Michael

Michael narrowed his eyes at the stranger. There was a way of taking them away, but it wasn't something Michael wanted to ask his spirits. He glanced away as Uriel spoke to him. It seemed he couldn't stay and deal with this, right then. But he could still leave balthazar.

He retreated without a word, jogging over to where Uriel was with Prince, and a phoenix wing member. "Why won't you accept the healing?" but Michael suspected that Prince was unconscious, and probably didn't hear what Michael had sad. Worried, he knew they needed to stop the bleeding. Almost at once, Uriel reached over, and burned the wounds with what appeared to be white flame but was rather light.

Michael didn't know if that was a good idea, but he couldn't stop his spirit in time. "Please don't die, Prince" He said softly, laying a hand just above one of the punctures, as if he could heal it just by will alone.

Gabriel

Gabriel didn't respond to Ike. What would be the point? To him, the very point that he was required to change without anyone else changing was demanding. You couldn't expect change without changing yourself. That was something Gabriel had learned, what seemed several life times ago. If that made him appear difficult, well, he couldn't change that.

He sighed, and leaving the stands behind, Gabriel made his way to the infirmary, figuring that Thor would be there being treated for what she had received in the event. It was simple enough to simply be there. Sometimes, feeling that there was someone there waiting, to be there when you woke, could mean a lot. And it was something he could do, without having to ask for help right then.

Although the medical staff wasn't letting him in, just yet, Gabriel could still watch and wait.

Jamie

Jamie watched, more then ready to jump into the fray again, but Jackie seemed to know what to do. Shaking her head at Angelo, Jamie said "You aren't having any time alone with her, Angelo. Why seek revenge now for her attacking you, and start the cycle up again? Be sensible, and stop seeking a confrontation" Jamie's words were soft, more weary then anything else.

I wasn't going to do anything drastic just break her leg, but I know your right. You can't seriously expect me to forgive her for ambushing me though. Ferrin Astra ~ Ruins of the Bone Dome

Well.

That was...unexpected.

Ferrin had had but a second's warning before the inner dome burst into necrotic engergy, flying stone, fire, and water. He felt the magic gather, an in that moment, he knew he was in trouble. Before even making a conscious desision to do so, he put up a hasty Aether Shield and braced himself. The force for the impact of the various magical and physical projectiles set him back a few feet. But as he luck would have it, a large piece of stone broke the shield, and struck him in the head.

Which hurt.
A lot.

Ferrin vaguely realized he was on his back, and took a moment to marvel at the pretty lightshow. He tried to get up, but the ground decided to hit him with an uppercut to the head, and he was flat on his back again. He took a moment to lie there until the pounding in his head resolved itself to mere agony. Eventualy, he recovered enough to think clearly. "Lets see. Two arms. Check. Two legs. Check. A body. Check. A head?

Thump. Thump.

Check. I guess I'm more or less whole. Huzzah. After this, he gathered himself, and got to his feet. "I always knew I had a hard head." He said to no one in particular. He check the injury, and it seemed to be only bump and a scrap. It was bleeding profusely, like any head injury. He poked at it, and winced as it stung. He rummaged through his pockets, until he found some ointment that was suppsed to help stop the bleeding. He scooped some, gingerly dabbed it on, wincing again, then he took a looked around.

He found a shadowy dome had replaced the bone one, and a large shadow beast (fuck-- again?!) Had replaced the old one, but as he watched, it was under assault by a group of light mages, who were also getting rid of the shadow dome. I guess I'll lend a hand again. But this time, with more finesse. Ferrin sighed and brought up his magic. "Lux Illumina." He wispered. A bright sphere of silver light shone into existence, and at a gesture from him, flew up, and hit the apex of the dome before bursting, pucturing a hole and the light magic started eating away at the edges, like fire on paper. Unless it was stopped, it would destroy enough of the spell to cause the whole thing to dipasitate. The resaulting sunlight, Ferrin hoped, should majorly weaken the beast.

He strode over to where the inner dome had been, and took stock of the people there. "Are you all okay?" He asked, then he noticed that the crazy lich was gone. "Does anyone know was that all about, or where that asshat went?"

