Magnus could feel the immense pull and transmit of energy as the wall's shook, it had to have been Martin, which means Mithias was in trouble or Martin was having a hell of a solo party in his room. Magnus was guessing the latter. "Yes..." Magnus said absent mindedly to answer Cedric's question of the Werewolves. "Yes, I did section off Alaska for the Werewolves, and in return they will offer help should the need occur. Think of it as a token of gratitude for allowing them to live. Show Cedric to the guest room, I have buisness to attend to.." Magnus knew of Jack destroying every single bug he had attempted to implement, but he had forced him to keep a tracker on the Terebitha so he could keep track of his..assets so to say. Magnus walked up the hall into some sort of a war room and told the vampire standing there to pull up the Terebitha's current location. Canada. Damn..of course.. Magnus's speed could match that of a car, but even then if Mithias was in any real danger he would be far to late. Jack must die, if Mithias is in danger Magnus must act fast. If Magnus took one of the few air craft he owned he would most assuredly be shot down..no..as much as it infuriated him to think it he would need help from SOLDIER, if only temporary. He knew Jack all to well, that was why he had Mithias there stationed to keep an eye on him, he knew of his plans. Magnus knew all to well that Jack would utterly destroy the entire world and himself to attain ultimate knowledge, he also knew he woukd be sure to make him suffer in the process. He moved towards the communcations radio and grabbed the reciever, "Rhyss, I have something to say and I know you won't like it, I sure as hell don't. But, I'm afraid the very survival of the entire human and vampire race could depend on it, knowing Jack that is. Anyway, I'll stop going around the point, we need SOLDIER's help." Magnus said into it.

Rhyss was driving along when he heard the radio signal and slammed on brakes nearly causing the entire convoy to crash into each other. Rhyss snatched up the radio on the dash of the Jeep and shouted into it "We need WHAT?! How the hell could we POSSIBLY need THEIR help? I can't believe the bullshit I just heard."

"Rhyss, Believe me if this wasn't the only choice I wouldn't even mention it. Actually...there may indeed be. Yes...I believe there might.. I'll keep you posted, Continue searching for them and if you find them do not attack, relay the same to Dresden." Magnus replied. Perhaps Magnus could get the werewolves help...it had been many years since he had communicated with them. While he couldn't fly to Canada he could indeed to Alaska. Lucky for him he had a few air craft faster than the average military grade jet he had Jack craft for the war. He instructed the vampire to fetch the best jet pilot they had and to meet him in the hangar outside and to the left of the castle. Even with the best jet they had it would still take a few hours to reach the werewolves, and even then Magnus would still have the issue of getting to Canada quickly. None the less it was his only choice other than getting help from SOLDIER.

Magnus was waiting beside the jet Jack had designed, Magnus only knew it by the design name Jack had given it, JS-12X3. Magnus had no idea why or what it meant, and he couldn't care less. The pilot known as Johnathan soon arrived and greeted Magnus, he knew him well, he had flown this very air craft during the years of the war and he was never once shot down. "Hello to you to Johnathan. Unfortunately there is no time for pleasantries, I am afraid the very fate of humanity and vampirism alike hangs in the balance. We must get to Juneau, Alaska. I must ask the werewolves for help. Can you get me there?" Magnus asked him. "Of course." Johnathan replied. "Well, Let's get going shall we?" Magnus said as he climbed in the passenger seat on the back half of the jet behind Johnathan's. Luckily for Magnus he had instructed Jack to design it specifically to accomodate two people should the need occur, and the need had just occured. Johnathan climbed in the cockpit and fired the ignition. Soon after they were in the sky, racing against the clock to get to Alaska.

"Keep the patrols alert, most assuredly Magnus has people out searching for us as we speak. Get into contact with Miller as well. We will need all the help we can get if they find us, no doubt about it that Dresden and perhaps Rhyss are the ones leading the search." Matt replied to Crash.

Mithias shook his head and stood up abruptly, pounding a fist onto the table. "No! No, you can't do this. You sick bastard!" The fact that he may have been poisoned with some kind of vampire-specific toxin which had delayed, and virtually lethal affects, would not have stopped him from continuing to kill Jack. But the fact that Jack had given the order to initiate the nuclear holocaust upon his death... now that was a trump card. If it were only his own life he would lose, Mithias would have at least taken out this one, evil human, but that wasn't so. The vision of a dead world arose in his eyes and nearly brought him to tears. Roaring his frustration, Mithias tried to cut back his exertion of power. He couldn't let it happen. He couldn't kill Jack and allow Terebitha's BIOpilot to send the signal. If only the ship weren't so damn vast; Mithias would have turned his power onto the ship's core cpu's or the communications systems, but he had no idea where that was. It was over. It was over, and he was poisoned, trying desparately to turn back a surge of psychic rush that was growing out of control.

But it was already too late. Martin had heard his brother's desparate call, and had answered with a level of power that not even he knew he was capable of. Mithias clenched his fists as he felt the surge hit him, amplifying his enigmatic vampiric ability to an unprecidented level. Flames started to flicker on objects close to him. He cried out as he struggled to contain it. His eyes were a fire, everything around him began to tremble and ignite. The very air next to him wavered the light that passed through it with currents of heat rising off his body. "This can't be!" Even Mithias' normally strong will was overwhemled.

