As Master Jamie walked past him, he knew that he should pull Angelica out of the streets and get her aid as well. Moving forward, Damian hauled her up and put her in a chair and then promptly knocked her out with a pommel to the back of the head while he went to work applying field first aid. He listened to Fleo rattle off questions and chuckled. "Actually, you are owed an explanation of what this is about since it's going to affect all of Fiore's magic users in the very near future. We, as a guild, became aware of of corruption with in the Magic Council itself. Individuals before than, myself included, had seen it before joining the guild. So, today we went and put an end to it. Most members of the council are now going to be in chains if they aren't already. Also," finishing up his mendings of Angelica's wound, he stood up and turned around, "I think reintroductions are necessary all around. I am Damian Gerard, S-Class Wizard. I'm more widely known as the Blade of Phoenix Wing. I use Blades Magic, which you'll get to see when I'm rested, because I've had one hell of a day and I'm not in condition for magical sparring. Now, next."

The mentor quickly got of the legion once they landed on the capitol and saw the battle occurring further ahead. "I'll be right back Sayrui. If the battle already, which I'm assuming has started before we arrived, then I need to quickly check on something." Gentsai, old as he may seem, was still young enough to run at a great speed to where ever he had to go.

Location: Edolas Capitol

"Interesting, all in one day. Glad I took advantage of all the chaos while I did my thing." A soldier completely covered in his black armor roamed the hallway of the building as he tried to search for other things that may be of interest and part of his agenda. There's so much that I could be report back. That queen Angelica got captured saw Princess Liana, magic draining staff, and people using magic. The way the magic was used matches the descriptions from the documents that he showed me awhile back.

He stopped as he looked out a window and saw what he expected at first glance, Maddox fighting some guy. From what he could hear the guy was using something called chi, but it looked like magic and still made the fight interesting between two as they fought until the guy killed Maddox. The soldier sighed as he saw Maddox lying dead with no sign of life coming back"Finally, Maddox is dead. This day is turning out to be more productive than I expected, and I barely had to do anything. But what a shame, that fool could have been useful, while also being of some trouble. Perhaps this is best." His eyes widen behind his helmet as he saw the staff that Maddox used earlier, just lying on the ground. As he began to run down to get it, a small regiment of about forty soldiers were marching their way to where the fight took place. He saw the moment as a great opportunity to blend in with his fellow soldiers and get the staff during the fight that the regiment was clearly going to start. He followed the soldiers and once they were down with the Phoenix Wing group and fired their arrows, he dashed towards the now broken staff and took it as he ran off away from the regiment and the events that would play out.

Obviously disappointed that someone broke the staff, he still ran off and basically vanished as he turned to another hallway, guaranteeing that no one could follow him. Shortly after, he stopped somewhere where he could have a good vantage point to view the situation below and saw Edo Lazarus lying on the ground covered with arrowsThe staff may be broken, but I hope she can still salvage from it. If she could, then it can give us a huge advantage later. And Lazarus, it was nice working for you, and good riddance.He stood a few seconds as he saw Lazarus lifeless body then took off as he rushed forward to his next objective.

Edo-Sasha

Edo-Sasha had already began to move, daggers in her hands, as if to deflect the arrows, when Edo-Lazarus virtually tackled her, shielding her. Her back went up at once when he said about someone protecting her.

"I protect myself, you git" she said, but her voice wasn't harsh, as she knelt beside him, rather it was soft. "You fool. I don't want anyone dying for me, so you better bloody snap out of it, or I will kill you myself" now her voice almost sounded thick, as if with emotions.

"You can't annoy me anymore, at any time, if you're dead, you stupid, blubbering, idiot!" She pounded on his chest, hard, over his heart, some brutal form of CPR.

Penny knelt beside her, even though Edo-sasha didn't know her name. "I can burn the wounds, and then you're not just pumping the blood out of him" She didn't wait for Edo-Sasha, for penny had recognised that this wasn't her sister, Edo-Sasha flinched at the sudden flames, but she didn't move.

"Damn men, thinking that we need protection..." Edo-Sasha cursed, as she began the pounding once more.

Penny rose, watching Mayt.

