I have absolutely no trust in Est. That's the reason I would never constantly ask her every 5-10 posts in DMs what I have and what my options are.

One can only hope that Est has a spreadsheet somewhere that they're tracking the exchange of Wealth and Personnel with. Otherwise, I can imagine it'd be a pain in the ass to check the records.

No need to ask, as long as you have to funds, just go for it! :> write a little upgrade district to blank at the bottom. :)

//looks at the hour it usually takes and thr back and forth between tabs to update everyone's districts and generations, then minus any, then add any for the final total.

I do this all on my phone, so I find it easier to note down the blue [code] texts and remember who's taken what districts.
