Yeah it'd be a good way to get a good look at the psyches of the student characters. And maybe some of the staff.

Hmm. Having a hard time thinking of ways to make Arithmancy class more interesting than "here's numbers, write five essays about why they are important" that aren't just rambling lectures.
Then again, that is what would be expected from a mathematics-heavy class.
