No, but, the number of people with swords is a bit high for my taste, so I might as well make an arguable "And a half". And he can still do some effective attacks without his sword. A-la setting that person on fire.

Now that I think about it, Maddox is pretty much the only martial artist in the guild. There are a few unarmed, but not exactly fist-fighters.

Combatives makes it so that the weapon isn't necessary, and is Brazilian Jujitsu, therefore Damian qualifies as a Martial Artist.

Well, Maybe not incinerating someone, but setting their shirt on fire may make a person back off. Only if they're not a wizard that is.