Jarvis

how did one explain a piggy back? "I hold you on my back, your arms around my neck, legs around my waist. Like being carried, backwards" Jarvis tried to explain.

He didn't have enough time to even act as the arrows came towards them, as Amelia used her magic to defend them. As the Spirit, the soul, the...memory of the woman appeared, Jarvis nevertheless shifted to stand in front of Amelia protectively.

"yes, and who are you?" he asked, without any Malice, for obviously this was one of Amelia's spirits.

Master Jamie

Jamie gave a chuckle at the Questions and replied "Not as often as you would think. It's been a really eventful day. And If I die from this little scratch, then I am not fit to be the Master of this Guild. I'll be fine, Fleo. You don't have to worry"

She watched as Damian worked on Angelica. "You may not have seen those cuffs before. They are magic-preventor cuffs. In other words, they stop her from using her magic. I'm going to make sure that she doesn't escape this time"

As Damian reintroduced himself to the new members, Jamie let out a soft sigh.

Edo-Jamie

Edo-Jamie didn't hesitate, instead, they automatically became to attack Pen. Pen brought out a Lacrima, and Edo-Jamie moved smoothly, catching it before it could smash against the ground. she rolled it smoothly into one of several pockets within his robes, bringing up their sword they slashed a blow, and expected it to miss, which it did.

Again, as Pen drew out another Lacrima, this time throwing it fast, and to the side, Edo-Jamie moved smoothly, and swiftly, catching it before it could smash, and once more it disappeared into a pocket. They spun quickly, blocking a blow from Pen.

On, and on, it went. Edo-Jamie catching the Lacrima, defending blows and swinging their own towards the Mad, red headed man. Until the last lacrima, which Jamie just missed. Perhaps it was the blood on their hands, after scoring a hit on Pen. Maybe it had just been too fast.

But the Lacrima smashed, and the earth shook. The castle's very foundations seemed to quake, and cracks formed in the walls, the roof. The floor seemed to shatter, and Edo-Jamie stumbled. The magic seemed over, and carefully, Jamie rose as Pen charged him.

From then, it was a battle of swords, skill and wit. Some of the blows were too fast to see, but all were blocked.

Sasha

Sasha didn't have a chance to stop Edo-Lazarus, and she didnt want to leave Liana and Edo Trimtiy. As the arrows rained down, she had her deagon form, protect them from all sides, even if none reached them she didn't want to take any chances.

Her eyes landed on Lazarus and saw him get attacked. Again, she could t do anything, for fear of leaving Liana and Edo-Trinity helpless

Sayuri and Edolas Sayuri

Edo-Sayuri hopped off Tsuki drawing one blade just in case and nodding at her mentor as he ran off probably to check on whatever plans he had. She scratched Tsuki for a few seconds before the leigon flew off as she was fairly uncomfortable with the number of people around. She lookes around and notices the Princess standing by another white legion with two others. Walking over she nods to the Princess, "Are you willing to allow me to stay as a Comander? You'll need people the soldiers know and while I've not been a commander long I do have those loyal to me," She looks up,
"Speaking of here's one of my subordinates."

A leigon lands next to them, "Commander Sayuri! What's happened here?" Mina jumps off and lands next to Edo-Sayuri. Sayuri turns to Mina, "Hello there Mina. I would like to introduce Princess Liana. Or would that now be Queen Liana. I would figure The Queen has been taken out of the picture?"

Suddenly Sayuri drops down next to the small group, "So your this worlds me huh? I don't exactly... Approve of your style but who am I to say anything. I'm not exactly from here now am I?"

Zenoram/Zero and Hemlock

When the female gave him the look Hemlock simply closed his eyes and nodded. He got why she would have such a look of sadness. Still he couldn't explain the feeling. Not very well at least. Still he remained silent as the two began to shake Zenoram awake.

"Hm?" The young boy rolled over at the first attempts. However, soon began to rise as at Mithera's continued trying combined soon with Karn. "It's time to get up already?" He asked is a low somewhat tired tone.

"Yup... Looks like the power naps over.
"Booooo..."

Still the young man got to his feet. Zenoram was in control, which meant Karn and Mithera would be spared Zero's attitude.

