It's too late to post any war orders, the UK and France (and anyone else who wishes to enter this war) will have to wait until after the update, unfortunately. Also, while the update (which is being written as we speak) mentions blockades, the full effect of them will be revealed in a mini-update after the main one.

Edit: also, I'd like to remind people to follow the format of 'WiR - Nation Name - Year' when submitting orders. Makes my life a lot easier.
