I think I'm just gonna have Mayt use his sword less and less over time...

I'm thinking about making a OU/UU team of nothing but Tanks and Clerics.

But it seems he loves his sword :(

Is he martially trained?
Maddox can do him a solid and train him to make his body a weapon.
Now that I think about it, Maddox is pretty much the only martial artist in the guild. There are a few unarmed, but not exactly fist-fighters.
Combatives makes it so that the weapon isn't necessary, and is Brazilian Jujitsu, therefore Damian qualifies as a Martial Artist.

Failing is natural. I can't imagine many people being great at martial arts from the get-go.
But failing would also be comical in Karn's case.
Rocky at first, but if they see past their differences and come to an understanding...maybe not so much.
They could become good friends, in time.

No, but, the number of people with swords is a bit high for my taste, so I might as well make an arguable "And a half". And he can still do some effective attacks without his sword. A-la setting that person on fire.

So it makes Maddox one of the only two martial artists. x3
I'm perfectly okay with that. Uniqueness ftw.
I just had penny and sasha pretty much relying on their magic
Is setting people going to become a thing for Mayt? Think of about the person's family lol