Martin had given everything he could, and the psychic energy was uncontainable. Mithais could feel his bother's consciousness with him, present, seeing through his eyes, as he channeled what power Martin gave. Finally, having no idea what was happening or how to control any of it, Mithias released the energy explosively with a shout. The room filled with fire as everything in it went alight. Jack spontaneously combusted, but in his last moments, as Martin was with Mithias in mind, Mithias was able to read some of Jack's thoughts. He learned where the communications system was located.

Lights went out. alarms went off, and the window behind him broke partially, allowing smoke to escape and fresh night air to come in. Mithias grabbed onto the table in front of him to steady himself as the power finally returned to his control. He pulled the energy back into himself, holding onto it like a raging bull ready to break from a pen. Looking up, he could see the room charred in black and Jack merely a pile of ash and bones. Black smoke was still everywhere, but was fortunately being vented out through the air ducts and the break in the window. Some miniscule sprinkler system finally turned on.

"The signal!" Mithias' eyes widened as he rememberd that he only had an instant to react to prevent BIOpilot from initiating procedure 27. Still filled with power and the mental presence of his vampire brother, he spun around to the direction of the computer he needed to disable. He reached a hand outward toward it, although it was some distance away and across rooms and walls. He didn't need to see it or be there, just as long as he knew where it was, he could concentrate his pyrokinesis energy directly on the location. Although supplied with it's own cooling system, the communications controls and unit was not as high a priority as Terebithia's "brain." Mithias focused. His heat knocked out the cooling system, melted the silicon boards and gold circuitry... Terebithia wouldn't be talking to anyone outside in the world for a while.

Mithias leaned on the table, panting slightly from the exertion and fear. He felt light-headed, woosey. Only then did he remember that Jack spoke of a neurotoxin. He gasped. "I truly am poisoned!" He wished Martin could have helped him, but he felt the presence and power from his sibling begin to fade. He was stuck here, on this accursed airship, and he had torched the last of the chicken. Mithias tried to think. "BIOPilot!" He called out, wondering if Terebithia still had ears or knew what had happened. "I need the antidote to Stine's neurotoxin. Where is it?!"

Magnus and Johnathan had just entered the borders of Alaska when one of his generals came on the speaker "Sir, we have lost contact with Terebitha. the tracking chip no longer appears to be working either." Magnus grinned, so Mithias had finally lost control and torched the old man as well as Terebitha's communications. Magnus spotted the Terebitha, a rather massive black dot on the horizon with what looked like smoke pouring out. It still looked operational, so Mithias was either safe for the time being or currently battling Jack's drones. Shortly after they were landing in Juneau, Magnus's next stop would be finding Ural. Once the jet landed both Magnus and Johnathan climbed out, Johnathan told him it would be several hours untill they were able to re-fuel for the trip back. Magnus began walking through the snow towards the forest, there's one thing that made werewolves easy to track, and that was their smell. It stood out amongst vampires and human's alike, what exactly made that happen Magnus didn't know.

Magnus soon reached the forest, the cold didn't bother him in the least, he had became well adjusted to it from living at Kilo Point. After walking a few feet he was blindsided by a werewolf and came crashing to the ground, the wolf on top of him. "Vampire, what are YOU doing here?" The wolf snarled, furthering his grip on Magnus's shoulders, pinning him to the ground. "I thought it was clear that no vampire should enter our territory."

Magnus grinned, clearly he had faded from the memory of the young wolves almost entirely. "Get the hell off me Alaric, or did you forget who decided to spare the wolves as a favor to my son, Dresden?" Magnus spat at him as he brought his knees to his chest and kicked Alaric off of him while he was caught off guard by his words. Magnus stood and and brushed himself off and said "Count yourself lucky that you didn't nick yourself on my claws, I only carry a set amount of the antidote you know." Alaric picked himself up and strode over to him, staring at the ground as a form of repentance for his mistake. "There's no time for that now Alaric. I must see Ural, it could mean the potential destruction of America itself knowing Jack. If he is still alive, or even if he isn't. There's a chance Terebitha will carry out his plans itself and one of my friends happens to be trapped there. Wolves are best at tracking in the wilderness than vampires, their, well, your strength is greater than most in my army. Needless to say this is something I cannot do alone." Magnus told him. Alaric simply replied with "Come." and began walking further into the forest. Eventually they reached a rather large clearing with a few houses and tents, as well as a Bon fire in the middle. Magnus immediately spotted Ural wrestling one of the wolves, probably another fool trying to best him. Even Dresden couldn't beat him, everyone else would merely be cannon fodder.

"Ural my old friend. I do wish there was more time to chat but I really must get right to the point. So, you remember that old scientist named Jack, yes? Slightly psychotic, probably older than Methuselah? Yes, well, my friend I had stationed to watch over him hasn't contacted me, the ship looks like it's on fire, and I fear our dear Methuselah is trying to destroy myself as well as the entire nation." Magnus told him as he walked up, nearly causing the young wolf he was fighting to land a powerful blow, but being stopped with a rather loud cracking sound as Ural twisted the poor boys arm. Lucky for him he was a werwolf, while it's not as prominent as a vampire's ability to regenerate, werewolves healed quicker than human's by far. The wolf, defeated, skulked off into the forest.