"Zero. Zenoram. Get ready. We'll be taking them home." Hemlock said before turning his attention back to Karn. "And don't worry. I'll remain above the clouds and the female can fly you two downward from there. I merely wish to make sure you make it safely without wasting too much energy." He explained before begin to walk over them out of the cave.

Edolas-???

During the time right before the Anima was activated. The cloaked figure defined as Wizard X watched the fighting under the building silently blending into the shadows. Watching as the Council's little captured wizard managed to escape under all the little destruction the two parties caused. Having not much other choice, Wes activated the Anima. Quite perfect, everything was going according to plan. Unfortunate for Edolas, but they at least didn't have to deal with magic just quite yet.

As the large light glowed brilliantly as a pillar was shot to the sky, several Phoenix Wing members being pulled in. Quickly, the figure jumped from their shadowy hiding place and lept into the light.

A smooth ride overall, and their landing was quite perfect. Although they were forced to deal without magic. Unfortunate, but not required for why they were here. Cloaked in black, the masked wizard walked through the foreign land and into a town. Looking over maps and books to get to where they needed to go. Luckily, they were in the capital. Perfect. Although they were unsure where exactly to go, the Capital was a good way to start. After all, trouble seems to always start at the biggest city.

Finding a soldier that broke off from the others, the masked wizard pulled them into a alley and firmly knocked them out. Quickly taking the armor and switching places before taking the place of a single footsoldier. No one important to stand out, and too low for anyone important to bother with. For now, they'd play the part as they researched the world and the current political enviroment. At one point, guarding a man named Pen's quarters while he was out flying off somewhere on a giant lizard.

But of course the disguised wizard was going to enter. And after rummaging around, found what they were looking for. Ah! Perfect! Those silly little balls that gave returned magic. For now though, they would simply eat it and continue playing the role until the time was right. The return trip now basically set up.

The Karn look alike examined the glowimg Lacrima between their fingers and gave a soft hum before turning the emerald gaze to the lifeless figure. "Sorry, but I can't take any chances of you returning. After all, I need you for something else. Consider it a way of you disappearing, rather than your friends thinking you're just dead. Though doubtful you'll ever meet again." 'Karn' said with a grin before gingerly trailing a finger along the body's forehead in a quick writing form. Purple letters appearing.

"Ash." they whispered, watching the corpse suddenly turn completely into ash before the copied Karn waved their hand. "Wind." they whispered and a brief gust of wind blew, blowing the ashes away and scattering them to the sky. Like mere dust in the wind.

Rolling their shoulders, 'Karn' slipped the Lacrima into their jacket before walking down the halls in a soft hum. Mission accomplished. No need to be here now. Suppose they'd hang around with the little Phoenix hatchlings for a bit until returning home. Karn was the perfect disguise as well. None of the Edolas members knew him, and the Earthlanders knew him enough to know he was going to join the Guild, but didn't really know him very much. Most haven't even spoken to him. If they knew him well enough, they might of been able to see the different magical wavelength but they didn't. Of course there were other occurrences they could be found out, like some wacko decides to try suck magic out of them or some Mage with nullify is around, but either way, it will be interesting.

Walking back outside, the blonde hummed a little before face brightening up as they bounded outside the palace but almost tripped over their feet in their excitement. "Don't fall.. Don't fall!" 'Karn' spoke as they waved their arms panicky before catching themselves and catching their breath.

Lazarus

He had made it over to the landed legion. "Pull them out Sasha." He was referring to the arrow heads embedded in his skin still. "Freeze over the wound to stop any infection for now... please now!" He was in pain. The arrow heads were rigged as well, meaning a lot of tissue would come out if pulled from the body. He winced. "I still need to fight... please do this for me..." His eyes were attracted over to a body on the ground. It was his counterpart. "Oh. I see." He was sad.

Edo-Lazarus

His body was now stone cold, but patched up.

