[Damian]
"One of these days Master, I will get you on vacation. But I guess it'll do. Enjoy your night." Watching Master Jamie walk over to Sho, Damian yawned again slightly and looked around, noting Mayt, Sasha, and a wizard he didn't know conversing at the bar. While he did need to speak with Sasha, it wasn't something that was overly important at the moment, so he instead opted to nod to James at indicate the bar. Not waiting for acknowledgment, he took a seat near them to hear the conversation but not be intruding. He sat down in time to hear the unknown mage point fun at Sasha.
"Anyways, how've you been Sasha? This your boyfriend or was that Lazarus?" Damian subconsciously made sure there were suddenly fewer openings in his armor for the sure to come chill to answer the question to slip in through. Lazarus's subsequent disappearance after the first demon was defeated had left Sasha first upset, then confused, then angered. And that last emotion usually showed when the question of their relationship came up. Hoping to save everyone at the bar, Damian leans over. "When you've a free moment, I would like to speak with you privately." Looking to Mayt, he nods. "Good to see you, Mayt." Leaning away again, he thanks Jarvis for his usual drink and sets to sipping.
[James]
James had listened to every one else talk but couldn't believe what he was hearing about the magic council. Fake raids on legitimate guilds for their members? Members of the council itself with the dark mages? It was a bit much, but it suddenly clicked in Jame's head why he had been tailed by Council watchmen before he disappeared from their radar back where he met Damian. What in the name of all that is good is going on here? Why now? Right when magic is beginning to shake it's dark and evil image? Sighing, he took another drink of his drink and looked up in time to see the Blade of Phoenix Wing beckon him towards the bar, where three wizards he hadn't met yet were sitting.
"Bloody hell, what now..." Standing with his drink and continuing to mumble to himself about Damian's horrible timing, James joined the S class wizard at the bar, dodging joking guild members as he walked over, on his right side, away from the unknown group. He didn't know what had happened before he sat down, but he got the sudden suspicion that Damian, who had just leaned away from the female, had just tried to save someone from getting in trouble, and quickly hid his head in his drink. Nope, not this time. Nope, nope, nope.