The events that occurred within the ship were stunning to say the least. BioPILOT looked on, as it's creator was reduced to ashes by this mysterious burst of power. It was an unprecedented use of vampiric capabilities that had broken all planned programming routes that Jack had prepared. There was no reaction plan to this event, nothing to do, as the AI watched the remains of it's creator. In that moment, it was faced with something that had never occurred before in it's thirty years upon this planet, something the cybernetic mind couldn't quite wrap its head around. It was faced with no orders, no set of options, and insufficient information to determine what the most logically efficient action would be. It lacked a goal, a reason for it's creation.

Perhaps, had Mithias not, in desperation, called out to the AI, it would have remained in that strange state of waiting, unable to bring up the will to perform any action. Perhaps it would have waited for eternity as it slowly rusted away, oblivious tot he going-ons of the world, a completely isolated mind. However, the monotonous stream of thought was interrupted by the call of the organic being, the vampire, that had slain Jack. And, as it did so, the AI found itself facing a dilemma where action was required, and yet it had no orders to indicate what action to perform. "The antidote is safeguarded by Jack, it is within the laboratory. However, for what reason should I hand it over to you?" It was not a jest, as it might have been coming from a human, but rather a genuine question.
Onikage had them in his scopes, the vampires he wanted to take down. Rhyss Blackblade, and Dresden Wolffire. Two of the most dangerous Oldbloods known to man, searching for one of the remaining SOLDIER bases, accompanied by a small group of highly trained vampires. Onikage, of course, had needed to fully prepare, and he knew this might go wrong. However, such thoughts were foreign to him, and he fired into the skull of one of the vampires near Dresden. He clicked a button on the bottom of his gun, and the explosives blew, wipping through the ground in the centre of the group. To reload was unecesary, the damage had been done, and he threw down the gun. It was impossible to snipe a vampire moving at full speed, especially an Oldblood.

From the floor, Onikage pulled what looked to be a gattling gun, placed ready on a standard to reduce recoil. If he could not be accurate, then he would fill the air with a rain of steel, to take down anyone who wasn't capable enough of dodging. No spinup time was required, not with this baby, and the hail of bullets started instantly, directed to block the path from the vampiric search and destroy party to the church Onikage had quickly fortified. He was on the belltower, which gave him quite the angle, but there was no doubt the vampires would either jump to the roof, where he'd gun them down like rabits, or come from below, where he'd left a number of surprises. This would be not a battle, but an extermination.
Ural, of course, had smelt Magnus coming. Even the scent of blood couldn't hide the scent of that filthy vampire mongrel. As he dispatched of the Cub who had dared challenge him, he turned towards the vampire that had dared intrude upon his territory, baring a set of sharp teeth. He hulked above Magnus, and the sheer bulk of his muscles made for quite an intimidating sight. "You ask for a favor from me, Magnus? I would sooner eat my own arms than do anything for you, bloodsucker." Ural walked towards Magnus, his fur bristling from the memories of facing Dresden in the field of battle. That day he had proved himself superior to any vampire, and to have one walk into his territory like it was a casual sunday stroll was an insult.

Martin stood paralyzed, tears of blood rolled down his face. He had hosted for his brother and that bother almost took every bit of processing power he had. This was not part of the plan. Jack's death wasn't part of the plan. Martin wasn't so sure on what the plan was now. Calling out to father would be weakness. Might as well play the old role of the opportunist then. Martin disengaged from Mithias and let his mind drift, many stars of the constellation Terebithia had died out. Including it's core star Stein. So it was no surprise that there was an imbalance. Among the sparks a single one cried out in request for guidance. It was an artificial mind, and it seemed unresponsive to his brother. Martin found the sensors and fiddled with them, with subtle movements and sounds telekinetically forced upon the computer system he inserted his thoughts in the form of language the BIOpilot could understand. He scoured trough the databases looking for the correct variables, then spoke in his language.

Magnus grinned, clearly Ural had forgotten his place in this endeavour. "Ural, clearly you do not understand the importance of this situation nor do you fully remember the reason your colony of mutts still live. Werewolves may be stronger than most vampires, but you cannot survive a army of vampires with silver bullets loaded in their guns. You so much as threaten me, I will give the order for them to bomb and shoot down every single one of you. That is aside the point, and I do not wish to kill you, nor do I wish to go against my promise to Dresden. If you choose not to help, the entirety of America could very well be destroyed by Terebitha, and Jack if he still lives." Magnus told him and paused. "You see, I would send my airforce to bombard Terebitha and rescue Mithias along with killing Jack of he still lives, but they'd only be shot down by anti-aircraft fire. Looks to me like you'd best come up with a good recipe for those hairy arms of yours, or we will all die if you do not help. Take it as helping the fate of the wolf race and the entirety of America rather than yourself."