He folded his arms, watching everyone rushing around his body. Nobody could hear him, or see him, despite him trying. "Stop that... You people hate me... you hate me Sasha... despite my love for you. Let me go..." Nobody responded to him. He could only assume he was stuck as an astral spirit for now. Perhaps his time wasn't up after all. He closed his eyes, and tried to imagine himself back into the body lying on the ground. 'move.... move.... MOVE!' He thought so hard. A single finger of Edo-Lazarus' body twitched. He opened his eyes, but was still watching everyone tend to his body... he tried again and again and again... with the same result. There just wasn't enough for him left in this life to cling onto life for he guessed.

Mayt

Mayt yelled at the men again. "Go! Leave and tell your friends if your mess with Phoenix Wing or those working with them you'll end up like him!" He relaxes his posture as the guards ran off, and he looked at Josh. "Kill one to make an example, and the rest will follow without question. Brutal, but it makes your point clear. We shouldn't have to deal with them again." He looked as the last ones disappeared, before dropping his sword and falling to one knee, gasping for breath. "Hell... Almost ripped myself in two doing that." He squeezed his eyes shut, before grabbing his sword and standing up, sheathing it.

"Edolas Master Jamie went up into the palace if I remember right. You can go help him if you want, but personally I need to stay here. My stomach hurts." Mayt limped a few steps over to the wall, and leaned against it. "I don't think we've been formally introduced. I'm... Mayt" He looked up for a moment, wondering why it had taken him a moment to remember his name. Probably the memory influx. "And you are...?" He held out his hand. On his opposite hand his glove had burned off when he had set the man ablaze. Though his hand was fine, his navy blue guild mark on the back of it was clearly visible, marking him as the Phoenix Wing member he was.

Earthland

Mithera

Mithera gave a slight sigh of displeasure as Hemlock referred to here simply as 'female'. Though, she guessed it was better than other things he could of called her. She gently motioned her head for Zenoram to come with as she followed the dragon out of the cave. As they got outside, she shook herself, trying to wake up. She looked over at Hemlock when he came to a stop, doing the same. Speaking quietly, she made a simple observation to him. "I could probably make it back to where we're going on my own, less likely with a passenger but it wouldn't be out of the question. Two though, I couldn't do that. We'd get most of the way there however."

Melina

Melina shrugged at James' comment, reclining once she took her seat. "Well, you made need to rest, but I made a profit on magic power personally, seeing as I had almost none when the fighting started." She chuckled, and smiled at James a bit. "The last thing I expected to come across today was a bunch of Phoeni Wingers attacking the magic council, of all things. While I wasn't going to do the dumb thing and attack like you did, I was going to get into that library anyhow. Thanks for helping with that, by the way. And now I get to find out if your guild library happens to have anything on my magic."

[Joshua Tamashii]

Joshu and Amelia

"But what of that man's family? Now they have to suffer because you lost your temper." Joshua said in response to Mayt's reasons for killing the commander. No matter how noble the man's intentions might have been, Joshua wouldn't condone kill especially with some people close by. To point this out, he pointed to Jarvis and Amelia, with Amelia being the particular person he was pointing to."You shouldn't kill in front of children who are a part of our guild."

Sighing, he somewhat reluctantly shook the man's hand.
"Joshua."

Rika meanwhile, looked up at Jarvis and smiled gently.
"My name is Rika Ryuga. I'm one of the spirits under Miss Amelia's command. Among her spirits, I'm known as the Shrine Maiden, since that is what I was in life. I can use Barrier, Exorcism, and Healing magic. I needed to train in all three." She said.

"Thank you for helping us Rika. IF you hadn't, we might not be talking like this." Amelia said. She was obviously much for comfortable takling to her spirits then to the living.

Edo-Sasha

How long were you meant to go, before it was fruitless? She had no idea. She just figured it was best to mimic the heart beating. But why was she doing it? Was it even worth it?

She didn't want the stupid man to die because of her. She didn't want anyone to die because of her. Not when she could protect herself. And certainly not someone not apart of her guild.

Why had he even done it?

She barely knew him. And what she did know was more annoying then anything else. Surely, she wasn't worth someone killing themselves for her. She slipped, caught herself, and didn't realise she was crying until her vision blurred as she tried to returning to the CPR.

Sasha

As Lazarus came to her, demanding the arrows be taken out, she flinched, not wanting to cause him any pain. "hold on. I'm not rippig you apart to take the arrows out" she bit her lip, thinking. Would it do less damage pushing them out then pulling?

