In my opinion it is obvious that he overreacted but the fact of the matter is you created the situation... he reviewed your unfinished cs and told you why he didn't think it fit specifically mentioning your history. If you had just finished it taking into consideration what he had said there wouldn't have been any problems but you didn't you made an issue out of it and he in turn (I actually agree with you in the point that he has a superiority complex) decided to flex his power as the owner of the RP and put you in your place.

Which resulted in a huge argument where he proceeded to own you.
