The leading robed figure spoke again.

"Your arrogance. It is... repulsive. You come into our ship, and you expect your ways to take the top. Your ways are not the only ways. You speak respect as we speak respect in our house. We will do the same for you.

But if you ever speak out of turn to one of mine in my house, you will find yourself possibly executed, at the very least cast out of the ship as quickly as possible, regardless if you have a ship or not. Your friends will have a more hospitable kick-out, and your nation will suffer diplomatically. This includes war support. You obviously are not unfamiliar with war, with fleet sizes such as yours, and I don't think you can risk losing another ally in this upcoming war.

So are you going to be arrogant and self-centered, or are you going to wisen up and show some respect?"

10 minutes later, with the warships in orbit and 10 Corvette 5-ship V-formations guarding them, a message is broadcasted.

Universal Supreme representatives wish to conduct face-to-face communications with the people planetside, to overlook and participate in such a conversation. Our kind wish to establish basic relations. Should we be allowed, we will also need guidelines for proper, respectful verbal conversation by the planet's inhabitants, so that we may respect the planet's owners as we wish them to respect us.

The Lance Human turned to him "Your soldiers called the Umbrae Populus animals, levied insults at the Saeva Simius and as a result of insulting their allies insulted the honour of the Aru'Shumi. Its a wonder the Aru'Shumi didn't challenge your Commando to a duel" He sighed, and the outsider stood very still, unmoving. The Selkath took a step forwards
"The Outsider Insider is speaking with them now. Funny, even in times as turbulent as this it is they who glue this Collective together..." He said "I doubt the Empress will be back... Not that its likely you are displeased by the prospect of a 150 foot insect queen staying away"

Lano'dum chuckled. "Heh, I suppose we aren't very upset with that, and I'm glad you seem to be the least negative of the rest of the Collective. I'd like to apologize, we Sazkarjhit often can act out of turn when we are feeling cornered. We try to be diplomatic, but when many of the races of the TC are this hostile to us...well...we find it difficult to reason. And I do suppose we have a habit of ruining things towards the end when we talk. I'm glad the Aru'Shumi did not attempt to engage Captain Traski'mum. The Moguhls can be fierce in fighting and during such sensitive times an interspecies bloodbath is the last thing we need."

"Indeed, considering the Aru'Shumi eat corpses, I'm certain you would see that as sacrilege would you not?" The Outsider said as he returned, behind him appeared the Umbrae Populus, who moved to his side
"Do not drown our songs again" He hissed, his forked tongue slipping from his reptilian mouth as he did. The Saeva Simius appeared on the other side, this time looking less than amused as he watched the Sazkarjhit. The outsider spoke again
"The Aru'Shumi believes you brought great dishonour to him, he refuses to attend any longer" He said, turning to the Lance Human and speaking again in their alien tongues, to which the Lance Human merely nodded in response

"We apologize, Umbrae Populus, but when your chanting completely drowns out communication we have to be able to control it for the sake of ourselves and others." Fakeem stated. He turned to the outsider. "He may do whatever he pleases. If our actions have bruised his honor, who are we to deny him his freedom. I suppose the ensuing negotiations will be recorded for him to hear, and perhaps he can send his own invoices. I believe it's best we simply wait until the rest of the members of this assembly can come."

"Both of you are cleared to land, tractors are prepared for your arrival. For the Supremes, this planet is the capital of the Abh Imperial State, and its inhabitants will accept nearly anything you say. It should be noted that the proper formal way to address humans is by the terms 'Inferior Ones' or 'Shamed Ones'. Gender neutral pronouns are also a good choice, as some of our citizens do not accept their physical gender. Many have undergone transgender surgery, and they are fully recognized as their mental gender. Speaking to them using their original gender will not offend them, but it will be confusing. Also, whatever you do, do not ask civilian humans question about the history of their species, it is a sensitive subject only spoken about by diplomatic personnel. Oh yes, one last bit of advice. Unless you want to get into a long discussion about it, do not mention science to a Boskop."

As the diplomats bickered and came close to an outright fight, a humanoid figure descended from the sky, wearing a white and gold uniform. It looked almost military until the figure got closer, and the uniform was shown to be much more ornate than utilitarian. The figure's long blue hair, pointed ears, and elflike face made it clear that she was an Abh. As she got closer, a dropship came into view and landed quietly with no wind, dropping off four others wearing similar clothing. One of human, obviously President Dmitri. The others were the Dolphin "Leading One", the Boskop Head Researcher, and the Ethra'Hirel Chancellor. The Abh came closer, floating using what was most likely a negative mass harness. She touched down on the ground, directly between the Triarian and Sazkarjhit parties.
"I, Ablïarsec Néïc Dubleuscr Bœrh Parhynr Lamhirh, Empress of the Abh Imperium, formally welcome you to our capital planet of Lakfakalle. It is an honor to have so many peoples represented here, and an even greater honor to have the chance to prevent bloodshed. You may address me as either Empress or Lafiel. I must remind you that these are peace talks, and the point of them is to find a peaceful end to this conflict, not to throw insults around before killing one another." She bowed, and the other diplomats greeted the others in similar fashions. The Ethra'Hirel had a different custom though, and their diplomat did some sort of triple-legged split.