Jack Goran|Dragon Fang Hotel

Jack stepped back and turned to Jackie. "Even with the additional healing, you still shouldn't be up and about so much, Jackie. And Angelo, if you wish to prove yourself better than her, let go of the past and move on, let go of petty grudges. Otherwise, it could be said you are no better than she is." Turning to Jamie, he approached her and embraced her in a hug. "What I said yesterday was the product of anger and concern for Jackie. I hope you can forgive me for it."

"Prince?" She had only glanced at the two that had approached. Apparently, they had some healing power to them, but Prince was being stubborn. "Prince, I need you to tell me what was hurting you earlier. Just when Karn went berserk, you also seemed to be experiencing pain." Dammit, was he even conscious to hear her anymore? "Prince!"

Dammit. Uriel wasn't using magic, to Prince's request, but why? They were still trying to heal him, but it was questionable if it was working. Even if they could mend his wounds, the ebb of his vital energy would loose his soul if they could not restore it soon enough. She could do it, using her Love Arrow, but to do it without straining him, she would have to draw from her own. Vital energy to replenish vital energy.

She hesitated, before looking up at the other two healers. "I'm trying something. You'd better save him."

That said, the minstrel stood and took a step back. "エナジイマーク、活力。" For this spell, she took a rather suggestive pose, her arms crossed over her body. One hand on her shoulder, the other on her hip. She slid them toward each other, and her hands transition from crossing her torso to pulling across each others forearms and wrists and palms and fingers to fingertips, until just the tips of her middle and ring fingers. Right palm in, left palm out.

Just a little, now. I need this man to live so I can help Karn. I also believe his life will, in itself, help Karn stay strong.

Slowly, carefully, a small green sphere of energy formed in front of her. She pushed her left palm into the sphere and grabbed it, swinging her right hand to clasp over the back of the first without breaking contact. "Arrow Magic, Love Arrow." The green energy lengthens and takes the shape of an arrow. Normally red and trimmed with gold, this one is a deep green and the heart-shaped citrine tip is encrusted with a little ruby. She moved to stand over Prince, and she dropped it at him, letting gravity do the shooting.

"Don't put my effort to waste, Claire."

NOLAN and DALTON

The poor guy simply stood there frozen with fear as the woman simply didn't let up on all the damn touching! It's like she wanted to watch him...wait, a minute...DID SHE JUST CALL HIM A CUTIE?! Dear god above why was his life a freaking romantic comedy?! Was he in some romance novel where the protagonist has a harem of women and he has to pick one though the sick twist is that he was afraid of every single one of them? Life was just so cruel...so, so cruel.

"Humina humina humina humina humina..." Nolan was seemingly saying something though it really was just incoherent, mumbling jumble. The mage couldn't even speak properly just because of this random woman made him more than extremely uncomfortable. He was as stiff as a board and certainly had the social skills as one when it came to talking to women, especially when they flirt with him.

"Snap out of it Nolan!" Dalton punched the back of Nolan's head hard enough to jerk it forward, causing the young man's face to be much closer to the face of the woman.

His face flushed again and he quickly pulled himself away from her. Nolan's eyes adverted hers and he shoved his hands in his pockets. "Nolan Waltz, God Slayer of a Phoenix Wing...and that's Dalton." He motioned his head towards the flying thug feline next to him.

"Hello pretty lady." The purple feline said with a sly grin and a soft purr.

@Caits
FERRIS

"And this event has finally reached its conclusion! Pyrra of Rider's Blade had bested Zephyr and will bring her guild ten points! What else can we expect from the rest of the matches today? We'll leave that to our very own games master! Ferris said with his usual charisma to keep the masses excited. He leaned back and turned his microphone off to look at Jess with a smirk. "Well you seem to be enjoying it. Perhaps that's why you want to keep an eye on me?" He chuckled and leaned forward towards the mic in case he would have commentate on whatever Sheldon does.

Master Jamie
@Zarkun
"Sometimes, Angelo, forgiveness is all you can do. And that makes it the hardest thing in the world" Jamie replied to Angelo, watching as Jack approached her, curious at what he would do. As he embraced her, she allowed herself to relax. "I already have, Jack. I know what it is to want to protect your family" Jamie returned the hug, and gave a soft sigh, wishing she could simply call it a day.

Jamie could rely on Jack, she knew, but there were some things she even struggled to share with Jarvis. One fear she dreaded contemplating. "I wasn't the best, yesterday, either." Jamie broke the hug, to check that Amelia was alright, suspecting she had done something.

