History: Aaron comes from a family that didn’t do well during their tie in Deep Ground Online. He grew up with very little, and he valued what he had. He started off his time at Purple Crown Academy as a loner. He rarely talked to anyone, spending most of his time outside of the game holed up in the school’s library with his nose in a book. That person is still him, and indeed very few people would be able to see any difference between that Aaron and the one today. He still keeps to himself a lot and spends too much time by himself inside books, but there was a difference.
One day while Aaron was off by himself with a book, a boy with black hair and hazel eyes approached him for no apparent reason. The boy kept trying to talk to Aaron and eventually it became annoying. So Aaron challenged the boy to a fight in the game… and promptly got his ass handed to him by none other than the Orange King himself.
To say Aaron and Garth were ever really friends would be difficult to judge. Rivals would be more accurate, since their interactions usually involved Garth pestering Aaron in the real world and then Aaron retaliating in the game world. Though he never officially joined Garth’s guild, their sparring led to Aaron knowing and being well-known by many in the Silent Marauders, and they never saw him as their enemy even when he tried taking out their king repeatedly in one-on-one combat. Quite a few even saw him as an ally, as on more than one occasion a Silent Marauder was saved by a well-placed spear appearing out of nowhere.
When Garth inexplicably died, the Marauders began to fracture. There was infighting as smaller groups challenged who would lead the guild. The acting Orange King could barely do anything. All that stopped when Aaron showed up and destroyed any who were opposed to him taking the throne for himself and keeping the old system exactly as Garth had fashioned it. His attitude and methods may be dramatically different, but Aaron will do what he can to keep the Silent Marauders strong. And outside of the game, he’ll find out exactly what happened that caused the death of his rival.
Personality: Aaron is, to put it bluntly, an extremely lazy person. The simple fact is that he dislikes having to do things that require effort on his part. He acts bored or tired most of the time, just to convey to others how little he cares about whatever he’s doing at the time. But when something interesting comes along that manages to catch Aaron’s interest and hold it, he’ll go as hard as he needs to in order to get his way. He does enjoy being in the center of things, even if that just means he’s there listening to those round him. When it comes to running his guild, he’s more likely to let others do whatever they want and then deal out praise or punishment after the fact. Despite how he acts most of the time, Aaron is completely serious about doing well in the game.

Avatar Abilities Skyborne: Gives Aaron three midair jumps. He can maneuver in the air by dodging or dashing, each of which is counted as him using a jump. His jump height is also increased.
Thunder Crash: Aaron jumps at an enemy with his weapon over his head. He lands slamming his weapon into the ground, dealing heavy damage to the target, minor damage to nearby enemies, and knocking up all targets unfortunate enough to be within range. His defense is reduced during the leap, and taking damage increases the power of the slam. Has a 30 second cooldown.
Parting Wind: Aaron swings his weapon to the side making a powerful gust of wind that pushes enemies, allies, and projectiles aside. While dual wielding, it can be used twice in quick succession or both at once for a stronger effect. Has a 30 second cooldown.
Slipstream Shot: A ranged attack where the thrown weapon pushed aside any enemies in its path and then violently pulls enemies towards it as it passes. Any magic or projectiles that get close to the thrown weapon are pulled in its wake, adding to the damage of its final strike. Upon reaching its destination, the weapon deals major damage. Even if it misses, the weapon releases a damaging shockwave when it reaches its target destination that knocks back nearby enemies. This throw is unaffected by gravity until it has hit or passed its target. Has a 3 minute cooldown.
Sky Climber: Can activate to suspend a weapon in place in midair by stabbing it into the sky. Weapons return to the user’s inventory after 30 seconds if the user is not touching them.
Storm Flash: Aaron travels with a thrown weapon by turning it and himself into one thin stream of lightning. Can be used in conjunction with any throw skills, though the thrown weapon may not always take on the appearance of lightning. Has a 20 second cooldown.
Stream Lightning: Arcs of lightning appear between any weapons the user has thrown and not retrieved and the user. The lightning continues for 15 seconds, during which the user can move and the lightning will follow him, dealing damage to any enemy it passes through, after which it disappears the all of the affected items return to the user’s inventory. Has a 3 minute cooldown.
Steel Wings: Creates seven copies of Aaron’s weapon that circle around his body. The weapons are vertical, with points down, when Aaron is in midair, which helps defend him from damage, and are horizontal when he’s on the ground, points outward, which damages enemies that get too close. Upon landing, the weapons fan outwards, stabbing surrounding enemies. How far the weapons shoot out depends on how high Aaron fell from. The speed that the weapons rotate around Aaron is relative to the speed he’s moving, with a slight delay. 10 minute cooldown.
Heavens Torn Asunder: A throw that can only be used when the user is in midair and high above the target. There is a charge-up period required before each use. The thrown weapon becomes a column of lightning, reaching its destination almost instantly and dealing immense damage. In addition, the thrown weapon releases a powerful shockwave when it is thrown and when it makes contact, powerfully knocking back any projectiles and enemies nearby. Can be used on the ground if used immediately after Stream Lightning has returned seven or more items to the user’s inventory. Using Stream Lightning reduces this skill’s cooldown relative to how many items are returned. Has a cooldown time of 10 minutes.
Perks 4 Pain Infliction: Increase all damage done by 15%
5 Titan’s Grip: Enables you to dual-wield two-handed weapons.
6 Gyro Strike: Offense skill in which the user performs a powerful spin attack, using centrifugal force as a means to enhance the attack even further. Deals heavy damage to anybody within range of your weapon(s). 30-second cooldown.
7 Icarus Strike: Armed skill in which the user - from high above - comes down upon the opponent, using gravity as a means to enhance the damage even further. The user also takes no falling damage when using this skill. Requires you to be at least 50 feet above the target.
8 Boomerang: Ranged skill in which the user throws one or more of their weapons at the target, where it deals damage before returning to the user (this damage is treated as melee damage). 10-second cooldown per weapon.
9 War Horse: Summon skill that conjures up a War Horse; a very fast-moving mount that is capable of running up walls and over water.
Other: Most people call him by his real name or Pan in-game. He has a metric shit ton of spears in his inventory, but the one he’d be seen with most often is the
Spear of Zeus, which he likes because it fits with his lightning motif. If he’s in a real battle though, expect to see his full arsenal of legendary spears. Aaron’s favorite color is a faded gold, while mine is a deep forest green.