The Outsider turned to the Lance Human as he grabbed his shoulder and spoke quickly to him, the Outsider nodded and the Lance Human glanced to the Abh, the Outsider spoke "Abh Empress, Abh Lafiel, Ablïarsec Néïc Dubleuscr Bœrh Parhynr Lamhirh, we have not throw insults at anyone. The Commando the Sazkatjhit brought managed to offend half our clients in a single sentence... Granted, it was hardly a good time for a shadow song.. " The outsider glanced to the Umbrae Populus, who shook his head in disdain

Due to the conflict being held in the allies' hands which are already meeting up on the world of Lakfakalle, the Makudan has announced to send all of its Aeternal representatives toward the site, but only to observe and not to involve. The exact number of Aeternals is undisclosed to the international public, but is known to be around over a dozen.

A Unicorn diplomat spoke up.
"I think it is time we began negotiations. The Triarian Collective is preparing to declare war on us purely because there former masters, the Aetherii, decided to leave them and come guide us, as we have managed to figure out so far. It is there belief we are somehow responsible, even know the only contact we had with the remaining Aetherii was them nursing Princess Luna back to health. There aggression is unwarranted, as we are not involved with the Aetherii. They also claim to be logical, but have taken the most illogical path to take."

A carrier craft docked into the station as soon as possible, and just in time for the AIF diplomats to begin talking. There were four Grozz, Wolf, and Liist soldiers guarding Zonan's head ambassador: Ambassador Kalihary. To his surprise, there was another species in their presence that the Haches had never seen. They immediately grabbed ten gold bars and a well crafted vase of rare Hach flora to present to the creatures as a welcoming gift. When they got the chance, they would hand it to them.

However, their chance wasn't yet to be, and they had to wait for them to land, first. As the talks from the AIF subsided, he overheard the slanders given by both sides "Inconsiderate, friends. You are inconsiderate. Illogical? It might be logical for them. If we don't understand each other, we leave a deep ignorance to grow inside of us. Please, lets take these talks with thought, this isn't child's play anymore. One wrong step and we can lose billions of lives."

The only response was a ping that simply said 'Received.' After that, One formation of Corvettes broke from the warships and descended through the atmosphere to the meeting place. As they approached, the trails of light that appeared from the antimatter-darkmatter thrusters dissipated, and the ships began descending vertically. Coming to land on the ground, the cockpit of each ship raised somewhat, to give them a higher position, and doors that were between the 2 main backward-facing thrusters opened, to reveal 1 robed figure, a Draconian bodyguard, and a green-blue armored 4-legged spider-like humanoid with 6 eyes and a rather vicious set of 6 pincers for a mouth.

They all stepped forward, and then kept walking forward, meeting up at a point 50 feet from the rest of the nations, and 25 or so feet from their aircraft. They all stood silently, even the Draconians. Scans would reveal each having an enormous amount of energy within each, and a DNA test would identify each of the 3 types of people as the same Genus, with the only difference being the pattern of DNA.

Grand Vessel Suar'kum did a slight bow, and declared, "Thank you for receiving us, Empress." before returning upwards. "Despite initial hostilities between ourselves and the collective, we can assure that no other problems shall ensue." he turned to Lano'dum. "Commander, please recall the Brigade to the shuttles. Leave only a small parcel of the soldiers here, as well as Captain Traski'mum."

"Yes, Grand Vessel." Barasmus replied. He pivoted around, and loudly called, "Brigade! Return to shuttles and await further orders. First through fourth squads, and Captain Traski'mum, you are all required to stay. Are my orders clear?"

The brigade let out a communal "Yes, Sir!" with such volume and bravado that the ground shook slightly. Group leaders interned them to the ship, while about forty men and the Moguhl Captain remained. Commander Lano'dum pivoted back around. He, too, made a slight bow.

Magic Studies Report
Questionability
Due to some lack of credibility on the report regarding the possible universal danger of magic, a bit less than half of the Makudan populace has began doubts on the two researches, which have been shown to be based off the report. Even four of the Aeternals are questioning the reliability of the report, which have been shamed by the rest and being attempted to be defamed and boycotted by the populace in approval of the Report.

Nation-wide unrest begins as disorder ranging from simple protests to full-blown riots occur within the plazas of major worlds. There is some chance of rebellion, but due to the Aeternal Council's conflicting views, only local regional governments were able to deploy low-tier guard ships.

"Pleasing." Said the Empress "I would like to thank everyone here for convening to attempt to find a peaceful solution to the conflict. If all are willing to attempt peace, then there is no need for war among the stars. Official negotiations can now begin, and remember, if you can see through the eyes of your current enemies, then you will love them. If everyone can do this, there will be no battles fought due to this conflict."

Dmitri went over to the Supreme group, and he bowed when he reached them.
"I am President Dmitri Saveli, I speak for the entire Federation and the human species. It is an honor to have you on one of our planets, what is it that you wish to discuss?"

