Personality: Mayumi is a tease and a flirt. She enjoys getting a rise out of people. She is very touchy-feely, and often disregards others' personal space. For her, it's all in good fun, but she sometimes goes too far, and needs to be told to stay away. When that happens, she tends to get depressed for a few hours. She likes pleasing other people. She tends to state that she is younger than she really is, and she has the maturity to match.
Quirks:

Likes: Cute boys, cute girls, hugging people, video games

Dislikes: People who shun her repeatedly, vegetables, laziness

History: Mayumi is from out of town; she lived with her aunt and uncle in a small town. She moved to the city to attend college.

Mayumi was returning home from shopping when a spacequake hit. She had taken an unfamiliar route while shopping and didn't make it into the shelter in time. She was lucky enough to not get caught in the quake, and she decided to investigate. When she saw a cute girl standing in the middle of the ensuing crater, she was confused, but the confusion was quickly replaced with concern for the girl. She didn't know that the girl was a Spirit, and tried to run to the girl when the AST arrived. In the ensuing fight, Mayumi ran for cover.

Once the emergency ended, she returned to the scene, but couldn't find a trace of the girl.

The next day, she was called in to become a member of Ratatoskr. When she found out that Spirits were all girls, she happily accepted.

Equipment: Mayumi uses a communications device to receive orders from Ratatoskr's command center.

To be fair, that's how Shidou met his first spirit as well, and we don't actually know any other ways to get recruited into Ratatat-tat.

A little warning though, Lowkey, I really hope your IC posts won't be like how you wrote your Personality and History, at least not all the time. While I find it humorus and unique, the constant and abundant use of profanity, and the shrug-me-shoulders-attitude at everything runs the risk of going stale. Not saying you can't swear or joke around, by all means - please do, just keep it to a reasonable level. :p