Jarvis

It was Jarvis that decided this was pointless, standing around watching someone die because they didn't want to be healed, when there was the option. It was pointless. So he took out a lacrima that was filled with healing magic, one he had difficulty making because of the requirements involved, but Jarvis was willing to use it in this case.

He merely took Prince's hand, and cupped the small ball in it.

Jessie
@hatakekuro
"What, for being felt up?" Jessie replied cheekily, leaning back in her chair, her mic already off, as Sheldon appeared to be busy and the event was over. She pondered for a moment, before saying "Lets grab something to eat, quickly. Or order it in again" She said, rising and stretching, before moving over to Ferris, and merely let herself lean against him.

It was nice, being able to simply do that.

Penny

Penny was in a state of half consciousness, the inbetween place of sleep and wakefulness. She wasn't really aware of where she was, although she could hear voices. Were they real, or in her head? She didn't know. One stood out from all the rest, but perhaps that was because it was within her mind. It was easy to remember that voice, easy to remember the days, evenings, sitting around a fire talking, or practicing magic.

Easy to remember the few years she spent with a father that actually cared about her.

Penelope

Penny growled, her hands curling at the use of her full name. I've read your letter, Solias the words of the letter were memorised, hours before, and the letter burned. It wouldn't do good for a randomer to stumble across the fact a phoenix was dying.

then why aren't you coming, like you promised? the voice almost sound scornful.

because I can't just leave. Because I have responsibilities. I'll be there. You just have to hang on

Penny was aware of the presence leaving her, and she seemed to sink into a deep slumber, seemed to be in some pain as she rolled on the medical bed, not appearing to actually be resting, but the room seemed hotter.

Sasha

Watching the event was nerve wracking, and Sasha after rose, as if she could catch her, when Penny fell off the platform, flinching as she was teleported to safety, but Sasha felt sick. As there seemed to be more happening, Sasha watched it all, wanting nothing more then to jump in and help, especially as Karn went rampaging. Had something happened with Edo Karn? What was going on? She started to push her way through the crowd, down the stairs to the stadium.

Grane Falo and Rune Knights| Crocus, Ivory Shadowy Dome
@Natsume Honnaji@Silvan Haven@Lunarlors34@Raijinslayer@Prince of Seraphs@Crimson Raven@Zarkun@t2wave
With everyone's attack, the shadow beast found difficulty trying to dodge the barrage of light magic that pierced it. Eventually, the beast had little room to run in as the shadow dome eventually dissipated without Shutler being able to repair it. With the dome gone, sunlight poured into the area. The beast weakened from the constant attacks, fell weak and was pushed down as it felt the sun's rays. With little to no darkness to feed from, the beast simply lied on the ground as the intense light burned it away.

The battle here was finished and the rune knights cheered. Seeing the damage as a result of the battle, Grane rose one arm above him and shouted "Arc of time". Everything that was non living in the area began to move and soon the whole place looked as if a battle never happened, almost.

Using that magic, he was able to move anything that wasn't living around. But while he used, he could sense that some portions of the ground beneath them weren't being effected. He blinked as he used his magic vision to see what was underground and noticed that bones and flesh were still lying below the dome.

Once every seemed to be cleared and back in order, Grane flew in the air "Rune knights! Assemble!" As he landed on the roof of a small building, the rune knights assembled in front of Grane as they listened to next orders them and the wizards that helped. "Knights, everyone, thank you for your help in the battle. Rune knights, question everyone in the area and report back on what happened here. I'll arrange additional orders later. For now I must go a check on what is happening below us." After his congratulations on the battle and gave his orders, the rune knights dispersed as they carried his orders. Grane jumped off the roof and onto the streets, within seconds he teleported and reappeared underground between Dawn and Nidhogg.

??? | Crocus, a random alley away from the dome
@Lunarlors34
"Okay." the masked man said and stood there. He stood silent and motionless for less than minute until he picked up Shiro's scythe and walked towards the wall that was behind Minami and Shiro. His back facing the two, he placed his hand on a brick on the wall. "Your ethernano trail shouldn't be traceable now. But don't use anything magic as we enter."

