I just wanna point out that Harley's a special case child. But, I guess the worse that could happen to Duncan is he wakes up in a bush outside or with the ceiling fan on top of him and a noose around his neck. You just gotta suicide proof the room, is all.

Just the uncontrollable, dangerous powers. Which is hardly all of them. I highly doubt all, or even most of the students are about to burst into nightmare and try to kill or maim their roommates

That's more likely to happen outside of their mutant influence! Like that one time with Pryde and the DEMON DESTROYING ALL OF THE INSTITUTE.