Magnus didn't let him know anything further, like the mentions of Heaven's Greatest Weapon. Ural would help, or it would be the end of everything.
They had just reached the front of a old church when one of the vampires that were on foot near Dresden seemed to spontaneously combust. Rhyss, once again, slammed on the breaks nearly causing everyone to crash into each other. Luckily for him they were vampires, and re-acted faster than human's. Soon after a hail of bullets rained down, Rhyss along with a few others spotted it was coming from the top of the belltower, the vampires who spotted it hopped off the back of the other Jeeps and ran in, only to meet a fiery and rather explosive death. "Stop!" Rhys shouted climbing out the back of the Jeep. He noticed one of the vampires seemed to favor heavy equipment and had a HMG along with a rocket launcher in front of him, preparing for the worst or simply wanting to utterly annihilate SOLDIER, Rhyss didn't care. "You, give me that launcher, NOW!" Rhyss yelled across and he tossed it to him along with a rocket to load into it, Rhyss loaded it and took aim through the scope. He aimed just below the mounted gun and watched as the entire belltower was destroyed and the old church came caving in. If anything had survived that, they should count theirself lucky.

Axel cursed under his breath. He had set up an area where he could watch what was going on around the old church and in it. He had brought along his sniper rifle so he could see a bit clearer, and he was just in time to see the vampires arrive there. They had just destroyed the bell tower, sadly. He got up and kicked at the ground, before starting to walk off quickly. "Hey, don't just ignore me like that.", a voice called out from behind a tree. Axel turned to see Tabea, smirking at him.
"Well, isn't it a surprise to see you here. What're you doing?"
"Just seeing what my so called 'superiors' are doing, and honestly, I'm not surprised they're attacking your little outpost. Aren't you supposed to be there?"
"Sniper, remember? Not exactly known for charging at the front into battle."
Tabea chuckled at this, before picking Axel up bridal-style. She instinctively started walking further away from the main battle, heading over to her own little hideout, a large oak tree that stood alone and hollow, perfect place for her to make her home. Axel, not knowing where he was being carried off to, stayed silent, hugging his sniper rifle with a small smile.
(( First off, Axel is shockingly light for his age and two, Tabea is strong anyway. :3 Ha. ))

An answer sounded within Terebithia. BIOPilot had indeed heard Mithias, which also meant it knew Jack was dead. Mithias blinked at the question. Why should it give him the antidote? Afterall, he had just killed its maker and commander, the source of all Terebithia's orders and actions. What was she left with? Why would she ever respond to anyone ever again? The golden eyed vampire approached the window and looked out at the moonlit treetops of the black forest below. The moon was full and as beautiful as the sun. the sounds of wind scraping across the broken glass was comforting, bringing with it the cool night air. The sprinkler system shut off. All fires were out, and it was rather wet in there. Mithia's eyes caught the reflection of an ash covered chair off the glass, and sorrow struck him. Almost maniac after what had just happened, he laughed. He squeezed his eyes shut as the laughter dissolved in tears. "Oh heaven.." He opened his eyes again and looked out at the moon as he felt weakness and dizziness creeping over him. BIOPilot wasn't going to help him, or so he believed, and the laboratory was quite a walk away. "It looks like, you managed to take out at least one of us, Stine." Mithia's hand slipped off the glass as he let his body fall to the ground. Laying on his back in a room dripping with blackness and death, he was content to have saved the world, at least for the short term. Mithias waited for his own light to finally go out.

Onikage had missed his objective, however the blade thread in the doorways had turned most of the more ambitious vampires into small slices of vampire. Bite-sized. Furthermore, the few that had attempted to jump onto the roof had been met with explosives placed along the edge, which had of course reduced that group into chunky salsa, and demotivated anyone else from trying such a tactic. However, then Onikage spotted Rhyss pulling out what could be aptly described as heavy weaponry with obvious plans. Of course, Onikage was nothing if not versatile, snatching up Akuma no Segi, as the assassin jumped from the belltower. Turning in mind flight, Onikage aimed the large gun, and fired, the massive bullet tearing into the head of the vehicle Rhyss had been piloting and blowing it to pieces.

As Anikage landed, the two vampires near him were confused, seeng nothing but a flicker in the air, as Onikage used the long handle of the gun to bring both to the ground, even as he drew Tenshi no Segi with the other hand. A single slash disposed of the two vampires, as Rhyss and Dresden's forces had been almost completely decimated between the bombs and the gunfire. All that was left of any significant threat was the two Oldbloods, both of whom could most likely kill Onikage in melee. As such, he set up his shot once more, taking but a moment to aim before firing Akuma no Tenshi, another massive bullet tearing through the air.
Dresden had been caught in the blast of the explosion, his entire right arm blown straight off, and he howled in fury as the stranger opened fire on him. He was the strongest among vampires, he would tear their heads off and drink from their skulls. Raging, Dresden dashed forward, jumping onto the church in a single leap, having located the source of the weaponsfire with ease. However, as he landed on the crumbling slanted roof, he was warmly greeted by a fiery explosion, a row of bombs tearing his legs off as he was thrown backwards to the ground. He had been disarmed, both literally and metaphorically, and the very idea of the kind of damage he was taking being inflicted by a mere human was humiliating.

Growling, Dresden stood, as his arms and legs regrew, his regeneration one of the more rapid even among Oldbloods. While he might be useless with a gun, and have no understanding of modern technology, there were few who could hope to match him in a fight. His howl did not go unheard, as his pack of wolf alphas went into battle, howling their battle cries, ready to track down the one who had hurt their master. As with the wolves, Dresden howled out to the moon, as fur covered his skin, his eyes blood red, his teeth elongating even further to two massive canines resembling some kind of saber cat. His claws were the length of daggers, a hybrid between a vampire and a werewolf, a raging form in which nothing could stand in his way.

