I was too tired to get my CS up last night, but here ya go.

Name: Alice Fariday
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Appearance:
PERSONALITY: Alice is quiet around strangers, not because she's shy, but because she's tactically oriented and preffers to scope out any possibility of danger to herself. She can be a pessimist at time, but she will take risks if she needs to.
Biography: Alice grew up in the slums of the city, and experienced, firsthand, the violence that acompanied poverty. Her mother was sweet and kind, but her father was a drunkard, often resorting to taking his anger out on Alice. The violence of her father made her insecure in her younger years, so she never found the strength to fight back. While her mother loved her, she could never be helped when her father was in one of his drunken fits of rage. When she was thirteen her father was murdered by a gang in the district, leaving Alice and her mother free of his wrath, but with less income for the already debted family.

At the age of fifteen, Alice was arrested for stealing from a shopowner. Before the officers could force her into the vehicle, she broke free and ran away, but was still hindered by the cuffs around her wrists. She took refuge in an abandoned storehouse, trying to wait out the police so she could get away. When the police fell to the warehouse, Alice was in panick, about to run. However, a tall, muscled man busted in through the top window, swinging a heavy, spiked chain into the neck of one of the officers. He quickly dispatched the other 4 policemen.

When the man climbed to where Alice was hiding, he used the keys to one of the keys from the officers to unlock the handcuffs and free her. That was the very first time Alice came in contact with Night Raid. When she was 17, a year after her mother died, she had learned to use a gun and shoot a rifle very well. She found herself in another predicament when she was helping an old man being harrassed by officers of the police force. She found herself unable to take out all of the officers, but again, a man from Night Raid came to the rescue. This time, the man extended an offer for her to join the Night Raid.

Name: Arua Ishkibal

Age: 19

Gender: Male

｢ Our Fine Protagonist ｣

Personality: Arua is a bit of a brash, honest, but tries-to-be-friendly guy. He doesn't hide his feelings about whats going on, nor does he go out of his way to be abrasive about it either. He simply speaks his mind when its asked for or is necessary, while keeping a friendly attitude whenever possible. He isn't always quick to anger, although his temper can be short when others continuously act in ways that he believe are either dumb, unnecessarily cruel, or are being too much of a goody-two-shoes. When it comes to work, Arua does what he needs to do and although he isn't against civilian casualties, he knows when something like that is unnecessary or is needed for the mission to be a success.

Biography: Arua was blessed with a middle-class family that treated him and those around him well. His parents kind, and neighbors sweet. He lived what could be known as what a peasant would wish for their children if they moved up the social apparatus. For although they didn't have much, they could be considered rich for they did not desire more than they had. They were rich with happiness, and each other. However, this wasn't how things were to stay, for Arua's parents made a grave mistake and had to pay for it dearly.

Although they hadn't done anything necessarily too wrong, only knocked into a higher-class family's carriage and broke a few of their valuables they had planned on selling, the said family took in Arua's under the guise of 'repaying the debts they owed'. However as Arua learned of what happened to his mother and father, he couldn't believe their suffering was worth less than that of the money the family could have lost. Lucky for Arua, however, that the family his parent's had a debt too weren't too interested in children. However, they certainly thought that Arua would make a fine servant if he continued to grow as they thought he would. So as his parents were tortured for the sake of their debt, and as the family pseudo-helped Arua as he grew older, a plan began to formulate in his little head. He would steal the sword the family used to torture his parents, and get revenge for them and their suffering, and save them as well!

This was not what had happened though, for although Arua had managed to acquire the sword of his oppressors, the night he went in for the kill was the night that night raid decided to intervene as well. As it turns out, the family he owned money too was also part of a slightly-larger group of wealthy citizens who would help each other find lower-classed members and would sell them out to each other. They had planned on selling Arua in a few days, after they had killed off his parents when they were bored with torturing them. Thanks to night raid though, this didn't happen, and Arua wasn't to learn about this much later on.

So, as Arua witnessed the kills he had wanted to make stolen in front of him by a group of what he could only consider to be 'vigilante assassins', he did what he could to follow them and to try to join. He called out to the man he assumed to be their leader and almost broke out in tears while asking him if Arua could join them, that was two years ago. Since that day, Arua has been an official member of night raid.

Hei is 6.3 feet high, his hair is as dark as the night and his eyes are filled with emptiness.
His body is average, and yet shows signs of muscles.



Hei always wears this mask, if it is with the group or when he is on missions. He shall always wear it to keep his identity a secret.
{And yes I know, it is Ichigo's mask ^^}

Personality:

Hei is a boy wich was raised in the Emperor's Army District, wich means he was raised with discipline. But Hei himself was different, he disliked the rules and rebelled against them, wich always ended up with whip-slashes onto his back.
This made Hei change, his mind changed as did his actions. Since ever then Hei started to closed up.
Since then Hei became a guy who never spoke, never went against the rules and always did what was asked.

