Aquaman Joseph McArthur His Atlantean name is Orin, is also sometimes called Sea King Male 41 Neither; though he is a pirate he won't needlessly kill. Joseph has grown distant towards his Atlantean heritage and rarely uses his powers unless he needs to. Never kills unless absolutely necessary. : The Queen of Atlantis, Atlanna was ambushed on a diplomatic mission by the Atlantean rebel terrorist group known as The Black Mantas, utterly destroying her royal convoy, during the fight she was knocked unconscious and swept away, since the Black Mantas were unable to find her 'body' they abandoned their attempted assassination and she was.reported missing.A day later Atlanna washed up on Amnesty Bay and was rescued by a local lighthouse keeper named Thomas McArthur who kept her safe and allowed her to stay with him until she recovered from her injuries, they grew close together and eventually conceived Joseph. Some time after, the King of Atlantis, Atalan invaded the surface looking for his Queen, he found her with Thomas and demanded Atlanna returned with him to Atlantis. When she refused he had Thomas killed and forced her to come with him, two weeks after Atlanna developed signs of pregnancy, Atalan was overjoyed, unaware the child was not his. Eight and a half months later Joseph was born, the King was horrified to find the baby boy had blonde hair and had the ability to mentally communicate with sea life, this was because an ancient Atlantean tyrant named Kordax was distinguished by his bright, blond hair and his ability to telepathically communicate with marine life, it was believed that any Atlantean born with blond hair was deformed. Due to this Atlantean superstition, Joseph was passed off as stillborn and raised in secret, the only one who didn't hate him was Atlanna, when Joseph was eighteen she died and with no one to protect him he was thrown into an Atlantean prison under the false identity of a captured Black Manta rebel. After 23 years of hell, having practicing his ability to communicate with sea life in secret, he organised a mass prison break using marine life as a distraction and fled Atlantis, disgusted with its barbaric people.

I'll hold off on adding him to the accepted character list until you let me know he's done, but I like him and I'll accept him whenever he's ready.

Base Character: Wade Wilson(Deadpool) and Slade Wilson (Deathstroke)Name: (I can't think of a good name. Any suggestions?)Alias: Deadstroke (So original. XD)Gender: MaleAge: 17Appearance (description/picture): He's about 6 feet tall, and kinda muscular. He never takes off his suit, and rarely takes off his mask, because of a skin condition he has, that spread because of his regeneration. He does have blue-grey eyes though, which can be seen through the eyeholes of his mask.Costume: well...just think of Deathstroke's costume...with deadpool's mask, gloves, and boots.Hero/Villain: neither. he's a mercenary.Personality/motives: Usually pretty calm; will help whoever can pay him the most(there's your motive. XD); loves tacos, chimichangas, and any other mexican foods; tends to let himself get hurt during fights; has a code of honor(sort of); tends to annoy people because he talks a lot(emphasis on a lot); he also tends to break the fourth wall, and has voices talking to him inside his headPowers: enhanced physical attributes(not superhuman); regenerative property; uses 90% of his brain; enhanced senses; History: He doesn't like talking about it. Well, the little he remembers. His voices in his head make him crazy enough that he forgot most of his past before he went partially insane.

His outer shell could be non-conductive as well so that the conductors can be more powerful, no?

Base Character: Doctor Doom And Baron Mordo
Name: Victor Von Doom
Alias:[B] Baron Doom
[B]Gender:
Male
Age: 55 years old
Appearance (description/picture):[B]

[B]Costume:

Hero/Villain: Unpredictable|Anti-Hero, or at worst, Anti-Villain
Personality/motives:History He sees himself as needing to be the most powerful inhabitant of the entire world, not just for personal gain, although that sure is nice, but so he can protect the people in the world. He is arrogant, a braggart and prideful. Sometimes, he has even forgotten his virtues altogether and has gone on petty quests for revenge. He has expanded Latveria from a tiny island in the Atlantic Ocean into a much larger country, and has been a very competent and benevolent leader, causing the country to thrive even more than the nations of Qatar, Japan and the United States.
Powers:
Baron Von Doom is an extremely powerful magic-user and super humanly intelligent scientist. He can fight with both technological innovation and extremely potent spells that can make even most renowned and famous sorcerers cringe at the thought of face him. He is enormously good at planning and manipulation. Far less important, but still very important is the fact he can lift up to 2 tons in his armor. (His armor, by the way, is enormously durable, and guards him against many mundane and magical/cosmic assaults, but is far from invulnerable).

