Army: Medium Army, well-equipped with US or USSR advisors giving advice that sound a lot like orders.
Navy: Small navy, a couple destroyers and a submarine in addition to torpedo boats.
Air Force: Modern, with first generation jet fighters...but largely dominated by the technicians and pilots of a former colonial power or a superpower. Very small.