She didn't know.

But she was sure pulling the arrows out might risk them having the heads left behind. This was going to hurt Lazarus no matter what she did. She bit her lip, and then she very careful moved one of the arrows, turning it slightly to make sure it wasn't lodged anywhere in bone, and then she very carefully began to take it out. If there was any sign of resistance, she stopped, and shifted the arrow slightly.

When it was out, she quickly covered the wound with ice. And then did the same with the others. It made her feel sick, knowing she was hurting Lazarus and knowing that she might be doing more damage then good.

Penny

Penny rose, looking about, seeing Mayt fighting, clearly using the new skills he had, at least here in Edolas. He seemed alright, so for now, Penny kept watch, making sure that there wasn't any more soldiers approaching.

What had been happening? It seemed like so many things seemed to be happening that it was hard to keep up with it.

She saw a figure nearly fall, and wasn't too sure who they were. Friend or foe. It was so hard to tell in this world. As Mayt fellt to one knee, she started towards him, but he seemed to be okay. She hesitated, and called out "are you okay?"

Jarvis

Jarvis nodded, satisfied that Amelia was in no danger from this spirit. He looked ahead, at the fighting wincing at Mayts actions. He sighed heavily, shifting so Amelia couldn't clearly see what was happening. Wondering if it was too late to spare her that.

"thank you for helping us then. Arrows are nasty, and something I haven't had to deal with much" Jarvis said.

Liana

As Edi-Sayuri tried to introduce her she merely said "I haven't yet ascended my throne. It's still just Liana" she said excuse me, and moved asked.

Liana approached Mayt and Joshua, foguring she was safe to do so. She iverheard what Joshua said about the mans family and she spoke up, with confidence, saying "the mans family will not suffer.i will not see any of my people suffering under my reign. You do not need to worry. I never thought this would be a peaceful approach to my rightful throne"

Karn

Interacting: Mithera, Zenoram/Zero, Hemlock

Karn slowly nodded at Hemlock's words, smiling brightly as a muzzle could before transforming back into his human form. Standing and stretching his slender body a bit before coughing a little bit. It was small, but it still stung a little. But brushing it off like nothing, the blonde continued to smile happily.

"Awesome, I get to fly with a real dragon and a amazing dragon slayer. Best day ever!" Karn chirped happily as he followed the two reptiles out of the cave, already seeming wide awake and perky. The rest having done some good for him before he looked at Mithera.

"If it makes it easier, I can turn into a smaller animal that doesn't weigh so much. Or fly myself." he suggested, not really wanting to burden his friend(in his mind at least).

Then he looked to Zenoram. "Have you and Zero been off the mountain many times?" he asked curiously.

Edolas-???"Karn"

As 'Karn' looked around as he saw the other people, he turned his head as Penny called him. Face beaming brightly at the sight, the blonde cheerfully shot his arms in the air, waving them wildly as he tried bolting over. "Firebird!!! Hiiiiii----- ack!!!" the blonde started saying cheerfully, before fully face planting to the ground.

It only took a few moments however, as the blonde got back up and continued the excited and cheerful movement closer to the red haired wizard. Before happily glomping the fire wizard in a huggle.

"So you and Swordboy are here! I've been looking everywhere. I was worried Ya know?" 'Karn' chirped cheerfully, rubbing some dirt and cuts on his face from the fall before looking to Mayt.

".....He gets hurt a lot." he started before cheerfully looking to Penny. Excitement obviously evident in his emerald gaze. "Sosohow areyou? Areyouokay? Iseveryoneelseokay? Therewasalotofnoise, andarmorpeopleand thingsandexplosionsandthunderandthings! Didyoufindthatpersonyouwerelookingfor?TheotherGravomaersonbluehairedpersonthatweneededthebookforsomethingaboutEdolas?" 'Karn' rapid fired questions all the while smiling and slightly hopping up and down in place.

The sun loomed overhead as it continued to heat the thin cloth that Saito was using to keep his newfound hair out of his eyes. He had come many miles from his home in the far-east to this country that he was told was full of mages. Almost instinctively Saito looked to his staff and the keys that hung there, they had become almost second nature for him as if they were an extension of himself a real safety net in this new world that he had decided to throw himself into.