The man pressed his fingers on the brick multiple times as if there was an invisible keypad. But there probably was one since as he after pressing the brick, the wall disappeared to reveal a small room. Once they were inside, the mist outside the door disappeared as the wall reappeared. In front of them was a normal door but whole room had rune markings across it. "Now that we're inside, you both should be safe. But while we're inside, neither one of you will be able to use magic. Once you two are feeling better we can leave the safe house and contact your guild master somewhere else." Upon opening the door, they walked into a living room with a small meeting table to the side. He directed them to another room where they could rest. Without a voice of concern, but almost in demanding tone asked "Any questions or need anything?"

Karn/Edo-Karn - Prince || Crocus || Game Stadium Hallways

@Caits@CirusArvennicus@Prince of Seraphs@t2wave

Karn growled as someone else neared him and the beast snapped at her as well when she touched him, but he was much too weak to do much else. His strength had been zapped and Prince had made him too drowsy. Didn't help that he had spent about all of his energy in a short burst. So the beast ended up lying on his side, making soft growls. Eyes changing to a ethereal green color and he shook his head a bit.

"What the fuck was that?" Edo-Karn muttered as she took over, yet still remained in the Chimera form. And she wasn't exactly sure what to make of this. She was a oversized cat. Great. How much kitty litter did this thing need to use. She could hear the music still, yet this body must be too weak to react to it. Then it stopped, and she felt this form suddenly revert back to human form. She tried to move, but the body wouldn't allow it. The blonde felt groggy and sleepy and her shoulder hurt like hell along with her ribs. Bloody great. Hope that God bit it anyway cause fuck him right now in the not so nice way.

Mausu was there then, the small ten year old boy watching as most of the wizards seemed mostly to be crowded by the collateral damage the monster caused. There was still a couple wizards by the beast so he'd quickly go over. Zipping over, a bit jittery and reached down. Claws outstretched to Karn's throat. Removing the scarf and seeing the disappearing lacrima. Grabbing onto it, he pulled it, trying to remove the thing that contained powerful magic. It flashed in protest, but now was not bonded to skin as he tried unlatching the choker that held it in place.

He successfully removed it and held the lacrima in his hand, Karn started to gasp like he was choking while the Lacrima flashed as if mad. But now didn't have a way to voice her thoughts.

Prince on the other hand was more or less unconscious. He could faintly hear voices speaking to him but he could barely understand them. He felt pain, constant pain. Unsure if it was from the injuries or the attempt to heal the injuries. The feline felt energy given to him, then the pain ceasing as he felt the blood stop and the heavy injuries close up a bit. Enough for him to open his eye and feel the lacrima in his hand, in which he immediately dropped when he realized what it was.

"Ow.... if this is what it feels to be eaten alive.... hope whatever takes a bite neck aims for the throat." he chuckled, before seeming to try and force himself up. Which didn't really get him anywhere.

??? || Crocus || Game Stadium Stands

"Mhmph leaving the job to his spirit while he runs off? How irresponsible." The black haired man mused before resuming to lean against the railing, uncaring of the presence of the spirit or not.

Mayami Fuyu and Shiro Hime

@Expolar
Manami was offically impressed. First the invisible keypad on the brick wall...and now this. Whoever this guy worked for...meant business. Upon the option of resting, Manami glanced at Shiro before turning back to the man.
"I wouldn't mind a glass of water...however, Shiro will take some time to recover. Maybe if you just take me to another location I can contact Georgie there." Manami suggested as Shiro went to speak up in protest but was silenced by Manami placing a finger on her lips. She wouldn't have any of it.
"You rest...You had a rougher time than me. I can always rest later anyway, I need you fully rested to serve me well don't I?" Manami told her calmly and logically. She knew that Shiro couldn't argue with her and the icey female simply nodded in understanding.
"I understand Manami-sama...." She said with a small bow before glaring at the man. The look said everything, touch or hurt her and die, before taking her leave.
She was pretty annoyed by the fact he had taken her scythe from her and had yet to return it. Turning back to the mystery man with a sigh, Manami simply pulled out a card with the guild mark on it but all there was was static.
"We can use this to contact her...however I need you to take me to a location where I can. Georgie won't take long to get there either." Manami explained briefly. She was tired, however she would rather get this out of the way now.