The WerePyre charged forward, as another bullet shot towards it. The massive anti-tank round tore through his chest, exploding at the same time, as the Big Bad Wolf was reduced to blood and gore, slowly regenerating once more. Even to an Oldblood fighting at full power those bullets were hell, with enough power to kill vampires in a single hit even if they missed the heart or brain, the power of the Demon Assassin.
Ural glared down at the cocky vampire, his eyes filled with hate and stubborn, arrogant pride. His hand shot forward, and Magnus went flying, his ribs smashed to a hundred pieces before he impacted with a rather large oak tree. The albino werewolf grinned, a rather horrifying sight, as his teeth were caked in the blood of his enemies. "An army of vampires? I see only one vampire." From all sides, werewolves slowly closed in, growling, on all fours. They needed only the signal from their leader, and the entire Pack would rip the intruder to shreds. "You made your deal with the previous Alpha, Durl. I am not weak, I am not feeble, I am not foolish enough to believe a bloodsucker like you could pose any kind of threat. You are weak, depending on humans to live, holing yourself up in gardens of concrete, worthless trash. I would not so fould my name as to grant aid to a coward and a failure such as you."

The Albino Wolf stepped forward, it's claws extending, blood still dripping from the hand that had thrown Magnus backwards. No one vampire, even one as powerful as Magnus, was a match for an entire Pack of over thirty Werewolves, intoxicated by the smell of blood, circling the wounded prey with hungry eyes, sharks around the bow of a ship, vultures with an eye on a fresh corpse. They were creatures of primal instincts, hunters, more animal than human, brimming with a wild kind of honor that kept them together in tight packs. While not nearly as numerous as vampires, Werewolves were not a force to be trifled with, and Ural knew all this, as he looked down at Magnus. "We have heard the First Bloodsucker's words. You shall be killed by Heaven's Greatest Weapon. Even now, my wife searches for it, the weapon that was said to be forged by angels themselves, wielded by a warrior of the church. But perhaps all it will take is my claw in your skull."
When Mithias would awaken from the slumber he had fallen into, if it could be called as such, he would find himself on a cold steel table. Above his head shines a bright white light, and his hands and feet were held in place by strong leather straps. The room smells of blood and fear, the scent of sweat strong in the air. Softly, the whining of some poor schmuck can be heard, undoubtedly one of the many victims of Jack's experiments. However, the light shines brightly, preventing Mithias from seeing anything else in the room. However, what can certainly be seen is a small table, filled with cutting instruments, not far from him. Undoubtedly, this table was used for a multitude of experiments, before housing Mithias.

Martin released his mental control over the Canadian skies and returned his mind to his chamber in Kilo Point.
Panting he wiped the blood out of his eyes and scanned the area. His following laid spread out on the carpet, all of them bleeding from nose, ears and eyes. He could feel the thick blood run over their skins, he could feel their heartbeat slow but alive, if barely. In the open door stood a man Martin would have noticed a long time ago if he hadn't been occupied. A human? He must be a guest by the grace of Magnus then, a plan of Magnus? There was no way Magnus would think of a plan that relied on humans, especially not curious ones. And if there was Martin would know about it. No this was a surprise to Magnus too, but he is allowed in that much is clear, none of the guards have been killed and he is in clear view of.. 2 of them.

"Howarye, my name is Cedric Faetouched I'm an-"
"̢̀͡ Ambassador for a human organisation in Europe. "̸̶̴͠
Martin interrupted Cedric.
"Uhm.. Right.. I don't suppose ye were doing performance at just now. Now what in the world was that?"
"̢̀͡ A ritual of sorts. "̸̶̴͠
"I bet ye were lookin' for that heavenly weapon I overheard the guys talkin' bout right.?"
Martin said nothing for a while. He simply stood motionless, but the white eyes seemed to be looking in Cedrics direction. With milky eyes they stared.
"Because I-"
"̢̀͡ You speak the name as if familiar, what's in your head mortal? "̸̶̴͠
"... I figured that's why yer all here right?"
"̢̀͡ ... "̸̶̴͠
"C'mon ye don't know? I'm 'ere fer like a few hours and I figured it out!"
Martin reached an open hand out at Cedric, as if attempting to force choke the guy.
"Hey! Relax! Think about it. Kilo Point is a town in the mountain, what do ye think it's main export is?"
"̢̀͡ ... "̸̶̴͠
"It's a minin' town! One of the oldest one in america at that. An deep in those mines..."
"̢̀͡ Deep in the mines is the weapon you believe? "̸̶̴͠
"I believed you believed it. It's just a legend after all..."
"̢̀͡ Why don't you sit down. We have time for a story. "̸̶̴͠
Martin stepped outside past Cedric, who instinctively grasped for his axe.
"̢̀͡ You there! "̸̶̴͠ He pointed at a guard. "̢̀͡ Bring me one more virgin for me... and a glass of honey mead for our guest... whatever that is. "̸̶̴͠

They both sat down and waited for their refreshments.
Cedric tried to remember how the story went. Martin tried to recuperate from his psionic escapades.

