Like in order for a mage or group to go on an S-Class Job there has to be an S-Class present for it?

Indeed. It's a little disappointing that it seems Phoenix Wing is like the only Good Guild (though I do stretch that since quite a few of the members don't mind killing xD)

Well, quite a few of the members come from backgrounds where thay've had to kill at least once.

I think the ratio of people who haven't killed at some point and those who have is very disproportionate to the advantage of the latter.

Though I can give Mayt a sort-of legitimate excuse for killing that one guy.

I got nothing of the sort. But a lot of Ariel's potential plot points are not in her CS and largely out of her control.

It does seem a bit funny how a few people made a dark guild while Phoenix Wing is still the only light guild made that we have so far.

But I do somewhat recall someone requesting about making their own light guild. But that was a long time ago and I can't remember exactly who asked about it..