Jasmine Lockwood

@Natsume Honnaji
Jasmine glanced up at the man who approached her now...she was unsure what to say. She did require help, however she was rather hesitant accepting it from a strange...Oh well, he seemed like a mage and all the mages she had met thus far had been pretty nice people! A tad weird...but still nice and kind.
"Unless you happen to have a spare dress or something for me to change into...I don't think so kind sir." She replied with a sweet smile. She accepted his outstreched hand and gave him a rather firm shake as she curtsyed back.
"Jasmine Lockwood, and you?"

Trinity Stratos

Trinity sighed softly as she saw Prince's face ease, and his breathing continue. Good. In that brief moment, she took the time to look at Karn. The reason. Who was this strange kid futzing with Karn now? He took something from his throat. Prince made a grunt as he tried to get up and Trinity turned to him, pushing him back down with her foot so she could remain standing. "Let him heal you, you stubborn fool, before I wring the life I gave you back from your body."

As she spoke, the minstrel conjured an Energy Make sphere in front of her. She squeezed it into three pieces, making spheres connected by thin lines. She was making a bola with silent molding. She then pinched the place where the lines met and pulled it into two, splitting the bola. Promptly, she stepped off a Prince and into her throw. And then she would charge him, calling her quiver and then an ice arrow, ready to shoot it with a small Energy Make bow.

Robin flashed Jasmine a soft smile as she returned his handshake and gave him a response he was hoping for. As she curtsied he nodded his head a bit and had a look of intrigue. "Robin, Robin Lowen, it's truly a pleasure to meet such a polite woman. I may not be able to give you a fresh dress but I can lend you my robe and help you find somewhere that may have one or walk you to wherever you're going." At the mention of his robe Robin slipped it off and put it over her shoulders. It was a bit heavy because of the blades but not too heavy for her he hoped. This was a much better turn of events as opposed to what he'd experienced earlier.

Ariel - Game Stadium Hallways

@Prince of Seraphs@CirusArvennicus@Burthstone@Caits
The situation seemed to calm down as it seemed Karn was running out of strength. He didn't seem to be changing though which did cause some concern. This of course caused her to switch to the Green magic again. Careful to avoid getting too close to his mouth should he try and bite again. "Karn, you need to snap out of it." Her words seemed to fall on deaf ears. Eddie took over briefly before they finally turned back to their human form.

Ariel let out a sigh of relief. The reprieve was brief though as a stranger showed up out of nowhere and retrieved something from Karn. It only took a glance for her to realize what he was trying to take. "No, give that back!" She made a grab at the choker and the boy. Her arm was not quite long enough to reach but that wasn't entirely a problem. The Green magic reacted to the action as vines shot out from her hand to ensnare the boy. Trinity seemed to have the same idea as she threw bolas made of energy. Ariel was not going to lose Karn, either of them. Should she need to give chase the Gree mage got to her feet.

Cody Bloodstein

@Zarkun@Expolar@Crimson Raven@Silvan Haven@t2wave
As the dome was finally destroyed and the shadow monsters vanquished, Cody finally let out a sigh of relief as he fell onto his knees. The bleeding from Shiro's heel seemed to have stopped somewhat now, however the pain and exhaustion from the fight started to wash over him as the rune knights seemed to be gathering the wizards.
He hadn't the energy to get up at this stage however, so he simply sheathed his sword and awaited the rune knights hauling him to his feet for questioning. How come he seemed to be a huge magnet for trouble?

Jasmine Lockwood

@Natsume Honnaji
Jasmine simply giggled in response to his reply.
"Mother and father always say that manners are of the upmost importance." She explained while still giggling. The cloak he wrapped around of her was quite heavy...a little too heavy for a girl her size to really handle. However she wasn't going to complain.
"Where I'm going?....Right me and Cody were looking for my parents." Jasmine mumbled thoughtfully as she seemed to have forgotten why her and Cody had left the hotel in the first place. She was rather scattered-brained to begin with, but her still jumbled memories didn't help either. She had no other clothes besides the clothes with her parents as well...
"If you could let me to a clothes store that would be wonderful Mr Lowen." She requested politely to the older man. It seemed like her decision to talk to him was paying off, like she thought wizards really were kind people!

Jackson "Nidhogg" DuCarthy and Dawn Daniels - Under the Domes Elizabeth Daniels, Assisting

@RaijinSlayer@Expolar Possibly @Crimson Raven

@Caits@CirusArvennicus@t2wave@Silver Fox
For those of you near Elizabeth you can just read the stuff in between the line separators.