Disorder was in the air as crowds marched on the streets. Two groups were there: one in favor for actions based on the controversial magical studies report, and another in favor for keeping the gift of magic within the Makudan species. There was only loud screaming and shouting for the protest before the chants began.
"WE'LL BE THE END OF EXISTENCE!"
"THE REPORT IS A FAKE!"
"YOU ARE A FAKE!"
"WE NEED TO STOP THIS WITCHCRAFT!"
"SHUT THE FUCK UP!"
Immediately after the potty word, huge-scale riots sprung up, which quickly escalated into a full-blown civil war as soldiers who decided to take sides quickly rushed and flew in and began firing on each other, even the rioters down on the ground. The Aeternals in orbit of Lakfakalle are already getting into an argument.

The Supremes bowed back, though certainly not as low, half because of them being taller. The tallest, leading robed figure stepped forward, and began, with a Draconian and a 'Spider' on either side.
"A binding treaty should be made, President Saveli, to ensure that any warfare are to take place on the ground. Loss is always minimized when wars must be fought on a 2-D surface, and allows civilians a much better chance to survive. That way, riots can go in full force, and people can vent themselves on each other, until they're either tired of fighting, or they're dead. We never rioted, but we both caused and were in many. Sometimes, just let people fight it out. Sometimes, shoot them until they're dead or surrendering. Sometimes, just gas them. The Seeders are the most peaceful race so far, and that's because they're half-hivemind, half-independent beings. You won't see them as a major enemy for maybe a decade or so, by the way."

A small smile spread across the face of the Saeva Simius as the Outsider stepped forwards and began to speak
"First, to Abh Empress, Abh Lafiel, Ablïarsec Néïc Dubleuscr Bœrh Parhynr Lamhirh." He said "I do not love my enemies, nor do I hate them. I seek to destroy them in a fine blow on every battlefield. Military, industrial, political and ideological. I needn't see through the eyes of the Equestrians, I already know about them. And from my knowledge, I finally understand why they don't believe in evolution." There was a raucous laugh from the Saeva Simius
"I affirm!" He declared, and the outsider turned to the Unicorn before speaking
"Perhaps you should consider everything you've done, you hypocrisy, your arrogance and your general disregard for anyone who isn't an Equestrian. Your, ha, 'democratic and free' pact. You mean the pact you dominate, and stomp into the grounds the interests of entire species for the interests of the elite of your society. And for what? Certainly not in support of your religion, I missed the part where any of your 'holy' articles described domination and blatant lies to the face of the galactic community. Certainly not to help them, it seems you take, take, take and aren't so big on the giving part. It's Imperialism at it's finest... of course, the clue is in your name I suppose and you are a monarchy so at least you are being somewhat honest with us. Where will you run now that the holes in your truth are here and plain for us all to see? When you look to your reflection, who do you see staring back at you? Because you look a lot like us" Then the Outsider turned away and took a few steps towards the Supremes "But you aren't the star of our show here today, are you Equestrian? Here is the star. Another ancient being, existing long before you or we stood among the stars." The Outsider lowered his head to the floor and slammed his hand to his chest in a salute "Hail, being, who has the boldness to call themselves 'Supremes', just as the Aetherii named themselves after the heavens of the lower species. At first we thought it but a title" He paused for a full ten seconds before raising his head again and lowering his arm "Your biology suggests such a unique structure, you are a fascinating specimen. But I cannot agree with your proposal, no matter your experience. Space to Terra weaponry has always been important in deciding battles, as is fighting in the air. Soldiers on foot, running along the ground cannot perform the same tasks air units can, just as air units cannot perform the tasks of foot soldiers. They were made for a purpose and it would be regressive to ignore them. If anything, civilian casualties would be higher as there is an increased number of land forces, clogging the paths for civilians."

"As we stand here," Fakeem started. "We are obligated to assist the Equestrian Empire, and other members of the Equiis Pact, but that still does not mean we are pawns. While we Sazkarjhit and Triarians are not on the, how you say, 'best of terms'. However, we do not want full out war to erupt, especially after the last time a group of nations ganged up on Sazkarjhia--an event I'm sure you are aware of when, oh, 15 or so years ago when the then-EA, among others, witness the execution of my father, the then-leader of Sazkarjhia. We wish the Equestrians to remove themselves from this before it degrades into something much worse. I'm sure you, President Saveli, understand what I mean."

Commander Lano'dum stepped forward. "However! That does not mean that Sazkarjhia is not hesitant to fight. We have been developing military technology to use in an impending confrontation, but are reluctant to use it. We have actually considered breaking off of the Pact and regaining Sazkarjhia's complete independence, but for now we remain with the Equiis Pact. We believe that it brings cultural and economical assistance to a fledgling intergalactic empire. The Delta VIII EAR Cannon, Mark I Gravity Well, MA-1 Mechanical Walker, and the Rakora-Class Assault Vessel, among others, are only being developed because we do not want Sazkar to yet again be invaded."

RESEARCH

Rakora-Class Assault Ship: COMPLETED. Units are now in full production. The first of these, Basilisk, will have joint control between the People's Army and the SCNOSE as a SAR vehicle and attack/support vessel. Have been given to the Equiis Pact nations in small numbers.
