There once was a group of young adults. One by one, they felt compelled to book a room at a certain hotel for an indefinite stay. They all arrive safely, perhaps meeting some of the others. What they did not know, however, was that, the moment they walked through the front doors, they were cursed by one of the seven deadly sins. This was some sort of game for the sins. By random, each human would be connected to another by an invisible string. Some could call it the red string of fate, though it's not exactly like that in this case. Each person may not necessarily be interested in their partner, but they'd have to learn to love each other, or their attributed sin would take over their body.

* I get to choose who you're connected to, simply by using a random generator.
* If your character doesn't mind being taken over by their deadly sin or finds that love has no appeal to them, your partner might beg to differ, so good luck to both of you.
* One character per person.
* Cap at 14 characters, two for each deadly sin.
* There won't necessarily be an even number of each gender, depending on the characters' sexuality.
* If you don't feel comfortable being paired with a person of different sexuality or age, just let me know.
* If a page goes by with only two people rp'ing, hold it off and wait for others.
* It is possible for your character to be infatuated with someone they are not connected to. moredramapls
* I leave the length of a post to you. You should write whatever you're comfortable with. Just make sure there's something to react to, mmkay?
* Try not to control other people's characters. I understand if you want to guide them in a certain direction, but no full out "Bob did this, Susie did that". If you have permission, then you may control them.
* I probably won't be adding any more rules, but I guess what I say goes?
* How are you doing today? Have you eaten or drank water? Why don't you stop for a moment and straighten your back?

I'm not sure if our characters know each other before they arrive at the hotel.

Highly likely that they don't know each other, though I might make exceptions. The pairs, however, will not know each other prior to their stay. So, you can perhaps be friends with one or two people, but they will not be who you are connected to.

Who will play the sins?

No one really controls them. The person they 'curse' begin to reflect their attributes (albeit not all at once), and that's pretty much their role in the RP. (Person with lust starts having uncontrollable desires, person with sloth starts getting lazy, etc.) The whole 'game' thing is but a simple explanation as to why they spontaneously decided to curse people and (try to) make them fall in love. Maybe they're all watching from the underworld. The deadly sins as a being aren't that important, just what they are associated with.

How do they know who they're connected to?

They don't. They might feel a small spark in their first few meetings, but there really isn't anything indicating who's whose. At one point (a point a long time from now probably), the sins will have to tell them what's going on and who their partner is. I may or may not follow through with that, depending on how the rp progresses from here on out.

However, she still seems to retain a hidden level of frustration which occasionally causes her to snap out at others, especially if they're doing something she considers to be immoral or potentially harmful to others. Her frustration stems from the feeling of helplessness she had while being deployed, and as a result a small part of her desperately craves power in order to make up for this.

Jamie is a huge flirt, often trying to catch strangers' attentions. Much to their surprise, though, he would prefer relationships to stay on that level, never to become serious. He's a hopeless idiot who thinks food is the key to happiness, always holding something to snack on. He is also quite narcissistic, finding his beauty to trump all others' around him. Because of his narcissism, he goes to extra lengths to make sure his body is fit and presentable. He is easily scared and tends to hide behind anyone and anything, no matter its size. He is also touchy and likes to cuddle a lot. That being said, there is no such thing as a personal bubble to Jamie, causing some people to feel uncomfortable with him. When he becomes aware of their discomfort, he isolates himself, cheering himself up by pigging out and eating more than usual, which is quite a lot already.

1. No need for occupation or race (though you can add that in 'Other' if necessary)
2. I didn't state where this rp takes place (assuming his moving to America continues to the present)
3. Although this is in the free section, I still have some expectations on writing level. With what you've written in your cs, I don't think your writing level is adequate enough.
If you can fix your cs, I will gladly change my mind!

Oh right, I can't believe I forgot about it. I intended for the characters' personalities to initially be different than their deadly sin, but since everyone already had their characters up, I decided against it. Thanks for letting me know xD Forgot to change it.