Nidhogg finished up his snack shortly after Dawn got his bearings on his surroundings. Tossing the rest of it over his shoulder, he walked towards the young mage. The burns on his body were quickly lessening as the healing factor kicked in, Nidhogg's defense form luckily keeping everything important, like his organs, from getting damaged. The rest was easily healed, and after a few moments of pacing, it was down to a lighter burn, making his skin look rather pink in some areas. Once he felt better, Nidhogg finally decided it was time to speak, cracking his neck to make sure everything was in alignment.

"So, I'm going to beat the crap out of you because I just had a shitty day. Could've been anybody, really, but your little fire trick interrupt my chance of letting those two brownosing brats know exactly what I think about orders from our guildmaster." Nidhogg spit out the word like it was a curse, looking down at his stomach and the burned remains of his shirt to glare at the Shadow Heart Insignia emblazoned in his body like brand. Days like today reminded him why he hated having to be in this guild, because he always had to deal with that bitch's commands.

Letting off a tired sigh, he gave Dawn a side-long look before cracking his neck again, followed by a swift cracking of knuckles, the snapping 'pop' noise resounding within the darkened chamber as the hydra's heads watched on with hollow sockets. Nidhogg stepped right up to Dawn, staring him down with his crimson eyes like he was a gnat. Something was pulsing behind those crimson orbs, something... dangerous and hungry.

"Since you've been dragged into this mess, I'm going to give you a chance to get out of here alive. All you have to do is hit me three times while I'm beating the shit out of you. Just 3 hits with some weight behind them, easy enough, right?" Nidhogg would give a small smile as he nodded to himself, arms crossed over his chest as he felt the decision was most fair. "So, with that decided..."

And there it was, the hungering darkness flitted behind the lich's eyes again as he began the assault, assuming that Dawn would be too weak to actually move with any quickness, with a quick roundhouse to the face, followed by a jab to the gut with his other hand, before ending the maneuver with a quick spin-trip to drop Dawn to the floor, using the momentum to bring his foot high into the air. As soon as it rose, the foot would fall in a punishing axe-kick to the boy's chest, likely hitting hard enough to cause a few fractures in his rib cage. While Nidhogg didn't particularly hate this kid, Dawn had gotten in his way, and need a severe punishment for that offense, something beyond mere tenderizing. What that would be, he'd figure out later, but right now, he'd just delight himself in causing the brat as much suffering as he could.

In the darkness Dawn could see only one thing. The glowing red eyes of the lich that had dragged him down here. As he spoke Dawn's heart started to sink. This was an undead monster and while Dawn's flames up above had been impressive and far more than even he himself had thought he could manage it had tapped his reserves completely. He barely had the energy to stand let a lone conjure up something to defend himself with.

The lich approached Dawn drawing closer and closer, his eyes glowing with hostility and a hunger for destruction. Dawn knew what was coming next but he didn't have the strength to stop it. His limbs felt as heavy as lead, it was taking all it strength to keep himself standing. Nidhogg's leg struck Dawn in the face, the only thing that kept him from toppling right there was lich himself. The undead sorcerer grabbed Dawn by the shoulder to prevent him from falling and nailed him squarely in the stomach before he knocked Dawn's legs out from under him. Dawn's breathing was coming in heavy. He was going to die here, he was never going to see his sister again. He couldn't help her... who would look out for his family if he wasn't there.

Almost a mile away in the corridors of the stadium for the Grand Magic Games a girl gasped in pain as each blow landed on her brother. Elizabeth's body showed no sign of damage but all the same it seemed as though she had been struck as she suddenly fell away from Karn's immobile form. She was breathing heavily, grasping in air as fast as she could. Her eyes turned bright silver once again and ice started to spread from her body, coating the floor and crawling up the walls. The air in the corridor dropped in temperature ten degrees as the Luna mage's powers went wild, turning the hall into a corridor of ice. Underneath her she touched her hands to the frozen surface, each place that her skin made contact the ice melted then instantly refroze. Her body was boiling with heat but she seemed not to feel it as she melted a single word into the ice: Brother

Beneath the streets of Crocus something happened to Dawn. His body suddenly became charged with mystical energy. He felt jittery and strong. Like he'd overdosed on a stimulant but it felt all wrong. The energy burned like fire in his veins. All of his muscles shouted that something wasn't right but his mind didn't seem to care. Almost quicker than he could think Dawn's hands reached out in front of him grabbing Nidhogg's boot as it came down to smash his ribs stopping it in place before it could do any damage. Dawn's eyes started to glow with a brilliant silver light that illuminated the darkness and ice started to formed from Dawn's hands onto Nidhogg's boots crawling up the lich's leg, with the intent to seal the lich inside of block of the cold substance.