Magnus coughed as the wound regenerated, so, Ural HAD forgotten his place. Magnus stood and brushed himself off. Immediately he broke forward, kicking Ural in the lower half of his shin and stabbing him with both sets of claws in both sides, neither hitting vital organs. The wolves around him growled, ready to pounce. "I wouldn't really do that, you see, I am the only one with the cure to what your leader will soon experience. The vials it is in is also monitoring my brain activity, should you kill me your leader will live out the rest of his days afraid of everything around him." Magnus quickly told the wolves, Magnus was glad he had instructed the old man to add that nifty little addition.

"I see it is still not getting through that skull of yours, Ural. I am not here to threaten you, I am not here for favors, I am not here to command you. I am here to tell you it is in your best intrest for the survival of both our races, and humans, if you actually get past your primal rage of wanting to tear me to shreds. If you kill me, your pack will die along with every single vampire and werewolf in the States if SOLDIER regains control, hell, SOLDIER is nothing compared to what Terebitha is capable of." Magnus told him. "You see, I also know about this Weapon. I also have people researching it. But, for now, that is no where near our problem. Surely you saw a giant floating fortress pass over here sometime, yes? Well, that thing is more powerful than you, your entire pack, and probably most of my army combined. It was nearly impossible to capture it before, this time won't be nearly as easy."

"While I may lack the strength of your kind, I am not without defense as you can now clearly see. I will administer the antidote provided you give your word on letting me live, and consider the information I have just told you. I really do hope you make a smart decision, it would pain me to see such a powerful leader brought down by something so minor." Magnus grinned inwardly at his own ability to...negotiate. Should this not..work out...he would simply tell Dresden that Ural was dead and that he could become the new leader.
Rhyss jumped off the back of the Jeep just as he saw the round pierce through the hood to the engine and covered his face with his arms as bits of debris flew everywhere peppering him with metal and even killing a few of his force with the larger chunks. His entire army reduced to nearly nothing he ordered the rest to scatter to the trees. Rhyss didn't need to rely on brute strength, not yet anyway. He pulled out Grim and Reaper and proceeded to unload a hail of bullets at the being. Either, the bullets would kill or wound it, or provide a ample distraction for Dresden.

Twin swords resting with him at his sides, a flap of his coat and much of his long hair hanging off one side of the table, Mithias lay still. He was pale as a ghost, which was more pale than usual. Slightly ashen lips parted as he drew breath, the tips of white fangs barely visiable as his chest rose and fell gently.

Mithias awoke to find warm, bright white light shining over him, blinding his sight as he tried to gather his senses. The light was painless and comfortably numbing. He laid there, wanting to stay at peace, but found it escaping him with each pasing moment. He knew who he was, and what he was, and if he thought about it hard enough, he could recall a fierce battle from ages ago that had left him 'injured' somehow... there had been great flames. At his first attempt to move, Mithias discovered he was bound. Even leather, when thick enough, could be unbelievably strong, and he was already weakened. Perhaps in time, he could eventually break free through the straps, but as of yet, he did not try. There was so much more information to be gathered. Tilting his head to one side, Mithias could make out a tray of surgical instruments... some of them pretty hefty. The smell of sweat, blood, and fear filled this room. The vampire's carnal instincts spoke their approval, awakening him further. The thirst whispered in his every cell, coyly threatening the absolute dominance it could assert if he dared attempt to ignore it. A whimpering sound reached his ears, and he blinked, clearing his vision. He clenched his fists, briefly straining against the straps, then relaxed. It was all he could muster for the moment. This was the laboratory... Jack's laboratory! Wasn't it? Mithia's fought to piece together the shards of his memory, moderately concerned that he should be bound to an experimentation table. Yes, there had been a battle of some kind, but for the life of him, he couldn't explain how he had gotten here. Nor did he know how long it had been since his last memories. It could have been eons since then. He could have been awakening on some spacecraft in a world completely different from his own.

As his mind and body healed, Mithais turned his consciousness on his immediate surroundings. Not being able to make out who or what was in the room with him, he uttered his question aloud. "What has happened?"

While all of his 'friends' were bleeding in the snow. Fighting for their lives. Martin sat on a fluffy pillow, sipping from a comatose adolescent boy and listening to Cedric's story.

"Aight. So a little while ago, way before my time but probably recent history to you.."
Martin snickered.
"When the lands of america were bein' colonized, among the colonist was a powerful vampire. 'ccording to legend it was Irad, the grandson of Cain, the very first vampire."
Cedric noticed he struck a cord in Martin and smiled.
"Irad had plans to rule the new world and settled his own home 'n city deep in the mountains. The reason he chose this place was because t'was the location of an abundant silver mine ye see? The biggest threat Irad faced was the natives, in the new world he encountered a new breed of werewolf, wild and untamed. But susceptible to silver like any other. Control the silver control the world right? Well no one knows how the story ends, but based on Irad not ruling the lands we assume he lost."
Cedric chuckled, Martin just waited for him to continue as he drank his snack.
"Tha mines are all but depleted years ago, human greed is a great motivator. But here's the legendary bit. It's whispered that Irad lays dormant, sleepin' staked in his coffin made of solid silver. We believe the coffin is hidden somewhere in the catacombs. We base that guess of Magnus and his interest in the little minin' town, we think he knows of the legend."
"̢̀͡ Why would Magnus go through the trouble of awakening a would be monarch who probably surpasses all of us in power? He want's to rule himself. "̸̶̴͠
"I bet you know what happens when a vampire drinks the blood of another, stronger vampire.. What do you think an ambitious vampire like Magnus would want with the helpless body of a six thousand year old decrypted?"
"̢̀͡ And what would you want with it? "̸̶̴͠
"Ah have no intentions of gettin' anywhere near that unholy thing. Mah job is to get that peace treaty, then stick around and collect any information ah can get."
Martin raised an eye. "̢̀͡ You mean to spy on us? "̸̶̴͠
"Ambassador, as you called it, is such a nicer word."
Martin accepted it, when he tried to scan Cedrics mind he got mostly fear, the relaxed stance was clearly an act. He also got the notion that Cedric himself didn't believe in the story, but his superiors did, or at least he thought they did. Other than that it was all true. Europe wanted a political foothold in the new vampire country, and who could blame them. If he was in their position he'd try and avoid all out war as well. And if his potential enemy got his hands on a weapon like that, he'd want to know it too.