A loud argument brought his attention back to the present, it appeared that an argument in a local pub found its way outside creating a clatter for all to hear. Indeed this was a difference place from his homeland and so confusing too. Saito pulled the map he was given from the inn keeper of the town in the hope, as futile as he knew it was, that he could find his way around. As he wandered around aimlessly looking for any signs of where he was supposed to go another noise caught his attention, it seemed that a group of people were gathering and doing something in the back of an alley way.

’Perhaps they know where I’m looking for?’

As he approached a large group turned and started to walk towards him as if their business was concluded and almost seemed shocked to see him standing between them and the only path out of the alley.

”Excuse me, gentlemen, I am new in town and I was wondering if you could help me my way around?”

One man stepped forward, the apparent leader of the group, and let out a slight chuckle at the sight of Saito,

”Well would ya’ get a look at this boys, looks like we’ve got ourselves a tourist here…", the group gave out similar disconcerting comments.

”Uh…yes I am a tourist and I am looking for something and I was hoping that I might get some help in finding something…”

The group began ominously circling Saito, causing every muscle in his body to tense up. Whatever he had hoped would happen he could tell was about to turn ugly. In the distance Saito spied what the group was doing before he showed up. The crumpled form of their first victim lay on the ground with everything that he had strewn around him.

”I do not want any trouble…and I would prefer not to fight.”

”Well then, if you don’t wanna fight then hand over everything that you have.”
Saito stood silent, knowing that he didn’t have anything save for his keys and he certainly wasn’t going to give those up. As he stood the group pulled out various bludgeoning tools, they had no idea what they were about to get into.

”So…not talking huh? Let’s see if you feel like talking after you get roughed up a bit!

Before he had finished talking the leader let loose a might down swing with his relatively thick chunk of wood aimed straight for his head, Saito only dipped his head. The deafening sound of shattering wood echoed through alley with a sickening sound and as Saito picked his head up he saw the color from his attackers faces. It was only a moment later after he had thoroughly roughed up the hooligans that attempted to rob him that he held the leader of the group by the shirt collar,

”Now you will tell me what I want to know…tell me where the guild of the Phoenix’s Wing is.”

Lazarus

He clenched his muscles, narrowing his eyes and grinding his teeth as she removed the arrows. "Fu...." He held his tongue. After they were out she froze his wounds, which surprisingly also hurt. He cursed loudly. He didn't blame Sasah, she was just helping. They didn't exactly have time to be worrying about it either. "So why is happening right now? Surely it isn't over yet?" He looked at her seriously.

Edo-Lazarus

Penny and seared his wounds, and edo-Sasha was still giving his lifeless body CPR. He spoke, but nobody would hear him. "Stop crying now... You're strong." He smiled, placing his astral hand on her shoulder. She wouldn't feel anything except perhaps and slight cool touch. Lazarus tried once again to wake up from this state of limbo. He concentrated, with everything. "God dan it move yourself lazarus!!!!! You love that woman!!! You're going to wine and dine the shit out of her!!!! NOW I WILL FUCKING MOVE!!!" He clenched everything and strained his entire astral body. Everything flashed white in his vision.
A moment of silence passed.
The scrunching of leather was heard. It came from edo-Lazarus' glove. His hand curled into a fist, and a single faint heartbeat would be felt by edo-sasha.

Edolas

Trin considered the recommendation. Sasha wss certainly capable of protecting Liana, so the princess would be in good hands. And...

She worried.

Trin nodded softly and gave Liana an affectionate nuzzle against her forehead. "Stay safe." She separated from the princess and made her way into the castle, following Jamie at a distance.

When Jamie found Pen, Trinity made her way into other sections of the castle, not wanting to distract Master in a fight. She had to find her way up, where she saw Karn go. It was a ways to go, but a dancer's body is strong. She could make it, but would anything interrupt her?

Penny

Penny was about to say something when 'Karn' glomped her in a hug. It throw her off, because as far as she knew, Karn was back in Earthland, back home safe. Fear spread through her suddenly, as she wondered if everyone from the guild, everyone who had been in the Magic Council buildings were here.