Nidhogg had hoped his little offer would get some sort of response out of the mage, but alas, they were feeble prey through and through, never even attempting to struggle against him. How utterly boring... or so he thought. Nidhogg hadn't expected the sudden burst of magical energy coming from the brat, nor the interception and freezing his descending foot. He was quick to tear the frozen limb out of Dawn's hand, looking it over a bit before breaking the ice with a swift kick against the ground.

"Well... that was odd." Nidhogg noted offhandedly, head tilted slight as he looked from Dawn to his foot, then back to Dawn again. As he looked at the prone figure, a smile broke across his face, like a kid with a new toy he couldn't wait to break... or continuing break, as the case may be. "Now then, let's see how many more times we can get you to do that. Two...? Five...? Maybe ten...? Only one way to find out."

Nidhogg finished his sentence by lashing out with a harsh kick to the boy's side, the blow was hard enough to send Dawn skidding across the ground. The Sol mage went tumbling over the rocks feeling every one of them dig into his skin. His head felt hot and feverish, his mind was in a haze as he heard the lich approach his unmoving form, cracking his knuckles as he went, a new air of excitement surrounding Nidhogg as he stopped right next to Dawn, stomping down on his face savagely as he prepared to really lay into the him.

Some distance away Elizabeth began to glow with an ethereal light almost blinding to look at. A childish grin lite her face as the ice in the corridor started to thicken. She melted another word into the ice beneath her: Safe

Before the blow could make contact with Dawn's face there was a flash of brilliant silver light that hit Nidhogg's boot like a club knocking him off balance and sending him toppling to the ground. Spots danced across Dawn's vision. The strength that this energy had given him earlier was gone, replaced by intense heat. He felt like he was boiling alive.

Nidhogg got back to his feet slowly, keenly aware that he had all the time and all the power in this situation. Anything Dawn could do would simply stave off the havoc that Nidhogg intended to wreck on his body for a moment longer. "My my, that little piece of randomness really does intrigue... You can expect to survive this little beating, and those to come, that is until I figure out what's causing it." Nidhogg chuckled to himself as he face twisted into a cruel smirk, bringing his foot up in order to bring it back down hard on Dawn's head. Dawn flinched when he saw Nidhogg's boot raised again to strike him however, the blow never came. Nidhogg had frozen mid-motion. An annoyed twitched on his face, he turned round to look at the newcomer(s) that had appeared in his chamber.

There was a moment of solitary silence, only to be followed by the loud, unnerving roars of three Hydra heads, their barely formed vocal cords distorting the sound into a haunting mockery of what it was supposed to be. To accompany the shrieks of the beast's heads were three streams of necrotic energy shot out of there mouths, barreling towards the intruder(s) intent on leaving naught but bones behind. Nidhogg watched with an annoyed glare as he muttered angrily to himself.

"Sixth time, that was the sixth fuckin' time I've been interrupted by some random ass coming to ruin my fun, first with the Robin idiot, then comes this little shit," He'd emphasize this point with another kick aimed at Dawn's face. The Sol mage had just enough foresight to role so that it instead collided with his chest. He heard a crack as one of his ribs fractured. "Then I had to deal with Shiro, then Manami, then this shit again," Another kick, harder and to the torso this time, "and finally I have you jackasses. Why can't I be allowed to enjoy myself today, I swear. Mortimer, cut it off."

With that command, the torrent ended leaving Nidhogg only a third of his normal reserves, not a good state to be in. If the intruder(s) were still alive and well after that attack, Nidhogg would be quick to back away, a plan of action forming in his head.

Dawn just lay there. He couldn't focus. He'd managed to avoid most Nidhogg's beating but it felt as though his body was rebelling against him as his muscles groaned under a stress that wasn't there. He felt hot and at this moment he would have liked to simply pass out but his situation desperately demanded that he hold onto consciousness just long enough to see if his rescuers had survived or if he was about to become Nidhogg's personal punching bag for a very long time.