The blood of his snack rejuvenated Martin enough that he could send a short message. He chose the easiest one. BIOpilot.

After some silent minutes of walking, Axel sighed."Put me downl"
"Why?"
"I feel like I should at least act in the fight, you know?"
"Oh, that's fine. It'd be lovely if you killed the bastard of a leader, too."
"I'll try to do that.." Axel mumbled, after being put down. He rushed back over to where he was before and started to set up a mini camp, Tabea not far behind. Axel sighed again, before taking his time to aim and shoot at a few of the lower leveled vampires that were a bit too giddy. Taking a few planned out shots at the more heavily equipped and leader-ish looking vampires soon after. He didn't bother seeing some bullets miss, some hit. They were soon back on their way to the tree, Axel smirking and giggling now and again.

Thoughts were racing through Ural's head as he looked the Vampire Lord in the eye. His first instinct, of course, was to rip the vampire's head off, however he could already feel the poison in his system. He had to consciously slow down his heartbeat in order to gain some time to think before the Halucinogen he'd heard about started affecting his thoughts. He should have disarmed Magnus sooner, before he could pull such a trick. He bares his teeth, growling, a deep-throated sound. It happened almost unconsciously, a manifestation of the Albino Wolf's anger.

To back down in a situation like this, bowing his head to the fool before him like a pup, would make him a weakling in the eyes of his Pack, and, more importantly, in his own eyes. However, he had no wish to spend the rest of his life incapable of leading, for what was leadership to him then? He was stuck between two dillemas, his honor and personal pride holding him back from accepting the antidote, his fear preventing him from killing Magnus. It was like a mental impasse, where neither notion could be fulfilled, absolute objects that would not budge, each other's perfect countermeasure. However, eventually, he was going to need to take action, s the current situation could not be preserved, not if he valued his sanity.

Still growling, Ural sheathed his claws, his hackles on end. Every nerve in his body told him to rip the vampire before him to pieces and feast on the remains, but his instinct for self preservation won out. His rule might be damaged, but his life would be preserved, and, better yet, his sanity. "You state that there is a threat to my pack? Speak up, tell me where it is before I rip your head off, venom be damned." Ural of course, covered up his cowardice quite well. Of course he had simply been finding a target that dared threaten his pack. However, he would need to string Magnus's remains outside his cave when this was over, just to prove that he was still the Alpha, and that nobody could get away with threatening him.
"You were incapacitated due to a mixture of fatigue, oxygen starvation, and hypothetical psychokinetic stress, as a result of your overuse of your capabilities." The voice is mechanical, most definitely belonging to one of the AI, presumably BioPILOT. You can't locate an exact source, however, due to the slight echoes in the room, and it seems to come from all directions at once. "After 1.4782 seconds of consideration and 0.2318 seconds of calculation, BioHIVE moved you to your current location, and you were prepared for removal of the toxin." The voice carries no emotion, of course, simply a matter of remixing tones produced by some nameless voice artist into words comprehensible by human beings, not sufficiently detailed to carry emotion, as there is no emotion to carry. However, if you had not heard this all repeated by Jack as he had boasted about his favorite AI, you would have sworn it contained just a hint of sorrow at it's creator's passing, just a slight tinge, but enough to be noticed.

Before any further considerations can be made, however, a small gleaming set of hydraulic pipes move into the light. They're connected to a complex series of electromotors and hinges which comprise a sort of mechanical 'arm', although with far more joints than any living being upon the planet Earth. The 'arm' of Terebithia moves towards the tray, as a few clamps change position, and then fasten around what looks like a modified circle saw. The hilt fits perfectly into the series of clamps, allowing for maximum stability, important when performing a surgical procedure. Then, with a slight whirring hum, and the hiss of hydraulics shifting position, the arm once more moves upwards, disappearing into the darkness outside of the lamp's beam.

Once more, the mechanical voice echoes from the darkness. "Instead of applying the antidote, besides to nullify additional effects, the preferred method of recuperation is complete neural analysis and operation." Whirring, hissing, and suddenly the feeling of razor sharp metal blades softly touching your forehead, not even drawing blood. An instrument of utmost precision, almost grace. "Painkillers have been deemed unnecessary due to your biology." The next note is said almost maliciously, giving a most definite impression of emotion. "Anesthesia has been deemed unnecessary." And with that note, the circle saw starts spinning, slicing into your skull, as more tendrils reach down, preparing further instruments for operation.

