@supertinyking"I have walked the grounds Darkside walked. I have seen entire worlds wiped clean of all life. In all my years, I never killed as many as Darkside did in his short span. He was a monster beyond compare, and the souls he took still cling to him. That kind of evil doesn't simply leave. Neither do those memories." Stein smiles, as he ends up next to Saeid, looking down at the broken figure on the ground. "Tell me. What will you do if you remember? If one day, you wake up, and you feel like killing again? Everything that you consist of, all your thoughts and emotions, are but the product of your temporary confusion. If ever you do awake, you will kill billions, starting with those who try to help you now."
Stein turns around, as he fetches what appears to be a remote control out of his lab pocket. The press of a button opens a portal, leading back to The Lab. "There remain two individuals who can use the Force for mass destruction, who have inherited your teachings, Saeid. And they are yours, regardless of who you claim to be now. There is a Sith Lord on Korriban with immense power, and although I do not know his name, he could potentially annihilate entire empires if released. Secondly, there is a being known as 5, whom through unknown means is capable of using both my Soular Manipulation and the dark side of the force."
Stein looks over his shoulder at Saeid, ignoring Leeroy for the moment. "I plan on dealing with both of them, utilizing your presence as the original Dark Lord. For a man such as me it would be easy to disguise you as the Dark Lord. I fought him often enough that I could replicate his presence perfectly. You would almost certainly lose your life in the process." Stein smiles, in his smug, knowing way. His plan was unfolding already. "Of course, it would be the only way to rid the world of your legacy. Without the Sith Lords, the remaining Sith would be easy to clean up. And if you choose to wait.... you'll have to live out the rest of your days knowing that at any moment you could simply snap. That if anything were to trigger you, if anything were to return your memories, anyone who got close to you would be slaughtered. Leeroy won't be able to prevent it. Whilst he can counter insanity, his healing magics would do as much help as harm, returning your mind to it's original state."
The trap had been set, the stick was swinging, and not a lie had been spoken. Nothing Stein had said about Darkside's soul had been false, and Stein had strong suspicions that Darkside's memories still remaining, buried somewhere inside. Of course, even he could not tell what the odds of them emerging were, so he chose to exaggerate. It did not matter. Even if the odds were virtually nonexistent, the fear of the possibility would be enough to turn anyone's life to a nightmare. Now all he needed was the honey. "If you do survive, of course, I could annihilate it forever. I'm capable of performing surgery on your Soul, the only person in the Multiverse who can. I could remove the memories at the root, and while I might not be able to wipe the stain from your Soul, I could prevent it from ever taking over. Leeroy could watch, if you fear foul play. I would be perfectly happy sealing away one of my former enemies. You wipe away your legacy of evil, the Multiverse is saved, and the greatest threats to my life are eliminated once and for all."
Stein then turns, and steps through the portal. "Follow me or don't. I won't ask again. You destroying Leeroy is almost as good for me as this is. Either way, I win. Your choice lies in how you want to live, or die."