Biography:

Hei was raised within the Emperor's Army District, together with his younger sister. He was raised by quite a few strict rules aswell as allot of discipline.
But Hei was different that those who followed the emperor, he rebelled against the rules and did everything his own way, wich always ended with whip-slashes upon his back. Ever since he is reminded by the horror of that district.
But he kept on living, for his little sister ment everything to him and he would protect her at any cost! So even at the end... He joined the army to serve the emperor and create a better world for his sister.
But instead... He saw every single piece of horror the city had hidden from sight... Each and every corner of the city was corrupted... Each and every single bit had lost the light, and started to dwell in the darkness...
But the most horrific thing ever, was the order of killing of his own family... His parents ment nothing to him, but his younger sister ment everything to him!
As he disobayed the order, he got punished... But just before the guards took him, he took their lives, grabbed his sister and ran for it. He ran untill there was no place left to run but the Slumbs, and thats where he left her... With a family wich would take care of her.
As he changed his identity, he also changed his way of living... He was planning to create a group, who would safe this city and bring it back to light.
He would create... The Dark Raiders!

Name: 'Gin'
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Appearance: Clicky
6'2". Pale blond hair, bright emerald green eyes. Pale, white skin. Covered with scars. Is missing the top part of his left ear, missing a bit of his tongue as well. Cloths are favorably in darker colors and easy to remove, aside from his most favored scarf, which for some reason is lime green with various other shades of green and yellow.
Weapon: Pocket Knife

Personality

Gin is like a child in many ways. He is rather innocent when it comes down to it and doesn't appear to be fully capable of lying without giving himself away. He easily gets excited over small, trivial things and tends to ask countless questions when he is curious about something... which is far too often for anyone's good. He is rather impulsive as well, especially when it involves other people, be it he trusts them or not. He likes having other people around most of the time and tends to shadow people if they will allow him to do so, as he becomes rather restless when left alone for too long, especially indoors. Though Gin is not all smiles and questions, he gets fairly irritated if someone he doesn't know touches him or stands too close. He has been known to get violent over such things as well, he has a -huge- thing about his personal space.

Biography

Gin was born in the Entertainment District to a prostitute. His first few years of life were quite rough and eventually he was sold into an illegal slave-trading ring. He was sold rather quickly to a rather peculiar high-class fellow, whom for the first several years of owning Gin practically ignored his entire existence aside from insuring that he was well fed and locked securely in his cage. But as all good things come to an end, when he finally stopped ignoring Gin's existence, his life became hell. He was forced to endure countless hours of torment for the amusement of his owner and his friends, at first ranging from mere cuts with a knife to horrid physical beatings that often left the young child unconscious for several days. While he barely survived such things, as he grew older it only got worse. Broken bones, puncturing one of his eardrums, the list just went on and on.

Gin's chance for escape appeared only once and at a nearly impossible time. He had been poisoned and was utterly delirious with pain, thinking he was unable to do any harm, the various weapons and tools that had been used on him were carelessly left out. While their backs were turned, Gin did the unthinkable. He got to his feet and grabbed the nearest object and attempted to impale himself with it. Thankfully though one of the men nearby managed to catch him before he plunged the simple knife into his own throat, but it didn't stop Gin from stabbing the man who stopped him instead.

From there the scene played out rather simply, after having stabbed the first man, the others freaked out and turned to kill Gin. Sadly for them though, despite obviously having more of an advantage than the half-dead teenager, had no hopes of winning now that he actually held a weapon. Try as they might they couldn't get close enough without getting wounded themselves. Since the warehouse locked from the outside, they were unable to escape his wrath and ended up being slaughtered. He tried to break out from the door, but was unable to do so. Eventually he fell unconscious.

A while Gin awoke in a strange place, covered in bandages and receiving treatment. He barely recalled what had happened after he had been force-fed the poison, but from what he had been told, he narrowly escaped getting caught by local police forces. While he wasn't even sure how he got there, he didn't mind it too much. After that, his life gradually changed for the better. The people who had apparently 'found' him were kind enough to teach him about the world he had been locked off from all of his life while he recovered from the poison and other wounds that had yet to heal. It was a somewhat slow process, but Gin was so eager to learn more about the world and the city that it really didn't seem as bad as it actually was.

Gin wanted to take action against all slave owners. It wasn't long after he had recovered that he started to take action, with a simple pocket knife.

Extra

-Gin does not trust people enough to stand behind him, not even a corpse. If he lets you stand behind him, consider it to be the ultimate sign of his trust.
-He is deaf in his left ear and partially blind in his left eye as well. But don't let that fool you into thinking he is any less competent with his knife.
-Its rare, but if someone manages to catch Gin off guard, he is actually fairly jumpy.
-Gin is... a bit unorthodox, especially with clothing and eating.
