Kyo continued searching the walls, intending to find a staff like he had originally planned. With so many options, though, he was beginning to second guess himself. I should at least try a staff first. There are plenty of options for those, too, so maybe I will find one I like. After another minute of indecision, he picked up a fairly simple-looking staff, testing out how it felt away from the others so he wouldn't accidently hit someone.

Carter and Chloe weren't fighters. they didn't think they'd be able to do any of this very well, so they just each picked up a staff, like the others were.

Melody sees everyone else picking up staffs. Were they supposed to? Melody started to panic slightly.

After messing around for a bit, Kyo decided that he actually rather liked the staff he had found. When he turned around, though, he noticed that some of the others also seemed to have the same idea in weaponry. Ah... This seems a bit awkward now... He placed the staff nearby and looked back toward the wall, suddenly indecisive again. Maybe I should pick another after all...

Melody sees someone changing theirs. okay phew! now i will start to practice Melody goes to a corner and practices techniques with the swords.

"Wah... how did you know?" Blue asked after Rina spoke. Then for some reason he started thinking about him flying around with angel wings in a city in the sky.

With the variety of weapons present in the room, Kyo was almost a bit overwhelmed with the options he had when he decided to switch. There were fascinating objects he wouldn't even think of as weaponry that caught his eye, but he was certain that he would never be able to use most of them properly. He couldn't even tell what some of them were! As he continued searching, though, a pair of fans on one of the tables caught his eye. Picking them up, he examined them, smiling at the design. How curious.

Melody nods at the swords and decides that she really likes them. "Hmm i wonder what we will be doing." she questions

Two shadows sneak in from behind the rest of the group. Some of the older members of the Orphanage, Housekeeper included, could recognize them instantly as Melissa and Keegan - two orphans who'd strangely disappeared from the orphanage. Well, until now, at least.

"Heyooo!" Keegan greets with a warm smile, looking about the weapon-filled room and its inhabitants. There were a few familiar faces, though many were unknown to both him and Melissa. "Sorry if our disappearance caused any problems, miss," he says to the Housekeeper, "we kinda had some business that needed addressing. It's all dealt with now, so everything's good!"

Melissa seemed to a little less joyous as Keegan was, keeping behind him as per usual and staying quiet. Of course, she still seemed relieved to be back, though some might read her facial expression which, to put it plainly, was rather misleading, making the others seem "scary".

To any with telepathic abilities, their minds are completely scrambled and trying to unravel said mind's thoughts would take incredible focus and mastery of their special ability.

"I take it we're doin' combat stuff?" Ask Keegan, taking a rather long and sleek rifle off a shelf and a second bolt-action sniper rifle later down the wall. Melissa simply takes a shortsword, a tomahawk and a Kukri. An odd choice on both their parts compared to the others.

Melody looks over at the two new people who have come in. Wow they disappeared from here! That must of been scary at that time.

Kyo looked over at the two children who had just arrived in the room. Melissa and...ah...Keegan, I think. I wonder where they went. They missed the power development class, didn't they? Before he knew it, he had started rambling in his head again, but looked down at the fans again after a minute. He started messing with them, trying to get a better understanding of how they could be used.

"Blue and Rina pick a weapon." The housekeeper announced. "Anyone else who hasn't decided?"

Rina sighed and nodded. Might as well get this over with.

Rina picked up a longbow. She figured that if she learned how to use this, she wouldn't have to fight them if she could keep them away.

With a sigh Alex looked at the door to the orphanage his friend had recommended since he was now an orphan. He walked up to the door a bit hesitant but eventually does knock on the door a couple times to see if he could get an answer. The events a couple of days ago playing in his head repeatedly but he pushed it all away for the time being and focused on this new situation he was in.

"Those of you who have chosen your weapon are dismissed. The rest of the evening is yours. Someone make sure Katherin gets back upstairs. Supper will be served in an hour or so." The housekeeper told them before heading up the stairs. She opened the door to discover a young boy there. "Hello can I help you?"

"Um..well you see this is rather awkward to explain. I'd rather not go into detail as to why but as of two days ago I became an orphan. I'm Alexander Adams and a friend recommended this place to me. He said you take people with 'unique' er well abilities and since I have such a thing i'd like to ask if I could perhaps stay here." Alex said to the housekeeper seeming unsure of how to explain this all to her. He looked pretty rough with burn marks and cuts all over his jacket. He was pondering on how to well talk the housekeeper into letting him stay as he desperately needed a place to stay.

"That is correct. This is an orphanage for children that are unique. Are you special?" The housekeeper demanded.

Keegan looks at the Housekeeper, befuddled by her methods. "What the- what? Why? Bah, screw it..." He shrugs, putting both the weapons back in their respective positions. Melissa did the same, though if anyone were to look closely, they could see her attempting a smuggle a small wrist blade out of the weapons room, attaching it to her own wrist and clamping it on before pulling her jumper over it to make it practically invisible.