Did she have to worry about everyone?

But she frowned suddenly, stepping back. Karn usually called her Fira. He had, once or twice called her. And he normally called Mayt Mayty. Something did seem right about his behaviour either, yes, Karn was very energetic, and was a tad goofy, but nothing to this extant.

Was this the Edolas version of Karn? But then, how would he know who they were? So it couldn't be. Which meant that this did have to be Earthland Karn.

yet it just didn't seem right.

"Everything's fine. But how are you here? I thought you were outside the building, I thought you were safe" Even though she figured that karn was older then he looked, he just seemed so much like a child, or young teen that a part of her wanted to protect him, and her voice showed that Concern.

Sasha sighed softly, wishing she had adequate first aid supplies to be able to bind the wounds properly. She looked about them, but couldn't see far, the legion in her way. "I think it's mostly over. Edolas Master Jamie appears to have gone to fight Pen. we just have to keep Liana safe" it was then that she saw that Liana was near, and she began to [panic, darting around the Legion to look for the Princess.

She relaxed slightly when she saw her with Mayt and Joshua, and then her eyes went wide as she saw Penny.

Edo-Sasha

Edo-Sasha pulled back as she felt the faint beat, saw his fingers move. She leaned back on her heels, watching, and angry at herself, she dashed away the tears. She would be mortified if anyone knew, if the stupid git knew she had been crying.

She crouched, waiting for any other sign that she had suceeded.

Jayce/Location: Cliff side Overlooking Edolas

Jayce narrowly avoided taking a lightning bolt to the face as Angelo started firing lightning bolts at the cannon, ducking back over the side of the cliff as he heard the air pop with the heat of the electricity. Cursing bad timing on both his and Angelo's fault, Jayce racked his brain for a plan to dispatch the guards without putting the hostage at risk. They were at an advantage not only in numbers, but they also had a captive they could injure or kill if he fought. Taking a deep breath as his hair started to stand on end from the built-up static in the air, Jayce quickly touched a bit of the rock wall with his artificial arm.

"The rock is fairly smooth around here...the impact from the cannon being set down doesn't seem to have shaken up the cliff at all. Maybe...just maybe..." he thought as he cooked up a plan. Reaching into the pouch on his belt with his left hand, he pulled out a small spherical lacrima that looked almost like a perfectly round rock, a slate grew color with various speckles of brown coating its surface. Loading it into his arm, a soft hum emanated from it, before rocks and pebbles from the top and sides of the cliff started to gather towards it, collectively sticking to the golden arm. After a few moments, the arm was encased in a thick rock layer all around it, making the whole thing roughly double its normal size. Taking a firm grip on the side of the cliff, Jayce slammed his fist into the side of the cliff, causing the whole thing to start to shake, and causing a fairly massive crack to form as the rock cracked under the force. With one final punch, Jayce shook the very foundation of the cliff, barely able to hold his grip as the land structure shook. "...Just gotta hope Sparky can hit a standing target."

Nori/Location: Train Carriage

Nori whined slightly as Trinity pet her, before the spider dog yawned, quickly turning about in her seat three teams before she lied down, closing her massive red eyes.

Mayt nodded when Josh shook his hand, letting go after a moment and looking over at Penny, yelling just loud enough for her to hear. "I'm alright, just too cocky for my own good." He smirked a little, but it turned into an unhappy frown when he saw Karn. He remembered telling him to keep an eye on Melina, meaning if he was here, she was probably there too. He pushed himself off the wall with a grunt. "Joshua, I never said what I did was right. I just said it was effective." His voice seemed a little different, sadder, but at the same time not seeming to care much, and he coughed, wheezing a little as he made his way over to Penny and Karn slowly, holding his stomach.

"Karn! How the hell did you end up here? I told you to stick with Melina! Which I assume you did, which means she's probably here too, which is the exact opposite of good." He managed to get up to the two as he said this, his chest heaving. "That's someone I do not want in a world that has no magic, even if that Chi thing Edolas Damian was using is as good as it looked." There was concern on his face, and he leaned heavily on Penny, holding her shoulder fairly firmly. "On another tangent, where's the other Karn? Wasn't he around?" He started to look around, standing up straight slowly. His posture was slightly different from his usual one, more composed, but at the same time a little more threatening.

