Let me get some things straight.

1.isn't the millennium earl the only one capable of creating akuma? I mean yes, any given member of the noa family can give them orders. But I'm pretty sure the earl is in charge of making them.

2.I'm pretty sure a noa's power partly stems from their awakened noa gene. Not their stigmata, which are merely markings. Inaccuracies aside,

3. tyki mikk's choose ability is a little more OP than it used to be. You clearly stated that only holy stuff would affect him. Nothing else. So that rules out the Jigen Tou, which moves between dimensions. Allowing it to cut practically anyone, or anything. What the hell man.

4. So you're telling me that he could destroy a city with a single small rectangular piece of cardboard or whatever cards are made of? Damn. Just..... damn.....

5. Um, I'm 100% certain that akuma blood is the only dark matter reliant thing capable of eroding people.

And while we're on the topic of the ribbons, apparently they too have the bullshittingly amped up choose ability.

On the bright side though, this is probably more reasonable than Jerry T. "this isn't even my final form" Wirebeast. That's what I'm calling wirebeast from now on.

But still. Nerf the new char.

changed him, this is him being nerfed, and his choose ability is nowhere NEAR as powerful as it used to be since he could only be attacked with innocence specefically. now, not only can he actually be touched by anti-etherial weaponry, but he can also be harmed by a much wider range of things. also, the wire creature does have an actual name, it's just that no one's asked. Also, the card thing is mostly just cause it's his weapon of choice, it's less the actual card than how he weilds it. also, leveling cities ISN'T THAT RARE IN HCL CONSIDERING LITERALLY ALL BUT ONE OF YOUR CHARACTERS CAN DO SO. so calm your butthurt

honestly dude, the main problem is that the choose ability's weaknesses are too specific. It says in the cs that holy stuff is the only way to land a hit. Nothing else. Now, I don't think you're familiar with the fate series as a whole. Y'know, fate stay/night, the other parts, that sort of thing. Am I correct in assuming this?

Technically things that target ethereal beings can hit him, they just sort of plink off... so if you make some sort of bolo that works on etheral beings, it'll work. if you try to shoot him with bullets made for etherial beings it will not. and frankly, holy magic is actually quite expansive in that it's pretty much just the power of any good aligned god that is freely given for use. eclipse, wire creature's light/lightning magic, cosmos's light magic (or various other holy magics for that matter), void teleporting in a smite or some shit, something tiny has planned and isn't telling me about, and various other things that my mind is blanking on cause i just woke up will work just fine. you're honestly the only one without someone/something that can harm him.
