equivalent of one.
❖ Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder: Hoshino suffers from a severe case of one. The cracks left by Yume's passing never truly went away and her overall mental stability suffers as a result. She's notably vulnerable to any techniques that utilize despair, hopelessness, and/or apathy.
❖ Hydrophobic: Inexplicably, Hoshino is hopeless when it comes to swimming. Apparently, she's gifted in almost every physical activities... except swimming. No matter how much she trained for it, she just can't manage anything more than clumsy flailing. Tis' the reason she always brings a floaty whenever her friends invite her to the beach. Don't laugh.

That looks very good overall! A character and powerset perfectly fitted into the World of Light. I have just two notes: you have at least one typo in the Hammerspace description, and her personality. It does mention some very important details about her character, but what is she like day to day with the people around her? Polite? Considerate? Callous? Haughty? Your sheet's accepted, but you can add more to her personality section if you so choose. I'll look forward to seeing her in action.

A toned & lean man with abs chiseled from constant physical conditioning, outfits do vary a lot since Gray discards them at the heat of battle, stripping away his shirt is a sign that Gray's serious. Declaring that he'll never lose to the same foe twice, his stripping habit is tactical, used for shock value and quick diversion tactic of distraction, comically using his looks to his advantage. Gray has ravenblue, unkempt hair which either is a flowing mess or pushed back & accompanied by widespread black marks across his body once in Devil Slayer Mode.
Taciturn | Laid-back | Artful
Gray's laid-back but will be serious when the time bids him to do so. He approaches things with cautious intent like a spy in order to unbiasedly judge his surroundings with introspection & diffuse them with backhanded quips. Bonds are forged like Ice-Make sculptures to those he's amicable with.
His choice of words are often blunt & jabbing, although well-meaning, it's often taken out of context. Gray dissuades those against him in general, he prefers not to fight but when Gray's pushed into a situation where he has to, he will still dissuade with deception by getting them to do things in a roundabout way. Firmly attributed by virtue of stalemating his opponents to a fatal draw with both parties, exhausted and have little will to fight. This is why his words are the object of misdirection, he adheres to a code of nonviolence and phish info discreetly & spill the tea to the brethren he loyally serves. Averted, once it's against Devils, basically any Demon, or those of personal vendetta, Gray drops morality & will not hesitate to beat them into a pulp. He's ready to be overtaken by vengeance for the greater good and including sacrificing his life for long lasting results.
In the same vein, Gray warms up to ideas that're better than his & even admit his wrongdoings and shortcomings, Gray's real about it.
In The Now
Under Lord Galeem's influence, Gray's often sent to deal with clandestine operations of the complex level since it involves cunning Devils.
He works alongside with the likeness of occupational nature in Skyworld as among its holy servants in its armies.
When not dealing with Devils, he does undercover work.
Backstory
Gray grew up in a small village from Northern Iceberg but the Calamity Demon, Deliora destroyed his loved ones and wiped out his village on his homeworld.
He was taken under the tutelage of a saint wizard level, Ice Sorceress, Ur Milkovich and taught him Ice-Make alongside his adoptive brother, Lyon Vastia. Both pupils learned not only the many series of Ice Magic but also survival skills in the ice wilds and honing their bodies in the cold without clothes, this is where Gray got his stripping habit. Initially, Gray only saw Ur as a means to an end, a way to get power and avenge his clan by killing Deliora, ironically, the "death" of Ur, changed him and Gray traveled the world and joined the wizarding guild of Fairy Tail.
Gray embarked on a journey of forging bonds of friendship and taking wizarding Quests for a living.
Deliora once again torments Gray in this alternate continuity, Deliora uses Ur's body as its vessel, Gray found himself in a dark path of relentless vengeance, traversing spacetime and killing every version of Deliora he comes across in said many alternative realities.
During one of his endless hunts of the many versions of Deliora in the multiverse, Gray found himself blinded by a flash of consuming light, even purified from the corruption of his Devil Slayer Magic.

It's nature is alchemic in terms of transmutating ice with varying properties, Gray molds and projects tools and trinkets that's arguably on par with the real object he thinks of, in terms of overall function.
This can be ice keys with the right edges to open a door, a wall of icy stairs that can work like an escalator platform.
The rest are weapons like ice cannons, swords, spears and projectiles.
Ice Devil Slayer Magic
Gray may gain a great boost in power but gradually decays in sanity, everything about his magic, especially in tandem with Ice-Make will receive antidemon aspect. He'll be able to see the flow of magic to a degree that the naked eye cannot see as proven when he can see the anatomy structure of Devils to pinpoint their weakspots. Black marks spread as an indication of demonification, it spreads once he overuses this magic, making him berserk and with a singular goal of killing Devils.

Gray defines himself with his ability to play double agent and use deceit to further his goals for the sake of his friends, welfare.

While not of combat, Gray is a dancer, in his homeworld it's like a combo of pop and samba, it works well in undercover missions as a diversion to attract girls.

Gray is resourceful and makes use of his surroundings along with taking advantage of behavioral mistakes in a fight.
Weaknesses
Gray is intolerant of heat in general, such as hot weather and is appalled by fire magic.
Gray's stubborn attitude, coupled with his dangerous thinking of believing that he's right even if he's wrong, often comes to bite him back.
Gray isn't a powerhouse, even though his Ice Devil Slayer Magic may make him comparable to his rival, Natsu Dragneel, he lacks that raw firepower to dwarf areas of greater landscape.

Ohh, man...I'm so sorry to say this, especially with how much impressive work you put into that sheet, but that character isn't eligible because he originated as a manga character. To be eligible, a character has to originate as a video game character. Having a game made from the property later doesn't satisfy this rule. I can't allow Goku, Naruto, and Luffy for the same reason. This is the rule from the OP that pertains to that:
Your character has to originate from a video game, but it can be any officially-licensed game, no matter the console or company. Characters that originated in other media are prohibited. Other media built on top of games can be considered canon to the games, however
Geralt is the only exception because I'm an ignoramus who didn't know that he started as a book character and accepted him before learning that. Again, I'm terribly sorry about this. I understand if this would take the wind out of your sails and you wouldn't want to continue, but if you'd be willing to apply as a video game character, I'd still absolutely love you have you.