Baron Doom is an extremely powerful Sorcerer and an indescribably intelligent scientist. He was a competitor in science with Reed Richards and a competitor in Sorcery with Doctor Stephen Strange. Victor Von Doom had a science experiment which he attempted to launch despite Dr. Richard's protests that it wasn't safe. In the aftermath, his face was scarred, and unable to be restored with facial reconstructive surgery. Later he journeyed to the Himalayas and made his way with Stephen Strange to the top of the mountain where the Ancient One taught magical secrets. Victor learned magical powers that he thought was impossible, and he earned much praise from the Ancient One for his magical genius. Stephen Strange, however, proved to be highly more powerful and skilled with the magical arts. Stephen Strange earned the title of Sorcerer Supreme even though Doom thought he was a better sorcerer.
At first Doom was not too disappointed. He had thought that he could at least finally learn how to restore his face with the right magical spell. The Ancient One sadly informed him that because of the Cosmic nature of his experiment, and the energy that had wounded him, it would take until Doom was a very old man until he could restore his image. Victor Von Doom thought that the Ancient One had been deceiving him and leading him into a false hope, toying with him for amusement. As a result, Victor Von Doom murdered him, despite the Ancient One's far superior experience and magical powers, through the use of an artifact, called the Sceptre of Dormammu. As a result, Victor Von Doom had weakened the Earth Dimension's defenses against Dormammu, allowing the alien god access into the world.
Doctor Strange took the artifact from Victor Von Doom, and defeated him in a duel of Sorcery. Doom was cast out of the Ancient One's dwelling on the mountain top.
For the next few years Baron Von Doom had a staunch rivalry with both Stephen Strange and Reed Richards. He feigned a peaceful gesture and invited them both to a Complex on the island that would become the Kingdom of Latveria in later times. His ruse was so well put on, acted and charming, that it worked. When Stephen and Reed had both arrived on the shores of Latveria, they were welcomed by hospitable people and enjoyed themselves, at first. Unfortunately the fun times were not to last. After the first hours on the island, they found themselves unconscious, and in the presence of a gloating Baron Von Doom. Doom planned to scar them both as revenge for their opposition, and nearly succeeded. Fortunately for Doctor Fantastic (Reed Richards), and Doctor Strange, Zatanna, Clea, The Invisible Woman, The Human Torch and Thing all arrived and defeated the Sorcerer.
For the past handful of years Victor Von Doom has proven to be significantly more well behaved and honest. He has protected the world against Galactus during his last asault on Earth, and has been looked on as less of a threat than previously. He merely wants to be a great ruler, sorcerer and man of knowledge now. Petty revenge is no longer in his interests.

I think Thornado needs some revision. It isn't a bad idea at all, I just feel like the personality and history need to be fleshed out a little more. Other than that he's acceptable.

Base Character:
Nightcrawler
Name:
Kurt Vondoom
Alias:
Nacht
Gender:
Male
Age:
20's
Appearance (description/picture):

Hero/Villain:
Hero of Latvaria
Personality/motives:

Powers:
Teleportation, wall crawling, superhuman agility, prehensile tail, shadow warping
History:
Kurt Wagner was born with certain unusual physical characteristics, but his power of self-teleportation did not emerge until puberty. Margali Szardos, a sorceress and gypsy queen, allegedly found Kurt an hour after his birth, in a small roadside shelter in the Black Forest with his father lying dead on the road outside. However, this claim was later called into question, and it was subsequently proven that Kurt's mother is Mystique, also known as Raven Darkholme, and his father is the demonic warlord Azazel.Mystique revealed that she threw him into a well after a large mob found out about Nightcrawler's existence, and Azazel admitted that he secretly saved his son from the fall, giving him to his lover and crony, Margali Szardos, to raise him. Margali took the baby to the small Latvarian circus where she worked as a fortuneteller, as a cover for her activities as a sorceress. Wagner was never legally adopted by anyone, but was raised by all the members of the circus, who had no prejudices against mutants. Margali acted as Kurt's unofficial foster mother.

Kurt grew up happily in the circus, and his two closest friends were Margali's natural children, Stefan and Jimaine. Long before his teleportation power emerged, Wagner had tremendous natural agility, and by his adolescence he had become the circus' star acrobat and aerial artist. Circus audiences assumed that he was a normal-looking human wearing a devil-like costume.

When the Circus made its way to The court of Von Doom, he realized there was so much more to Kurt than a man in a mask. His fondness for gypsies well known, Von doom kept the circus much closer and offered a heavy price to keep Kurt with him to study his 'blessing'. Here, Kurt received a formal education in standard structure as well as in swordsmanship, grooming the mutant to be an heir apparent and ambassador for Latveria. In truth, he was also made into a phenomenal spy for visits to the united nations as well as to protect the Latvarian embassy from American assaults.

Unfortunately Knighthawk I can't approve this. It is fine if you make a nightcrawler character but there are two things I can't have you do. one is that we have a character that has been established as Von Doom, the ruler of Latveria (see ActRaiserTheReturned's character) so you would have to ask him about that part of your history and unfortunately you can't use Azazel as Kurt's father.
