Alright, after agonizing about it for ages, I finally posted my second character. As you might understand, it's one actually quite near and dear to my heart.

Saber is King Arthur, King of Knights, all-around noble figure... I'm pretty sure she's going to take serious issue with someone murdering innocent people for their own gain. It's not even like he said he feeds off of his enemies or something.

I honestly have no idea what to do aside from have Saber sum up why that's such a terrible thing and then attacking him.

I'm not experienced with the character, so I can't say for sure, but is Saber's modus operandi "SEE EVIL! MUST KILL"? Surely the King of Knights has a bit more civility than to attempt to murder someone based purely off of something they say. It's not like Sorin has actually killed and eaten anyone yet.

It's not "see evil? Must kill!" But she is generally absolutely horrified when she sees people... baaasicaly do what Sorin is saying he does and is pretty anti-evil in generally so uh.

Given that he's previously zombified a dragon, summoned random guys to get crushed without caring, and then summoned a demon via a sword... he's not doing all that great.

My version: for someone that's locked away eldritch abominations, saved the world (Innestrad), made an angel to stop vampires eating the world, and is also a White character... Sorin here seems to be treating this as his theme:



There is an issue when you get to the point of 'characters with strong morals have no reason to not at least subdue you'. Necromancy, callous summoning, demonic pacts, serial killing...

Can we even kill each other outside of the challenges? I'm just curious.

Would you like Saber and Archer to cut Sorin into ribbons and see?

A few things:

It's interesting to note that Sorin is not the character that has killed another party member. Reasoning aside, as "self-preservation" is also Sorin's motivation, which is apparently unacceptable.

Despite the laundry list of "very definitely evil" things Sorin has done so far, "killing an innocent" is not one of them. In fact the only creature he has directly killed has been the Zinogre, which I doubt anyone aside from Vash would raise much fuss about.

Sorin is not, as you keep saying, a serial killer. He has to kill to eat, and therefore to live. He does this out of nessecity, not pleasure, which you seem to be implying.

Lastly, the assertion that having White in his color identity should make him a better person is misconstrued. If you've read any of the supplementary material, it's very clear that Sorin is an unrepentant asshole that screws with people for his own amusement. He's Black and White. Both, at all times.

Um... Ghost Rider appeared to be trying to kill the rest of the party, to the players as well even if not all the characters thought so.

The issue here is that he's bragging about killing people, and not like he fights them or something and they're his enemies. He's not just saying "kills and feeds on his enemies" or something. That'd be fine, if kind of uncomfortable especially given the other stuff he does but it's not like Saber wasn't already uncomfortable with him. He's openly saying he kills anyone. As far as Saber knows, a vampire doesn't actually have to kill in order to feed, as well.

At the very least they're going to want to subdue him if nothing else.

But I don't want to just start a fight right now. I don't want to get into trying to kill a player character.

The mildest reaction I can think of is trying to be as slow about it as possible and having Saber verbally confront him about it before attacking since that at least gives a chance for... something to happen before there's an actual fight, though I don't know what.

But can we have some indication of the White, or that he has self-preservation skills? He's displaying all the self-preservation of a puppy, whilst stating things that can't end well for him. That level of arrogance is only sustainable if you can legitimately flatten everyone who might disagree. <_<
