No, her reality shift. If Light touches her for a little bit, probably like 30 seconds to a minute, the delicate components in her suit will start to operate on cartoon physics, making processors and chips unusable as they'll be 'rubbery'. A few minutes, and the more simple stuff like the plates will also operate on the same physics, and yeah. Its why she can't even carry a cell phone xD. or use guns, or swords... or anything with very delicate or intricate parts. course if her suit can handle running on all negative cartoon physics, then thats a different story.

No, toon physics would probably mess up her suit completely! Nevertheless, her suit is still incredibly potent because it's the most intelligent one yet. It gathers information on the enemies Ruby fights and then formulates methods for Ruby to beat them. She's still going to be absolutely demolished because there's quite a number of people going to fight her but I suppose it's how demolished she is that's the important part!