Earthland

Mithera looked over and Karn, and gently moved her head over. "Karn, I actually meant from here. If he's going to fly us over Magnolia like I think he is, I should be fine." Her voice was soft, and she gently pushed her snout against the transformation's stomach, rubbing gently. "It's sweet of you to offer though, but you don't have to worry about me." She pulled her head back, nodding slightly to Karn, before turning back for the Dragon's response, and instructions.

Sighing in relief, Fleo finished securing the dusty bandages to her guild master's wound and stepped back. “Worrying! Gotcha, won't do that.” She willed the construct to hold together, which was difficult with her heart still pounding. If she allowed her creation to disintegrate, Jamie's blood would be free to run loose once more, which in fact worried Fleo very much.

Nevertheless, she felt obliged to step back and breath deeply. Her eyes slipped shut, and she timed the heaving of her chest to be in line with the beats of her heart, which reverberated in her throat. One! Two! Three! Four. Five. Six...seven......eight. Her eyelids fluttered open, and her consternation had subsided. Mercifully, her dust craft had remained in one piece. Fleo allowed herself to fall back on the nearest bar stool, smiling a faint smile. “Good to meet you, S-class Blades Magic Damian Gerard. I don't know what comes next, but I know I'll be along with you all for the ride. I don't remember if I told you all this or not, but I am Fleo Plector, an A-class sorceress. Surprisin', right? Who woulda thought that Dust magic was good for anythin' but making museum pieces look authentic?” Her magenta eyes held a glimmer of humor, but nothing on the level of full trust. If Damian really did suspect that she was keeping a secret, it would still be some time before he might be made privy to it. “If we're going after the council, and they're really corrupt, I'll be there to wash away their evils with the sand of time. Before that, but after you're rested, I might take you up on sparring!”

She held a bandage-embalmed hand up and declared, “Dust Craft: Blade of Phoenix Wing.” In her hand materialized a sword that appeared to be a near-perfect copy of Damian's Ares blade, just as she remembered it, except for the colors of course. As they watched, however, she let the replica crumble to mere dust, and winced. ”You'd have to go easy on me though, Mr. S-Class.”

Angelo moved quickly looking around for the cannons main control or a power source something he could screw with that will blow the damn thing to bits. Angelo moved around quickly knowing his time was running low on his zues form and he only had so many berries on him to continue using. Angelo soon found himself running looking through each passageway until a group of assassins started blocking his way which meant he was going in the right direction "out of my way!" Angelo called out and he charged them but while they didn't have magic they did have weapons that could keep Angelo at a distance so Angelo had to pick his moments as he avoided the weapons being slashed at him from different directions...

As the two wizards questioned him, 'Karn' hummed a little, seeming to slightly pout as Penny moved away but brushed it off. Though he pouted more at Mayt's words about Melina and he slightly rocked back and forth on his heels, fingers fiddling together softly in mild embarrassment.

"Well, I was worried. Musical ran in not long after you two, as well as Lizardo. Then not long, MechaArm bolted inside as well. Shieldo was with Bloody, so I thought since he's a big nice strong person, he could keep Bloody company. So I followed, turned into a bird and flapped my way inside. Then a giant white pillar hit and I sorta got caught up in it after MechaArm." 'Karn' explained, pouting a little more as he recalled that Mayt had told him to stay.

"Sorry.... I didn't mean to disobey." he said softly with a frown before face soon brightening in a curious smile as Mayt mentioned another Karn.

"There's another me here?! Wow, we could be twins. Like Siamese cats. And sing duets, and bake together. By the way, this place has really yummy cake." 'Karn' said cheerfully before frowning a little as he thought for a moment. "Mhmm but most of the people here didn't seem to want to talk to me." he mused softly before looking to Mayt with concern.

Emerald eyes blinking a little as he examined the injured wizard, he frowned a little. "Are you okay? Shouldn't you rest? It looks like you haven't had the best of time here." he asked.
