Really, if the existence of a dragon is the issue, there's always the lacrima route. That's how Laxus and Cobra got their magic. As for the different magic part, I don't see everyone issue with it. Just because the element is similar or the same doesn't mean the magics are. I would think two makers of a different element, wood and ice for example, would be more similar. But then again that's just me so it really comes down to GMs

I think it should be different since Sasha is already ice. Different kind of ice and spells, but still ice. Zero is at least the only water wizard. Why can't it be a Wind/Sky dragonslayer? Poor wind always gets jipped in rps :( Or poison/earth/plant/

No because your not a ice wizard and can't actually manipulate the ice sword into a different shape like a ice wizard. It's just a tool in your Requip Arsenal. By the way.... Happy Valentines Day! Karn also wishes you all a very Happy Valentine's Day!

This was just addressed by Expolar if you read the post above yours. Ice is ice, but the spells and magic are different in their own right. All he's saying is that Ice is going to look all very similar.

I feel like I'm being bitchy with this, but as I said the only really important main problem I have is the fact that there isn't a clear back story as to where the dragon came from. If you read Shinobu's CS, you find that there is. It can't just be a wandering dragon. If you address this issue then I am happy to accept. But if you don't then we are just going around in circles.

I can work another dragon into the story. Easily. And maybe I'll shift to poison so it's more unique. This should fix both problems. But I cannot do it right now. I'm having a get together with my family so it'll be a few hours.