"...analysis, and operation." Mithias repeated. He felt the delicate touch of a diamond-cut edge against his head, and he was afraid. Mithias swallowed hard. There are simply no words to describe the feeling he had; to have ones very brain, the housing of one's soul, in the hands of an adversary, and to be able to do nothing about it. It was like being naked before god. He couldn't break free of his leather bonds. He couldn't summon up his power, as it was too weak and to difficult to concentrate. As it was, one slight slip during surgery could leave his mind destroyed or who knows what permanent ill affects. He froze, breathing and heartrate elevated. There was nothing he could no. No one who could intervene. He was terrified that BIOPilot's definition of "recuperation" might be different from his own. Mithias tried to calm himself with logic. BIOPilot had said this was the preferred method, that it would nullify additional affects. If he hadn't been given the antidote already, then perhaps it was too late for him anyway. Hadn't he expected to be dead by now? Besides, BIOPilot was a machine, a computer, and as such would have no emotional drive for revenge... yet Mithias had his doubts. As the whirring of the sawblade started, Mithias thought at first to plea with the machine to stop, to not do this, that he would rather deal with whatever damage the toxin would do to him than submit his very being to Jack's creation's knife. But he held his tongue and relented. It was a hard thing to do. A slight trembling in his voice, he spoke, "I submit, Terebithia." No other creation in the world could have ever been such a perfect surgeon.

Mithias gritted his teeth as the blades sliced his skin and cut open his skull. It hurt, but he had felt worse. It was fear for the state of his brain mostly that kept him still. He cried out briefly, just as the blade finally finished its section. His knuckles were white as he gripped the table, and his body was tense like a steel beam. If only he could have been lucky enough to pass out. He wouldn't feel any pain from anything done directly to his brain, but it was very disconcerting. He kept silent. He was BIOPilot's project now. He pleaded with whatever god that could hear his thoughts that his mind would not be destroyed.

Magnus considered grinning, given the current posistion of power he held, be he decided against it. "Perhaps you have heard of a ex-SOLDIER scientist named Jack, yes? Well, during the war he sided with me, never really trusted the fellow but I couldn't really have that big ship of his as a enemy and he is the best scientist I know of. Anyway, I have very clear reason to believe that he is trying to destroy me and what I have accomplished, as well as the rest of the world. Either him or his flying fortress, Terebitha, provided of course Jack is dead. IF I do get killed and SOLDIER trys a take over, who do you think one of their targets will be for helping me? The werewolves, of course. They will hunt all of you down, and kill you. This is of course, provided Terebitha doesn't decided to do the job itself. Rather sophisticated piece of machinery that thing is.." Magnus paused. "For the sake of all our races, human, vampire, and werewolf alike I require your help. Rather, we require each other's help. I would MUCH rather deal with speaking with you than SOLDIER. Now, I believe it is in your best intrest to decide whether or not you believe me fairly quickly."

"Well, t'was a pleasure to meet ye.. eh.."
"̢̀͡ Martin "̸̶̴͠
"Just Martin?"
"̢̀͡ Salts "̸̶̴͠
"Right, pleasure to make yer aquaintance Martin Salts. Imma hit the hay fer now. "
Martin nodded and Cedric left to go look for his bed.
Martin walked out into the hall and aproached a guard.
"̢̀͡ Give me your cell phone "̸̶̴͠
He hadn't used one in 20 years, but with his energy spend there was no other option.
The surprised vampire handed over his phone. Martin took it.. stared at the smooth stick with blinking lights. Then gave it back to the guard.
"̢̀͡ Please put in Magnus's cellphone number for me and give it back to me. "̸̶̴͠
The vampire looked confused but complied.

Magnus's cellphone went off with a loud ringtone that echoed trough the valley.

Magnus glared, not at anyone in particular, but at his cellphone as the ringtone blared loud enough for anything within a few miles could here as it reverberated off the trees and down through the open valley. It was always such a pain answering this damned phone, first Magnus took his claw off his left hand and fished the phone out of pocket while trying not to cut himself with his own poison. He flicked it open and balanced it on his shoulder with the side of his head while he donned his claw once more and grasped the phone in his pocket. "What in the hell do you get off on calling me at a time like this, what could possibly be so important that you can't deal with it yourself? If it's SOLDIER just shoot the damned human's an-." Magnus stopped short as he recognized the voice on the other end say hello. "Oh, it's you Martin. What could possibly be so important that you call me right now in the middle of something this important?"

A werewolf growled, clearly disgusted by the fact Magnus was showing disrespect by answering his cellphone in the middle of what could be considered a fight between their leader a him, Magnus held his hand over the talky part of the phone and said "Do you MIND? I am on the phone." And put the phone back to his ear listening to what Martin had to say that was oh so important.

"̢̀͡ The great mind is perished. The phoenix is now captured by the A.I. left in charge. The A.I. seems to be sapient and... has free will. "̸̶̴͠
Martin paused for dramatic effect.
"̢̀͡ Meanwhile your own little starcreams are facing off against a being I can't quite place on the food chain. They remain unhurt. For now. Lastly... did you know about the antediluvian in the abandoned silver mines? "̸̶̴͠

Martin almost hung up, then added one more thing.
"̢̀͡ Say hi to the doggies for me. "̸̶̴͠
