If there is an opportunity to get splashed, Ranma will be splashed. This is a law of the universe.It might not be cold water, though, as any that did get past just went through flame and stuff. XD

About the water, I'd say it's about as warm/cold as a bit cooler rain. Enough to make Ranma transform at least. I guess that even though the water just went through flames it didn't have time to warm up enough. Plus laws of universe would likely make Ranma hit the colder part of the water anyway. :P

Who says the part that hit Ranma had to go through the fire in the first place though? Surf hits a very wide area, and my mental mapping of everyone's position does not necessarily put Mokou and her flames in between Surf and Ranma. Plus, there's the Rule of Fun.

It's a lot of water as well. And water has pretty great specific heat capacity, meaning that it tends to takes a lot of energy to warm.

Well, with Felt being one of those perpertually nice guys/hero to anyone in need, I'm assuming that said impression will be good -- That is, assuming that the Azoth won't get in the way in an attempt to keep Felt focused on his mission. Or just to troll him, whichever :P. Now I'm curious about what will happen when Felt will mention Viese though. "Well, there's this girl back home. Viese. We've been living together for quite a while now; she's helped me through some hard times... ."

So I think Saber is going to be from UBW, which means her Master is Tohsaka Rin.

Even though I don't care much for the main pairing of UBW. No matter how much I like Rin. I like UBW because it also puts Rin and Saber together though so yeah.