In the bowels of the Grand Magic Stadium the smile on Elizabeth's face grew wider yet if anyone was close enough to see her face or cared to look there was a sadness in her eyes that didn't match her contented smile. She wrote one last word in the ice: Consequences. Before her head rolled to the side and she passed out, her mind going blank.

Robin listened to Jasmine's request and put his hand under his chin trying to think of a way he could help. The first thing he noticed however was that the Robe may have been a bit too heavy. "Hmm..you seem to be struggling with that..it may have been a bit heavier than I assumed, gimme a sec, love." To remedy that he held out his hands and the blades all carefully moved from their sheaths and onto the ground in front of them connecting. He waited for them all to connect and he stepped into them offering her a hand to join him. "I assume that it feels much lighter now? Come on then, I don't know where a clothes shop is seeing as I'm new here but I'm more than glad to help you find one."

Sasha had made her way down, moving through the crowd with a recognizable ease, as people allowed her through. She wasn't too sure what to make of the attention, the recognition and the...fame. One brae soul sought to grope her, and at once, Sasha snatched his hand, which would become quite cold. "you want to keep that hand, Sir, you are going to want to make sure it is no where near me" she said pleasantly enough, before moving on, now unhindered as she hurried to Karn's aid.

Arriving just in time to see the stranger removing the lacrima from Karn, Sasha at once threw up some ice walls, containing the stranger, Herself, Karn and whoever else was there, but also subsequently making the stairs of the stadium quite slippery indeed.

"you're going to want to hand that back over, kid." she said softly, wondering where this...bravado was coming from. Perhaps she was merely channelling her edo self. "returning it to my friend" she didn't think the or else was necessary.

Michael let out a slow breath as Prince seemed to become better, if only slightly. Perhaps moving away from deaths door. "I don't think you'll be walking out of here, quite yet" he said, rising and looking about.'the fact that the whole thing was on display seemed rather...rude to Michael, but there wasn't anything to be done about it

Mean while, Balthazar was watching the confident stranger, and rolled his eyes at the comment, the demon scoffing "Michael wouldn't have left me here if he didn't trust I could handle myself. And if he didn't believe he was right that you have something to do with this. He may seem timid, but you've hurt his friend, so I'd be at least wary if I were you"

There was, oddly enough, affection in the demons voice, as he studied his nails, almost appearing bored.

"Well, if you need anywhere to train, feel free to join me. I'm going to be out there for the next couple of days." Damian responds as he begins heading out.

"Sure thing Damian." Samir politely responds as she waves, "Nice talking to you too. Hope we meet again soon."

She will remain at the table for only a few minutes, eating the last of her meal, until putting her jewels down and heading on out to the Phoenix Wing Hotel to check up with Marlene.

Karn/EdoKarn - Prince - Mausu || Crocus || Game Stadium Hallways

@Caits@Prince of Seraphs@t2wave@CirusArvennicus

The fluffy tailed kid's white ears perked as he tried to dart but vines caught his arm. Pulling against it, he moved so the energy bolts cut the vines and cut him loose but soon enough they were surrounded by ice as another wizard entered. His light blue eye blinked slowly, fur bristling as he watched them as they demanded the ball full of magical energy. Eyes flickering as one of the females passed out, making quite a bit of ice to add to the scenery.

Twisting the lacrima, he removed it from the choker, before promptly popping it in his mouth like it was some sort of candy. Fangs caressing it carefully like a jawbreaker. Although Edo-Karn couldn't really talk anymore, she could still see everything. And there was many things wrong in this picture.

"There are many things I'm cool with. There some very kinky shit out in the world... Worlds. There are many things listed here that would be on my fuck no list." she thought.

Prince gave a slight chuckle in response before coughing. "Naaaah ish fine.... Just... Need a nap or two..." he murmured, eye flicking over to the others and sighing a bit.

"I haven't done anything wrong or against the law so I have little to be wary about. If your boy wants to risk threatening a bystander based on little information that they'll have to speak to the Council about if he causes a scene then he can go for it. But then again, you're guild will probably just pull a Phoenix Winger anyway." he answered just as coldly and matter a factly.
