Personality: Shockwave naturally only serves his one true master: logic. He's willing to ignore petty squabbles and jabs at him, and will only do what he finds logical. Megatron is pleased by his dedication and his competence stemming from it, starkly contrasting with the egotistical and gloating Starscream. His passive nature to goings-on around him may paint him as apathetic, but whoever believes that is writing their death warrant. Shockwave is as brutal and fierce as any Decepticon warrior, and has the strength and durability to withstand everything from explosions to Autobot assault. He does not take well to attempts on his life or his experiments failing or being tampered with. Primus help you if you actually do break his seemingly eternal calm.
Abilities: The ability to transform into a cybertronian jet, as well as extreme mechanical/medical skills. He is also quite skilled in combat.
Weapons:
- Blast cannon on his left arm - a custom weapon almost as strong as a fusion cannon, and is permanently affixed to his left arm due to Grimlock having bitten the old arm off.
- Various missiles and rapid fire cannons in vehicle mode.

Other: He will probably he head of weapons development and research for Legion. Don't betray, or you may end up on his operating table. He will also be quite loyal to the cause, completely dependable for success on his missions, for the most part.

Name: Yuji Sakai/The Snake of the Festival

Age: Ageless due to permanently bonding with The Snake of the Festival. Physically appears 16.

Gender: Male

Faction: Legion

Role: Overseer

Personality: Yuji is quite an interesting character when it comes to his role in the Legion. Because of his status and immense power, many look up to Yuji in a respectful manner. Yuji himself holds the entity known as The Snake of the Festival within him, so he can appear to exhibit a dual personality at times. On one hand, the one known as Yuji Sakai is a loyal leader to his forces and to the cause of the Legion and grants kindness and compassion to those befitting reward. On another, the one known as The Snake of the Festival is more of a military leader and although he is a father to his troops, he treats all disobedience and disloyalty with the utmost punishment. Interestingly enough, these two personalities do not conflict on one another, instead working in perfect harmony. This makes the physical body both possess a deadly weapon against the Rebellion.

Abilities

As one of the top Overseers for the Legion, and the leader of the Bal Masque organization in his original respective reality, Yuji is most certainly a force to be reckoned with. Yuji possess an Unrestricted Spell unique only to him called Grammatica. This Unrestricted Spell looks like a collection of clear crystals and has been used primarily as an almighty shield, but its versatility is bound only by Yuji's will and has even been witnessed to be used as a teleportation device. When using the powers of The Snake of the Festival, Yuji is able to produces the black flames of the Snake, use silver flames that can bend and mold into various different forms, and finally summon forward the physical manifestation of The Snake of the Festival itself.

Weapons

Yuji's signature sword, the Blutsauger, is a Treasure Tool in the form of a large broadsword with carvings on it. The carvings will light up blue when Power of Existence is channeled through it. Blutsauger's main purpose is simply as a melee weapon. However it has a special ability where, when the user channels Power of Existence through it, will cause the enemy to instantly acquire multiple cuts. The sword seems to have to meet physically to the opponent, such as a sword parry, in order for this effect to take place.

Other: Yuji woke up in the new world already in a contract with The Snake of the Festival, an extremely powerful Crimson Lord and said to be the creator of all Power of Existence. As such, he is to be considered one of the Legion's strongest assets. He fights in the war for one reason alone: to end the warfare. He believes the methods of forceful victory are the logical steps in stopping the bloodshed for good. Thus, he follows Xehanort's command willingly to uphold the goals of the Legion. True peace and harmony are only obtained through might and will.

Personality: Riko is a serious girl that doesn't smile and laugh so oftenly. She is rather calm and it's hard to get her nervous, anxious or worried.
Abilities: Riko can craft magical songs that will aid her and her allies in battle. She can also use those songs to give them buffs, so they will be stronger. Also, her songs can lead people to a certain emotion.
Weapons: Other than her microphone, she can use broken notes as a weapon. Also, she can craft a sword with a song.
From: Touhou Project (Fan-Made)
Other: For curiosity, Riko is the only fan-made character in Touhou to have a complete base on Vocaloid. Also if you spell her name in Eastern order, it reminds of an RPG game. Her reason to join Rebellion is by the simple fact that Saraka Sant'Angelo has been freed once again, and as her sisters could not stop her, Riko left the Life-Guiding Tree and joined the Rebellion faction.
